Good place. Only issue is visitors vehicle parking...
Rooms are good and there is no provision of children playing area and parking facility also not good. Security money paid for rent is very costly by looking there is no provision of space in all balconies and playing area in this society/apartment.
Big apartment almost 20 years old. Overcrowded and outside vehicles are not allowed inside. Lot's of flats are leased to offices, which should not be allowed in a housing society. Having locational advantage and has all the conveyance available.

Worthy to stay here. Communication facility to all important places is a major advantage
