We always go there for their Chinese platter. So much variety and pocket friendly too. Service is prompt and seating is in elante food court.

I had my dinner at Nihao after a movie at Elante Mall food court. The ni Hao counter is thronged with families and students. Its a very good version of the typical desi Chinese food which we all love to eat. I had the combo for INR 395 which was fulfilling for one. Best desi chinese😍😍🔥🔥

The food tastes good. The only problem I faced was, when the food was delivered to me it was cold and not packed properly.

Go and try this place out. I m sure this won’t disappoint you. I have visited this place thrice and ordered the same platter every time. Each time the quality and quantity was same.

Spring roll- nice, crisp and not too oily.
Manchurian- soft and delicious in taste
Chilly cheese- it was amazing in taste.
Noodles- perfectly cooked not over cooked not undercooked. It was not at all oily.
Shezwan sauce- it was lil sweet

I love there’s drums of heaven, honey chilly potatoes and the different valuables combo’s. They can they serve with 2-3 people as the quantity is huge.

Ambiance depends on the mall as this is located in the food court. Service is quite fast. Talking about food, It is one of the best Chinese restaurant in Chandigarh. It is my go to place whenever I tempt for Chinese. Rates are not bad. Must pay a visit once if you are a Chinese lover.

This little counter is situated in the food court of Elante mall,Chd. Talking about the service, I liked it a lot. These guys were real quick &polite.
What I ordered:
It was a veg combo meal which included Hakka noodles, Manchurian balls, honey chilli cauliflower and some cheese chilly with Coke.
Looks like a perfect meal for one person and yes it really was.
All of it tasted really well and was cooked to perfection with a commendable quantity if serving to one person.
Another meal was non veg combo with chicken lollipop, Hakka noodles with some Vegetable gravy.
All in all, a good place to have filling combo meals.

Chinese they serve is quite good and has various types of sauces available on the deck.
One main point is that the quantity they serve is not that sufficient one can go.
But for overall they had exciting dishe to try.

Recently visited Elante and was having craving for a good soup!! :) and so happy that i tried this place, as it was really upto expectations :)
We ordered Veg Manchow and Veg Tom Yom soup! Both the soups were too good, both in terms of taste and portions!! Veg Manchow soups taste was as usual, but u will find it like a perfect Manchow!! And, Veg tom yom was little sour and spicy in taste, but it was rich with vegetables like broccoli, mushroom, carrot, red chilli etc. I am sure you will like it too!
They serve these soups in a large bowl with low depth, i would recommend to take some disposable glasses from the outlet, and at end just pour the remaining portion of soup into the glass to enjoy it to the max :p

This is just the definition of value for money. The combos are awesome and so fulfilling. This makes the place 300 bucks for 2 people and give awesome Chinese food. Better than yo china people...
This place is the heaven for 'desi chinese'. A huge shout out to Chef Adi who manages to surprise us always. The must haves here are the Fish Chilli, Corn Spinach Dim Sums, Chilli Garlic Noodles and their combos are enough for two people. If you are ever confused about what to order, you can trust the chef to surprise you. It has always been a pleasant experience here, as the service is prompt and the food is absolutely delicious.
Extra points for being super generous with your condiments! There is a variety of 6 well made condiments/sauces available for you to serve yourself. My favourite is the chilli garlic sauce and the chilli paste!
Before i never tried combo of any chinese but this is surprising me .. 😀.. there are various options to choose starters, maincouse and also between rice and noodles. Chilly garlic noodles with gravy manchurian is delicious. .....

I liked honey chilly the most. The noodles for me were blant(i would have liked if it was some spicy) Manchurian was well cooked and in cheese chilly gravy had a sour touch with soft cheese

We were on eating spree and despite having multiple food items and drinks at some other restaurant, we were not satisfied. So we decided to order something more from the food court and chose Ni Hao as our next target.
A decent option to try when you can't decide what to choose from umpteen options available. The place serves an array of Chinese dishes to try. The best being the combos, if you are bit hungry rather than eating to pass your time. One meal combo is sufficient for a person.
We ordered two chef special combo which had multiple options to choose from. We selected honey chili cauliflower, manchurian and cheese chilly gravy with rice for our first combo and noodles, and crispy garlic potatoes for the other one; gravies remaining the same. From the drinks we chose a coke and a mountain dew but we were mistakenly served fanta instead of mountain dew.
The quantity was good and the taste was above average. The flavours were apt and no complaints about the food. The service was quick and the guy at the counter was friendly. It was value for money.
This place serves authentic Chinese. Its lip smacking. I haven't got a chance lately to visit the place but I swear I miss it. I'd like to see this place coming up at more places. They tried their hand at Karnal but didn't go well, they should expand in panchkula also. Cheers
The Best place for chines in Elante's food court area..Definitely better than Yo China..Have tried this place many times but recently had their Chef's Combo with with Kung Pao Chicken, Chicken hot garlic sauce, & chicken drumstick in Schezwan sauce with chilly garlic noodles...Chicken drumstick was so so so so so good...Sadly there was just 1piece & it wasnt enough to satisfy my greed for that sauce..Kung pao chicken was excellent too..The full combo was awesome..& it gives u a choice of soup or cold drink too..Have tried their chicken coriander dimsums & chicken lollypop too which too are very good. For a smaller portion meal, try their fried rice or hakka noodlrs combo.Love this place

Vegetarian chinese is never on our priority list, but this combo is an exception! There are various options in each section to choose the starter, maincourse, and there's a choice between noodles and rice, we usually choose veg. fried rice that are cooked and fried to perfection, along with veg. spring rolls that are coated in sesame seeds, in the curries we get to choose 2, but being a regular customer, they sometimes serve us with all three i.e chilli garlic paneer that has a prominent garlic flavour and fresh paneer, veg. manchurian with soft manchurian balls and tasty curry and mix veg. hot garlic sauce that has all yummy exotic veggies like broccoli, mushrooms and zucchini.. all three taste amazing with freshe ingredients and veggies. Overall this combo is extremely delicious and flavorful.
Me and my friends generally go to subway but we decided to try Ni Hao. Though we didn't order much but I must admit that their Schezwan Chicken Noodles is pretty good. Do try it sometime. Loved it.

I had an instinct of trying this place since a very long time. Though Yo China remains my favourite for life, I couldn't miss this one.
So I happened to order a veg platter here- Two choices of main course( I chose veg manchurian and chilli garlic Paneer), one choice of snacks(honey chilli cauliflower), either fried rice/noodles(Fried rice for me) and either coke or soup!
The main course dishes were perfectly cooked with a perfect flavour! Had there been a little more oil in fried rice(while cooking) they'd be the best ever. Honey chilli was to die for❤️
The soup they served was bland and no good taste at all. I'd prefer you all to opt for coke instead!

While roaming in the food court for lunch me and my mom decided to have chinese and i ended up ordering here. We had hakka noodles with chilly paneer which was served hot and spicy.
The service was quick and the food was really nice with all those big bold chinjabi flavours. However there were literally 4 cubes of cheese only and i felt it could use more. But the bell peppers and other veggies were in nice quantity.
Decent food , reasonable, i tried the platter non veg .. i liked the most is chk in schezwan sauce ,👍 also the manchow soup is a good option .. yummy !!

This review comes pretty late. By now I must've been here more than 10 times already. So, Ni Hao is a run off the mill Chinese eatery at the food court in Elante Mall. The Chinese served here is obviously not supposed to be authentic Chinese. It comes from the Indo-Chinese heritage that was born in Kolkata and got all messed up as it travelled the breadth of our nation to places like China Garden in Mumbai and so you've got Manchurian, Spring Rolls, Hakka Noodles and what not.
The good thing is, the food is quite good, is served in good portions and quite satisfying for what is paid. While dining at the food court, it is better than what Yo China serves which is essentially made up of some gook + lots of chillies and soy sauce. Not here. Chinese at Ni Hao is most certainly better and their platters are pretty sumptuous too. Overall, a good Chinese outlet at the food court.
Place was decent ordered for veg noodles and Manchurian. Presentation was decent enough. Food quality was just average. As sitting area is a common space so nothing much to say.

If you're wandering in elante with less than 500 bucks in your pocket,Ni hao is the place to go . Located in the (ever bustling with people )FOOD court, It provides a good chinese option at a reasonable price . We had ordered a non veg combo comprising of garlic noodles(good),chciken manchurian(average) and a pretty small 200 ml soft drink glass.
Apart from that ,we also ordered chicken lollypop( with sauce) which just delicious and compensated for other stuffs in taste .
Their is no separate seating available and you have to find your space in the food court itself.A value for money restaurant providing chinese cuisine.
A genuine place to try chinese food in the Elante food court. The variety is good, the food is fine and most importantly the combos are a huge saving considering one does not eat too much of rice, noodles and manchurian. Soup was good, rice and noodles were just fine and rest of the chinese things that I dont remember were also not bad. Giving it a try was not harmful at all! :)
Was there for a friend's wedding at Chandigarh. Knowing a school friend of mine is also there in chd we planned to meet at elante mall. Both Chinese lovers thought of trying Chinese from different vendors and there own version. Tried garclic chicken . tasted nice !!
If u want to try yumm chinese platters and combos in elante mall this is the best place reasonlably prices with yummy food..must try drumsticks in Hunan style sauce and chilky garlic noodles if you like very spice food...also chicken in black pepper sauce is average...but most of the items on the menu are tasty ...combos are vaule for money
Saviour from it's adjacent Italian store, Ni Hao rescued me. A truly value for money place. Have tried couple of times great things from here. This time we being 3, went for Chef Special Meal comprising of 1 starter, 1 soup, 2 Course and 1 Either Rice/Hakka noodles/Chilli Garlic noodles to choose from. We chose honey chilli cauliflower, Manchow soup, Veg and chicken Manchurian with Hakka noodles. Everything was scumptous and lip smacking and these in 250-60.. A wonderful deal! Bang on guys.!! 😊
So in case you want a change from Yo China, and you still want to stick to the usual platters (although you get complete courses too) then you must try Ni Hao.
The best thing about Ni Hao is that the desk staff is not only polite but they also customize your food and your platters as per your requirement.
At Ni Hao, so far I have tried the two types of Veg Combo meals, one with rice and the other with noodles, just to get the idea of almost everything they serve. If planning to go for a full seperate dish, then I would recommend only their noodles and not the rice, since rice seem a bit under-cooked and bland. There is practically no difference between the fried rice and veg pulao. Even among the main serves, the Manchurian is still better than the Cheese in garlic sauce, which is super spicy and a bit gooey.
Nevertheless, another good option for Chinese serves, but still a long way to go to reach the quality standards of Yo China, which stands opposite to it, in the same food court.
Wanted to try Chinese this time..actually dont have awe for chinese food..Went to Ni Hao and took the veg platter and non-veg platter and the food was lip-smacking. The manchow soup was tasty. The quality of food is very good. Its totally worth the price. Each and everything on the platter is delicious, couldnt find any negative point.

It was Friday the 02Oct and kids wanted to shop and see a movie at Elante mall. Off we went...after shopping and movie it was turn of food court...as usual. We picked the menus of restaurants available in court and agreed to eat chinese from Ni Hao ( located on right side near Burger king). We ordered three 'Chef special combos' excellent pricing (205 veg and 225 non veg) and urge to eat Chinese both being equal considerations. They give you choice of 01 starter 01 beverage( which includes soft drink though not mentioned in menu..u will have to ask for it.) 02 main course , 01 choice of rice or noodles. Kids were gaga about the quantity and tatste. I personally found the taste good sply honey cauliflower, veg noodles and chicken lollipop....service was fast and three combos were good for four people with avg appetite.....worth a visit.

One of the joints in the food court of Elante mall ,this place serves Chinese food altogether. I like their chilly garlic noodles a lot . Have that spiciness in them with that extra zing. Soups are not worth it . Too bland and too thick . honey chilly cauliflower is a must have. Don't go expecting a genuine chinese taste. Its a blend of Indian and authentic chinese. Still decent enough . You can get a decent combo here. Visit atleast once.
Ni Hao is a nice authentic chinese food joint in Elante mall. We tried their drumstics with hunan sauce, chilli garlic noodles and Fish chilli oyester sauce. Drumstics with hunan sauce were very good in taste. Fish chilli oyester sauce wa soutstanding. Very good experience.

I went there after heard so much about them.Very good chinese food at low price. Tai pai Chicken and Chilly Prawn are best. I relished their Shezwan noodles and sliced chicken in hot garlic sause.

I ordered a combo with chilli garlic noodles , Manchurian gravy and honey chilli potato and it was just out of the world. I again ordered the same combo because they were out of stock for all other things and I know why ;-).

Ni Hao is not just a restaurant, it's a statement. In a country frantic for "Indo-Chinese" food, a place, in a small corner of the massive mall, has finally done justice to the Mandarin cuisine it seems. 1. Vegetarian now has translation in Chinese! The first time i landed on the counter of the restaurant, I was off chicken binge and thought of experimenting vegetarian considering Chinese cuisine and being vegetarian are opposite poles. But trust me I finally found Vegetables in Schezwan sauce, something that could beat the long standing "Chilli Paneer". 2.Its yummy, it's affordable, it's different. The crux of visiting Ni Hao is not only the authentic Mandarin food, genuinely laced with Schezwan and Hunan sauce but all of it is really affordable. This kind of "authentic" and good tasting Mandarin food was earlier restricted to the more expensive Chef run restros in upmarket hotels. Hats of to the management for the same. 3. The list goes on and on Yes, the list may have a slight Indian tinge to the Chinese, but it doesn't end with Chilli Chicken and Manchurian, the variety is unending. Each of the item is different from other. Be it Fish in Black Oyster sauce or Chicken in Hot Garlic Sauce. Wow , to be honest I was not expecting this kind of quality or taste from a restaurant in the mall . Boy,was I wrong . As i had never eaten here before i tried the combo which had a little of everything and unlike some other places everything on the combo was excellent . Everything from the quick service to the flavor was spot on . The quantity was enough for 2 of us .... Today being a Tuesday i just tried veg , but i think the non veg would also be superb . For this kind of taste and quantity the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely come again .

In chinese we prefer in changarh is shangrilla, chaplin but i think we have found another stop for chinese in changarh which is ni hao chilly garlic noodles is chumashawari and may u forget chaplin noodles. But i prefer to take a combo that consist of manchurian and chilly garlic noodles.
No consideration of ambience as it is present in food quest of elante mall. And there is self service all we need is good and delicious food there that is provided by this restuarant.

Let me call this taste ‘The Chronic' and after the first spoonful, you'll know what I mean. The elante mall (biggest known mall in Chandigarh) has this Chinese gem in its trail of eating joints in food court. The moment you enter the food court you’ll find this stall at the right hand side towards the corner in your front.
I went out with my friends to watch a movie and we were in a bit early and hungry as well which we always are. So we thought of grabbing a quick bite from the food court. And I always have been having mix feeling about food at food-courts. The contributing reason for this sort of feeling is perhaps that the food stalls use rapid methods in preparing dishes to satisfy big number of customers, therefore, sometimes the signature dishes takes a shape of fast-food types. Anyways criticism never ends and I should focus on what I need to let my fellow foodies know.
Guys, I ordered two portions of noodles that were on their display specials. In addition to noodles, I grabbed momos and coke as well. Believe me, digging into the noodles was just time killing for us until our teeth initiated grinding of food. Probably together, nice is the word we all uttered and almost simultaneously nodded our heads in appreciation. Nothing big, but the taste was so appropriate that we felt that the chef knows his work well. Getting approval from all us is undoubtedly a big ask since all my friends do understand the science of taste well. The noodles were prepared using very simple method, had the right amount of ingredients as in salt and spices, and above all the factors was “less oily or no visible oil”. I really hope it’s not those kind of one-time preparation that comes out luckily good and I sure I am going to try it again soon to put my “Olive STAMP” on it
So foodies, if eating tasty Chinese is your top priority, you’ll revel here. If glam service and surrounds aren’t a must, the fact remains: compared to many big restaurant names in Chandigarh, they prepare descent food.
