Probably the best takeaway chinese place in Chandigarh. I've been ordering from Cafe Jade for the past 6 - 7 times I think and I've never been let down. My only feedback would be the freshness of the vegetables such as baby corn and broccoli which perhaps need some work as they didn't seem quite fresh and this has happened on multiple occasions. But, it is not something that affects my rating and I'm quite pleased with the food, delivery speed and the fact that I can order comfortably using the Zomato app!
All in all, bravo for the excellent service and food! Please add Som Tam to your Thai menu. I absolutely love this incredible salad and for now I only get it at Orchid Lounge and a few other places. Done correctly, it is an incredible dish in itself.

Have been ordering since a year from Cafe Jade.. Chinese, being one of my favorite cuisines, this one came very handy to order on zomato and the food would reach us within half an hour to 45 mins at the max.. off late, I guess there's been some change in their cafe - either the chef or their entire delivery system - that the food is horrid now, and the order gets missed/ incorrectly sent.. and the food is not great to taste at all!!i used to love almost every snack ordered from here and their gravies in chicken and fish were outstanding as well....been disappointed past 3-4 times though!

This place was definitely pending from so many month or better to write years. Finally paid a visit yesterday evening when our plan of going out was cancelled due to unavoidable reasons.
We couldn’t figure out the meal box options online, so went their personally and inquired about the same from the guy sitting over the counter. He explained the meals and I selected the one meant for two people.
I ordered a veg meal box. The meal box had an option to choose noodles or rice. I preferred to eat noodles. The meal had two packs of Hakka Noodles, one small pack of Spring Rolls, Manchurian with gravy and a Coke pet bottle with few sauce packets.
The boxes were neatly packed and the quantity was more than sufficient for three guys instead of two as said by the staff member.
The Hakka Noodles were oil free and the veggies were diced and cooked to perfection. The flavors were very mild and went well with the Manchurian.
The Manchurian with gravy was yummy. Opposite to Noodles which were mild in taste; the Manchurian gravy was bit spicy which I always prefer and the balls were soft.
The Spring Rolls were bit oily; they could have been better.
Overall the experience was great. The meal was value for money and the quantity was generous. Service was quick and the staff was courteous.
Cafe Jade, hmmm well I was in mood for Chinese and looking at places . around this seemed best option.
I ordered two starters, and a noodle, yes I know I know weird combination but well I like noodles with Chinese sauces and I have my own collection so that would suffice even if outlet missed on em.
One starter was amazing which was honey chicken but another one turned out to be dud, this was veg spring roll, well the filling was nice but I guess chef blinked and the spring roll got over fried and lost it spring.
Noodles were nice, no complaints there but all I got with it was just ketchup, no chilli sauce or soy sauce or anything, now if you server Chinese sauces are a MUST, that is the holy grail of Chinese food ( at least Indian Chinese food) .
Food was bit delayed but that is OK and as for packaging well nothing great by the time you get silver cases they are crushed and food ready to pop. So well will I order again, hmmm yes I guess I will give it a shot again.
The first time I went to this place was just by chance and didn't have much expectations. I've been there 5 to 6 times now and this place has never disappointed me. Great food at affordable prices. Don't go by the description on zomato, cost for two is just around 300 to 400. The place is neat and clean but don't expect any seating arrangements more than a couple of plastic chairs and stools. But who cares about the ambience when theres good food, at least I don't.
A great place where you could satisfy your taste buds. If you are a true chinese food lover, this outlet of cafe jade is the right choice for you. The menu is really vast and moreover its offers gluten free food too.
I ordered a veg small mealbox. To be honest, it was not at all small from the portions of the dishes i received in my order. The manchurian was just perfect..Its flavours were coming out quite nicely.
Accompanied by kimchi and veggie salad, the spring rolls were really crispy and the filling was very good. Coming to the hakka noodles, they had a decent proportion of vegetables and the seasoning was done properly.
The service was fairly quick. The packaging was really well done and the food was as hot as it could be. I placed a home delivery order and they served it in almost 30 mins.
All in all a very satisfying experience. Happy eating! :)
When you have a sudden urge of eating Chinese fast food and that too of good quality, this place surely lives upto that. Great taste especially fried rice and dumplings :)

Good place if you wish to order some good chinese.. The menu is good offering different things..Not very well known place as it is a small outlet in sector 38.. Personally the food is good in taste and properly cooked..Give it a try if you are not finding a good chinese restaurant to order food nearby..

If you are a fan of good Chinese and Thai food, this is the place to go to. Cafe Jade is a takeaway joint located in sector-38D.
Cafe Jade has a diversity of soups, dimsums, noodles and gravies. The best part is that they let the flavours play rather than adding extra spices and flavours.
We ordered a veg manchow soup and a small mealbox.The soup and manchurian were all good, the flavors were nice, except that they had too much of corn flour making them very thick.
The spring rolls were crispy and the filling was really good. The hakka noodles were cooked well, well seasoned and had good amount of vegetables.
The staff was really helpful and the service was fairly quick. We ordered in our car and they served us really nicely and politely.
All in all a very good experience. They need to improve on the gravies, the consistency can make or spoil the dish.

I had ordered Crunchy corn and pepper, Thai basil and sesame seed noodles and a small veg meal box. Since it was home delivery and the food was delivered within promised 30 minutes delivery time. The quantity of the food was enough for 3 people to eat. Coming to quality of food, the Crunchy corns with bell pepper was too good, crunchy, tasty and hot. Thai basil and sesame seed noodles were good but were bit bland for my taste. Coming to the Small veg meal box which was surprisingly not at all small!!!

This place has one of the best chicken hakka noodles that i have had in the city. The dumplings/momos here give you the test of having one with literally the taste of chicken in every bite that you take. People who would like to have gluten free food are in for a treat here. So give it a try.
I ordered Chilly Garlic Noodles,Veg Dimsums and Dry Chilly Cheese.It was delievered in good packing.The flavours were good and the food was yummy.However as far as dimsums go,I wont say they were bad,but for dimsums Ive had better dimsums at other places.

Ordered mashroom garlic chicken noodles and chicken dumplings.
I read a lot about their schezwan dumplings but ordered for chicken ones. The prices on the higher size but on the other hand quantity is good. The food was delivered in 35 mins as promised.
Was good to know the dumplings were still hot. One portion has 10 pieces and they are filling. Two sauces/dips were served. One tasted like spicy fresh-oregano based and other was sweet ketchup-based. I loved them both. Definitely going to order this again & again.
The quantity of the chicken noodles was again great. One portion is more than enough for two persons. The chicken in the dish was good. Usually you get chewy breast pieces but they made sure the chicken was fresh & tasted good.
Next time im not going to order for delivery, i would rather go in; grab a meal and enjoy it in my car or something. Good one.

The home delivery option is so convenient, once you place an order you will be notified with all the details of your delivery, when it leaves the cafe, the details of the delivery boy - clearly making this place a cut above the rest!
Have been ordering food from this joint since the inception of the shop. Really have great memories with the food from there. Today would like to tell that their schezwan dumplings are of the best quality in the city in terms of the stuffing and the preparation and the lemon corriander soup is really hands on the value of the money.
Nice food, i tried schezwan dimsums and true to my heart they were reallllly realllly awesome , i dont what ketchup they gave me. It was toooo yummm. Rest i gave 4 coz they dont have a proper sitting as its tooo chilling out there.

As the name sounds authentic and so does the food. Really good and tasty Chinese food I had after quite a long time. The quantity was good and equal marks for quality as well. Double thumbs up from my side.

Hot and amazingly tasty food with excellent packaging.
Even if you eat the food post 1 hour of it being delivered - you don't need to warm it as it would be HOT.
Don't know how they do it but yes your food will be HOT and Extremely TASTY whenever you consume it.

I was Searching for gluten free products and suddenly i found a cafe providing gluten free products.
I order Pineapple Rice GF and Babycorn Pepper salt GF. Babycorn starter was toothsome. It was value for money. Pineapple rice were also good.
One thing to add - they say there mantra is quality,quantity, hygiene and taste but i found out the quantity to be less. It should be worked upon.

I went here with my Wife (who have never had Thai food before), and we all got Pad Thai Noodles. It was extremely delicious! The service was great and the food was to die for. Afterwords we couldn't help ourselves but to get the fried rice with Manchurian, also amazing! Definitely recommend.

I love Cafe Jade. Its a small take away and home delivery Chinese & Thai food joint. My children love the food. I find the food, the quantity and the service excellent. Initially when I saw it, I thought it will close down in some months as there is never a crowd at the Cafe. But when I learnt that it is mainly a take away and a home delivery model, I came to know the reason of its growth. Its small, but follows international benchmarks of hygiene and preparation. The staff does not seem to be trendy, but is helpful and courteous. I am almost a regular with Cafe Jade.

I never visited the place, however seen it while driving, but ordered food thru Swiggy a few times and food is good. Serving quantity is quite reasonable.
Food served tastes really good. The best aspect would be the hospitality of the staffs who served there. Good restaurant but a bit overpriced.
