If you are planning to go out on a dinner with your loved one and looking for a quiet place where you could actually talk to him/her. This is place for you since the music is not loud at all unlike other places nearby. As soon as you enter the place, you will actually believe that you are not in India anymore but I in Europe. The staff is also very much humble and courteous who listens to its customers.. so, this particular dish is asparagus soup which was really for someone who is health conscious but I really loved their pasta.

This was the time when I was looking to have a good food with a lavish style. Nothing better than Virgin Courtyard. Loved the ambiance, perfect for couples. The food here is really delicious, if you are willing to have a candle light dinner with your loved one and don't bother about money, this is the place to be. Perfect outdoor sitting area in the fresh air of city beautiful. Awesome 😊👍🏻

Now this is the most romantic place in the city. The ambience give you a feel of a place in Italy based on the white theme, the courtyard area outside is place to dine. Very beautifully designed with plants all around and very minimal use of light makes a perfect experience for dining.
The food is no less. It is cooked in Italian way with all ingredients balanced well. Porcini pasta was a treat to eat along. The cinnamon drink was refreshing, best thing about the restaurant is that the food is cooked in typical Italian way.
I will definitely recommend this one, go out with your partner and make the day special.

Had ordered a winter special cocktail and a cold one(totally forgot the name but the hot one was oldmonk and spices and the cold one was Bailey's and chocolate) and both were good. To accompany with it we ordered a chicken cacciatore ravioli and chicken gorgonzola both delicious!
We had the perfect candle light dinner with some fingerlicking good food and we would love going back again!

This is the most beautiful place to eat in Chandigarh. I absolutely loved the ambience and the furniture. The staff is courteous and the service is prompt. I had a really great time here. Ice tea was good in taste. Pasta and pizza were amazing too. They offered us a complimentary dish too which was nice and very different. I love the vibe of this place. Though this place is little expensive as compared to others in the neighbourhood.

Italian fine dining restaurant. I was here with a senior colleague from France. He loved the authenticity & ambience. Food was good, however, I would avoid risotto. Outdoor seating is a must have experience.

Virgin courtyard is a lovely restaurant that serves authentic Italian food. I went there at night and the candle lit tables make a date or family outing seem private and special. The ambience is lovely and the staff are friendly.
To start off with I had a Bailey’s Chocolate Martini which is the perfect combination of Chocolate and Bailey’s liquor.
They give a complimentary bread, butter and salsa which was home baked and the salsa was freshly prepared.
For main course I had the Ricotta ravioli. This was the only downside to the food tonight. I had actually gone to Virgin for its ravioli (because Virgin and Casa Bella are the only places that serve ravioli in Chandigarh) but it was not good. The taste was too light and the ravioli felt too soft and undercooked.
The It’s Greek to me pizza was brilliant. The feta cheese and sundries tomatoes melted in my mouth and the corn was baked into the pizza.
Finally for dessert I had Tiramisu and Creme Brûlée and both were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend trying all the desserts on the menu for they were the best parts of the meal.

Bailey's Martini - 5/5 - a sweet twist to your classic Martini with the all time favourite Bailey and chocolate syrup. A dessert liquor option for some.
Lynchburg lemonade - 5/5 - the good old Jack Daniels with classic twists, this is a strong cocktail and a highlight for whiskey cocktail lovers.
Food -
The welcome platter - 5/5 - smooth butter, soft buns and tomatoes, essentially deconstructed bruschetta.
Greek pizza - 5/5 - fresh rocket leaves and the even better feta on an authentic hand made wood fired base with fresh sauce and mozzarella. This pizza will make you want more with every bite.
Ricotta ravioli - 3.5/5 - quite a surprise since this is what we'd actually gone for. A few bites tasted off where the ravioli sheets felt like they were undercooked. The walnut flavor is also quite overpowering. The consistency is remarkable though, and the flavor otherwise was nice.
Desserts -
Espresso crème brulee - 5/5 - the best crème brulee in tricity, with a strong coffee flavor and brilliant consistency. Should be on top of your dessert list.
Tiramisu - 5/5 - a nice on tiramisu, since it's served on a plate with lovely melt-in-your-mouth wafers and creamy, rich mascarpone cheese. The coffee is just right, and the sweetness is well balanced.
Highlights - ambience, the welcome bread platter, lynchburg lemonade, and the espresso crème brulee.
Virgin Courtyard sets the bar high for a pleasant fine dining experience. The ambience itself is enough to appease your senses; the rest is just gravy. Sitting outdoors is nearly necessary as it is where you get a real experience of your surroundings. The furniture is patio-inspired, and complements the white brick walls and pebble floor. The Italian cuisines prepared here are an absolute delight. Tried the Three Mushroom Ravioli and Spaghetti Bolognese. No complaints at all. Do try their classic margarita cocktail. A must visit place, and a great choice for a date. Make sure to visit during the evening/night.
Fine dining at its best: I briefly visited this place since I heard lots about the fine dining here and beautiful ambience of the place, and found it to be over my expectations. Nice dim light sets the mood for the evening, topped with pleasant weather and good service. Loved my Mojito at the place. Italian and Mediterranean seems to be doing the rounds here.
This restaurant is the perfect date place for people with a preference for ambience. Just like Olives in Delhi, my friend (used to be friend) was totally impressed by the interiors of the restaurant. In tuned with the best of the Delhi restaurants in similar segments, Virgin Courtyard has carved a niche place for itself in a long line of restaurants in sectors 7 and 26. They are also one of the rare places in Chandigarh that serve fresh fruit smoothie. I know, it is surprising. But my experience has been horrible at a lot of good dine- in places who only serve flavored and sweetened "milk shakes" in the name of smoothies. The presentation of food is exquisite and there is not any signature food dish that I could vouch for to be a must- try. Nevertheless, I would strongly recommend this place for a refreshing evening date blended in calm and delicate vibe.

Restaurant also served one dish which was on the house and they served gave us complimentary. They serves the best Italian food in Chandigarh and known for their outdoor sitting area.

The best stand alone Italian restaurant of the city. Their pizzas, spaghetti Tuscans potatoes along with the tiramisu were excellent. They were one the first stand alone truly Italian restaurant in the region and are the best.

To start with I love it's rustic middle european vibe. Have been there few times and serving good food is their speciality. I would fully recommend this place for candle light dinner and coffee date.
They have chosen an amazing colour combination for a picture perfect photographs. White and blue is the best colour theme, we chose to sit outside under the sun. Staff was too hospitable and gave us the best suggestions as per our requirement. We ordered chicken soup with cream of mushroom, tried this combination for the first time, trust me not to miss it. Asparagus soup was another first time trial and it was not a disappointment to me, amazing soup for health conscious person. Another dish I tried was the rissoto, again not to miss it if you like rissoto. Penne in pesto sauce was too good, I can still recall the taste. Veg n non veg pepperoni pizza was thin n crusty. enjoy with your seasonings n you will relish the pizza. I really liked to sit outside and enjoy the ambiance with a delicious food.

The perfect place for dinner date with your loved ones. Virgin Courtyard is a well-built restaurant in Sector-7 Chandigarh. The uniqueness of this cafe is its ambience which is inspired by a vintage European theme.
The interiors are perfectly in sync with the planned theme. We booked our table in their outdoor area, which is my favorite. The staff is very professional, polite and courteous. As far as food is concerned, delicious and classic is the perfect description.
Right from the beautiful entrance to the backyard, the cafe has got everything right. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Been to this classy looking eatery all in white quiet a few times and loved it always. This place is a feel good eatery where food takes a back seat and the ambiance takes hold of the senses....not because food is any less tasty but because the eyes get more active here beholding everything . Its been years but this place hasn’t lost its charm. If you have not been here and want to enjoy a special occasion with someone special this place never disappoints.
The cuisine here is however only italian which may be a hindrance for variety seeking guests but the food taste makes up for it. I particularly liked their pasta in white sauce, pizza, and ravioli. I am a ravioli fan and watch a lot of masterchef etc but have not eaten a better ravioli elsewhere.
This place is a 10/10 for food as well as ambiance.
Wat a place ...drove straight from Delhi n these guys didn't fail to impress...the starters were too good...iced tea was sublime ...koffee was perfect...baby chicken was succulent n juicy...pizza was straight from the oven piping hot n crisp...tiramisu was wow....n creme brulee was perfect....need I say more ...u guys totally ROCK IT ...congrats for ur standards

This is one different and classy place. Probably mine 20th visit to this place but the service, the food and especially the starter breads they serve is just simply deserve a wow. Though I found the place a little bit expensive especially if your family has more members but still the money is not what we look to in front of an ambience created with a different touch.
Our order today was pizza, pastas and chicken. But food quality and service matched our expectations.
