I visit this outlet several times. Their hot "Samosas with Chana" tastes wow yummy.
For new families shifted to Kharar it is best place to have Samosas, pakoras and sweets.
There is one week point, this outlet have not enough space to sit.

Saini sweets for new people but "Gadri halwai" for Kharar residents. I think almost the Kharar people have eaten their lip smacking samosas and they're always hot and you'll always find them making fresh samosa and jalebi even sometimes have to wait for few minutes. Pakoras aren't so good. Hot gulab jamun and gajrela in winters are also worth trying. Freshness is assured here.

One of the oldest place in locality and I guess there would be no one who haven’t enjoyed their sweets and snacks. Have grown up eating their food items be it namkeen, samosa or sweets. You just go and see how fresh and hot samosas they server as well the jalebis. Whenever it comes to samosas this is the place which comes to my mind. 

It is always crowded with the people travelling to and from the town. There is an arrangement for sitting as well so you can enjoy hot pippin food there itself.

For hot samosas there could not be much better place than this in town. I love the jalebis as well specially the small sized jalebis. Bread Pakoras or Bread Patties are also good. When it comes to pakoras paneer one’s are just yummy. Have not tried only few but I guess they are good as well as I can see from the crowd.
