On our trip to Bihr Billing, we wanted to try local food and this cafe was among the recommended places so we went to try it out. We were floored by the Himachali Thali and Siddu (we had chicken). The portion size is very generous, can easily share one thali while trying another dish from the menu. The taste is so local in terms of flavours and ingredients, it's a must visit if you're around and want to explore options other than Pizzas, Pan Cakes et al. Special mention is the sharbat they make using the local flower (can't remember the name) but you'll be able to spot it on their menu. Would suggest going for lunch (after a light breakfast) as they close early for outside guests in the evening.

Had a good experience with food and the hospitality was great as well. Vikas was really helpful and with good nature as well. The ambience and vibe was good as well. We also had a great conversation with Manu bhai on food and travel. They also have a stay option if anyone wants to spend some days as well. Highly recommended. Especially the Dham.

We were glad to find this beautiful unique cafe through Google reviews and a must go for everyone. It is only a little ride away from paragliding landing site in Bir Biling. Their food is amazing. We tried the local cuisine, for which they grow all the vegetables in their garden, and cook it authentic Himachal style. Himachali Thali (Dham) and Siddu were ultimate (see pictures). We also tried banoffe pie, which was super fresh and tasty. The food as good as the service where we were explained about the local cuisine with extraordinary hospitality by the chef Manu and team. They also have rooms, although we were not living, we would love to stay here as these rooms were nice, peaceful, and surrounded by mountains and nature. Overall a must visit.

This happened to be the best lunch I ever had in Bir with my friends. Every dish that we ordered was made with love and precision. The flavours were bursting in our mouths. The best part is you get personalised attention from the owners themselves. The owner was kind enough to take us through the historical significance of Dham (Himachali Thalli). I found the rates very affordable too. And of course the view from the cafe is breathtaking. If you are in Bir, don’t miss out on this cafe, your taste buds will thank you.

Such a nice experience we had this place. The owner Mr. Sunil Dewan was super sweet and explained us everything about the dham thali. He suggested us the local buransh drink which was really good. I loved the food, the vibe and the place. They do the fusion or you can say modern version of siddu which was delectable. Their khatta meetha chicken was really nice.

Lovely place with great ambience. The owners have a lot of attention to detail. The cafe is very quaint if you sit indoors and the lovely bounty of nature if you sit outdoors. The himachali thali was absolutely fabulous 😍 Every dish was a delight to our tastebuds. And you must buy the buransh chutney that he retails - it has a lovely complex nuanced taste to it. A definate must visit in Bir. Don't miss out. PS: Visited the place in December
