We had ordered Chicken Tikka, Indiana Chicken Pizza and Batter Fried Calamari.
Chicken Tikka and Indiana Pizza were pretty good. The taste was decent and the quantity was apt.
I had tried Calamari for was first time in my life so I really didn't had a benchmark to compare it with. O found the taste to my liking and this is something that I can get accustomed to. The batter had a good balance of flavours which leaved a good taste in my mouth.
The service was quick and the ambience was decent. They had live music as well which created a good environment.
A good experience with a great location. Food is quite awesome so are the cocktails. Loved it. They have quite some beds set for sun bathing and also there will be some people around asking you for oil massages if you want to. We tried different starters of chicken, fish and it was quite delicious. The sea facing view is quite a pleasant sight while eating. Staffs are very friendly. Service is quite prompt too.

Highly recommended for foreigners and Indians too. We went here twice in two days. Music is more for couples and not very young. Food is the best around and very trustable. Simple but pretty ambience. Good fast service. I will definitely go here again next time. Highly recommended.

Calamari Bathe & Binge. Loved the tandoori pomfret, chicken tandoori( safest option), butter chicken, dal tadka. For drinks liked the frozen (actually semi frozen) Margharita. Also ordered strawberry margharita which was a disaster while the watermelon margharita tasted more like juice only ofcourse.
Experimented with something called tamrind margharita. If it dint have alcohol m sure it would have tasted yummy with rice š¤. Realised its better to stick to the basics.

The tamarind margarita was great. We ordered prawn rechado which was average. The chili chicken was decent. The prawn balchao was extremely sweet. The chicken cafrael was average. Have eaten much better food in the past.

Amazing place to be at right on the beach. The ambience is superb and very polite staff. One can go with family and kids as they have pizza and pasta also available. There Seafood is superb and one must try crabs, fish, prawns and squids.

Overlooking the beach you get various type of seating options, as per your preference. Staff over here is super friendly . Perfect to spend your goa afternoon while sipping their refreshing sangria and savoring delicious sea food . Out of their huge menu , sea food platter is my favorite.

Loved this shack everytime I visited. Just that it is a bit expensive, otherwise love this shack. Especially being next to the beach and with live music always there in the evening, is great place to have your meal with your family.
One of my friend suggested ne to visit this place.. I was on a trip with my mom so searching a place which relax her .. away from chaos and noisy loud music. The wave sounds and candle lit dinner with your loved ones ,what else !!! I would say one must visit this place on his Goa trip. Evening to mid night is so pleasant and good live music . Of course I would give 5 out of 5 to food and service. They have ample options for veg and non veg. Italian dish is must try. I would definitely visit again in my next trip.
An amazing place to sit back and relax with loved ones, this place is a win-win. With both indoor and outdoor seating giving you a beautiful view of the beach, the location is prime. The live band is an added asset to the restaurant. We ordered for prawn Curry rice, along with spicy garlic chicken and aglio olio Spaghetti, all three dishes truly delicious down to the last bite. The service is prompt and they won't give you a reason to complain. Finally, the place is Value for Money as well, so you can totally be assured of having a good time.
Always a treat year after year, calamari never fails! The live band is always an added bonus. The food was great and the vegetarian pizza with buffalo mozzarella Parmesan cheese and rocket leaves was amazing - Calamari stay consistent as ever !

We went to this restaurant,which was right next to my hotel, a few times on my last visit to Goa recently and the experience was excellent.

It's decor is soothing and classy, the best thing is the live singer( just sets the mood right).it's the place where you get Goan vibes even if u just sit around in the corner. People can dance if they want in front of the bar counter. As per the food is concern, everything was superb in terms of quality, quantity and taste. Their calamari is TO DIE FOR! It's a great place to have a couple of drinks and binge on some sea food - their portions are perfect! We also had their rice and Goan prawn curry, and we're in love! The signature drink, a little expensive, will instantly get you into the Goan buzz. Love the ambiance and the food, and the service definitely kept up!
An upscale and famous beach restaurant. The theme is all white decor. The food is good except the jacked potatoes we ordered. The prices are on the higher side. They have lavish menu with lot to chose from. The live music karaoke night was awesome with amazing popular hindi songs. They played popular old songs also. The atmosphere was lively. The in house cocktail pitcher were a let down. Overall good experience. Good for romantic candle light dinner.

Our driver Leo suggested this place and we decided to give it a go. Calamari was just a 5min walk from our hotel. We went for dinner on 15-Feb and this almost beach restro left us awestruck. One of the best places to eat delicious goan food when in Goa. Ordered butter garlic calamari, prawn balchao and fish curry with rice. The staff is polite, the crowd is decent and the music is great. The live band was singing on Sunday afternoon.
Calamari is always a go to place when in goa. The beautiful sitting area on the beach makes the experience all the more beautiful. The food is superb ! One must try Spaghetti aglio olio, fish curry rice, margherita pizza and fish n chips. For desserts, strawberry cheesecake is super yumm!
We stumbled upon this place on our last Goa visit and it turned out to be Fab. So much that we had our lunch and dinner for the next 2 days from here š

Awesome place to hang out with live music and tasty food. A little on the expensive side though. But for the view and ambience it's definitely worth it and you should visit this place at least once. Parking can be a huge pain during weekends
My second time here. The last was a while back when there was a ship run aground in front of the shack. The food was amazing then and is amazing today.
Started off with beef chilly fry and chicken pepper with cheese naan. Really good heat levels in the beef with the generous chilies. We were quite full but decided to continue with the mains of seafood platter.
The platter was pretty good for two whoāve had starters. One tiger prawn, 2 smaller but good sized prawns, 2 what is best described as crab balls with a leg piece to hold on to, a small pomfret, calamari batter fried and butter garlic (I think) kingfish. Everything was great.
the service was quickish. Though we had to repeat requests for candles to be replaced. It is dark at nights and several people were using their phones to read menus. I would suggest the trees have some lights strewn on them. Nothing garish and loud. Soft light.

Came with friends after hearing great reviews of the place. We decided to have lunch and so we made reservations for Sunday. The place is a charming beach side restaurant with loungers and tables set on the beach. It's a family friendly place with live music and singing. Kids can run around and get their feet wet in the sea while the adults can enjoy popular Hindi and English retro numbers.
Our delicious lunch started off with batter fried calamari rings, onion rings, chicken xiacutti, chicken and prawn cafreal along with Goan pao and prawn cocktail. We then ordered the French onion soup, fish and chips, mussels rechido and the mutton boti kebabs.
Service was fast and efficient and the restaurant allows you to have a long and leisurely lunch without ever giving you the feeling of having to be done with your food.
We ended our lunch with the highlight of the day. Mouth watering desserts right from chocolate tarts, to their salted caramel espresso and their delicious sorbets were decadent and melt in your mouth. The desserts were so delicious that no one could stop with just one. We kept re-ordering these like they were going to go out of fashion. It was a divine end to a delicious brunch.
I rate this a hands down 5. This place should definitely be there on your wish list if you are visiting Goa. Reserve in advance so that you get a table, it is mandatory otherwise you could be disappointed.
We stay in Candolim when we are in Goa, and one of the factors is Calamari. Location is excellent and in a not so crowded part of the beach, you get a seat most of the time, the live music at most times is very good, the cocktails are nice, the seats are very relaxing and of course, the food satisfies most palates. Asian raw papaya salad, prawn butter garlic, chilli chicken, pasta are some things we usually order. The lobster was also nicely cooked.

One of the best place in goa.We were a group of 6 people and everyone really enjoyed the ambience,the drinks,food,music.They have different seating arrangements available,you can sit inside enjoy the ac the music or outside in open too.We ordered chicken wings which was really good.Then we had jacket potatoes with coleslaw that was good too,Pepper chicken was awesome and crowds favorite too.Chocolate brownie with ice-cream was to die for.All kind of drinks and beers were available.I had mojito which was perfect.Staff were really good.We were being served by Mr Biswajeet ji who was very cordial and attentive with our drinks and preferences.Thanks guys.We will visit againšš
This place was highly recommended by my sister and she had asked me not to miss it out. Went here for lunch on a sunny afternoon it was crowded but yet we got a table quick, we were seated on a table by the beach. Even though the tables were placed on the sand it was yet very clean and neat.
Coming to the food, we ordered for their Prawns Rava Masala Fry as we had loved it else where also. It was so yummy, they served the small pieces of prawns with a mayo dip.
Then we ordered the Fish n Chips and their Calamari Special Pizza which was BBQ chicken with peppers and onion, both the dishes were amazing.
Really good service, Highly recommended and should not be missed when in Goa.

The restaurant is right on the beach and seems to be quite popular amongst the locals. The day we can visited there was a live band that was playing and the customers seem to be enjoying themselves. Some of the hit the dance floor and it was nice to see young and old have a great time alike. The place has a Santorini thyme going for it which seems to be a hot favorite with a lot of beachside restaurants nowadays. The food was average. Did not really have anything that stood out except the desserts. We had the Opera and the lemon cheesecake which we liked. The Goan chorizo, pepper chicken, pasta, calamari and a few other dishes we order was just good. But definitely a nice place to visit to chill and unwind by the beach.

Okay, so this is one of the legendary places to eat, drink, hang out and have a blast while you do so in this part of Goa. Pretty famous for its sea food and an awesome beachfront property, it ticks all the right boxes with an awesome ambiance, brilliant location and above all, superb food. I had a medium-well done Tenderloin which was made to perfection with a slight crispy edge to a succulent centre. I also tasted the Mixed fried rice and Chilli Chicken which I found to be excellent as well. I am not into fish, but from what I heard from my companions, they were blown away with the prawns. And to speak of the ambiance, well, just go there and find out. Wont regret
Lovely place, vibe, lights and everything. They have some nice live music in the evenings but nothing that'll need for you to shout to be heard by the person sitting next to you. Their food was just as good. Please do order their chocolate brownie and say a little thank you prayer after the first bite melts in your mouth. Slightly pricier but you're paying for all things good and in the end it'll be worth it. Saw Sudhir Mishra at the restaurant while my mouth was stuffed with some nice chicken xacuti so that's was a good sign too. 11/10 would go back.

As the name suggests, The calamari platter was the yummiest, most fresh and light appetizer I ordered as soon as we ordered a few pitchers of sangria. Thatās when you know holiday mode has really kicked in. The beautiful beach front restaurant does not compromise on their fresh produce, quality meat and decadent pastries. Super hospitable staff, breathtaking views and live music sets the mood right.

Very close to Condolim and decent location. Right in front of beach. Ambience is excellent compare to any other place in that area. Tandoori pomfret was cooked to perfection and presented in most exclusive manner. Its high on taste too. Calamari was cooked nice and soft with red sauce. Service is really good and i must say they have live music too. Highly recommended.
Excellent place for a dining on the bay. It is premium location away from the heavy crowds at candolim and baga areas. The only reason this gets 4 stars is due to the less quantity of prawns and gravy which was only sufficient for 3 rotis. Rest of the dishes were very good. Especially the prawns pulav. You may need to insist on extra spice on the dishes if you are Indian as the dishes are prepared to more suit the western travellers. Also get good music and and excellent place to spend your days.

Ever stumbled on those places that manage to tie everything so perfectly well together. The well thought ambience, the scrumptious food, the calming live music and the beautiful view of the beach made this such a memorable experience.

The are multiple seating options available for almost any need. (1) indoors on the hard floor (2) semi covered on the sand (3) tables facing the water towards the fence and (4) lounge chairs. Honestly what really sets this place apart is the fact that it is surrounded by some trees and plants given that itās been around almost 15+ years. Hence you feel a lot more protected from the sun and elements of the whether. The lovely blue colour is great. The are ample fans around to ensure sufficient air circulation making it easier to sit outside during the heat. The live music was also excellent as the singerās talent as well as the choice of music ensure that the experience was even more relaxing.

This was a little bit of a mixed bag initially, but as we hit the main course everything with top notch. Breaking down all the ordered.
- Fish Masala: brilliantly made and paired perfectly with rotis
- Goan fish curry and rice: this is coconut rich gravy that was perfectly balanced - pairs well with the white rice
- veg. Tandoor platter: mixed as the veggies still seemed a little raw
- white sauce pasta: it was really nice as the cheese used was brilliant
- veg Goan curry: similar to the goad fish curry, the coconut flavour really heightened the overall flavour of the dish
- Paneer Butter Masala: was a little on the sweeter side for my liking, but the paneer was fresh and soft and well cooked. Pair well with the roti
- Red Wine Sangria: this was really refreshing as the fruity flavour was brought out really well with the combination of fruits and the amount of wine
- Coconut Water: brilliant presentation and well the coconut water was nice and sweet

What a fabulous place to spend a lazy afternoon in Goa. This is by far one of the best shackās I have been to. Perfect mix of all things you look for in a shack when coming to Goa for a relaxing couple days. Highly highly recommended!

Where do I begin.... the set up is a breath of fresh air, quite literally, since even though theyāre just off the beach, the restaurant has plenty of shade and fans to keep you cool. Service was so very pleasant, the staff was just excellent. Our server Gautam catered to our every need. We were so confused with what to order, and he was wonderful at describing dishes and recommending the items which would be to our taste. The restaurant is certainly on the expensive side, but well worth every penny. The lobster butter garlic was fab, recheado prawns to die for, and the xacuti crab was the best Iāve had in Goa. The gelato was also nice, but slightly overpriced in my opinion. The other desserts like cheesecake and lemon meringue were good. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood and is willing to spend on awesome ambience and tastes youāll remember till your next trip. Our kids also loved the live music there for lunch and dinner. Anyone with kids should know that the servers were awesome with our small kids. They were attentive, catering to their every whim and dealing with them with a lot of patience. I had a great afternoon here. Cheers!!!

Truly happy with this place, recently we went to this place and it was an amazing experience. This place is really beautiful! It had both outdoor and semi-indoor seating. For those who don't like eating in the dark then outdoor seating is not for them. The outdoor seating is next to Candolim beach so a perfect date place for couples as they have a candlelight setting for outdoor seating. There was live singing and a dance floor too for people who love to dance. In all, the ambience was lovely.
The food was great as well. We had fish and chips, chicken steak with pepper sauce and chicken spaghetti royale pasta, and everything tasted really good. For me and my friend it was on the pricey side as it cost us 3k+ with drinks but the ambience and the food was worth the experience!!!! We took a walk on the beach afterwards so it was a really happy ending.

Calamari Bathe & Binge as name suggests is the place where you can drink & dine ( multi cuisine) & bathe in the sea.This Shack is in the candolim area in Goa, India & even walkable from Candolim sandy beach. It allows its customers to sit inside , semi outside or outside to drink, dine, bathe in the sea, to have sun bath etc. It has shower area separately along with basic facilities like towels etc.
The Shack has good food quality & variety in veg & non-vegetarian.The live singing of English songs makes it more lively. The rates are little high here from neighbouring Shacks, but it is worth to be here. I had veg snacks here along with Breezer.

My favorite spot at the beach in Candolim, very nice staff, good food in fair price, good choice of Indian and international dishes and drinks, they have clean showers and toilets. The restaurant is big with many tables, some mattresses on the ground and some sun beds so plenty to choose from.

The outdoor sitting opens directly to the beach. The ambience towards the evening is great. A must visit place if you are in Candolim.
Situated in a relatively quiet beach (compared to Baga beach). Superb seating by the beach and offers a calm space to have a drink, chat and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves. Wathcing the sunset was a glorious experience.
I just loved this place. Everything is perfect about this place - food , atmosphere, live music and the location.
I love love the way the have crafted a blended vibe of the natural with the planted coconut trees, and the open air seating and the more indoor-sy ( still open air but a bit more sheltered) that has a dance floor, a live band and plenty of tables.

You have a view of the ocean and they've setup the outside area with decks too.

A great place to enjoy food and drinks on the Candolim beach near the Holiday Inn. You can buy and carry your own drinks to save on unnecessary heavy expenses. Good Food!!

The restaurant opens to a beach and it had great vibes! Loved the food too!
This was next to a private beach with a serene atmosphere and a live band were playing songs.. The ambience was good however food was bland, also quite expensive. If youāre staying close by, you can visit once for a nice ambience..
Has to be the best restaurant in North Goa, the food is A M A Z I N G, be vegetarian or non vegetarian. Cant forget to mention the really friendly and cheerful staff and the ambience. 10/10 would highly recommend.
I can't help but give 5 stars for everything. The food was great, the ambience was amazing, the music - not too loud but audible and the service - impeccable.
Parking is a little of a challenge if you are in a car - so take that into consideration when you visit.
Its not a cheap place - dinner for 4 cost us North of ā¹4k for non veg.
But i feel it's worth it.highly recommended in North Goa.
A must visit in Goa for a lazy Brunch, Evening Lunch or any kind of get together. Private beach and a cozy old world charm is just amazing.
Food came very fast and the quality was amazing. I would recommend the red snapper grilled, the garlic butter calamari and the butter naan. Fantastic and tasted so fresh and juicy.
