It was an awesome stay. We four of us stayed for 5 day's and we absolutely loved the stay. The owner is very courteous and helpful. A must recommend. If you are in Goa and you need a place for stay at a reasonable price and awesome facilities. You must visit this place. It was an amazing stay. Thank you for your service.
This is a very comfortable and spacious stay. You have the luxury to dine in their restaurant and save time if you are on workation.

This was one of tbe most economical places I could have gone during New Year's Eve, in Goa. Room was big enough to accommodate 4 folks, we were 3. They are like a 1RHK and can used for long term stay. No power cuts through the day.
The food is home cooked and yummy as hell! I didn't miss home, with Goan food served. You are treated just like home with the food quantity. This coupled with the price is just great.
While this place has been there for a while, there has been a change in management and certain aspects are WIP, but none are deal breakers. And more importantly folks are accomodating.

The owner seems nice and friendly, though the support staff are arrogant and rude. Rooms are nice for people of upto 5, all AC and clean.

Nice place to stay in, they also provide accommodation with budget friendly prices with hot water facility along with free wifi.. This place is 100 mtrs from beach..

Very cheap and good guest house to stay and best location near beach.pizza hut,and Mac Donald KFC is near by.baga,condolim,vagator beach,go karting is nearer place to visit
