One of the best value for money places in candolim. The food is very tasty yet available at reasonable price. It's located on the main road and can easily be spotted. A good open place. A nice sober place to visit. A nice restaurant to fulfill your hunger pangs during your Goa vacation. Crab xacuti and chicken biryani is a must try.
Very good staffs n service.Very economical and good veg and non veg currys.Good place to have North Indian food in Goa along with family n friends..
This place has good food!!!
Aug 25 dinner: Our first day and after Southi for lunch, looked for another nearby place for a quick dinner. At first, rating on Zomato is omly 3.2 and then when we reach at 9 pm on Saturday, it was empty. We were in 2 minds but our daughter was in no mood to walk more.
The ambience is typical Goa shack like. Since it was drizzling as well, the weather was cool. Beer was chilled. Kings Beer is for 70 bucks. Prawns curry with rice was good. The prawns curry was a perfect Goan dish - coconut milk and tanginess. The baby king fish rava fry could have been bigger but the taste was nice and tangy, it was cooked well, it was fresh but a bit oily. The egg curry was again well cooked with the right amount of masala to make it taste good.
Since we were the only occupied table, nothing much to write about the service as we were looked after well.
Try this place and do not just go by the rating - good food and good location
We went there for dinner. We were staying in Candolim and came across this beautiful place, we decided to try it.
The ambiance is nice, small place with limited table and comfortable sitting. The service is a little slow, however the captain helped us pick our food very well.
The food was brilliant and everything was nicely done. We ordered Rawa fried Pomfret, boneless fish curry(I don't remember the name of the fish) and rice.
The pomfret was very well done, it was crisp and tender although a little saltier, however I didn't mind it. Fish curry was amazing, by far the best I have ever had.
It was a good experience :)
(1) Location: It is located on the road to Candolim beach.
(2) Ambiance: This is a small restaurant with limited number of tables. But, the best thing is its located on the road to Candolim beach. You can have your meals while enjoying the typical Goan sightings on the road.
(3) Quality Of Food: Food quality is perfect.
(4) Taste: Food is tasty & yeah mouth watering! We ordered Hot & sour veg soup, Kingfish rachaedo masala fry with chips. All of them were too tasty. Especially, the chips were done very well.
(5) Average Food Arrival Time: Food arrives with in 10 to 15 minutes.
(6) Cost: Food prices are reasonable & food quantity too is satisfying.
(7) Behaviour/Etiquettes of Staff Members: Captains & waiters are courteous and well mannered.
My overall experience with this restaurant is good & I would like to visit this restaurant again.

Happy Eating :)
Small and not so fancy place but the food served here is awesome. Unfortunately the service is really slow. Waiting time is way too much. Had tried crab masala earlier and this time came in for lobster cooked in masala and both were yum. Once you eat your food the waiting time won't annoy you. Food is all that matters.
Went for lunch. The goan fish curry and special fish curry is delicious and a must try. They even have enough options for the vegetarians.
Ambiance is good.
Pocket friendly.
Recommended, if you want to have delicious food at cheaper price.
Went here for lunch on our 1st day in Goa! We wanted some goan cuisine so we ordered goan fish curry, rice and prawns balchao. The food was very tasty and the price was reasonable. Nothing great mentioning on the ambience.
