The atmosphere of the place is beautiful, perfect for a special occasion yet very comfortable. The service by the staff is outstanding, very professionell and well trained and soooo friendly.
And the food?...WOW...just wow...Everything we ordered was just so delicious and every plate was a piece of art!

Heston Blumenthal, Richard Blais, Marcel Vigneron were the chefs who's use of Molecular Gastronomy had me intrigued......September 15th 2016 at A Reverie brought those moments of Top Chef and clips of Heston cooking before my eyes!
Chef Aakritee gave us a out of the world experience at down to earth prices! The experience was like dining at The Fat Duck but the flavors felt close to home while creating a party in my mouth which could be described only with sounds most people would deem inappropriate,lol.
I'm a teetotaler and thought the mocktail would be nothing to write home about, but I was wrong ....The watermelon lemonade tasted like a Jolly Rancher Watermelon Candy without the processed flavor, Sweet and Tart in the best ratio!
Finding halal food, Substitutes for the jus laced in alcohol, chicken that isn't wrapped in bacon to render the fat isnt easy... But at A Reverie you have options & the Chef most understanding and willing to find alternatives.
They say you eat with your eyes first! From the appetizers to dessert we ate with our eyes,then I took pictures to my hearts content and then my friends and I savoured each bite and spoke very little (that's a first).
The ambience of the place needs to be experienced, we laughed, smiled, conversed, felt tranquil, acted wild and don't know how 4 hours flew by!!
Chef Aakritee walks in with a Drama Queen Apron,meeting the lady of the hour was the icing on the cake. I had a fan girl moment and was like "I need to hug you for the food you fed us tonight", she laughed and said," I believe in jaadu ji jhappi",(awkward fan girl moment changes to normal) and I got to have my "Compliments to the Chef Moment".

I would highly recommend this place for perfect dinner and music . Nicely done with the ambience, must compliment about the service and the food . Had a great night with good food and music . Well I'm a person who judge a place by the hygiene of the restroom and definitely it was up to the mark . The staff was very helpful and assertive. Well hats off to the lady i met there in the cafe who did the f&b to the restaurant because you really done a great work and the presentation of the dishes . Looking forward to be there next time I visit to Goa .

A gastronomical delight coupled with exemplary service! I celebrated my Birthday last night at A Reverie and it exceeded my dining experience. The atmosphere- distinctive.The service- exemplary. The food- unparalleled. While I ordered the chicken wings ( The birds and the bees) for appetisers, it wasn't palatable to me hence just had 2 out of the 7. The soup and the steak were just fantastic. The live retro music transported me back in time. However,my dining experience took a new high when Rohan who waited on us surprised me with a cake. It was an absolutely wonderful surprise and a perfect ending for my special day. It didn't stop there. I received the bill and I see that the appetiser wasn't charged and I was puzzled so I requested Rohan to add it to the bill and he refused as I hadn't enjoyed it. I was stumped! I've never experienced such hospitality and genuineness! Rohan and A Reverie- Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will always cherish the memories you created.
What a fantastic restaurant this is. Highly recommend and visited on 3 separate visits to India. Cocktails good, food excellent and Christmas Eve 2016 set menu was the best! Thank you.

Started our Goa trip with dinner at A Reverie. Couldn’t have had a better start. There are no words to describe how good the meal was. Started off with green salad which was followed by Crabmeat, mussels and Calamari. Main course was John Dory with seven sauces. All the dishes get 10/10 in every aspect. Super service, ambience and music. Perfection to please you. The meal for two was rupees 2700.
Love the food and the ambiance great. Was shocked to see how many people haven’t heard of this place. Awesome Fusion food, dessert platter was awesome, the egg something it was called. Most mains were really fresh and good too.
A 5 star rating for this place is not enough. This is definitely the best restaurant in Goa and probably one of the best restaurants in India. Situated in Calangute, north Goa, just off the beach, this place has an amazing setting with spacious seating that gives you the feeling of being at a luxury resort. The menu is amazing. Probably the best risotto I’ve ever had. And the deserts are the most interesting deserts you will see and taste. When in Goa, you must go here or you have missed the most delectable meal you can have.

The place as it is called is due to take you to a dream world where you are sure to have a tryst with the extraordinary.
Their menu well thought through is executed with the same perfection. The result: impeccable food on your table and fond memories in your heart( not mind - mind you). They sure know their game well. The calamari was cooked to perfection- the best you would find in Goa and the combination of fried and with lemon garlic curry was, as I said a dream.
The inverted chilli chicken- noodles made of chicken with the tangy spicy taste that noodles in India “must have”.
I will skip the mains - as reserved for my next visit, and come to desserts. Lured by the mango and coconut concoction during my first visit, I loitered here again to check this out. It is called “eggs but no eggs” and no words shall do justice to the experience. Hence I won’t explain and urge you to try out. I have uploaded some photos- take a look ( just to let you know - I am not a sweet tooth myself but gobbled up the whole thing).
The staff are friendly and take good care of you. This is a place where one visit won’t be enough coz there is a world waiting to explode in your mouth. Enjoy !

One of the most fancy restaurants in North Goa. Great ambience. Perfect place for special occasions. (Need to make a reservation in advance). Food was delicious, with interesting names for each dish. Also i haven’t seen such presentation of food anywhere else! A little pricy but worth it.
This a must have experience which you cannot miss. It is the best place i have eaten in Goa. They do not serve you with only food but with an elevation of all 4 senses.

The perfect place for Birthday date. Well i was in search of some good restaurants nearby Calangute area and this place poped up and remained at the top.
The first impression of the place will surely sweep you off the feet. Tables are well spaced with equal flora around. The lightings are dimmed perfect for the date night. The service was prompt. Ordered drinks that were complimented with garlic bread
The menu had mixed option to choose from. Dishes had quite unique name . We ordered “The Fish That swim across 7 seas” ( dont judge on the name) . Its a fish fillet served with seven sauces and green curried rice alog with salad made of beans , peanut sprouts and green chillies. The taste was top notch depends on how you like to go with sauce. I choose teriyaki and thai. The fish was perfectly steamed goes well with chunks of rice
Next was “Tale of two birds” as name goes it was two variety of chicken served in different style. One goes with crisp chicken packed in tortillas and another stick studded fried minched chicken in teriyaki sauce. Perfect taste
To end the review , we were already full by the but when told it’s birthday date , management arranged us small chocolate cake which was on the house. Loved the gesture

If you wish to go out for a fancy dinner this is one of the restaurants in Goa, away from the hustle bustle of the Calangute road, close to the beach shacks. Bingo! They have their own huge parking lot, or else one can easily explore half the Goa in search of free and safe parking. The entrance is decorated with mirrors on the ceiling, walls on the sides buzz with food awards certificates, pictures and paintings while walking through the alleyway inside the restaurant. Live music, lights and spacing set an ideal atmosphere to this location. An open-air restaurant with beautiful contour and seatings at different levels, big tables not overpowering the small, adds the extra charm. Adventure is our passion. And the menu here is in its way, a treasure hunt. Our attendant helped us understand the names associated with the dishes and patiently waited for us to place our order.
As soon as the designer starter arrived anticipation began to fizz through our veins.

36 hrs braised chicken, capsicum chilli salsa, crispy shallots, homemade rice crackers and pounded chicken with our unrevealed spices, smoked grilled chillies from our garden
I say they serve 2 different starters as a combo. Fiery chillies stuffed with pounded mince chicken gives a nice little burnt but flavourful taste. Crunchy puffed rice cracker topped with braised mince chicken was appetising and delightful.

Fillet beef, Goan bankal teriyaki sauce, soy onion dressing, and stir-fried organic rice, wasabi potato mash, kale tempura local Amarnath leaf salad
Do not expect a grilling from scratch because any red meat takes time to cook and one cannot wait for that much longer. To our surprise, it arrived on a cute little grilling stand to be reheated with a touch of brushing at the table. Moist tender fillet beef simply dissolved into the mouth. Being diehard fritter fans, the Indian version of Kale Tempura prepared using local Amarnath leaf just made our day. Both, fried organic rice cooked with veggies and wasabi potato mash garnished with sesame seeds makes this a full meal for one.

This eye-catching dish is a beautiful showpiece entree with colourful veggies, each giving a unique and tantalising taste by means of ingredients and cooking methods. All in all, it is enriched with all required intakes for the day. Any steak best-served is medium rare, although this might not suit all palates. We prefer well-done as per our metabolic rates. The thick skin pink flesh was succulent and terrifically gamey.

This tempting dessert is to die for. Any words of appreciation cannot do full justice. So go for it. Without doubt. Every single item served is consumable. We assumed an ice cream to be a pebble. So remember and try cutting through each thing in the plate till you get satisfied.

Very modern and elegant looking place with lovely interiors and a great outdoor seating. From drinks to food and desserts, everything is served theatrically and with full of drama that will be enjoyable for sure. Grilled chicken, berry show and fish that swam seven seas are a must try!!
This was our maiden visit in the beautiful state Goa. We always keep on searching for good food in our vacation mood and this time A Reverie gave a kick start in our holiday with their outstanding food, beautiful ambience, soothing music and friendly staff.
Now come to the Food. I must say that not only we ate we also felt the fragrance, the soul in the food. The mocktails were outstanding, magic in every sip. The best Pasta I have ever had and last but not the least the magnificent fusion bento. It will last in my taste buds for long.

This was my second visit to 'A Reverie' on the occasion of my wife's birthday. After trying out various places in Goa, I could zero-ed in into this place for food, ambience and music.
Food here is not just something to eat. It's a lot of imagination and creativity infused into each dish to make a story revolving around it. Food here is both delicious as well as a spectacle.
Ambience and the service is very warm and welcoming. Live music further accentuated the experience.
Our day was made special by the management as they provided a delicious chocolate mousse cake. It was tasty beyond expectations.

Fancy place with some really good decor. The food is amazing. We had an Alfredo pasta with canadian bacon and was it good! The cocktails are awesome with some interesting way of presentation. Will visit again on my next visit to goa
One of the best ambience I have visited so far. Highly recommended if you are going for romantic dinner. It says modern European restaurant and justifies that tag perfectly. Hardly 3 km from calangute beach and provides escape from hustle of beach. We ordered couple of European dishes and everything is fully authentic. They have live music which makes experience super awesome. Overall this is must visit place if you are bored of beach side typical restaurants and planning for special dinner
We tried the tasting menu at A Reverie. The experience was really good. The food was good but not the best you'll ever have. The service was also pretty decent. What really blew my mind was how the desserts were presented.
Hands down the absolute best place in goa. Culinary art at its finest, food fit for the gods and a beautiful ambience. Anyone who comes here will be dreaming about the next visit, guaranteed.

While holidaying in Goa we located this place after reading good reviews about it. As soon as you enter the place you will love the ambience as the decor is very classy. The staff seemed well trained to suggest good options in the menu. Now coming to the menu, it had lots of sea food options. The price of food is a little on the higher side but the presentation makes it worth it. Food was lip smacking. I had the best calamari in A Reverie. I would defintely reccomend this place!

We visited this fine dining place for our anniversary. Great ambience, wonderful food, tastefully presented and warm service make this a place to go back to.. we had some chicken starters, peanut Chaat and the Thai chicken bento box and ended with the OCD, which is a must-have. The portions could been a little better though. Drinks are also quite justified for such a place, though do note that 22% taxes + 10% service charge gets added further to your bill. Lastly, the service is par excellence.
Not been to Goa for a few years but returned to this excellent restaurant. Did not disappoint superb imaginative food beautifully presented in a lovely setting. This is NOT a cheap and cheerful place but you DO get what you pay for. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Heard nice things about this place, so when I got a chance to be in Goa I had to include this in my go to list. First thing you notice is how well the ambience is set for this cosy place. It has got so beautiful interiors and a great staff. Coming to food, we ordered chicken and lamb items. Chicken was the show stealer and was worth every penny. But unfortunately the lamb could have been much better. Overall the experience was good.
Extravagant is the name which comes to my mind to describe this place. The place is beautifully constructed and has the perfect ambience for a romantic time. The food is undoubtedly expensive but will not disappoint your taste buds. Tried their OCD(obsessive chocolate disorder) for desserts , which was delicious.

I chanced upon this place on one of my visits to Goa. I was staying at The Park with my family and we just walked down the road looking for a decent place to eat. That was my first dinner at A Reverie. In the days that followed, "where to have dinner" was not a decision that had to be made. It was A Reverie by default.
I've never come across a more delightful dinner restaurant in Goa. First of all, it is open air. You are surrounded by the balmy evening breeze (not a blast of recirculated air coming from the vent just above your seat). The layout itself is quite interesting. Unlike most restaurants which are flat halls littered with meaningless decor, this place looks like someone's dream. At the highest point is the bar and the "learning to fly" man (as I've come to call him). Terraced seating for larger groups surrounds this altar and opens up to the seating area that accommodates smaller groups. I think if you look around, you can see every guest/group in the house fairly well. Not bad thinking for a place where the food is so good, your attention won't really veer from your plate. But you gotta give them points for that.
Coming to the food. Every dish is a gastronomic and visual delight. The construction of the dishes and flavours are a welcome assault to senses bored with the mundane and predictable. I also recommend their cocktails which, in my humble opinion, are nothing short of perfection. If you don't like cocktails, their wine situation will have you covered. The menu demands attention and reading and processing what you've just read. Don't expect single line descriptions and whatever you do, don't walk out without trying one of their desserts. Some free advice: Clear your evening schedule before you come here and work up an appetite. You'll never want to leave.
Getting so many things right must be a hard job. Don't know how they do it. But I can tell you one thing, on my second visit to Goa I stayed again at The Park just so I could walk to A Reverie for dinner. If it wasn't for this restaurant, I wouldn't stay there. Your visit to Goa is incomplete without some aimless bumming during the day and a dinner here at night. And if you happen to be there on a Saturday, you'll catch some lovely live music too...

Last meal of the trip and after having some amazing food in Goa we go for dinner at A Reverie. Astounding fusion concept food and generous servings! The fish dish came with 7 different sauces! One thing not to miss is the desserts......especially the egg dessert Which looks like egg but there are no eggs.......try it to believe it

The potato and mushroom platter along with great drinks such as drink like a fish this place will always be the most classiest place I have visited in Goa. A fantastic dining experience at A Reverie! Each Tapas was unique and a bite sized adventure! Special mention for Felix who looked after my mum and aunt with care- from lending a hand to walk down the stairs to making sure the food was right. The cocktails were unique and yummy! As a vegetarian table we were delighted with all our food (the tofu, the indo Hawaiian pani puri, tacos...we ate a LOT!) and the desserts- OCD & ‘it’s an egg but not an egg’ were heaven!! (The kale which had a light batter fry was the only thing that needed a tad change- it was a little heavy on the oil - perhaps just an off day) We will definitely come back! Thanks a lot for a wonderful experience 🙏🏽

Wonderful ambience and delicious meals. From the extremely tempting menu, I picked the 'Couch Potato and Magic Mushroom Risotto'. I strongly recommend this dish. If you are looking for a romantic dinner, this is your place.
Great food! My grand moms punjabi favourites were amazing ! Cauliflower mousse is out of this world however I don't know why the staff is completely disinterested ! They didn't care to explain the dishes, answer any questions or indulge in anything . The food is wonderous and we were in awe of it however staff seems to be equally bored by it. Ambience is also nice . Cut one point only for the rudeness of the staff if it were any other place would have given it 1

By far the best food in India and beats some of the best in the World including my fav’s in NY. This is a magical food journey which will sweep you off your feet. I’m an extremely critical foodie, and couldn’t find one negative to write about this place. If you’re in Goa, you just cant miss this place. Infact I’m telling friends to just fly down to just experience the food this beauty has to offer. Must try’s:

A beautiful setting that keeps you intrigued and curious, the same way their menu does. A new take on many cocktails we are used to and a great continental food menu by the looks of it, although we had time to stop by only for a quick glass of their remodeled Ol’ Fashioned. Definitely going to stop by for some food next visit!
A Reverie is among one of the best places to have continental food. They also have three course meal and seven course meal. Great ambience, excellent service, good music area everything is on point. we tried some mouth-watering starter's over there. Prawns taco was the best among them and the Bao. The staff is really very polite and friendly over there. And the best part is that they serve something which we don't have on regular basis, something unique and they too have the best collection of wine.

After numerous visits to goa, i wanted to find a place which could offer more than the regular goan prawn curry and rice. So i stumbled upon A reverie while browsing though tripadvisor. The wall just opposite to the entrance boasts of numerous awards. I was welcomed by the hostess warmly. The ambience has a fusion/contemporary feeling and makes a perfect place for a romantic dinner in goa. The bread basket they serve initially (comprising of goan bread with garlic butter) requires special mention, because it tasted so good that i ended up requesting for another one! The menu was by far the most interesting menu i have seen in a while. Every dish has been recreated in a new manner which is interesting (descriptions of the dishes made me curious to know what the dish looks/tastes like), but the taste doesnt steer far away from the original dish. This chef knows good fusion and you can be sure that no matter how eleborate a dish you order, it will definitely taste good. In a nutshell, A reverie serves good food, has staff that serves you with a smile and beautiful ambience. This place is definitely pricey for goa, but one should indulge in fine dining once in a while.

A place where you can spend time with your loved ones. A must visit place if you have visited Goa for Honeymoon. The music sets your mood and the food is just perfect. The way they palate the food is worth mentioning. I never miss a chance to visit this place whenever I am in Goa. Keep up the good work guys.

What a cool place with live music a beautiful looking bar and spectacular cuisine. It’s got a little bit of desi in all there dishes. There dessert concept is really cool and you must come check it out.
A mindboggling culinary experience! We went to A Reverie twice in a four day trip. The cocktails (the apple martini is 7 star), the food (except for one chicken roulade dish), and the service were stellar! Really great ambience and such a fun time. I’m a fan and will continue to return every trip! Oh and the deconstructed tiramisu was heavenly 😍
One word for this place is “EXOTIC” went with my friend for quiet dinner and it end up such a beautiful night to remember! Ordered Bar tenders choice of Cocktail scotch base and I couldn’t stop admiring the presentation and TASTE! My friend Shyam who had been the star of the evening! This is all time go to place whenever I visit Goa. The first time I came here was way back in 2013 when it was fairly new, and I instantly fell in love with everything here. From the food to the ambience, the location, the vicinity and the overall vibe of the place it’s just amazing. They keep tweaking the menu and adding new things to the list of impeccable offering that they have, they also pay a lot of attention to the plating. The drinks are also fairly decent. At my recent visit I particularly loved their Bao sliders and bento boxes, highly recommended, also try the Bellini. Till next time!
The place is very pretty and has such pleasant vibes. You will find live music on most days. Also, don't forget to visit their washroom, they have an attractive basin set-up.
Coming to the food, we ordered the following items:
Breaking bread topped with sun-dried tomatoes: 5/5 it's a must try
The vegetable barbeque: 3/5 they do a live personal BBQ at your table, so it's all fancy but didn't appeal much to my taste buds.
Alfredo Pasta topped with mushrooms: 5/5 the best pasta I have had so far anywhere in Goa and I have tried almost all good places :)
Service is too good and the attendants are very friendly and attend to all your weird requests. They themselves asked whether we wish to get ourselves clicked, which was such a sweet gesture☺️
Ambience takes you away to a different world altogether. Beautiful place located in the heart of the city. Food indeed is yum. But the experience is awesome. Worth visiting if anyone plans to visit Goa ..thank you guys 🙂
Excellent place for the dinner with live western music. Romantic place with exotic cocktails. It’s a high end restaurant with great ambience.
Definitely deserves more than the current rating on Zomato. One of the few places which really standout and everything about this place stood tall. Service, ambience, food presentation, food quality, drinks, desserts... everything was bang on. It's surely on the higher side on the wallet...but that's the price you pay for a class act.
From the time you enter the place, it wowed me. It's a truly unique setup. Layered, stepped and spread out and open air. And for a December weather in Goa, it's simply great.
We ordered multiple things and tried couple of drinks. None of it failed to impress.
But what took the cake was the dessert.
Has a repeat value for sure.
We went on Xmas day. Set menu obligatory. Food was good, not amazing. Tried hard and could see what they were trying to do, didn’t totally come off. I think usual a la carte would be better as they are used to making it. Some good dishes - great gin cocktail, cauliflower and truffle soup, clever dessert like a deconstructed Christmas’s pudding was really good for me (kids and wife felt less excited by it). Average Camembert tart, beef / pulled lamb was so-so a bit dry and uninspiring but all perfectly pleasant. Great ambience and environment, good service, fantastic singer all through the evening really made a huge difference - perfect tune selection and the right voice and sound level to be engaging but not intrusive. Would definitely go back here again overall and relative to European restaurant at same level and quality - great value even if this is Goa.
I am still having a great memory from my experience in this restaurant. The ambience is really unique and the presentation of the food was refreshingly creative. I ordered a vegeterian meal that was presented in a beautiful way and tasted just as good as it looked. Even though the prices are on the higher end the experience here is worth every penny. If you are looking for a great way to end your Goa holiday or a place to celebrate a special day, this is a great choice.

It is the perfect place for celebrations that just stuns you with its magnificent decor and ambiance and then warms your palate and heart with incredible food and the live music!
We ordered THE TACOS TRUCK with crispy blackened chicken, the BHARATA - only to see how they make it tableside and the OLD CHICKEN for mains.
I will highly recommend the TACO TRUCK, the presentation and the taste were all great, the 6 piece tacos come accompanied by a small plastic truck! The BHARATA is like making a subway sandwich by your table. They get the raw eggplant mash in a bowl, in which you can pick and choose the flavors you wish to add, much like a subway sandwich. It comes with a whole wheat roti.
The staff upon learning that we were celebrating our anniversary, surprised us with a cake and a note.
Special mention to the amazing live singer for beautiful songs that only added to the ambiance!
I highly recommend A Reverie.
Do save it for your special occasions and splurge, you will come back with a lighter wallet but an incredibly happy heart!
I wish the food was as good as the place looked.. Service was better than the food. Swanky place. Bit too overpriced!!!! Too little choice for vegetarians... Not the worst experience..
If you want to feel Goa in its truest form, then this is the place to be. It has a very romantic feel to it. Pretty large property with an open seating. They have this huge collection of wine on their menu card and the food as well is very unique and different. The staff is courteous and very helpful.
People looking to spend some romantic moments together, then this is the place for you, right in the heart of North Goa.
The only drawback i would say is their timing. They take their last order at 11 PM. For a place like Goa, where people come to party and chill, I think these guys should extend their time limit.

Being Goan, and this place having been around for years, and having got married at the hotel just next door; I cannot believe I only found out about this place during this holiday! A truly hidden gem that I discovered this August. The entrance is actually pretty small, that you could miss it unless intentionally looking for the place.
As I entered the through the narrow doorway, I was in for a complete surprise. I was in awe at how beautifully done up this place was. The interiors impressed at first sight.
The service was impeccable. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and have a good attitude.
For drinks we got a jug of Sangria. The taste wasn't really great at first, and the staff were quick to replace it and made a better one. Also tried some other cocktails from their menu, and they do have a good bartender *wink*
Starters comprised of Choriz Bao, Chicken Liver Pate Macaroons and their version of Chicken Lollipop. Though all of that was absolutely delicious, my favourite was the Liver Pate Macaroons. The burst of flavours in your mouth is like no other! You got to try it, to believe it.
For mains we ordered the "Pig Out" - Pork Belly & Pork Tenderloin with condiments & sides and an order of Beef Steak with its sides. The meat was tender and imparted a flavour of its own. Not usual for such meat to be served in restaurants around Goa.
It was the birthday eve of my husband, and the staff were very kind to sing for him and give us the most delicious cake! It was a very sweet ending to the meal.
The prices though are on a slightly steep side. We paid around Rs 8,000 for 3 people. However, an experience totally recommended. Next time I am in Goa, surely going here again.
Master chef ka Baap. This is by far the best restaurant in North Goa. The beef steak and pork is to die for. The desserts are a work of art. Inventive and divine. This is the umpteenth time I have dined here and they have never disappointed.
Ambiance is good. The menu and presentation are different and innovative. Flavours are exotic and rich. Only issue is the quantity which is very less. Great place for a dinner date! ☺️

A midnight dessert craving is what took us to this place. Sometimes an early dinner does this but thanks to Goa, there were tons of options to satisfy our sweet tooth..

Food - OCD and Lime Cheese Cake is what we ordered. A 5 on 5 for the taste as well as the presentation. But with the Lime cheese cake I felt there were just tooo many elements on the plate. The portion of the dessert is very small so you don't get enough of the cake to combine it will all the elements. A cake which finishes in 2 or 3 scoops at most, how many elements can it be enjoyed with. So what happens is that you end up eating the side items individually after the cake is over and that just spoils the good taste you enjoyed earlier..
P.S.- The place is not pocket friendly but its worth for money

I would like to go out on a limb here and say that this is the closest that I have come to having a Heston Blumenthal experience in India. Chef Aakriti is a legend! The Pate, the Ceviche, The wings, The Old Chicken, the Eggs bu no Eggs.... Its all so awesome that you will give up any and every thought of even remotely trying to compare this to place to any other that you've been before.
A Reverie is not a one-time wonder experience, it is a consistent day after day experience, and that is what puts this place far above all other restaurants.
As for the gin experience, I suggest you do not miss on Aromatherapy! Its the now quite popular combination of Gin, Elderflower and Cucumber. Its well balanced and is good company for the evening.

Zomato helped us find this hidden gem in Calanghute area. Was looking for fine dine in options and saw this restaurant. It was absolutely a delight.
Ambiance is classy and romantic..the place looks beautiful at night. Service staff was courteous and quick. Everything we ordered was good and desserts were absolutely heart winning.
I would want to specify the 2 desserts which are a must have on your platter when go to this place - OCD and Lemon cheese cake. I met the chef to personally appreciate the taste and presentation.
The most beautiful fine dining experience in North Goa!
Happened to try out this place in August this year on our anniversary. We were welcomed and served by courteous staff and management who made us comfortable and helped us with recommendations.
The planners had paid so much attention to details in decoration, ambiance, service & innovative menu; not to forget-aptly priced! Definitely a must visit if in North Goa.

They made my last night at Goa surely memorable!
Their ambience is very creative with its entrance full of beautiful and lively paintings!
As you enter you will be delighted with the small lamps and stone made structures! It is pleasantly beautiful. There is also live music going on to embrace the peaceful and soothing atmosphere in here! Well dressed and attentive attendants is also something to look out for! This place defines the true meaning of fine dining!
Impressed by the architecture and uses of this place, I was now keen on ordering food. They offered complimentary garlic bread which was perfectly baked and topped with garlic, butter and chilly flakes!
I ordered:
●Strawberry Martini which was tequila with a gist of strawberry! It was beautifully executed. It was strong and aptly prepared.
●Chicken and cheese rissoto: It brought me to a different level when I had it's first bite. It was so finely minced and cooked that I simply just had to feel it in my mouth and fill it down. It was so soft and mouthmelting with its every bite consisting of the palatable flavour of cheese and rice with minced chicken! It was the best rissoto i have ever eaten!
●Thai thali: It consisted of salad, red Thai curry, steamed rice with the curry and waited vegetables, spring rolls and two wontons! It was indeed fantastic! Beautifully prepared and executed. No doubts and faults in this for sure!
●Chicken tacos: Crispy corn outer layer with highly minced and piquant chicken inside! Mayonnaise and coriander topped over complementing it's flavour! It was hard outside, soft inside! Totally droolsome!
If you want to experience fine dining in goa, do visit this! You will return back with a smile and full satisfaction!

First up, this place is *AMAZING*. Why the 4.5 Star then? Well, because at the start of our maiden experience with them, we were told, "our water is not filtered, would you like a bottle of water instead?" A lot to be said about that - but will focus the review on what followed, because that was *AMAZING*.
We were 3 vegetarians & 1 non-vegetarian visiting A Reverie for dinner one rainy evening in Goa. The minute we walked in & soaked in our surroundings, we knew this was going to be a great evening, largely because of the food. And we were not disappointed.
The place is very young & happy - like most places in Goa. What sets it apart is that it is equally chic & quietly classy - people dress well to come here. This was, to us, a welcome change unlike most places in Goa where flip-flops & shorts are the norm. They won't throw you out of course, if you turn up in flip-flops [trust me, we tried it]. One may argue, that Goa is about 'chill' - but well, to each, her own!

Rarely do I give a place 5star, but I couldn't give this place anything below. Outstanding food, great service - going out of their way to accommodate dietary preferences, and lovely ambiance. For anyone visiting Goa - this place is a must visit. And being in existence for seventeen years, with a food menu change every year - Akriti and her partner are doing a wonderful job!
For starters we ordered mushroom-Ming: A must have!! One of the most outstanding mushroom teas I've had - subtle, beautiful truffle fragrance and flavour accompanied with mushroom biscuits. Also were tacos and sundried tomato pizza. All very well made. For the mains we finished every bit of the veg bento box and the thai thali, Pad Thai noodles in the thali need a special mention. The team went out of their way to accommodate freshly made spaghetti in arabiata sauce - absolutely non-spicy for the youngest, seven year old member in the group - and boy, she was happily slurping it up!
We had left some space for deserts and ordered their lemon cheese cake platter (2nd recommendation - first being banofee pie) as well as OCD platter (Obsessive Chocolate Disorder). Our anxiety was heightened with the little wait as freshly made, and beautiful to look at desert rolled out of their kitchen. There was a 20sec of silence as we clicked pictures and only remnants and odd streaks of it remained, 60secs later! It was a wipeout!!
All in all - a great evening with a beautiful ambience, an extremely courteous and accommodating staff, and outstanding food!

The restaurant boasts a stunning interior, and the food is absolutely delicious. We sampled the prawn and steak dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the steak accompanied by a delectable mushroom sauce. The spaghetti was also a delightful surprise, bursting with incredible flavors. If you're craving European cuisine, this place is a must-visit. While it may be on the pricier side, I still highly recommend it for an unforgettable dining experience.
Nice food with eye please presentation. Cocktails and Mocktails are quite different and hence, a mist try. Live music is an added bonus
There were some bugs due to rainy season and open sitting, otherwise the atmosphere was great.
We had heard such great things about the place that we went in with really high expectations. However, the encounter was a little disappointing.
The cuisine was mediocre. We place our order for pasta, steak, and deconstructed chili chicken. Spaghetti was the finest, chili chicken was mediocre, and the overdone, chewy steak was overdone.
We ordered the beach for dessert. Again, the taste was mediocre, but the presentation was fantastic.
It was absolutely not what we had hoped for, but maybe they were having a terrible day when we went.

The ambience is so subtle yet soothing, the food was brilliant, and the cost was not too high for the quality of food being served. I absolutely loved the amount of thought and intricate work which was put into every dish, making each element shine on it's own. I feel like I've had my MasterChef tasting experience. Ravioli is a must try! The best Ravioli I've ever had. Pasta is good too.
Tofu steak and other dishes were weird for my taste 😂 Probably I don't have a taste for Portuguese cuisine.

Salmon and tuna were presented to us in a totally different artistic way and the best part was they told us what are the ingredients and how to eat it.

We went to Cross Culture Princeton for dinner and the food was amazingly tasty, I have tried other Indian restaurants in the area but there is no comparison in the taste. The service was outstanding in warm cozy and romantic atmosphere with classical music in the background. We had sizzling Chicken and Lamb kebab for appetizer. We enjoyed the vegetarian and non-vegetarian entree with fresh Tandoori Naan bread and basmati rice. We highly recommend this place to everyone.
Dining in here is an experience in itself. I have to start with the ambience and Interiors of the restaurants, probably the best I've seen anywhere. Even the washroom was so well made.
We ended up having only the appetizers which is something like a tasting menu, so small portions but i am not complaining as they were very tasty.
Also last but not least, the live performances make everything better. Definitely a must try when you are in Goa.

An amazing place extraordinary well presented and awesome tasting food. Impeccable service and ambiance. The rates are on the higher side. We opted for the special chef curated menu and it was awesome. Chef Christopher D'Souza came to our table understood our vegetarian and taste requirements and aced his presentations. Very nice live music where they take your requests too.
