Oyster hotel Chandigarh is located in the center of the city. Restaurant is too good. Food is amazing. Live music is played in the evening. Rooms are good. Service can somehow be improved. Lacks some bit of professionalism in terms of staff and service. If improvements are taken seriously, can beat the five stars at any point of time.

Amazing stay. The manager even upgraded my room. The roof top restaurant pass the vibe check. It’s in one of the best locations.
We were coming from Leh and stayed at chandigarh just because some of our friends wants to get a meet up.
We were four people and booked two rooms online. Rooms were clean. Bedsheets was white, fresh and without smell and dirt.
They have restaurant also, and bar as well. One can have drink there too.
No quick room service
Only the suite room is good

This is a great place to stay if you adjust your expectations. It's not a 3 star by European standards but it's very good by local ones:
Positives:
- Good location
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Fast room service
- Decent tasty food
- Clean sheets and overall clean room
- No insects or pets (saw a total of 2 mosquitos during my 5 nights stay)
Negatives:
- Persistant smoke smell in the bathroom (probably a ventilation problem)
- TV didn't work
- Fridge barely works
- Window doesn't open
- Roll up curtain was malfunctioning
- You can hear lobby music in the room
- The shower sometimes takes very long time to warm up
- Daily cleaning can be better
- Some furniture is old/not very clean

The stay was very good at the hotel. We stayed at the business suite, room 310, and it was good.
Pros -
The location is very good, very safe. The staff are nice, hotel has a spa as well. The rooms are clean, and have 24 hrs room service available. very good and comfortable stay. Ample parking available.
Cons -
The suite is not really suite, just an extended room.
Overall, the stay was very good, and it is highly recommended.

It was an excellent and peaceful stay at hotel oyster. Property is located at a peaceful location, center of the city. Near to market and railway station. Many shops and restaurant are nearby. Hotel manager and caretaker are polite and courteous. Easy check in and check out. Very spacious, ambient and comfortable room with neat and clean bathroom. 24 hrs electricity, hot water and all basic amenities. Value for money.
