Zaairah is a Cozy, Artistic and Aesthetic Restaurant in Salt Lake right besides City Center 1
It has Excellent Food, Good Service and a Wholesome Cozy Ambiance as well.
This Restaurant really reminds me of the Old India of the UPA Era, as it has those same Vibes as the 2000s - early 2010s India.
A good place to dine out had great ambience & serve very tasty food even if it is without onion garlic as well. The staff are well behaved & place is huge with is divided into separate sections. They provided us with the well decorated birthday cabin which i loved the most.
Had a great experience at Zaairah, in my roommate's treat.
First of all, we were searching for good vegetarian food as one of our friends is vegetarian and Zairaah just fit it so perfectly. We had no idea how the food would turn out to be, but it really met all expectations.
Dining is available on two floors. The upper floor has availability of hookah.
Ambience 4/5. Great ambience and music. The curtains, lights everything fit so aesthetically.
Staff service 5/5. Very smooth and good service. Well behaved staffs, who are helpful and indulges enough to make your moments easier and happier
Now coming to the food. We ordered-
Virgin mohito
Chilly babycorn
Paneer lababdar
Masala Kulcha
Brownie with ice cream.
The paneer was bit normal-ish in taste. Rest, all tasted great 5/5
Brownie was just amazing.
Though I am a crazy fan of non-veg food, but Zaairah made me so happy and content π»
Recommending to try this place for good vegetarian food
Was there for dinner, Well but overpriced some of d dishes.
Zaairah brings in a multi-cuisine fine-dining option for all the Vegetarians in this City of Joy.
They serve exuberant Italian, Mexican dishes and of course North Indian!
You can listen to live music in the evening. Courteous staff, prompt service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. The ambience is modern and you will definitely catch an eye. They have an active lounge area as well on the first floor.
The service is lightning quick cause I visited on one of the most busy days in Kolkata, Vijaya Dashami! And still they were managing things well. Due to the rush, some menu items weren't available which caused a little hurt to this review. Anyways, you are sure to get a good food experience here.
The atmosphere was good,the food was great while the service could be better since the food was getting refilled very slowly.
One of the best veg fine dine lounge and restaurant in the City of Joy. The ambience of Zaairah is indeed beautiful. If you are a lover of veg dishes you should definitely visit this place, and if you are not still you can try once, and trust me you won't be disappointed. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but absolutely worth it. Hookah is also available here. The staffs are very cordial. Recommended.
This place is heaven for vegetarians and also for die hard non veg lovers like me as they serve some delicious options which will make you forget chicken .
For the start I tried their watermelon mojito and it was super refreshing .
For the starters I tried -
*Khichidi Arancini - I don't even have words for this , this was yummy , how can you make khichdi so delicious , it's definitely a must try .
*Lasagne Paneer Tikka- loved it , the paneer was soft too .
*Crispy Fried Wanton - I liked the stuffing .
*Deli Wali Tikki- this was my second favorite , a must.
I thought of giving Chinese a try so we ordered -
*Chilli Garlic Noodles- I was a bit spicy , if you like spice do try if , I am particularly not a spice person .
*Garden Fresh Fried Rice- this rice was very good and perfectly spiced and goes well with the Manchurian.
*Vegetable Manchurian Dumplings - I was delicious.
Also tried the north Indian food -
Malai Kofta- not my favorite , a bit too sweet for me .
Dal Makhani- it was perfect . Goes super well with the peshewari naan.
Do give this place a try if you are looking for some veg restraunt . The service and ambiance is good too . They have a lounge bar at 1st floor and family sitting on the ground floor. π
Amazing food. I went there with my parents and we are still in awe of the food. We ordered Risotto Primavera, Baked Lasagne Spinach Verde, Chilly Paneer, Virgin Mojito, Blue Glacier, all of which were delicious. The quantity/portion was also great according to the prices. It's a pure vegetarian restaurant.
It has 2 floor seating, the lower one is family friendly and the upper one has hookah options more suitable for youngsters.
Staff, music, interiors was also good.
All in all a good experience. Although they can definitely work on one thing that is the uncomfortable sofa seating area on the left section of the upper floor. It's a bit uncomfortable as the table height is very high as compared to the sofa seats so seating was a bit off.
Pro tip : Do book your tables in advance if you are planning to visit on Sunday as there is long waiting queue.
If you are in search of a vegetarian delight, do visit this place. This place has everything included, live screening, valet parking, wifi, smoking area and some lipsmacking food as well.πβ€οΈ
This place is located very near to City Center 1. With their doors being opened fairly recent, this place serves only veg and Jain dishes. Elegant and beautiful decor and vast seating area. This place also has a private seating area booked people families or close-knit groups. The ground floor of this place is mostly for families while the second floor is reserved for mocktails, and shisha/hookah.ππ
Few days back I was at this place which is located opposite to city centre saltlake. The ambience is quite beautiful with well decorated designs. Amazing place for family get togethera
Location: This restaurant is located right next to City Center Salt Lake metro Station. Auto as well as bus connectivity are available.
Ambience: The restaurant serves authentic veg food. One can have a fine dining experience and the interior of the place is something which deserves special mention. Also, there is a lounge in the upper floor accompanied by live sports screening.
Food Review:
I read in the few previous reviews that this place serves one of the best Mocktails so we started with the following ones:
Pineapple Blossom: The mocktail was quite thick and totally satisfying. It was blended with fresh Pineapple and vanilla ice cream.
Zaairah Sunshine: The drink was totally refreshing. It was made with watermelon and orange juice.
Zaairah House Salad: Made with seasonal fruits and flax, this is something which everyone should give it a try. The presentation was done pretty well.
For Starters we had the following dishes. The food was quite delicious and the presentation was totally awesome.
Crispy Fried Paneer Tikka: I had no idea that Paneer can be so tasty. The taste was quite balanced and it was pretty crispy at the same time.
Malai Brocoli: This is strongly recommend to all the broccoli lovers out there. The broccoli were perfectly cooked and the malai was delicious.
In the main course, we had Pindi Channa, Palak Paneer and Dal Makhni along with Kulcha and Laccha parantha. I swear I havenβt tasted so much delicious and thick gravy of Palak Paneer before. All of the dishes were mouthwatering. Lastly, we bad kadai Sabzi pulao. The dish was perfectly seasoned and the tinge of ghee made it extremely delicious.
Chocolate Troufle: One of the best deserts, I have tasted so far. I was forced to ask the Chef for the ingredients. Well, the recipe is pretty secret.
Recommendation:
Pineapple Blossom
Crispy Panner Tikki
Malai Broccoli
Palak Paneer
Chocolate Troufle

|| Zaairah - A Veg Affair ||
Being a very big lover of non vegan foods it's very difficult to imagine to visit a pure vegetarian restaurant because there is always a question in my mind that 'what is there in veg dishes other than aloo & panner?' But Zaairah drastically changed my perception with there each & every dishes. They made me believe that veg dishes can be as good as non veg but you just need to identify the right place to have your food. In short a perfect place to have vegetarian food.
Ambience is quite good with ample of sitting capacity. This place have 2 floors; The ground floor have a fine dining area & the 1st floor have a hookah lounge where you can enjoy with friends or dear ones but both the floors are totally separate & you cannot even understand whether there is any lounge above it so for dining you need not to hesitate.
They have even separate personal dining table for family to offer you the best dinning experience
As I always say FOOD is the main thing which make me love the place & Zaairah really makes me understood that VEG Dishes can be also good as non veg platter. In frame -
> Mocktails ::
Pineapple Blossom
- A perfect mocktail which is good for every time. This drink have a perfect texture & based on milk & ice cream which makes it more tasty. The more the vanilla ice cream melts in the glass the more the drink becomes delicious because the rich flavour of pineapple was coming. I would consider it under shakes category rather than mocktail but you must try it. It was even served with a cherry & pineapple slice in the top.
Zaairah Sunshine
- A very refreshing drink for a hot summer day. The drink looks very good but you need to consume fast or else the it becomes little water based as ice was put into it.
> Salad ::
Zaairah House Salad
- It was a healthy salad & it was prepared with freshly cut seasonal fruits with flex seeds & fresh lettuce. The Chocolate sauce from the side makes it more attractive. A very good item to began your meal or for health consciousness people.
> Starters ::
Crispy Fried Paneer Tikka
- It's a fusion dish & the coating of the panner makes the whole platter a too good thing. The coating was very thin & crispy due to which the flavour comes very good. Highly Recommended.
Deli wali Tikki
- The aloo tikki served with curd, sweet tamarind chutney & bhujia. It was very soft & gets melt as soon I put it in the mouth.
Malai Broccoli
- I never thought that broccoli can also tastes so good. A very good veg starter under tandoor. It was served with 2 types of chutney one with normal coriander chutney which we usually get with all tandoor items & the second one was strawberry chutney with some beetroot added into it. It will be liked by those who loves sweet.
> Main Course ::
Mac n Cheese
- To try some other than Indian cuisine I ordered this dish. Even this doesn't disappointed me. They used a good amount of cheese & the best part of this dish is the upper layer. It was served with 2 slices of garlic bread. Highly recommended.
Palak Paneer - Palak Panner is a very common dish & each must have tried once in their life but believe me the palak panner was exceptionally good. The palak was grinded so smooth that a different texture comes into the dish.
Dal Makhni
- Just one sentence for this -" Best Dal Makhani Ever Had In My Life."
Kadai Sabzi pulao - First time tried sabzi pulao it was average. I didn't like it much. The vegetables was tossed with basmati rice & kadai masala with some tadka.
Kulcha
- It's a very common Indian bread & it was really soft. Kulcha goes best with dal makhani.
> Dessert ::
Chocolate Troufle - A very good dessert to end your meal with sweet tooth. In this troufle the richness of chocolate can be understood in every bite. There is a very special ingredient in this dessert which make it more special is wine.
Service was really good. overall experience was really well & my perception about veg dishes totally changed.
Zaairah is BEAUTIFUL! It's stunning and gives you a Royal feel.
The ambience and decor is so classy and sophisticated.
You've a private dining area too.
The food is absolutely great.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you're a vegetarian!
