mud cake shake&strawberryshake was really too yummy. the cakes of monica’s are handcrafted with love and care. loaded with lots of cream,chocolate,nuts.
It is a bit overpriced but otherwise a great dessert stop i would say- i love their red velvet pastery no one makes it like they do, their pineapple cake is also good.
Such amazing desserts they serve! Choc. Gatheu is my all time favourtie ❤️ and also their blueberry cheese cake was so yumm and soft and mouthmelting ❤️

I totally love the mud cake slice,the macaroons a,hot chocolate and also nutella brownie.
Mud cake when warmed gives you foodgasm and this is something i can die for ,Super soft cake slice just melts in your mouth in seconds and before you realize you are eating something its gone but i really suggest to get it warmed up first.
I don’t really enjoy the cupcakes and puddings here but definitely the cake slices are worth the money.
Also,i tried their hot chocolate and it is on my list of best hot chocolate in chandigarh.

We had the red velvet cupcakes and they were absolutely delicious. The cake was soft and the frosting was creamy. They were not too sweet which is generally the case almost everywhere.

Firstly I would say I am yet to come across such great packaging and outlook of a bakery in North India. Secondly the the quality of the food is at par with the best bakeries in the world (including Paul's). You just can't help but visit the place every time you come to Chandigarh. The service is courteous and the ambiance is clean and classy. And I have to admit the Mississippi mud pie brought tears to our eyes!! Of course happy ones!! :D

We ordered a birthday cake from here which was Choco Gateu but to our surprise when the cake reached the venue it was some dry fruit cake which looked a lil bad but on the brighter side it tasted amazing. We had to get an another cake as the venue was not close to 35.
Overall not considering this fuss the place serves amazing bakery .

One of my favourite dessert eateries in town! Love their chocolate fudge. Their muffins however, not very likeable. Dry cakes are nice too. They make chocolates for almost all occasions!
Very nice place for cupcakes, brownie, cookies n cakes. Located at bust Sector 35, colourful ambience make you always welcome. Tandoori chicken tikka sandwich with chipotle dressing and Mediterranean smoked vegetables are too yummy. Red velvet cupcake is also delectable.
Went in to have a dessert. Selected the same thing again. My love for blue berry cheesecake. I've been always eating this thing at nik bakers and try it if it's in menu at restaurants etc. It was a little different. Tasted more sour, could have been just a little more soft. Although it took more time to melt in mouth how the one from nik bakers does but overall I enjoyed it.
Will try more things soon. They have lots of stuff to check out. I remember Monica's from a long long time in early 2000s , even before that when it was freshly launched in chd and they were like the pioneers in exotic baking.
The USP of this outlet is their RED VELVET CUPCAKE with cream as topping which is just marvellous .We also tried their chocolate muffin which also turned out to be spectacular with the melted chocolate chips inside adding to the chocolate base.
Though the price is little bit on the higher side but its definitely a Go to place to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The mud slice at Monica's is total bliss and same was the experience at this outlet too.
Tried their red velvet cupcake, red velvet roll and fruit pudding. Pudding was top notch and i can say close to perfect. Cupcake too was good but could've been better. Only disappointment was red velvet roll. It was bit hard and sticky even after being bit warm. The one thing that i loved the most in all i tried here was the right balance of sugar.
Food: Red Velvet cake/cupcakes are their forte' and must try (preferably a bit warm). All the other preparations including the sandwiches and breads too are of good quality and I've tried most of their offerings and seldom have been disappointed. Out of all the breads I love their Wheat Garlic bread.
Ambience: Staff is trained, courteous and friendly. The decor is same as their Sec - 8 outlet.
Note: Post 9 pm. there is 20% off on all the offerings.
Nice place for sweet tooth...small place but serves awesome pastries. Appreciable variety as compared to the small space. Only problem is no sitting arrangement. Moreover foodies are not aware about happy hours after 9 pm at this place :)

Well this has been a goto place for a quick dessert bite since I have moved to Chandigarh. I always read mixed reviews bout this place and to be honest, that has been my experience too. Their mud cake, chocolate ganache and black forest pastries that I have tried were great.....right moistness, right texture and right level of sweetness (something which is extremely important to me when it comes to desserts). Having said that, I found their butter scotch pastry extremely average and their red velvet pastry and sacher torte were very disappointing as they were hard, had no distinctive flavor and seemed stale.
But I decided to write this review to applaud them for the recent fondant cake that I ordered on the occasion of a baby shower party that I had organized for my friend. Well I had shared a pic with them and I told them I wanted my cake exactly like that. I was told it can't be made in less than 2.5 kgs so I went ahead with the same. I ordered a chocolate ganache fondant cake which they said can't be delivered before 12 as it takes time and will of course be fresh that way. I usually don't like fondant cakes as I find them too sweet and sticky but theirs was perfect....the cake was moist, perfect chocolate flavor and more importantly perfect fondant with superb detailing and sweetening. It came out exactly the way we wanted and we enjoyed it till the last crumb. It was definitely on an expensive side but I'm definitely going back to Monica's for my next fondant cake. With Mayank
This is a small eatery in sector 35 and I have tried only a few things. but what I really liked were their diet smoked chicken sandwiches. So delicious . very light with cucumber, bell peppers and lettuce, it is truly a guilt free eating experience. And it is cold sandwich, so I can take it home nd keep in my refrigerator as well. I also tried their fruit truffle, which was also nice though the custard could be a tad less sweeter.

I love this place. Simply for the reason it serves nothing but quality in the simplest form. Monica's is a legacy and they have stood up to the same here as well.
Their red velvet cake is sheer delight. The sticky jaws are amazing. I am all in for the trifle pudding anyday!
I like the whole outlook of the Monica's. It is just neat and pleasing to eyes.
The staff is courteous and welcomes you with a nice smile.
On Christmas, I took a theme cake with sugar snow. It was nothing but just fab. The plum cake inside the sugar coating was to die for.
Looking forward to come here time and again to satiate my cravings for desserts.

Nice place for wholewheat stuff which we get nowhere else , once in a while I pick up garlic sticks and buns from their 50% basket (a hit).
Excellent infrastructure cakes
It's famous brand of Chandigarh but it's some what costlier. You also get value for money. All products are awsome.
