Indeed it was a special outing,karims as always delighted us with its tastes,and d dishes were really mouth watering,must try its biryani,its a must if you visit in any karim outlet as always north indian food at its best,and chicken and mutton dishes,anything u try,its a value for money....mi8 be a bit priced bt u won't regret spending a bit more....
The biryani preparation is totally different from the regular ones. The chicken is always fresh and fleshy. A must try for peope who love less spice and masala.
I heard about Karims biriyani a lot. And I have even heard from many folks that now a days, Karims biriyani is not as good as it was. So, finally today I ordered biriyani and I'm sorry to say that it's not upto the mark!! Taste wise aswell it was not good at all. So, I won't recommend this 'tangdi kabab biriyani'. I am upset with the taste and quality!! Not recommended at all! Thanks.

Try Karim’s biriyani ! I haven’t tried biriyani as tastier as karim’s in Bhubaneswar! I’m looking forward to order more of them in the near future

If you are an original biryani lover and not the regular pulao (called biryani @ bbsr) type. Do try this spot once atleast. Chicken Tangdi biryani with extra salan is a treat you can give to yourself. May try their kebabs too heard it's good. But no better biryani spot yet in town to compete against them, A close one is Shiraz thou but still prefer this due to their better aroma with less oil in comparison.

One of the better(not the best) restaurants to be at which doesn't bother your wallet much. Taste is great. I had Biriyani combo over here and that was awesome , raita wasn't that good. Mutton dishes looked good too , oil content comparatively low. I would rate the food 4.5 and ambience 3.5.

Good not great!!!! Their biriyani is better than most places in this city(considering you dont get great biriyani in this city...most of the time you only get chicken rice passed on as biriyani) tried their kebabs once not bad...I dont know if this is a franchise...but the is is nowhere even close to the original Karims!!!!!!
Honestly speaking, this place serves the best biriyani is Bhubaneswar.Absolutely loved it.A must try for all the biriyani lovers.

Karim's the name strikes the taste buds!!! One of the best food joints for biryani... They have got the best biryani in the town esp. I see it that way!! Ample of chicken leg pieces is sometimes what my heart always seeks for!!!
This rating is based only for the quality of chicken biryani provided at this place . The chicken here is very soft and tender . Although there are quite a less number of veg items in the menu but still it is good. I would personally say that those people fond of biryani should try it here at a low budget !.

Let me start with this 'Karims gives better biriyani than the most' but here is the catch. There is another kareems in Master canteen (e not i) which I thought is the same chain but apparently it's not. It's like that frespresso and brew bakes story: partners getting haywire. So the essence is the same of both but I prefer the master canteen one over this as that was less oily. But anyway a must try place.
P. S. Rating is purely based on the chicken biriyani taste.
Whenever i return tired from work late and hungry as hell, Karims in the only name that pops out of my head. Karims is known for it's authentic biriyani and it will not disappoint you. The food will blow your mind! It's not heavy on the wallet either
After a long time,I was satisfied having Biryani in BBSR.

I am here in Patia for few days, not much aware of any special food joint or restaurant at all. However my wife suggested to try Karims for Biriyani, since they deliver to our place in Kalarahanga. I am an avid Biriyani lover. Tried all sort of biriyani being in Bangalore for a decade now. Ranging from Ambur Biriyani, Dodde Biriyani, Karla style, Hyderabadi, Calcutta style Biriyani almost all varieties I can have access to.
Today after trying Karims, I must say I was not disappointed. I had ordered Mutton Biriyani, which was reasonably priced as well mouthful quantity. The rice and masala was well marinated. The mutton was just perfect. Only draw back would be the amount of oil that remains in the container, which can make you little sceptical if your are just out of your cholesterol check. May be packaging has something to do with it. Please spend some minutes to explore other ways of packaging the food which at least won't make people feel uncomfortable while having the pleasure of your delicious Biriyani. All the best guys.
The place is just near bhubaneswar railway station ... We in group of 6 went to have lunch there after Tiring case study for a project...
We ordered chicken biryani... Which was amazing in taste really good!!! We had butter nan and paneer pasinda which was tasty too... We were so tired that we didnt click any pictures.
Now, comes a lil upset part the staff were rude and didn't pay attention which lead to wrong billing and wrong order..
But then apart of all bad we enjoyed food alott!!!

If you stay in Patia and nearby localities and you have a craving for Biriyani then sit tight at home and give Karims a call. The Biriyani is one of the best I have tasted in the city considering there are so few options for a Biriyani lover.

Karims put a smile on my face today. I was feeling homesick and desperately wanted to have some Calcutta style Biryani for dinner when Karims came to my rescue. I called them and placed my order and was quite bummed to know that they do not deliver if the bill value is less than 400, mine being a meagre 150 INR. But they called me back after 5 minutes and told me that the owner will himself deliver it to my hostel while returning home. Such a sweet gesture! And he indeed was there after 30 mins, smiling and waiting patiently outside my hostel. Talk about customer satisfaction turning to customer delight!
Well, coming to the food, the Biryani was perfect with two big tengdis, the total quantity being enough for two moderate eaters. Each and every grain was flavoured and the rice used was of a very high quality, even though I was a tad sad at not being able to find my favourite alu in the Biryani. But anyway, a good place to order food from.
Good Place to Have an authentic mughlai dishes.Small but very good ambience,good service than any other restaurants nearby.Food is cooked very well.We had mutton dish and the pieces were very soft and soaked properly with mughal spices.Biriyani was Lucknow style served with gravy and raita.The restaurant totally give emphasis in mughlai dishes rather that experimenting other cuisines which is a positive side to it.
biryani is a must eat of this place.also the kathi roll and falooda...im giving 3.5/5 because mostly they run out of falooda and kathi roll.

Karim is situated 100 meters away from my residence. The owner of Karim restaurant, Seventh heaven restaurant and Meenaji gutkha pan masala are same. Here you can't find any special service though you are a regular visitor. Biriyani combo here is main demand among the visitors along with Falooda. Kebabs and tandoor items are not good as compared to the price.

Yes pretty pricey place nd not with par with the Delhi karims but still a good place.
The biryanis nd the mutton dishes are good but the "Mutton Raharaha masala " has a heavenly taste.
The menu is limited nd I recommend one shud only go to the place for eating non-veg.

Its a small place . The Chicken Tangri Biriyani and the Mutton Biriyani is just too Good. Less Spicy having Good flavour. Its not a luxury outlet so the ambience is not that great but talking about mughal food, you wont be disappointed. They have quite a list of kababs to choose from. Delivery is quite fast. The place is usually crowded for its good food. So you may have to wait for sometime but you will not need to wait long for your food. I recommend Great Karims for its Biriyani.
The owner insisted that they are the 'official' and 'authorised' extended outlet of Karim's from Old Delhi. I still have my doubts but the mutton biryani is probably the best in the city.
It costs Rs.200 but comes loaded with 4 pc of mutton and tons of food for one person.
Beware of the menu card pls! It has a hell lot of Spelling Errors for instance -
Bara Kabab is spelled Vada Kabab.

Quality of the dishes is very authentic and delicious. Tasted Mutton sheekh kebab which was outstanding and melted in the mouth. Chicken malai Tikka was equally tasty and creamy. Best was the Nihari with rich aroma and quality Mutton pieces. Awesome place to try good quality muglai food. Keep it up. Service was super quick and very well mannered staff. Will definitely recommend, must try place.

Mutton Biriyani was on point! But mutton burra was so undercooked in some parts and so overcooked in others , I was wondering how they cooked it🤔
