This is my second visit to this wonderful establishment I am writing a review for the first time though.very courteous staff and they really made the difference.i had just got back from a long drive and was greeted by friendly staff ready to help.
Ordered for chicken lababdaar and dal makhni with lachha paratha.quantity was very generous and food was really tasty.will definitely visit again soon.

The food is tasty and the ambience is a blessing for old movie lovers.
But my personal experience was botched by the fact that I visited using a coupon the restaurant had provided on an app and an employee had the galls to make a snide comment on it right when I turned to leave.
Maybe they should not provide the coupons and use the money to get hospitality classes to their employees.
Loved the atmosphere!! Food was amazing...!! Quantity was a little less but quality wise tasty!! Family place! Quick service!! Perfect place to visit for a meal with family and friends!

Went to this restaurant for family get together on lunch. Must complement the outdoor seating arrangement done by the staff. Starters were good and the main course was delicious. Had a wonderful dining experience and would highly recommend it.

Retro theme (bollywood late 19th century style plus dhaba serving). Steel plates. Old background music. Ambience is not that great. However taste is above average.
The food tasted amazing. The ambiance will give you a taste of Dharmendra movies. The only thing bad about this place was their slow service. Although a nice experience and much recommend for Dharmendra fans.
Nice ambience, spacious. Efficient staff. Food was good. I tried paneer tikka, palak kofta and garlic naan. Everything was delicious. Naan and koftas were soft. Hygienic place.

It's a nice, spacious eatery located in Sector 26. Great place to pick when stepping out with family or a big group of friends. The food was delicious, including soup, appetizers and main course! Prices seem a little steep but I guess the ambiance, service and food quality make up for it in a way! You can surely try it out for sure :)
Well. We just got a smile on our faces when we just think about garam dharam. It is place where you will get the punjabi vibes with Bollywood touch as it represents the famous film actor dharamder ji. about the food they have punjabu food there with perfect touch of typical punjabi traditions . So finally I've been to Garam Dharam and must say this place is really worth trying. Food is good but quantity is little less. Plenty of options on the menu. Staff is courteous.

I love the ambience of this place specially it is awesome for the bollywood fans specifically dharmendr fans. The food here is amazing. The qunatity is little less. But overall this place is really nice.
A nice place to enjoy indian meal, they serve every kind of indian cuisines.i have tried dal makhani,hara bhara kebabs,butter naans with water melon drink.all of them were great.
P.S they have a very courteous staff.

When this place had just opened, I was excited to visit because I knew it had something to do with the legendary veteran actor Dharmendra. As soon as I entered the place, I could see the 80s 90s movie posters all around and the props were great. The seating area was both indoors and outdoors. The vibe was amazing. Then came the food and I lost it. The best Pindi Cholle I ever had and I also had a unique drink called Basanti, again one of my favorites. Since then I love to visit this place whenever I want to have amazing North Indian food and enjoy some Bollywood music in the background. Also, you can click awesome pictures on the Jai Veeru bike from Sholay and other unique props.
Visited with family while visiting Chandigarh. Ambience was good. Service was fast. Food was also good.

I have tried their Paneer Lababdar, garlic naan, veg Biryani, Pyaare Mohan in drinks and all of them tasted lovely. Ambience is very nice and dedicated to Dharam Ji with all those amazing songs. Go with friends or family. You grab a nice time.

I visited Garam Dharam restaurant with family. Ambience was very nice & filmy. I ordered Daal tadka & paneer tikka butter masala. Food was really very good from preparation to presentation but i felt price was little high compare to other fine restaurants.
The ambiance is really good giving the feel of Sholay movie, with light old songs playing in the background.
The food is authentic and tasty a little highly priced as compared to quantity.
The staff is nice and polite but the service is bit slow. A bit costly if compared to quantity.
Less options for vegetarians.
Ps. Must try Tomato Soup.

An amazing place to have the major meals. The ambience amazes you as it takes you back to the 80s and early. The food served is delectable and the service is real quick. A Recommended family place. Take your grandparents and make them eat food here to feel there era .

A nice place for family gathering. The name talks all about it. This restaurant has pictures and discs of dharmendra all over. His old movies songs are in their play list. The ambience is good though the sitting of sofa is not very comfortable. We started with chicken manchow and sweet corn soup. Manchow soup was tasty but very spicy but sweet corn soup was good. For snacks we asked for fish and malai chicken and chilli chicken. We relished all of it. In the main course we ordered butter chicken dal makhani and dal tadka. The quantity and quality was pretty good.

Apart from soup everything was good. I ordered navratan korma n paneer dish both were delicious. Tandoori roti was als gud. Ambience is gud plus old Dharam ji songs took us into 80s era. Gud for family outings.

Out of Veg platter, non veg platter and other 8-9 dishes, only stand out was 2 foot round BALWANT RAI Naan, that too was just edible or say it was for demonstration purpose only.
Overall, just above average in Food and Dark Lighting ( so odd lighting that evry food colour looked same)

The interiors of the place- as the name suggests- is inspired by Dharmendra, the actor. His movie songs keeps playing in the loop always. Love it.
FOOD, is the best part. They make it in desi ghee apparently. You order just anything and it tastes so wonderful that it melts your heart. Yea! that kinda feeling.

Our driver told us that we must go to this place and we went their for dinner. This is presumably a franchisee run by our Dharamender Ji. I must thank him for taking us here as the experience was very good. Hospitality of the staff and favour of food was quite beyond expectations. Must try is Gajar Ka Halwa and Chicken wings.

We went for dinner to Dharam garam last night . The staff service was exemplary. The ambience was rustic and the pics of dharam movies really got us nostalgic. We ordered dal Makhani , which was sumptuous and scraped by us to the last bite . Paneer butter masala was good but excess on oil . The paratha ( mirch and methi ) were super . Overall a pleasant experience .

Good food. Channa was the best. Wanted to order something in mutton but they said that mutton was not in stock. But overall overwhelming experience. Nice classy 80's bollywood ambience. The staff is really nice and courteous. It's a bit crowded place. Quick service, great food and perfect ambience... That's what makes Garam Dharam special and is loved by the people of Chandigarh!!!

Went out with family. We are in total 6 people. Sitting was good. There were plently of eating options from snacks to soups to main course. Everything is cooked fresh. Whatever we ordered was fresh. Yes it did took some time but was worth.
As Everything was cooked fresh so it did took some time for food to come. Next was quantity. Trust me their quantity is amazing. One veg platter sizzler was enough for 6 people.
Price was also quite reasonable. Would definitely come return and recommend
It was an Okay Okay Experience, Though Starters were Good in Quantity as well as Taste but Talking About Main Course It was Tasty but Quantity was Quite Small & price is on Higher Side as compared to other Reputed Restaurants.

Twice have I visited this restaurant and never did they disappointed me. .
1. COVID guidelines were partially followed. The staff was wearing masks but no distance was kept between the tables. It was houseful with people in queue outside to get assess.
2. The food quality and quantity was amazing. Very well prepared and nicely served!! The drinks are refreshing. One must try their signature mock tails. They are different and worth it.
3.On the other hand, some of the items in the menu were overpriced. For instance, โAnda Bhurji โ was worth Rs. 395. Matlab seriously ?????!!! aisa kya dalte ho khas.??!!!! There are some more items which does not need to be overpriced as per its constituents. Please work on it.
4. The staff is well behaved; quite aware of their menu. The frontline manager ( regulates the influx and outflux of customers) was very Cooperative & amicable and facilitated us with quick seats even in the rush hours.
5. The ambiance is good. You will see Dharminder every where in the restaurant. The music was thankfully modern. The seating arrangement is comfy.
Overall, it was a wonderful evening spent. You guys need to work on some points, otherwise everything is superb.

We took our dinner here. Interior was like old Bollywood movies. So many photoframes tractor bike with support were feeling with amazed. The behaviour of the personnel was also very supportive.
