This place has amazing Indian food. I missed relishing their delicious food during lockdown. Their paneer dishes are superb particularly paneer makhan masala. I also love their yellow dal tarka, veg biryani, paneer tikka... Truely treat to your taste buds... I ordered a paneer makhan masala meal for me yesterday... 5/5 on taste and portion size... And I was also happy to see that the restaurant as well as zomato take all the precautions while delivering the food... Thank you so much...

Tried this place some time ago. Firstly, loved the interiors of the place. It is beautiful and airy, very tastefully designed.
They have amazing options in drinks to choose from- I tried their Anarkali which was packed with flavors.
Their entrees are pretty good- especially the paneer and the mushroom.
The main course is served with loads of ghee- dhaba style, which is really delicious.
However, their desserts were pretty average and nothing to write home about.

Last night I had make a visit here with my family. The outer look of this restro is quite simple as compare to other, but when we step inside suddenly whole atmosphere is changed. There are some romantic lightning is there and some old stuff is there which is enhancing all the interior in very right maner.
Especially the entrance wall where every single person love to click picture. I can say it's amazing. Furthermore, when we step in main hall there is a small truck is parked where one cam sit and click selfie over there.
Let's come to the main point now, there is big hall for the bar. Moreover, the chef overthere is a known of my father, so they are taking care of us. Even of single thing they are explaining us. How's it's made, how much it will take and what are the ingredients are added. I can say food is quite amazing and it will help you to satisfy your taste buds.

Amazing Balti Meat and Dhabe ki Roti
Had an amazing dining experience at this DHABA. The staff was very courteous and the service was prompt. Ambience earned the brownie points. Dal tadka, Paranthas and Tadka Chaas were too yummy. Highly recommend for good food with family and friends.

Tried this new beautifully built dhaba with fine seating and service. They have À la carte menu and an lunch buffet menu @ 600 per person for non veg. We tried the buffet menu. Starters were fine. In drinks we had an aam pana and fresh lime. Main course was okayish in taste but was served cold. I liked the mutton gravy over Chicken butter masala. Had only one dessert tho but was totally worth. I would suggest one time visit for sure! ☺️

Had a really wonderful experience with my family, we ordered for a quite few dishes I'd mention which we really loved were, mutton seekh for the starters and dal makhani, balti meat for the mains. Apart from food we were warm welcomed by Mr Bansi his hospitality is what will bring us back and not to forget the good food.

Been here recently with my friends. Tried at this place for the frist time. As the proverb.. **FIRST IMPRESSION IS BEST IMPRESSION**. This place impressed me in the first look. Once we entered the restaurant we had a great warm welcoming by the staffs. Then we made seated very comfortably at place where we can take a full view of the restaurant .
Then a staff approached us with a water preference. He took our order also. He suggested us to take the famous mutton Galouti and the paneer Tikka . As his suggestion we took that. It was mind blowing.
Galouti kebab was perfectly slow flamed Lucknow famous mouth melted kebab with the non veg version.
Paneer Tikka .. just out of this world . Such a soft cube morsels if cottage cheese .
Then in drink we took virgin pan mojito Dhaba famous lassi and somras.
Virgin pan mojito was very good in taste which was prepared with crushed ice and with the pan and fresh mint.
Somras was a base of vodka with raw mango syrup.
Lassi was very thick with added gulkand.

Rara gosht butter chicken amritsari kulcha and lal mirch parata.
Butter chicken was the best ever in town what I had a perfect blend with perfect quantity of butter and boneless chcikens.
Rara gosht was very good in odur and in taste which was well matched in the spice level.

A layered desert with the rabri vanilla ice cream and shahi tukda with mini gulab jamun on it ...

Went on my birthday with my family. The ambience was good. The decor was also amazing. You get that homely vibe. The staff was courteous and welcoming. They have a separate bar area which is too good. The only thing I didn’t enjoy much was food. Snacks were okayish. We ordered crispy corn, honey chilli potato and chiken sizzler which were good. But main course wasn’t not upto the mark. We ordered dal makhani and we could smell oil in it. Other dishes were also not that great in taste.
Absolutely loved it. The food was great. The decor was beautiful. The chandeliers added grace to the place. There are few seats on the truck too. Came with family for lunch. Everyone loved the food.
It's a beautiful Dhaba and has a homely vibe. The door is designed into a village theme followed by a wall filled with number plates and an old style phone. It has a truck inside it which is a huge attraction for the kids. It also has a space for offering lunch in open space.

Best restaurant just behind the Hotel Seven. We have five person together for Dinner and it was awesome. The staff was so polite and food is delicious. Overall we can visit the place again.
Nice ambience with two types of seating. Dhabha style and fine dining style both available. Taste of the food was excellent. Although it shows good number of drinks but availability was very limited. Although when my friends ordered a certain drink, even though they didn’t have any but they made it up by getting it from outside in the next 10 minutes.
The food and the service both were at their best. Tried vegitarian dishes, Tandoori Platter, Masharum Hara pyaaj, Masala banta Shikanjabi, tadka Chaach, Dal Makhani, Paneer Makhani, Dhaba sweet dish n badaam ka halwa. All the dishes/snacks/drinks were exceptionally good. Ambiance is also refreshing. Bar is yet not operational n likely to start soon. The place deserves a second visit.

Starting with the property, you will definitely feel like you are in a Dhaba with a great ambience. Coming over to the food, they offer a wide range of kebabs and curries.
For appetizers, My personal pick had to be their Amritsari Kukkad, Kala Sha Kala Kukkad, Highway Chicken tikka, Palak Paneer ki seekh and Dhaba Paneer tikka.
In the mains section, they have an array of Mughlai options ranging from Handi Murg, Balti Meat and what not. Highly recommended stuff. To my surprise, they also have a massive bar section where in one can sit back and enjoy some of the traditional cocktails as well as their signature mocktails such as Kokum Banta, Kala Khatta and Aam Panna.
To sum up, I would say that a slight improvement in the service would make this place reach newer heights. Overall, my food experience with Dhaba 1986 was too good. Looking forward to visit them soon.
Good place to visit with your family. Nice ambiance with nice funny pictures. The food is yummy. Order Bhatinda chicken curry , it was little spicy but yummy. Also order mix veg curry, won my heart. Rumaly roti was little cold but naan was properly cooked.

It’s a new restaurant opened at backside of Sector 7 Chandigarh. Ambiance is good and they have divided the sitting into three different sections. Bar ( Theka ) is at ground floor. Weekend is generally full so book the table before going going there else you have to sit upstairs and ambience at the upstairs is very calm. If we talk about the food I have ordered Murg Handi and this was good, it was having a totally different taste and Roti was also good. I feel service is bit slow and it may be due to heavy rush of weekend. I would say atleast try once and I would go there again to try some different menu. It’s decorated with posters of old films and a see the wall while entering the restaurant and it gives authentic look to restaurant. Also, if we talk about the price i paid around 700 for two people dinner and I think it’s fine we are having dinner at some good restaurant. Recommended !!
