Went for a saturday lunch buffet with family.
Not much crowd.
Ambiance- Splendid.

Snacks :- Non veg-
1. Galouti kebab- I am pretty sure that they have the best kebabs in tricity. The kebab just melts in the mouth , though the roti offered with it can be improved but kebabs boy o boy are amazing.
2. Tangri chicken- Well cooked and spicened up.
3. Fried fish- Ordered like 5 times so you can very well imagine the taste.
4. Prawns- Never had such properly cooked prawns at any buffet place.
5. Chicken tikka- Just one word - yummilicious.
Veg snacks- I didn't have much of them but one thing i liked about this place is that their vegetarian snacks were quite different and unique as compared to the mainstream snacks.
1. Creamy broccoli - It was a nice addition and tasty too.
2. Veg galouti kebab- It was satisfactory as compared to the non veg one.
3. Sweet potato- Quite tasty.
4. Achari paneer tikka- Flavours were quite tasty.
5. Dahi ke kebab- OK OK
6. Chana chaat- The only let down.
Fresh fruits, Golgappe , chicken and veg momos were the add ups.
Shorba- I am usually not a fan of shorba but the concept of cheese naan offered with shorba could persuade anyone to try that. It was delicious.
Now for the main course they bring the items on the table which is a very good idea as it prevents wastage of food items.
I tried non veg biryani, Dal , Chana , Mutton and everything was damn tasty. Mutton and biryani should not be missed at all. Other items were fish curry, chicken curry, rajma, methi aloo etc.
Moreover the mix lime water was too tasty.
Sweets: Offered on the table . Though less in quantity but quality is par excellence.May it be rasgulla, gulab jamun, ladoo, moong dal halwa, Kulfi .Everything was delicious. Wished had some more space in tummy.
All in all a must try buffet place. No regretting.

With many options in the city for buffet, we decided to give this restaurant a try. I can tell you that the starters were the best among the buffet restaurants. What made them unique was the fact that those were served with four different sauces, all different in taste yet very amazing. You could choose which snack to eat with which sauce that made the eating experience wonderful. Tangri kebab and galouti kebab were the standouts. The main course is decent as well but when you go out for buffet, you hardly care about main course. The desserts were little disappointing and they didn't have much variety. Gulab jamun and kulfi were best among the desserts.
Talking about ambience, as it is quite newly built so the modern concept is being used. Seating is comfortable and interiors are fantastic. However the restaurant cannot accommodate large crowds but this is not a big drawback.
Service is also really good. The best part and their USP is that they serve everything on the table be it food or desserts. However disadvantage of this could be that you can actually miss out on a dish but i think getting everything on table is more beneficial.
Overall i had an excellent experience and i will strongly recommend this to all.
Hands down to the very famous galouti kabab, impeccably created with the flavourful spices, and was served hot with all the right juices still intact. It was tender in texture as it should be. Next in line was Banjara murgh tikka, which was again nicly cooked, and a little inclined towards the spicy nature. Another one which caught my senses was Murgh biryani, tasted quite authentic and flavoursome. In deserts, Gulabi kheer was the one which forced me for the second serving😁. Ambiance and the prompt staff deserve 5 rating.
Great kebab factory has been serving sumptuous food since ages. Every dish served by them is cooked to perfection. They have a buffet system and the food will be served to your table.
They have 'menu of the day' and the dishes served to your table will be according to the menu displayed. The menu varies from day to day.
All their dishes taste toothsome but I particularly like their prawns which they serve as appetizers. They serve good sized prawns which always taste delicious.
Their tawa fish is not to be missed at any cost as it is the best you will find in the city.
It is always a great experience visiting this place as their courteous staff who are always on their toes make your visit to this place worthwhile.
This place has the best Gauloti Kebab in tri - city. That's the best thing they serve in buffet . Rest everything is pretty average in buffet . Much improvements needed in main course .

Awesome awesome awesome food to be relished. They change their menu everyday though most of the items will be same. They will serve each and everything on table including the main course. This means everything is freshly prepared and served. Tangri chicken in the starters are to die for. The only thing which i didnt like is that if ypu are going in for non veg buffet, they will not serve all veg items for you. You yourself have to ask 9f there is any other veg items.

Its just the "Right place" place for family gatherings.The ambience is great and the food is delicious. Starters being my favourite, the Galouti kebab won my heart, followed by the tangri kebab and seekh kebab...the salad with a nice sauce served first with a welcome drink. The main course is average but the dal makhni was amazing.
Galoutis aren't a veg concept but this place NAILS IT. Epitome of perfection. Literally melt in mouth. It's served beautifully with crazy mint chutney. Had two plates of this alone out of everything else. Sheer love.

The best place if one wants to freak out on kebabs . Went with my friends for lunch buffet a few days back and was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of sumptuous kebabs along with other starters. Galouti kebab dahi kebab paneer tikka Aloo crispy corn sprouts along with many non vegetarian starters which my friends had were mouth watering. Despite being a vegetarian I didn’t feel anything lacking in terms of variety in snacks. Vegetable shorba served in small glasses was also very tasty.Main course was not so lavish and nor were desserts but USP of this place is great starters and who wants a lavish Main course when you are full after having great starters. I will definitely be visiting this place again. A big thumbs from me👍

Visited GKF twice , tried veg and non veg buffet. All starters were mouth-watering , the only thing that lacks was main course with limited option. But the paneer and daal tasted awesome .Desserts too were good.

The great kabab is serving amazing sit-down buffet in city food was amazing, they are serving yummy Galouty kabab, tangri Kabab. Prawn and fish as well and they served us chansh,sorba,gol gappa after that we had main course I lived to be a eat Dum murg biryani and laal manse and chicken and fish in Vege we had amazing dal factory and mix veg and paneer as well after main we had superb dessert but one of the most thing they served us superbly I can say amazing service and they are so much courteous.. Very good ambience, the serving staff was very immaculately dressed.
The buffet menu has got quite a few kebab items.. However unlike most other buffets, this is not self service for the main course. To that effect, i thought it is very strenous for the serving staff to serve everything from starters to the desserts on the table.
The food tasted very nice.. I thought the main course was the best of the lot. Good place, recommended for one visit! I personally do not like main course being served on the table, so personally this concept didn't appeal to me.
Having said this, the overall experience of the food was good, really good.

Had dinner buffet on a weekend...Exemplary service & amazing starters.We were welcomed with a sprouts salad,tomato shorba and 4 chutney.Then came the sumptuous galouti kebab,dahi kebab,kache kele ka kebab,pineapple,tandoori aloo,crispy corns,paneer tikka and each tasted delicious.They also served golgappay but the paani was distasteful.They could easily improve it or just remove from the menu.
The mains was pretty average as they served paneer,bhindi(can be replaced with a better option like koftay),Dal makhni(yummm),yellow dal( perfect)mix vegetable( average).
Biryani was more like a pulao and breads were soft and of appropriate size(small).
I was little dissapointed with main course as they have set pretty high standard in starters
Now coming to dessert gulab jamun was softttt n delicious,Kheer & kulfi also tasted perfect..n lastly my favourite jalebi was hot n mouth watering.It was served with Rabri

The best non veg buffet one could expect (Obviously when you consider Starters and desserts only). Crispiness of fish fritters , the melt in the mouth feel of galouti kebabs , Perfectly cooked chicken tangri , awesome service , the sauces , jalebi n rabri , gulab jamun and kulfi ( depends on the menu though) plus the atmosphere makes it a must go to place.

One of my best experience to dine in with buffet concept in chandigarh. You will be surprised with unique food, taste and services if you are visiting this place for very first time. I really appreciate the staff for their efficiency to make it possible to serve you everything on your table in front of you according to taste. Their service is so quick, even it's amazing. The best Kabab I have ever enjoyed in chandigarh
. The staff was courageous and helpful. I tried galouti Kabab and ghost seek Kabab and both were amazing. After this in main course mutton Rogan Josh with chicken Biryani was also wonderful. Meal end with delicious jalebi.

The great kabab factory served delicious authentic Indian food on my visit here.
The restaurant sticks to a particular cuisine and excels in it.
The dishes which i loved the most were mutton galauti kebab, chaat papdi, dahi kebab, and dal makhani.
The galauti kebab are the best i have ever had and i will want to visit this place anytime just for this one dish.
Other dishes were good too, there wasn't a single dish which i thought needed any improvement, everything was just perfect here.
Indian cuisine lovers must visit this place.

Honestly, I was not impressed by the course of snacks. Maybe It didn’t live up to my expectations. I even feel service could be a little better.

we were 3 people and we were looking for a restraunt so that we can have lunch ....i know sector 26 has a huge line of restraunts from indian to asian ...but when i read the board of the great kebab factory ...i smiled because my problem was solved ...as i had a great experience of this restraunt in raddisson blu plaza ,delhi...this is a restaurant where you will get the worth of every single penny you have spent.....buffet's are served everywhere .....but this buffet will become your memory.... bdw ....go with a starved stomach ....as they have aload of surprises apart from the menu

YesterdAy i went to tgkf..i had a lovely time there.they served starters which had prawns,fish nd chicken -all were good.they served puchka shots- nd shorba as welcome drinks.puchka shots were amazing..Prawns were so juicy nd chicken gaelic tikka had a garlic chopped on it extra quanty which i liked being a garlic lover.in main course they served chicken tikka butter masala- which had sweet tomato gravy with perfect masala blend.mutton was so fluffy nd had a spicy gravy which was gng goood with baby garlic naan.last but not the least- chicken biryani i loved the most- topped with fried onions nd kesar touch on it..now desserts- gulab jamuns- so soft nd my love.jalebi served with rabri- it was so good nd sweet rabri on top of it- match made in heaven..they served tilla kulfis too..one thing i liked the most was that they served. Main course on table as it helps in wastage of food.thumbs up to that..they had a polite staff nd were ready to serve to with smile on face.i had to wait for around 30 minutes but it was worth waiting..i love the thkf..👍👍👍👍but i would suggest them to add more food items in there menu..but still its a must visit
A good buffet place where one is pampered with on the table fresh off the kitchen/grill food.
Starters are served hot and piping accompanied with 4 varieties of dips. There is equal variety for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians. Service is attentive and courteous.
Main course seemed weak and could be improved upon. Another thing which I felt was service levels dropped after 10pm when most of the tables had checked out.
Overall a decent food experience.
Extremely satisfied with the quick service. It was a continuous flow of all deliciously prepared food items on our table with our drinks being on repeat. For 2 people it cost us around 3000/- where 1000 was non veg buffet per head and drinks were 2+1. Overall had an amazing time, I’m truely thrilled. Thanks! I really recommend this place to all.
Visited this place by chance, have gone to bbq nation but because there i was suppose to wait, so we decided to go to this place.
It was my anniversary & we love the ambiance, interior are really well & light & music was perfect.
Firstly, variety in starter was great & staff was quite polite & humble as it should be. Since we are veg , all kebabs like subz galouti was quite tender & tasty, fresh fruits & corns salad were nice. Dahi kabab , paneer tikka, soya chaap were equally good. Presentation of gol gappa was beautiful. Masala chach was refreshing.
Main course lack some variety but thats ok.
Dessert has nice variety of traditional indian sweet like gulab jamun, jalebi with rabri. Kesar phirni was exceptional.
All in all great place.

Highly recommended by friend. Dinner buffet at Rs 999 was amazing both veg and non veg. They started with masala chickpeas, sham kebab, gauloti kebab,tangri,mashrooms,malai broclli,fried fish and many more. I enjoyed the starters, main course and desert too. All the kebabs were so soft and well prepared Bt it was oily. The staff was courteous and service was fast. One can go with family and friend. Nice ambience too.
I have visited chandigarh after long time chandigarh has so many New Restaurants around the city. The ambiance was excellent. One of my Known In the Kebab factory is working there as Head of kitchen Chef Preetpal Randhawa I got to know after visiting the place. The food taste was awesome not tried there cocktails and hard drinks Only the Cold Coffe. My overall experience was superb will visit the place soon.

Well... I have heard alot about the name the great kabab factory. Finally I got the chance to dine in for lunch. They have very wide menu, a kind of buffet but to serve on table with very efficient and professional way. Their food and service quality beats the restaurant sector as I observed it's absolutely a part of any five star hotel. Restaurant is well designed, silverwares are unique and a very good soft music to match with the theme and concept of the restaurant.
It was busy lunch with big tables but luckily I got table for me which was made ready like magic in front of me. Staff really wants to make you dine and asks whether you are comfortable there or not. The hospitality will not end so let's come to the food part.
I am pure vegetarian so choose to eat vegetarian meal. They took order for the meal and servers started to serve with the food without delays.
They started up with tomato shorba as a welcome drink which was really good. Then sort of freshly cutted fruits and vegetables salad with some vinigrate dressing which makes salad very tempting to eat. Then we served with golgapps and some corn kachumber which was equally tempting.
We started to serve with the kababs, starting with galouti kabab. What to say about galouti kabab it was really mouth melting with ulta tawa parantha. Then tandoori paneer tikka, tandoori aalo, tandoori malai broccoli, tandoori mushrooms, kaju matar ke kabab and most interesting tandoori pineapple. Wow.. Every kabab was made with so much of perfection in terms of cooking, flavours and spices. I asked to repeat few, to leave some space for main course.
With kababs they served us with very interesting bread named Bakharkhani, which is a sweet bread that was very unique in taste. And also butter milk (masala chass).

Main course has 2 biryani 2 non veg curries 2 veg curries and 2 dal with choice of breads.
Both the dals were outstanding, especially dal makhani. They call it dal factory. Paneer makhanwala and subz ka mel was also matching the same level. I ordered for roomali roti and green chilli parantha for me. They have live kitchen so everything is visible and fresh from tandoori to your plate. Had to wait for few seconds as breads were too hot. Delicious main course with. Biryani raita and onions.

Come to the desserts, they serve 4 desserts hot and cold both which includes Gulab Jamun, beetroot halwa, kesari phirni, and choice of kulfi.
After eating so much I really didn't had space left but I took all the desserts to taste. No match to any of the dessert sections I have ever had.

Great experience, I loved the hospitality, I had a small get together of around 15 ppl, all the arrangements were on point. Especially the behavior of staff, so soft-spoken and readily available, other joints have lot to learn from them. Food is innovative, good quality and good quantity too.. Way to go TGIKF

The place has one of the tastiest starter spread as compared to all the other buffets in the same range. The staff are immensely courteous. I could never have enough of their Amritsari Fish and the Chicken Tikka!

Have been here before and absolutely loved the concept of serving everything on the table and love the food.
The thing that posed as a problem was when yesterday we called them up to book a table and according to us table was booked the only reason I like the concept of table serving was because of family 5 old people and 2 young.. so yeah coming back we went there and they did not have our name on the reservation list and it was such a turn off we waited for 5 mins outside and after talking and lookin out they gave us a table not meant for 7 people and I was disappointed to a terrible extent. The sad thing is manager said we have a table of 10 people but not 7. So yeah that is our problem right? Without owning to their mistake they gave us this reason. DISAPPOINTMENT.
ALTHOUGH after much struggle we ate snack at one table and dinner at other. The food without doubt is amazing the experience this time around wasn't good.
So let's hope they don't repeat it again.
Huge fan of TGKF from times it had been in Raddison delhi only. Now this concept is not new to chandigarh. Tgkf i think is yet to make its mark in city.There starters are really good and delicious.
kebabs can beat pirates of grill and barbeque nation.Presentation of food is amazing.
The main courses need improvement as to TGKF name. Deserts are decent.
The ambience and decor are the best part. The staff is courteous and warm.
Overall nice experience, will visit again.

have always been a huge fan of the ITC tgkf since my first visit to the Chennai outlet over 16 years ago. Glad to say, the Chandigarh version carries forth the brilliant and celebrated tradition of service and taste. the galauti and bakarkhani really show the also rans how masters do it! so glad the city got this really good indian food specialist finally!
best kebabs ever. this place has amazing on table buffet with lip smacking starters n a very nice main course. there gulab jamuns are just love❤️🤤

Been there last night, awesome food, nice service, best part was friendly staff out there.

Loved the food they serve, opted for vegetarian and non-vegetarian both. Food was fresh and make your taste buds dance once you eat it.
On every first bite of the food served ‘Awesome’ comes in my mind.
Light music with indigo and wood coloured Devore compliments each other.
Drinks was perfect. (Cosmo and spiced guava)
One thing that I noticed about server’s behaviour,
They was serving some hand towel stuff to everyone after mains, to cleanup hands. Since we was two young guys, nothing was offered to us. (Felt bad about it, somehow dinner napkin helped).
Gulab jamun was just so perfect (served second time), couldn’t stop my self from eating more.
Small tip for chef ‘Please keep on replenishing desert buffet, gulab jamuns became rubber because kept for long’.
Over all I would say, worth spending time out.
I recently visited the place with my family, Its a buffet restaurant with quiet a large variety of snacks for both veg and non-veg. This place had an awesome ambiance perfect to celebrate special occasion.
They serve awesome non veg kebabs, delicious and innovative. I personally never had such type of kebabs
The entire buffet is on the table so you don't have to get up even once from your place.
Desert menu is very limited but i think 7 veg and 7 non-veg snacks make up for that.
No innovative snacks menu for vegetarians, so they can be a bit disappointed
But overall a great place to visit atleast once.

Overall with a slightly different theme, this is pretty good place. They serve all the food on the table itself giving less chances of guests to be out of seat. Overall food was good. The number of variety of cold dessert is less though but they have other kinds of desserts to match. Their halua is pretty good as well. Price of 759 per head seems slightly over priced but nevertheless a good experience.
Lovely place, amazingly located in central area, food was indeed great,name says it all! You can always bump in here to enjoy a great lunch and dinner meal! Loved every bit of it! It was delicious!
This is one of the best restaurants in Chandigarh. The appetizers are what steal the show, if you're non-vegetarian, this is a great place for meat lovers. Main course is good but not as impressive as the snacks. The service is also pretty good and a great recommendation for a family lunch or dinner.
Great kabab has a buffet+barbeque style. Ambience is good and it has a big screen where you can watch cricket matches along with food and drink 🍻. Service is good and seating is comfortable.
The Great Kabab Factory is part of QIZO. It provides 5-6 items in main course and 5-6 starters, 4-5 items in dessert and 4 types of softdrinks and 6-7 snacks and salads as well. Food is real tasty. You can have all this around 600-700 bucks. Ambience is not so good as expected. But you can enjoy your buffet. Self-serving is applicable on main course and some sort of snacks like water balls and chat. For rest you can see h ghr pics attached.
It was so amazing experience to be here at The kebab factory. I didn't expect that there snacks would taste sooo goood.
I just love there mutton galauti kebabs. They were soooo good and tasty. Snacks were so aromatic and delicious. Everything was fine.
Main course was fine. Dal makhni was super amazing.
Desserts were ok but not sooo good.
Service is ok but sometimes a litlle late.
Overall i loved there food items and specifically snacks. The cost of a plate is worth.
Ambience is nice and very good.
Do visit kebab factory to taste their speciality.
One word for their snacks n food.... AWESOME. Right from their kebabs to grilled pineapple, everything is just delicious. Perfect ambience backed by great service makes this place a must visit. I have tried Barbeque Nation, G T Road n others but this place is the best.
The experience was great. Loved the food. The best was fresh lime soda. Also the veg kebabs desserts and the food was so great. For Rs 800 it was a great value veg buffet. Love to come here again
