Great beach shack, food is excellent and varied .
Portions are very generous.
We have had several days there.
And will have some more before we leave.
Plenty of room around sun beds,so not on top of other people.
Christmas lunch was great.
And we were all impressed with the steak pie new years day.
Superb as always. Went with friends for an evening meal (Suckling Pig). You need to give them at least 24hrs notice. Service and food first class.
Yesterday was our second Sunday evening visit. Last week all had the roast lamb which was excellent. This week two of us had steak pie which was enormous, one kingfish and chips and mushy peas, and my husband had the roast lamb again. The chef owner always comes out after to see that you have enjoye
Great place to spend a day at the beach with cheap great drinks and food
We were lucky enough to learn about this place from some other guests at our hotel. Fantastic food, great selection of drinks and amazing service from the team. This is a great place to relax in peace and quiet with great hosts.

Great place to eat and drink. Left our towels every night and they were laid out on a sunbed the next day when we came.
Didn't pay for our food and drink until we were leaving, when the bill came we noticed that we weren't charged enough. we paid the correct amount and a good tip on top.

Fantastic food and staff. I’d highly recommend anyone that is wanting some home style food such as a steak pie or a Sunday roast to come here. Granted there is a wait for food but it’s worth it.

Me and John have been going to the rovers return for the last 10years and love it ,food great and Joseph and Anna and john are loverly it's great at nite aswell really peaceful can't wait for 1st of March2017 and not forgetting the steak pie it's bloody delicious please try it I highly recommend it
We love Rovers Return and visit every season, for me personally now I find it very difficult to walk in the deep sand, to the shack and the toilet, such a shame, when a mat could help a great deal.
