Clean with all amenities. Service is also excellent. The best part was they have staff who are deaf and mute but so cordial and always with a smile, clearly taking your instructions to give you the best experience. Location is also good with vehicle services available.

The room was a bit small, but service is good. The restaurant is good. They also have a good travel desk to drop you off at the airport. The location is good- close to the airport.
I recently had a good overall experience during my stay at Ginger. The room, maintained thanks to Bibhu's diligent care. Despite slightly slow service, the diverse and tasty dining options contributed to a pleasant and satisfying stay.
The experience of the stay was very good . Food was also good and the service was great . Chandan are really great and they managed all the work in a really great manner .This is a simple , functional and value for money properly. Staff and service is excellent. Rooms are decent although cleanlines
The staffs are great in everything..but its rooms are not that great like it's name fame..... But i have to say the food is out standing... & The breakfast is world-class.... I loved the most there is its breakfast
Excellent staff, very polite and always helping specially the staff in the restaurant . The food is tasty and served to our content. The rooms are good and the overall palace theme is simply amazing. Being a tourist the location is convenient for too and fro travel.

Staff is very helpful, with all the arrangements local information. Cleaning staff like Bibhu RanJan did excellent job Cleaning the rooms. Dining room staff service are excellent. Servers like Nandan and night hosts were helpful in figuring out local food. Overall we had exceptional service.

Hotel was excellent. Lobby ambience was extremely well with community table, sitting area staffs are well groomed and well behavied. Food was delicious house keeping was given daily basis. Room was good and hygiene. Front office staffs are very very help full. I will recommend you all to stay ginger
This is a 2-star hotel with a 4-star service. One cannot pay for a 2-star hotel and expect 5-star experience. My stay here was very pleasant. I have seen some 3-star hotels in the US that would look like roach motels compared to this hotel. Well done Ginger team! I would also like to mention Nihaal
Excellent front desk staff, very friendly and patiently listened to our needs. They did their best. Room is clean.
Manager took personal intrest and discussed about our stay and asked for suggestions
