Candolim is my frequently stayover place and This restaurant is serving just right
One of the best restaurant i have ever visited. The quality & taste of food is awesome. The service is very good. Its a non-ac restaurant but you won't feel hot inside. Its basically very quiet & calm place.
We ordered Martin in seafood. Its basically a lobster dist. Then Luda & Alexia. All of then were extremely delicious, very well cooked.
I would urge if you are near candolim do visit this place.

We stumbled upon this place for dinner at Candolim and have been constantly recommending it to people ever since.
We started off with 12.Gerard which are beer batter fried prawns with a spicy sauce.
For mains we had:
58.Barras - Fish stuffed with creamy spinach topped with pimento sauce. Very generous with the stuffing and sauce.
72.Danielle - Hern tossed grilled steak(medium rare) in pepper sauce with veggies and roast potatoes. That steak made my day. Period.
We paired the food with a glass of wind.
Ended with a coffee ice-cream.
A good dinner indeed. Will keep coming back.
A hidden gem amidst the overhyped clubs of North Goa. If you want good quality Continental food, this is the place to find. But what makes this place a real treat is the exceptional quality of service and attention the restaurant manager puts in to each guest. This is one place I never miss visiting on a North Goa trip whether for lunch or dinner.

I am not one to heap lavish praise where it’s undeserved, and let me start right off by saying this, this place deserves it. One cannot give any establishment full marks, purely for the sake of argument, or else I would have gladly given Arthur’s Theme in Candolim a gob-smacking rating. They have everything running like a smoothly oiled machine. Great service with immensely friendly staff, great ambience, supremely good food and most importantly, transparency on their menu. Let’s come back to that last bit for a second. I was impressed by this, primarily because the moment you walk into a restaurant and see the magical words ‘ask your server the price of the catch of the day’, you are filled with a feeling of dread about burning a hole in your pocket. At Arthur’s Theme, there is no such catch. From baby lobster to a variety of seafood, everything here is priced in fixed numbers, and you know exactly what you’re getting into.
Having been (many years back) to Arthur's Theme at Pune, we had high expectations. This place lived up to its reputation in every manner. Nice ambience, comfortable seating, light music and extremely polite and courteous staff in Mr.Mishra & Siddhesh, who made the experience even more enjoyable. We had Greek salad, prawn wrapped in chicken and Norwegian salmon. All dishes were cooked well and tasted delicious!!
Definitely worth the visit.
If ur looking for amazing steaks u have to come to this restaurant. They have the best steaks in Candolim . So tasty and good . The place is a tiny European restaurant on the main Candolim road . It’s beautifully done up and the service is fab !
It’s a gem in the middle of the run of the middle restaurants.

The restaurant is decent and serves good food and has a little selection of wine, the overall service is moderate and the experience would have been better if the air conditioning section was open but that's not a big problem, but fine wine and good food when you are sweaty is not very pleasant, over all food quality was average and the servers need to have better knowledge about the wine and the product they serve, and one polite suggestion is the chefs should taste the salt before serving because it was inconsistent in all dishes and components.
The place set up is average. But the food makes up for it. One of the best places for Continental food. The service is quick. The names of the dishes are kind of different but the brief helps. Tried a lot of stuff and everything was well presented and prepared. Delicious..!!!
Loved the concept of their menu which is quite unique and we spent quite a lot of time deciding what to order. We tried a number of dishes but the best ones we had were the Queen Marchell,Heidi and Gwen. And I'm waiting to try the other dishes off their menu soon. In a tourist hub like Candolim, it is hard to find a quiet corner like this one and is definitely worth spending a peaceful evening in.
“From nothing comes a King” - King Arthur 👑
This place has an exquisite interior with a European touch to it and the service is remarkable..👌
Now for starters we had Joie which is a combination of mushroom and cottage cheese tossed in spiced garlic sause. The blend of spices is so perfect that it is a delight to one’s taste buds.🌶👌
For drinks, we had Chocolatini and Café & Whiskey. Both of them stood true to their names. If you like the combination of chocolate and rum, then without any doubt go for chocolatini, it won’t disappoint you. Café & Whiskey on the other hand tastes plain Baileys and Irish creme when stirred and otherwise it has a hint of scotch Whiskey.🍸🥃
We totally loved Joie and Chocolatini.. do try these if you visit the place!😋😍
And obviously.. dinner is incomplete without the main course,😋
so we had Napolitano which is a veg thin crust wood fired pizza topped with cheese, jalapeños, black olives and sun dried tomatoes. It was crispy and scrumptious.🍕🍅🔥
For non-veg, we had, William III which is a combination of chicken steak and brown saus (although the chicken was little dry and bland) I on the other hand would prefer some spices on my steak. William III was served with rice and steamed vegetables, quiet filling, isn't it? 🍚🍗🥦
Overall, we loved the place, the service and the food.. it is a great place to go for lunch and dinner dates and get togethers. The ambience of the place is quite amazing. The total will be quite moderate on the pocket, but it is definitely worth a try!😍👑👌
Its not one of those restaurants which ypu would see a large hustle around. Its a cosy little place on the ground floor of the Accacia hotel. Serves excellent wooden oven pizzas. Not much to talk about apart from the fact that itmay be counted as one of the best pizza places in Goa. Dont expect a beach side restaurant, its more of a fine dining restaurant.
I would definitely put Arthur's theme's food up by notches when you compare the pedestrian stuff sold around in most Candolim restaurants, which surprisingly are full.
It is tucked away at a cozy corner, but if you are in Candolim, make the effort to find it and you are certainly going to like it here.
Their food is simple and well served. The pizzas are tasteful and the cheese they use is of good quality unlike the hydrogenated crap most others serve.
I love the elegant ambience at Arthurs Theme! Their menu is exhaustive and it's tough to decide what to order. If the menu isn't long enough, they also have a little table standee with a few more food options. Every dish is named after an iconic person in medieval England or a mythological/fictional character, which is quite novel. Queen Marchell is a definite must try – luscious broiled mushrooms stuffed with cottage cheese and herbs. Overall, comfort food at reasonable prices. For dessert, I ordered a lemon souffle. While the texture and presentation were lovely, the lemon was so overpowering, that I had to leave half of it.
The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.. one of my best place in goa to get surprised Z all items in menu must be appreciated to be eaten .
European restaurant located on calangute candolim road in Acacia hotel. Ambience was good staff were excellent and service was quick.
Ordered 2 starters and a main course and all three were awesome.. Overall definately recommended for some quality food.
We have tasted European food first time in this resto. Approached it with Zomato Good Rating. It is actually good rated. Tasty food, good service, lovely Ambiance.
One of the most underrated places in Candolim, Arthur's theme will delight you with its ambiance and even friendly staff. This particular outlet caters you with indoor as well as outdoor seating so that you can feel comfortable while enjoying your meal. We tried a unique seafood dish called Luda. This dish is highly recommended. Also tried another starter in chicken named Emelie. Ended the meal with Barbeque chicken pizza for main. Overall had a great experience here.
The place was really classy. Great value for money. The food is a bit rich but it's nice for a special occasion. Quick service, polite waiters , attractive interiors and some tasty unique dishes.
very nice fine dine place, pizza here is amazing and the Tiramisu is must try ...it has a slight rum flavour which makes it unique!! Must go place for fine dine addicts😍♥
LOVE IT!!
We went here for my friends birthday dinner. The staff is so amazing they brought her a cute pastry to cut on the house and there was kareoke and we sang alot and the staff sang for her too
And still the best part was the FOOD 😍
The perfect pizza place which is rare to find .. very well made pizza and to the point ambience with perfectly dressed staff that are trained very well ..
A solid continental restaurant. Good theme too, of English knights and templars, if you play Age of Empires. Coming to food; We ordered the cheese croquettes and they were delicious. The cheese and potatoes just melt in your mouth. The prawns wrapped in chicken were amazing. Well cooked and perfectly seasoned, and so was chicken satay. For main course, we ordered chicken steak and that was outstanding. They used minced chicken, beautifully seasoned and a well prepared sauce. The next was Napolean, which was seasoned perfectly too. The beef steak was delicious and well cooked, as told by a friend. Tried a few other dishes and they were amazing too.
Just try the Wood-fired pizzas and Sangria. Rest all is okay-ish in taste and presentation. On the contrary, ambiance and service is really good.
The only time I do a review is when the place is too bad or too good. Arthur’s is the latter.
What a lovely place to have lunch on New Years!
Location : The place is right next to Acacia Hotel in their compound. About 700 metres from Candolim Beach Road.
Ambience : There is an indoor as well as an outdoor seating with a very European feel to it cause of the white furniture.
Food : This is the best part about this place. Tried their chicken steak, baked veg and Caesar Salad. Mind = Blown. Ordered Stuffed Crepes twice, yes it is that good!!
Service : Service is extraordinary. The staff is polite and always on their toes and just a look away.
Must visit if you’re in North Goa or in Goa. Definitely coming here again before I fly out.
Great continental food, good ambience and impressive service to complete the evening. Various starter and main course options. A pleasant dinner date...
The menu is extensive – giving you a wide range of European delicacies to choose from. What’s amusing is – every food item is named after royalty from back in the day. What’s even more fascinating is, in addition to chicken, meat and seafood, they serve duck! Now if I’ve got you’ve interested enough, let’s get right into the food.
This place is a quiet restaurant playing good songs, with great service and really polite servers. We ordered a Sir John Grey for starters ( It's basically chicken which is cooked I guess in Goan Spices ) and a Napolitano ( Cause I love my olives and cheese ). I swear I could marry that pizza it was that great :D We had a Mojito and few Ice Teas to quench our thirst along with our food.
I would recommend this place, cause their pizza's are authentic wood oven one's and are really worth the ride. So do check them out. Also cause I just love pizza's ;)
Price : Rs. 1227/- (for two)
This place is located in a hotel near candolim beach.. very beautiful indoor nd outdoor interiors. Have tried their sumptuous salads soups pizza risotto.. they use some healthy ingredients like quiona etc in the salads nd risotto
Loved thr food!!
Though thr is very limited crowd but the food is too good
Some of the best continental food. Been here multiple times tried something different all the time and never been disappointed.
Musr try their pasta. Michaelangelo and nicole.
This restaurant is one of my personal favorite. Despite being in the prime tourist location in candolim, the rates are affordable. Food served is worth paying for. Decorated/themed based on King Arthur , the place has mesmerizing ambience. The staff here is really friendly and helpful.
Some of the best dishes are :
Luda: fish sauteéd with onions and bell peppers
Alexia ( a must have ): Marinated prawns, wrapped in chicken and grilled
Dish named ' Amanda' in main course

Arthur’s Theme is a part of Acacia hotel in Candolim located just opposite De Candolim Deck.
The minute you step in, you will fall in love in the interiors. The decor has European touch to it.
Coming to the food part. We ordered -
Chicken Heidi, which is flame grilled chicken tossed in balsamic sauce, it was too good.
Heidi - grilled chicken breast marinated in balsamic vinegar and pepper corns served with fries. This was amazing too.
The Beautrix was okay , a huge chicken fillet filled with chopped mushrooms and olives.
The margarita pizza was good and portions were enough for 4 people.
Alexia – Marinated prawns wrapped with chicken grilled and tossed in a spicy sauce which was the standout for me.
The staff was very professional and service was prompt. Definitely a great place to to visit.
Food – 4.5/5
Decor – 5/5
Service 4.5/5

Delectable pizza and pasta. Also tried their peach ice tea. The ambience and service is also great. Must go in you are in Goa! We chose to eat there twice out of 4 days.
It's a beautiful place with the European feel being on point. Arthur's theme is listed as a European restaurant but apart from their decor nothing else was European. The food was tasty but just not European or maybe it is indianised far too much to even resemble the former.
We tried their chicken wrapped prawns which was delicious, and their bbq chicken pizza along with a chicken steak and blue berry cheese cake for dessert. I recommend everything. It's good food, the service is prompt and ambience is lovely.
Arguably the best restaurant I have ever been to, Arthur's Theme is located inside the Acacia Hotel and Spa and serves regal food. The service is impeccable, the decoration is beautiful and the ambience is majestic: much like King Arthur himself. For a non-vegetarian, the Amanda( chicken with potato fry) and Ascioto ( chicken with bread and fry) are a must try. We also had Margharita pizza, Konrad I (pomfret fish dish) and Sassy( spaghetti) and they were all equally brilliant. The tonic water and orange juice was great, and to top it all the chocolate mousse in the end served up a sumptuous breakfasts for me and family.
The pricing is steep but given what they provide and how good it tastes, this place is a haven for those who love food!

We went to Arthur's theme, Acacia for lunch at Goa! The interiors of the place is really fancy and the restaurant has a nice ambience!!
We were looking forward to have a nice wood fired pizza thus went straight to the main course order.. we ordered pizza nepolitana (basically toppings of Olives, jalapeños, cherry tomatoes and mozerella) .. this was absolutely great! Thin crust cooked to perfection and the pizza sauce and toppings were great! The service was so prompt.. every time we would finish a slice we had a server step in a serve another slice of pizza!
Since we went in a dry day we could order only mocktails to drink.. we had a blue moon (standard blue drink with citrus flavor, soda based) and bloody guava ( this was a spicy drink).. both the drinks were alright! I found the bloody guava way too spicy for my liking!
But overall great experience, must visit if you wanna have a good pizza in Goa!!
Visited this restaurant on Sunday night made a reservation just in case the place and decor was pretty good a nice French feel and the food was just amazing hands down we were a group of 6 people and ordered 6-7 maincourse dishes all of which were mouthwatering , the presentation , the taste everything was perfect to the pinch we also tried all the deserts and only the pancakes were a bit underwhelming but everything else was again perfect . The staff was courteous and accommodating . All in all a beautiful culinary experience is the word to describe this restaurant . Would definitely visit again and recommend
If u love Italian food, this place is a must in candolim, goa. Simple yet classy interiors and polite staff. I had ordered Bors for the starters, in simple language this was jalapeño poppers. The tasted superb. I had ordered Lorenzetti ( Penne Arabiata ) and Napolitano pizza. Both were very good taste wise. They had made it less spicy as per our special request.
We were on our way to a club in the north when we stopped by at this really fancy as hell restaurant called Arthur's theme, which is a part of Acacia hotel in Candolim.
On entering, I instantly fell in love with the interiors! The theme surely transports you to the Medieval times with bricked walls, shields, charred chairs and what not. The detailing too is well thought out, took me a while to have a good look at all of it.
We ordered the Alexia (prawn wrapped chicken in a spicy sauce) and it was damn good! I wanted more.
Chicken Heidi, which is flame grilled chicken tossed in balsamic sauce, was good too. The Beautrix didn't meet my expections, it was just a huge chicken pattie filled with chopped mushrooms. The margarita pizza was good, huge portions.
The staff was very hospitable and helped us chose according to our taste.
Definately a great place to take your loved one on a date night.
All in all I had a great experience, would go again!
Restaurant was empty because we were there in the off season but the servers were nice. Food was amazing even drink were so good up to the mark. We ordered beef Dish called Alan, wood oven pizza Bolognese, peach iced tea and blue moon mocktail. Beef was so perfectly done in medium rare it so tender and pizza was delicious not to mention the mocktails were good. I recommend!
Fantastic food , right from the welcome drink to the garlic bread to the pizzas , amazing risotto ....Not very well known but amazing Italian cuisine....Well decked up place ....A must try if in North Goa
A really great themed restaurant to be at! Amazing ambience. Food is great but i wouldnt say the same for the quantity but overall the food is amazing! The service too is up to the mark!
Goa in Monsoon has limited dining options. On a heavy rainy day we came across this restaurant right on main candolim road. Probably it was off season or it is always like this, we got extra attention from waiters and chef as well. Daughter liked Mashed potato - that was a side dish. Chef served more mashed potatoes. All appetizers were excellent. Pizza was fresh, tasty and made the way pizza should be made. Overall excellent experience.
Amazing Food...must try..!!! In last 2 days we visited here twice...ambience is pleasant and the staff were very helpful
Definitely this restaurant is in my to do list whenever we visit goa again
Cheers👍
The craving for a steak on rainy day made us visit this place. Arthur's theme is housed in the Acacia Palm Hotel and is easily accessible. The restaurant has a Roman Feel- Old rusted Chandiliers, white tables and a huge mirror. For starters we ordered Emelie - Thin pieces of Chicken cooked in thyme sauce, coated with sesame seeds and deep fried. It was served with tartar sauce and it tasted delicious. We ordered three chicken steaks- Amanda, Heidi and Beatrix. All the three steaks looked appetising and tasted equally good. Full marks for presentation. The staff is well informed about each of their dishes and are very helpful when asked for suggestions. The best part is before our mains arrived they placed a bread basket so that we are not left hungry. Such small thoughtful things make the customers come back. Overall a good experience and I want to go back to this place again
The franchise from Pune makes its way to sunny Goa with some of their continental classics. The famous Excalibur sword lays at the entrance as one enters this elegant place. The dishes are portioned well and the staff friendly. Parking can prove to be challenging. Overall a great place for a family meal.
A must go place if you love European cuisine. We are frequenters of the same chain in Pune. We trust it so much that we could dare to try a dish with Octopus, Prawns and Fish. The name of the dish is Erik and it was great. Also, we tried Thiers with Salmon and it was awesome too.
Awesome place....awesome food. Great service and at a great location. Located at one of best locations on the candolim aguada fort road. Hit this place during happy hours and you will not be disappointed at all.
I was at this place in Candolim with family during a vacation. Their Pastas soup and pizzas are great. I loved the alfredo pizzas in red sauce. The ambiance is great. Love the music too.
This place is so tastefully decorated; very posh, fell in love with the interiors immediately. The staff is very courteous and polite too. We went at around 7 in the evening and the place was almost deserted. The dishes on the menu are named very uniquely but the description helps. Anyway, we ordered:
We were served a basket of fresh bread buns and butter and soup sticks.
1. Lady Ewen: The soup was amazing. Not too heavy and creamy, had a some fibrous bits of broccoli. It tasted so perfect and smooth, wasn't too hot and bread sticks were just a cherry on the cake.
2. Sardinia: The crepes were cheesy AF as you can tell from the picture below. Cooked to perfection, they were just melting in my mouth.
3. Olga: This was the first time I was having risotto and this place has made it one of my fav things to order now. The rice, spinach puree with basil and black olives are just a match made in heaven. MUST TRY!
The portions served were a bit small compared to other places but since we weren't that hungry and were billed around
Loved the ambience and the food... The starter Alexis (prawn wrapped chicken in a spicy sauce) was my abso favourite... A must try ! The wide range of choice in the menu only weted our appetites more and we ended up overindulging.. Great service and the staff were so polite and friendly ..
A beautiful place with a wonderful white themed decor, soothing lighting, comfortable seating and perfect background music. The service is good as well.
For starters we ordered Alexis (prawn wrapped chicken in a spicy sauce), and were wonderfully surprised by the flavour it packed. The mains( Heidi & Alan) were good, but the chicken was on the dry side. However the desserts made us forget all of that. The lemon souffle was a tangy delight and the blueberry cheesecake was creamilicious.
Although this place is a bit on the expensive side, we had a very nice time here.
Its is really nice place to eat ..service is very good..less crowded and really tasty food...
Ambience 4.5
Food 4.5
Service 5
Cost pocket frindly
A beautiful place to be. This particular branch in goa has recently opened. So we found ourselves there in search of a much needed relaxed sumptuous meal.
Ambience (5/5)
The whole place is in white with near perfect lighting. The seating does not feel cramped. The best part was the music, not too loud or too soft. Also beautiful paintings hanging around add to the charm.
Service (4/5)
The service here is quite good and the food comes out at the right order and good timing between dishes. Staff is polite and friendly with the occasional suggestions.
Food (4/5)
The food here was really good and flavours were spot on.
We started with the Alexis which was marinated prawns wrapped in chicken in a spicy sauce. The meat was cooked to perfection and the sauce was not too overpowering. Brilliant stuff.
I ordered a beer to go with the food.
Then we ordered Heidi, (which is a flame grilled breast of chicken marinated in balsamic vinegar and pink peppercorns, with a sauce) Although the sauce was delicious, the execution was a little sloppy with the chicken being overcooked and dry.
Up next was Alan (which has slices of grilled tenderloin topped with a merlot reduction). This also had a tasty sauce to go with it, but the meat was a bit overcooked. Medium-well done instead of medium-rare. It was still a delight to eat.
The desserts were the high note we ended on. The Blueberry cheesecake was yum and was flavorful.
But the Lemon souffle was surprisingly delicious and refreshing at the same time. So much so that we ordered another one.
Pricing (3.5/5)
It's a bit on the expensive side. But the quality of food is justified here.
All in all, it's an ideal spot for a quiet dinner with a loved one. I'm going here again for sure.
This is the first time I am coming to Arthur's Theme.I wanted to come out to a nice place with my wife for out anaversary .I ordered the Alexia (maranated prawn with chicken wrapped around it )for starters .It was so good that I ordered a nother plate .My wife ordered the Chocolatini and she loved the smoothness of the drink .The waiter was kind enough to get a sample from the bar for my wife to taste before she ordered the drink .While we were waiting for our main course our waiter got us a complementary bread basket .For my Mani course I ordered the Magnus Maximus (ground beef patty with mushroom sauce on top served with salad and French fries. The quantity is really good so please don't fill up your tummy with bread from the basket .My wife ordered the Barras (fish fillet rolled up with spinach in the center .She loved it .The staff was very prompt and very courteous.
Can't wait to come back .
The food was unexpectedly average. The starters including the prawns wrapped in Chicken and the spinach and corn croquettes were very nice. The beef and the chicken were a let down. The sea food- Pomphret, king fish and prawns were nice. The sea food pasta wasn't great and the sauce seemed like it was out of a bottle. The desserts and the cocktails were good and the service was probably the best in the area. Decent place but can be missed
We decided to try Arthur's Theme in Goa for dinner last night. After visiting the Pune location, we were delighted to find that they had opened a restaurant in Goa.
The decor at this location is classy and very calming which was refreshing. The music wasn't loud and jarring like other surrounding restaurants. Perfect for a quiet evening with friends and family. We opted to take advantage of their outdoor seating area as it was a lovely balmy evening.
Despite these bonuses, Arthur's menu is reasonably priced for the food they serve.
We started with the cheese croquettes which were cooked to the right level of crispiness, then moved on to the main course of Olga and Lorezetti with penne. My husband enjoyed the Olga, and the sauce in the Lorezetti was so good, I was sad not to have any more bread in the bread basket to dip in it. The portion sizes were also adequate, and my son (8 years old with a hearty appetite) and I actually shared a main course.
The fries too (total impulse order) were at the perfect level of crispy.
A very enjoyable experience with attentive staff puts this restaurant on our "definitely revisit" list.
The finest restaurant on the Candolim stretch... Amazing ambience... was pretty awestruck with the décor and the warmth the place offered... had been here with a couple of friends to have a quick meal as I had heard a lot about the place from the locals .. however stayed back till the closing time of the restaurant.. the staff is very warm unlike a lot other places.. the service is topclass... the food fore sure is finger licking .... Ordered the Very Very famohs wood fired pizza with the pesto sauce.. honestly I experimented only coz the staff and the owner highly recommended the same.. it was simply out of the world !!! Very reasonably priced both the and the alcohol.... A must visit on tour trip to Goa !!!
#YUMMILICIOUS BRUNCH
Amazing Food, Lovely ambience & decor, good service, perfectly located on Candolim at Accacia Hotel, indoor & outdoor seating.
We visited the restaurant for brunch few weeks back. The place has good vibes with the use of pastel colours, floral design, comfortable seating, nice decor & an outdoor seating with a bar. We were really impressed by their Food.
Alexia - Yummy!! Prawns wrapped Chicken grilled to perfection. Try for sure.

Definitely going back :)
I would give these guys a 5 anyday. my favourite restaurant in goa for seafood!! Have as many starters as you possibly can because they're deliciously GOOD. And it's so affordable!!! I think they really need to open up next in Bombay!
one of the only air conditioned restaurants in that candolim / calangute stretch.... Love the food and hospitality and the prices. Its been a regular for us over the last 6 months...
Absolutely loved the food, ambience and service. Their brown sauce is delicious. They have clearly maintained the food quality of their food and have mouth watering food just like their Pune outlet. The decor and ambience is lovely. A little piece of heaven. I love their outdoor area. I would highly recommend everyone to go try out Arthur's theme. Keep up the great job.
Lovely decor. Seems to be a new place in Goa. We ended up here as it was close to where we were putting up. Their menu seemed quite unique and had a certain finesse, the execution of which was lovely. We had a great evening at this place. A must try for those who prefer a quiet evening in a place that serves a refined menu.
Such a pleasant surprise!! Great ambience.. never thought I would do a eauropean cuisine in goa.. ! Highly recommend this place. Every course we ordered was just yum!
Arthur’s Theme is such a pleasant experience! The interior are so elegant, the attention to detail is magnificent! Not too big a place rather a cozy place , the food just won us over! Our meal comprised of just starters and cocktails but they were really addictive! We started off with Luda –cilantro inflused fillets of fish sautéed with onions, bell pepper and topped with herbs – the fish was so soft and there was so much flavor ; We then proceeded to Queen Marchell – Broiled mushrooms with cottage cheese and herbs – must give them a pat for the amazingly soft panneer! Amongst others, my most favorite is Royanne- skewered pieces of bust that just bust with Mediterranean flavors! That dish just won me over! The peach Tutu was my drink of the night and literally made me feel like a cute girl in in a peach tutu dress! Hats off guys, we definitely come back for more!
Located primely on the main road in Acacia this place is new and promising.. Have been hearing about them in Pune and all the good reviews... And my god they are worth every every every penny.. Must Visit...
I'm in love with place! I've been to Arthur's theme in Pune and was very excited about their Goa venture. the food is delicious, quintessentially European and a pleasant dining experience. They cooked the salmon to perfection and the desserts are to die for! and for those counting calories I suggest this place.. even desserts are not too sweet.. just right. My only complaint was the restroom... It was a mess.
A new entrant into the goa food scene and it lives up to its reviews and expectations. Having dined in their pune outlet a couple of times, so we decided to try the food in their goa outlet and we made a good choice.
Located bang on the main candolim road in Acacia hotel, so won't be a problem to locate Arthur's Theme.
We were welcomed by smiling faces and immediately seated after asking us our preference of indoor or outdoor. The tables are neatly laid with clean and crisp linen and good cutlery. Out drinks order was taken and we settled for their signature cocktail called Bloody Guava- guava juice, sparkling water and Bhoot jolokia chilly sauce. This drink was one of the best I have had in a long time.
For starters we ordered smoked salmon and cream cheese roulade and their take on pepper fish. Both the seafood starters were very well prepared and tasted of international starters.
For mains we ordered salmon steak with citrus sauce and the pepper beef steak. Here again both the dishes were presented well and upon tasting they were simply excellent, cooked to perfection and the accompaniments and sauce complimented the main dish very well. The bread basket served along was fresh and great also.
For desserts we ordered their signature dessert which is crepes stuffed with chocolate and cream. The crepe was cooked perfectly and the chocolate filling was to die for.
We were more than satisfied with the food and to top it all it was pocket friendly also.
Arthur's theme gets 5* in all areas - food/service/ambience/music
Good wishes to the team of Arthur's Theme!!

I've heard about this place from my friends in Pune and was waiting to check it out when it opened up in Goa. Not disappointed. The food was fantastic. The veg dishes were yummy and then nonveg dishes were very well done. We had the Don Quixote, the Alfredo (yum) the King Moran, Heidi. The highlight was the dessert We had the stuffed crepes, the blue berry cheesecake and the chocolate mousse.
My favorite place in Pune is now open in Candolim, Goa, visited this place for dinnerva and from the moment we entered we were greeted with smiling faces, the ambience is par excellence, with choice of sitting in the temperature controlled air conditioned section or the open section, the menu is priced very well and suits the budgeted travellers, i ordered the lobster with citrus sauce which was served to me in no time, the dish was presented well and the portion size was huge and the lobster was cooked perfectly. The taste reminded me of the food back home in Prague. Will surely recommend my friends to try out the food.
A full 5/5 to this place! I usually prefer eating non veg but decided to try veg at Arthur's Theme and wow was it great! I would love to keep dining at this place. Definitely my all new favourite place in town! MUST VISIT for sure
This restaurant is situated on the main road of Candolim and is part of the Acacia Hotel and Spa. The restaurant is part of the chain (Arthur's Theme), which originated from Pune and thus the restaurant is their 4th outlet in india. We got to know about this place from zomato itself and once we were there, the look and ambience gave us a quintessential European feel, which was nice, as we were planning on having some continental food for dinner. We started our meal with a couple of sangria's followed with chicken supreme cooked in herb oil (Confucius) and marinated prawns wrapped in grilled chicken cooked in spicy sauce (Alexia) for starters. For the main course we ordered the grilled chicken cooked in wine sauce (Henry VIII) and flame grilled chicken breast cooked in espagnole sauce (Heidi). Every dish we ordered at this restaurant was tasty and delicious. We were full with all the food we ordered that's why we thought off skipping the dessert. The pricing is pretty decent Inaccordance to the quality of food and the service is really good. One unique thing about this place names provided to each dish in the menu. All said and done, I would surely want to visit this place for their preparations in fish.

Such an amazing place! Totally European. The look of this place is beautiful. Indoor and outdoor seating available. There's a bottle of wine on every table. The food is amazing. They have a huge menu. We started our meal with sangrias which tasted fantastic. In starters we ordered the chicken supreme and prawns wrapped in chicken. Both cooked to perfection and tasted just too good. In the main course we ordered the Henry VIII (grilled chicken cooked in wine sauce) and the Heidi (flame grilled chicken breast served with Espagnole sauce). Both were delicious and we literally licked our plates. We were so full that we couldn't have desserts. This place is my new favourite now. The staff is friendly and prompt. Food not very expensive. Since it tasted so good I wouldn't mind paying a little more. A must try place for all foodies. I will keep visiting it to taste some more sumptuous food.
wow what an amazing place. thought it was very fancy at first but once u go inside and settle in it makes i feel comfortable. food is european continental and u really feel u are in europe. flavours and ingredients they use are amazing. must try their pizzas
My husband and I went to Arthur's Theme for a date night. The ambience is very unique with a lovely European theme going. Loved the names of the dishes. We each tried a different steak. My husband had Danielle while I had Allan. Both steaks were extremely well done. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The service was excellent with wait staff very attentive and courteous. A must visit!
The food was divine, the service was excellent and very quick. The fish skewers were very well seasoned. The cook on the lobster and prawns was amazing and the sauce that came with them was great, absolutely loved the kick of the pepper in the lobster dish. The sweet vinegar, celery and garlic dip that came with the fried calamari was delicious, the calamari itself had a great flavor but should've been crispier. The complementary bread was warm and the butter was not frozen solid (something a lot of restaurants mess up in my experience). The cocktails should've been more alcoholic. The tiramisu was a perfect end to an awesome dining experience. We will definitely come here again the next time we're in Goa.
During my stay in Goa, I wanted to try a thin crust pizza. Since this restaurant was located very close to where I was staying, I ended up having my dinner here. At the entrance, you'll find a wall of glass bottles nicely decorated. I liked the ambiance of the restaurant and it made me feel relaxed and cozy. The interiors were simple yet elegant. On each table, you'll find a bottle of wine along with a bottle of water. If you don't plan on using them, you can ask the waiter to have it removed. My order was for a Quinoa, Bianco, Strawberry Ice-Cream and some Chocolate Mousse. The Quinoa consisted of quinoa, pickled onions, tomato and gherkins topped with mint dressing served on a leaf bed in a pan. It was my first time trying quinoa and it was delicious. The Bianco was a thin crust pizza topped with mushrooms, bell peppers, ricotta and mozzarella. The pizza to cheese ratio was perfect and every bite tasted good. The Chocolate Mousse had a rich texture and it ended my meal on a high note. The service was fast and all their staff were courteous. The dishes on their menu are moderately priced and not too pricey. I'll definitely visit this restaurant in the future and try some of the other dishes on their menu. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for delicious European food in Candolim.
Awesome food. Much better than anticipated. Good menu choices. Definitely a place to have a meal in Goa. A 6/5 place.
Food is extremely good but ambience need to improve. Including menu to food taste everything is same as Pune outlet.
Delicious food and relaxed ambience. Must try White penne.
Amazing food
Really good calm, cool and soothing atmosphere
Very fast service
The food is damn good. The service is also good. The jalapeno poppers are a must try. We had margarita pizza, rissotto, pasta and watermelon juice. Everything was fresh and delicious.
The environment is quiet and nice. Do visit if you're looking for good quality and quantity food.
Amazing continental food. Great variety in the menu. Also, I really liked the decor. The staff were very professional and overall a really great place. The tiramisu was the star of the desserts section. However, the majority of the main course dishes were so large and filling that you barely have any space for dessert.
Theme based restaurant with sum yummilicious foodj
The theme of the restaurant is true to it's name. Amazing ambiance.
All sorts of European cuisines are available here.
The menu is interestingly made with items named after kings and knights.
Few of the must tries are
- Confucius for starters
- Henry VIII for main course
-Alexander The Great
- Tiramisu for dessert
The service could get a tad annoying at times during rush hours.
If you like to eat steak than this is a right place for you. Beef steak is yum,Tender, juicy. Chicken steak is equally tasty. Steak with variety of sauces. Amazing European food. Ambience is elegant. A must visit for European food lovers
Since my stay in Goa, we have been to Arthurs' Theme 4 times, and KEEP GOING BACK! It's amazing and wonderful. I can say EVERYTHING has been a taste treat and prepared with the most thought and carefulness. Very tasty fare. Its very unassuming in decor but clean and neat. Wait staff is very attentive and caring. 100 stars!
Would recommend all the chicken dishes. The duck is OK, OK. Potato and Cheese croquettes are excellent. Stuffed Mushrooms are wonderful. Service and seating is good. Vallet parking.
Ambience is acceptably European. Food is interesting. 'Cecelia' starter for those who like sun dried tomatoes, or 'Bors' for cheese lovers...
Service is good, but portions are a little on the smaller side.
