Sea food lovers please come in and enjoy their delicious dishes. Lovely ambience and fast service. Ordered squid fry, king fish tawa fry, noodles,fried rice and mint mojito. They didn't disappoint me in any of their dishes. A must try in Candolim.
The place n food is ok. The staff was not aware of most of the things. It’s not just me who faced this problem but even the guy on next table was giving some instruction on how he wanted his drink to be prepared but the waiters just couldn’t understand.
Located on Main Street, there is a chance you can miss it due to other joints. But keep an eye, it’s totally worth it. Mixed staff reviews, some are super amazing and some are really high. Overall good place with great food.
We come to this place every time we visit Goa. The service is amazing, the food is delicious and the prices are pretty reasonable. They have so many different options and everything is great. If you are nearby you should visit you won’t regret it. We had the squids chilli fry and their shark ambotik and steam rice. Only regret is that since we arrived for dinner after midnight we cudnt avail the 2+2 drinks zomato offer. It seems it's not valid after midnight which I found pretty strange.
First day in Goa and we were searching a good place for lunch. Got this restaurant and ordered veg pizza, chicken tikka, veg noodles etc. with drinks. Their veg pizza was yummy and Virgin Mojito was superb. Above all this was the guy Nazir who was serving us, he was too humble and quickly guided us to great options in menu. See you soon guys!

This is my favourite place to come each time I’m in Goa! Any steak you order here is aaaamaaazing! Unfortunately came across an extremely unprofessional waiter. Around ten mins after placing the order we realised we didn’t mention how we’d like the steak. So we called him to say ‘medium rare’ (usually other waiters asked us at the start always) He comes and says “accha well done na?” We were like no medium rare, You haven’t placed the order yet? He says “ abi do minute toh ho gaya hai” omg!! we were furious and walked out. Will go there again but just broke our bubble! Anyways great place otherwise. Anything you order here is worth it!

Didn't really eat anything there as the staff told us that it would take nearly 40 mins to be ready(anything to eat) and we were in a rush so yeah but the place was nice we ordered a few drinks i.e., an iced tea, a mojito etc and they were nice so yeah all in all a good place.

Since I stay at candolim I wouldn’t prefer visiting nearby place however, I would definitely wouldn’t mind visiting this place. Good food and good place to hangout!
Recently visited goa and tried out this palce for lunch and i didn’t regret at all. It is a well organised place with your family and friends. This place is too big and spacious and you will definitely fall in love with the ambience. It has become one of my favorite place. I ordered hakka noodles and paneer chilly and it was damn yumm. Definitely going to visit this place again and Highly recommended.

Compared to other restaurants is Goa, this place has better variety of dishes. We tried chilly fried goan chicken which was awesome. Chicken Xacuti was a bit homely but really delicious. Quality of the food is also much better than few other restaurants and overhyped shacks. Zomato mentions that average price is 1300 for two. But its actually a lot cheaper.
Definitely worth trying when you visit Goa.

The Pizzas they serve are of brilliant quality and is a must must try when you visit Goa! They serve nice food and great beer ( it's Goa!). The pastas are of brilliant quality especially the white sauce one. They have a good option of other dishes and serve Goan food as well.
The Goan curry is to die for and is served with bread in the authentic Goan style!

Everthing else goes blurr when I see seafood and finding best seafood means goa. This place have amazing seafood, the stuff is helpful and squids are my favourite. The service is a little slow but who cares more wait better food. Thumbs up.
Well it was an amazing experience at De Candolim Deck. Me and my friend reached at our hotel at 1 AM and it was just in front of our hotel so we decided to go in this restaurant. We ordered some starter and main course and ofcourse beer. The food quality and quantity was absolutely perfect...fresh and nicely served. You won't find it expensive at all the price is pretty normal compared to other restaurants. Ambience is pretty good and the staffs are really nice. We were in Goa for 5 days and most of the time we had our lunch or dinner in De Candolim Deck.
If you ever visit Goa...must go for it.

The best restaurant I’ve been to in goa. And yes I’ve been to all mainstream places. Just have a leap of faith in me, go to this place and order the butter chicken and beef chettinad. The butter chicken is the best I’ve had in my life. Very reasonable prices and hope this place gets more recognition.

We wanted to enjoy the jingle and Christmasy feel on Christmas eve and found this place luring is! We just wanted to enjoy the Christmas spirit and chill and this was a perfect place for that. They had a big Christmas tree, Santa, snowman, and even Christmas carols were being played. We just had a wine and a fruit salad dessert, which was nice. Rating primarily on the basis of the whole feel.
We could also see the locals enjoying Christmas with the family and even a newly wed couple, which added to the charm. It is open full night and is a great place to hangout. Perfect for friends/ family/ couples... everyone!

The menu is pretty great and the servers do help you to choose if you tell them what you prefer eating. We wanted to try some sea food so ended up ordering lobsters, pomfret and crabs. We also tried the pasta there and it was pretty great. You also do not want to miss the sizzling brownie which became pretty much our go to dessert for the entire stay in Goa.
Apart from the fact this place is 24 hours open, not only is this deck a visual treat but the food is good too.
What I ordered was beers, Texas Chicken Burger and a Mexican Pizza.
The pizza was great the flavour of the cheese, and the way the thin crust complimented it was amazing.
Though the burger was a lil different, the patty of the burger was too soft, I wanted a crispier patty. But overall great ambience and you can definetly visit this deck in Candolim.

De Candolim Deck is a quaint little place situated just beside the Candolim and Calangute Intersection near LPK and the other famously known places.
The restaurant is styled like a deck with wooden setting and furniture reminding of colonial style. I ordered the Prawns Chilli Fry and Steak which was made medium (although I ordered a well done one).
The taste was superb, house special steak sauce was the right mix of sweet and tangy, veggies on the side were intentionally left unseasoned so that one can season it to required level. The steak was also thick and juicy. The meat was cooked properly and quality was excellent.
The prawns were a lot better than most I have had, the balance of sweetness of prawns were perfectly complemented by the heat of the chillies and the Tang of the tomatoes and the amazing texture of the garlic and onions gave it the right kind of balance.
The staff was polite and respectful, the restaurant is very popular among the Indian as well as Foreign patrons and you will not be disappointed. Must visit when in Goa.

Lovely environment, good music, fast service and good food, economically priced- what more can one look for. We ended up visiting here multiple times for the service and food.

Since we stayed at Candolim, this place was one of our quick breakfast places. Ordered almost every kind of omlette off the menu and toast along with juices and coffee. Everything was really good. Ambiance is good both in the morning and night. Windy, open and lighted up. The service when we went (probably too early) was a bit slow. Other than that, all good. P.S sorry for the lack of photos, we were all just really hungry
This place is very near to the Candolim beach and it is made up like a shack, the whole ambience of the restaurant was very beachy. There was live music to relax.
I am not very knowledgeable about the wines and I wanted to try one. My server Mr. Suresh helped me in selecting the correct wine and suggested food that would go very well with it.
So I tried Pomfret stuffed fish which had very Indian flavors and was stuffed with tomatoes and onions. Second thing that I tried was King Prawns made Indian Masala. This was an extremely spicy dish and it was just the way I like it.
And to get this amazing food and wine, Mr. Suresh (He doesn't have a name tag yet) helped a lot. He is the super server and do not miss to meet him whenever you are here.
Overall an amazing experience and great food.

Average food, disengaged staff, prompt service and excellent live music.
The place is well located on the Candolim main road and had a very elaborate menu. We mostly ordered for Goan specialities. The portion sizes we're good but everything tasted just okay... nothing worth a mention. The pork chops were chewy and the calamari smelled a little off. It was seemingly a busy evening for them and may be the team was too worked up to engage with us in any way. Having said this we still had a great evening purely because of the live singer. He made it very lovely and exciting for all of us.
Not a beach shack. It's not too faraway from the beach though. They have a good menu. It's pretty lit in the evenings. I went here for breakfast and tried the following items :
Chocolate shake - 7/10 - Decent this was. Nothing much to say about this.
Cinnamon pancakes - 7/10- They are thin pancakes and they dust it with cinnamon powder. That not how it is from where I come from , so don't try that..
Non Veg Club Sandwich - 8/10- This was pretty good. Layers of egg, ham , salami , what more can I ask for. Do try this.
Overall I liked this place only because of the sandwich. Everything else was okay.

In my recent trip to Goa, I went to this deck everyday for a drink or a snack as I stayed near by in candolim and this place played good live music and was decently crowded.
We had lemon garlic chicken and it was very good, good quantity and quality. They had so many options in beer available... We had Simba wit, white owl, desmondji tequila cocktail.... It was tasty... We tried the chicken stroganoff and it was good too. Loved the ambience and service as well. Good place.. Reasonable priced drinks... Keep up guys... :)
Nice place for a decent meal and live music. Well priced as a family of 4 with couple of round of drinks can make do in 2-3 k. Popular destination with tourists as they do beer on tap.
It's one of the best restaurant in Candolim which situated in main road of condolim.We went for lunch and ordered Chiken chilly Chinese,Tandoor roti and King prawns curry rice .The staff is very cheerful.

this was a very nice Cafe even went to have a breakfast here we ordered one English breakfast some fried eggs with Ham and and bacon over here and masala omelette with toast. Everything was delicious very well prepared and presented.
I am a vegetarian but my sons are non vegetarian and their loved the non veg food totally here. Bacon sausages and in everything else in non vegetarian was very delicious as per my kids. The staff was polite and humble the restaurant was neat and clean.
In all we had a great breakfast had totally value for money.. recommended

I recently visited this place on my trip to Goa & the only reason to visit it was this place has some amazing things in the Menu which they have mentioned on the board outside the Restaurant. This place is almost open 24hrs. We had some amazing Fish fingers here, followed with Sphagetti Arabica Pasta, Chicken Keema Parantha with some amazing Mango drink. We even had the beat crab here we had till date. Completely loved it. If you are anywhere near Candolim Beach this place should be on your checklist. They even have live band performance from 8pm. The staff & workers are also very courteous.

But of a mixed bag, bit of a shame, but having visited De Candolim Deck Restaurant twice in the space of 3 days, I’ve had (food wise anyway) two radically different experiences.
Visit 1 - summer salad and satay chicken skewers. No words other than AMAZING, sum it up. The salad at 250INR was a meal in itself, in fact i think as colourful, crunchy salads go (topped with peanuts and croutons) it was the best salad I’ve ever had. The chicken satay was gorgeous too, lovely pieces of tender white meat and a fantastic pot of hot satay sauce.
Visit 2 - chicken Caesar salad and a side of fries. Oh dear, I really didn’t enjoy it. The Caesar was spoiled by limp lettuce, hard grey looking chicken pieces and a total overload of a sickly tasting sauce that looks like it had been squeezed out of a tube of processed stuff bought from a supermarket. Maybe not but I know a Caesar when I see (and taste) one and this was really not a good effort. I hate leaving food, but half of it was enough for me. Whilst the fries were ok, they looked great in fact, there were far too many of them and they were lukewarm.
The service was impeccable both times, no complaints there at all, the atmosphere good, considering my visits were for lunch.
Prices represent excellent value.
I will visit again to see if the hit and miss experiences to date, make for a 5 ⭐️ food review or stay at 4.
A place you cannot have enough of. The best food I have had in Candolim hands-down. An experience you keep gravitating back to. Gideon and the team made me feel at home on a holiday! And that’s the power of wonderful hospitality and great food. An absolute must-visit if you are in this part of town.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at De Candolim Deck Restaurant and Bar, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a lively ambiance with live music, which added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.

Visited this restaurant at 1 30 am. It was full even then.. Liked the ambience and vibe of this place. Candolim is popular for sea food, amd i wanted to try a local cuisine, so i checked with one of the staff who suggested chonak fish / silver snapper fish, as it doesnt have any thorns.. The dish was excellent.
I would highly recommend this place for sea food lovers.

Very nice atmosphere, airy and clean place. Food was good and staff very helpful. Price was good. Both my daughter and I were not feeling well, so we ordered basic food. Pasta and curd rice with non-alcoholic cocktails. We enjoyed our food and stay!
Visit this place if you want to spend your evening with some live music and a couple of beers. Had a beer and Calamari in garlic butter sauce and Crème caramel there. The calamari was average and could've been better. Crème caramel was just delicious. The service was prompt and the wait time was low despite it being almost packed.
Our waiter Akil was fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, a real asset to the restaurant. Eaten here twice on our stay in Goa and would definitely come back.

A lovely place to hang out over looking the condolim road. This place is my son's favorite pizza place. In general all good is good. The owner has personal attention to all the customer. There is good dog Lilly who will come and play with you if she is in mood 😜
