Been with my friend on Easter for their Sunday brunch, it was awesome with live food counter, alcohol and music. Ambience was amazing with water till ankle length. So it was a random crowd of friends who got together and we hogged to our satisfaction...
The Crispy Prawns were amazing, but the Seabass dish was out of the world... Loved the Dimsums too...a lil bit of extra soya sauce was the only complaint, but then the food was excellent....
What added to the ambience was the charm and goodwill of Balaji, the Restaurant Manager and his great team...friendly and courteous... Good show guys...
Overall a gluttonous dinner, I must say.. Worth a visit...

I have spent almost 2 months at the Westin Chennai so far this year. The staff are very attentative and amazingly friendly. The cleaning staff go out of their way to make sure my stay is as comfortable as possible (even dropping off a bouquet of flowers randomly one day). The food is great and the chefs/servers go out of their way to ensure I am getting what I need and even knowing if I hadn't been eating a lot. The drivers are also super friendly and always on time! I look forward to many more stays this year and the years to come!
The staff are fabulous. Nothing is too hard. The good is great. Rooms are clean & exceptionally well looked after. It is a pleasure to stay here. Vidhya- you are a gem.

Westin seasonal tales is perfect equal blend of Indian and continental. So people wants full indian dishes will find only 50 % dishes.. Their redwine chicken, veg & non veg salads, ,salami,. Wide range of European cheeses need a mention. Overall I liked the menu items..unfortunately their sea food item is only chilli fish made of basa fish.. so seafood lovers stay away...would like visit again for their menu..
Seasonal Tastes is one of those places whereyou can go again and again. You can opt for a buffet or go a la carte, and you won't be disappointed. Traditional Marriott hospitality, that's never a miss. We've stayed at Westin, and been there for breakfast, and since we live just next door, we tried it for dinner as well. Westin has been a trusted brand for me, one that I chose for my New Year Celebrations in Chennai as well as my honeymoon in Fiji.
This time at the a la carte , we had the grilled chicken in mushroom sauce, along with roast tomato soup, dal makhani and garlic naan. And everything was to the point. Tasted good, wholesome and complete. My wife and I were delighted and we might just go back there again.
I forgot to use my Bonvoy membership this time. Will remember next when I visit.

The place is great when you are talking about the ambience. I went there for dinner buffet and once for Sunday brunch and believe me it was worth each time. After we settled down there was starters on the table. The chicken starters were awesome, just jaw dropping sensation😃. There were veg starters too. Please find the attached images for reference as everyday the menu keeps changing and honestly I don't remember the names exactly.
Talking about the main course there were roasted chicken cooked with broccoli which was amazing, there was a beef gravy, chicken masala, tofu masala, fish cooked with celery and wine and believe me all of them tasted great. There was a sea food festival when we went for the dinner buffet and there were around 10 sea fishes and a bunch of sea food including crabs, shrimp, prawns. I enjoyed few fishes a lot. In all of this I forgot to mention the salad section which also had exotic options like the prawn salad, sea food salad , chicken salad and all of them taste good. Coming to the desserts there were a variety of options starting with many kinds of barfi, three types of cakes, choco truffle, payasam, porridge, fruit shots, different types of sweets.
All in all it was a food festival in itself and I really liked the way they presented the food and the dishes.. Service was awesome, there were really welcoming. It was a lip smacking experience 😜

Simply put, a great place to go, enjoy the food and relax especially on a Sunday Brunch!! The place retains the old world charm given its architecture and the sun shining through the glass adds a lot of energy and brightness!! The food is pretty good and the overall atmosphere adds to the charm. The best part is the Dessert counter with a very wide variety. The staff were all courteous and brought a ton of items to the table for us to try. Must visit place if you are in Chennai.
Had Sunday brunch in seasonal tastes at Westin Velachery. Had lots of variety in veg and non veg. I had non veg. My fav ❤️ was fried rice with chicken gravy. Had good time. 😃
On 5th January we had a team party at Westin velachery in seasonal taste restaurant was a wonderful brunch so many veritas started with soup, veg and non veg stater, salad's, manicource 🍄🍗🍖🍔🌽🍝🥘🍰🍨🍹 etc. Was a great day ends with desert's. Thanks for giving us the wonderful food🙏

Vegetarian buffet's spread is bad and what was available wasn't even hot.
But the Non-Vegetarian's buffet was apparently too good.

I was here for my son's birthday and we enjoyed to the most.
We entered the place around 8 pm and the Hostess Anisha was very good to give us a table quickly, even though we didn't book the table.
Ambiance was nice and huge roofing the place looks big and roomy. I just loved it.
We got to choose our own table we took it by glass facing the front of the hotel. Once we settled in our table they offered us water asking if we need regular or bottled. We settled for the regular water.
Now the Staff named Ravi came to us and asked us if we would like to go for buffet or Al carte. We went for the buffet.
Coming to the food they had huge spread.
we had the Garlic herb chicken Soup, Which was pipping hot and tasty my wife just loved it.
Starters we had Fish nuggets and Lasuni Murgh.
Fish Nuggets was tasty and the fish used was fresh and tasty my daughter loved it.
Lasuni Murgh was spicy and tasting good aswell.
They had huge varieties of salad and non veg salad aswell. Loved them all,
The mezze counter was good at visuals, but i should say the hummus which was thick without the olive oil and labneh tasted sour and water, which was a little disappointment as daughter loves pita bread and labneh, but was not great today.
Coming to veg starters they had paneer and veggies, my wife loved the paneer.
Main course was huge i settled for the international Grill fish and grill chicken . Fish was fresh and tasty
My wife chicken biriyani, Mutton Rara, Fish Malabar Curry and white rice, my wife loved the Mutton and was relishing it when she was eating the same.
In live counter we had Pizza and pasta. We ordered the chicken Pizza, Which my son enjoyed and loved it. It was awesome.
All this while the service was good and the Ravi ensured that plates were cleared from our table and refilled our glass with Water.
One Mr. Abishek came to our table, asked if food was good and needed anything else. He took our feedback about labneh and ensured that will pass the information to the chef.
After sometime the restaurant manager Amresh came to us inquiring how was our food and if we needed something. I informed we are enjoying and have come for our sons birthday. he wished my son and asked if we would like any dish to be made on order. we said its fine and we are enjoying.
We then went to the deserts section,
I had the Fresh Cut fruits, Water Melon and pineapple.
My wife had the coconut barfi, Kaju Katli , My daughter loved the Kaju Katli.
My son had ice-cream with choco chips and chocolate sauce. My son felt the it melted too fast.
He then went for the deserts, chocolate pudding, black forest pastry, Raspberry mouse , he loved the Chocolate pudding and enjoyed it. Even my wife and i loved the chocolate pudding and it was really tasty and nice.
I loved the Custard with Fruits and the Blueberry Cheese cake
My wife had some moong Dal HAlwa which she said was tasty and loved it aswell.
We were all full eating the deserts, and that's when Abhishek, Amresh, Ravi and Anisha came with a small cake written Happy birthday , with a Sparkling Candle.
They sang Happy birthday and my son cut the cake, we were really overwhelmed and really loved the hospitality the staffs showed us.
I would say this was one of the best meal we had.
One the way back in car my son was really happy and told me that he will never forget this birthday.
I should say the Hospitality and service was really great from the beginning to the end time in the hotel,
Staff's Abhishek was even courteous to take our photos and food photos aswell.
As the Westin brand say's Eat Well , I should say i 'Ate well' and had an amazing meal which i will not be forgetting for some time.
The spread is vast as is the restaurant. I liked the creamy mushrooms but the potatoes and grilled tomatoes not that much. The scrambled egg, I had ordered was good too. Dimsums did not taste like dimsums but the same old momos and the chicken dimsums was not being refilled. I liked the breakfast overall. However, the service could have been more efficient.

We went for a buffet team lunch at Westin Hotel. Overall I liked the ambience of the hotel. The restaurant was very spacious and I liked that too. Regarding buffet options, I am a vegetarian so I am going to talk abt it. We had a tomato soup for starter and it tasted good. We Also had some nice veg salads like corn and mushroom with herbs. They were excellent. The bed Crump fried panner was good. Kebab tasted ok and so did lasagne. Had some veg pizza from the live counter, but didn't like them at all. Regarding Main course, there was no Veg biryani and that was a big miss for me. But they did make up with wonderful mouth-watering curries. Dessert was good (not too excellent but not bad as well). Overall I would rate it 4 star out of 5 as they had decent spread for vegetarians. Would love if they add some variety in vegetarian foods in future and tune up their pizza. Cheers !!!

We were picked up by Mr.Lakshminarayanan in Audi car, who was so kind to us offered us drinking water in the car and checked with us if we were fine. As we entered Westin premises we were welcomed by their staff with warm sweet smile n wishes. They honored my Mom with a lovely card and bouquet. And all of us were served with fresh Welcome drink.There was special curated Brunch menu for Mother's Day. Westin serves fabulous buffet menu and is perfect for large groups. The buffet features an array of lipsmacking starters that are drool worthy- which included veg and non -veg unlimited ..veg tikka, gobi, paneer, chicken, fish
A comprehensive main course spanning multiple cuisines and with large number of options were offered.
Main course was undoubtely authentic and best. Each dish had the original flavor in it.
Fruits and Salads were fresh and awesome and the spread was huge. Loved the Apple Salad.
I was fascinated by the multiple Live Counters which was Great - Pizza, Pasta, Noodles, Beageul. There was a separate section for Kids. Where the kids were allowed to prepare some simple food by themselves for theirs Mom like cake decorating with piping cream....
Enjoyed a wide variety of Sushi as well.

Desserts stole the show. The desserts were so tempting, delicious, colorful and the quality was top-notch.
Live Music by DJ Orlando really made our day.

It’s our second time visiting this place for their lunch buffet. Let’s jot down each category
FOOD- they do have a good spread with few cold cuts, salads and breads overall their appetisers were good however their main course I didn’t get to try out everything but from what I’ve had a taste of I could say that their continental needs a bit more of an improvement as their cauliflower gratin was way undercooked, it felt like they didn’t precook the cauliflower.
The chicken and mushroom roast was good , nothing over the top as their seasoning and flavours for me needed a few more pinches.
Coming to the Asian and Indian cuisine they were at par from their paneer tikka to their dragon chicken and chicken in hoisin sauce was excellent.
I’m sure with a bit more training on the continental dishes the restaurant can do even better.
SERVICE- OMG love their service and hospitality as we visited this restaurant especially for their salmon in their buffet for we had that in our previous visit but in this visit we couldn’t find our fav meat so we enquired about it to one of the staffs there and they told us they have the salmon but was not a part of the buffet this time, we were a little disappointed as this deterred our food agenda but in the middle of our courses a waiter walks towards our table a plate in his hands which I thought could be the naans they usually serve in buffets but when he placed the plate on our table a light just lite up 😁 I was in fact going to have my salmon ❤️ this itself I would give their service 10/10 kudos team for your great work.
AMBIANCE- here I was a bit surprised to not find a table mat on the bigger tables, we started with out food on the table directly which for me felt a bit uneasy as being in a good hotel and a lovely restaurant. I feel that every table should have table mats no matter what, 5 mins in with our food we asked one of the waiters to get us a table Mat and he looked a bit surprised to hear a guest asking for a table mat which for him I guess was normal not to have a Mat hmm. Apart from the Mat catastrophe everything was as it should be.
PRICE- we booked through Nearby which I would say it’s quite reasonable for the entire experience. 🥰

The best buffet in town! What a variety of spread! Every food was carefully made and tasted fantastic 👌👌👌. The salad section and the dessert section was the best. I was just spoilt for choice. However very less seafood and chicken was dominating in starters/maincourse. Otherwise no complaints 🤩🤩🤩

Location: Very easy to locate on the main road of Velachery. It's a star hotel so no parking issues.
Ambiance: This is our second time here, as always beautiful ambiance.
Food & Drinks: We went for a buffet lunch on a Saturday, got the vouchers from nearbuy. The spread was not very huge but it was extremely satisfying. Four starters, two each in non veg and veg set the ball rolling. The main dishes were also good, unlike in some restaurants where they only pay attention to the starters and ignore the main dishes. The desserts were also equally good of not better.
Service: The service was top notch as Dhanesh took care of us really well and attended to all our needs.
Overall, a great place to enjoy your food.

Went for a dinner buffet, this place has great variety of food. From South Indian to Western. All the food had rich taste to it. The live pizza and pasta options were good. Pizza served was thin crust and hand tossed. Starters were good, many different types of bread were available as well, great selection of salads were present, Dessert collection was more than expected.
Ambience of this place was so great and staffs are very friendly, courteous and did a great job.
I just had the best experience in willows. Gavin is a spectacular host and his knowledge about his work exceeds his years. He is very friendly and his personality is apt for this industry. I’m sure his outgoing nature is what got him this far and I hope he succeeds in his future endeavours.

Been to breakfast buffet with my family. Amazing spread of delicious dishes. It was a.global cuisine that ranged from Chinese, American and Indian. The staff were really courteous and super friendly. Special shout-out to Sanglawn and Vinod for their amazing service :)

If brunch is your thing , this place is for you , their ambience is very calm and electric. The buffet brunch ranges from South Indian , North Indian , Asian and Continental . It's a great place for people with a continental taste , they also offer services for acholcol and pork . Their Aqua Brunch lasts from 1 to 5 , it's a great place for young people to mingle with each other and their food goes well with entertainment , games and drinks.
We had a get together with my college buddies after 7 years at Seasonal Tastes .We got lucky as they had given us an amazing table for brunch.
The buffet was sensational as All the dishes were hot and timely refilled. The guys kept themselves busy all afternoon mauling at the tasty food and we felt like we were being pampered by the hospitality of the staff .
The delicious brunch had ended up with a group picture which the staff themselves helped with. I enjoyed the food and the quality of the staff working there as they had a smile on their face every time when we asked for help.
A must try for all .

I am always out hunting for restaurants that are open at night, because the work is as such.
This was my first time to the restaurant. They were 2 people in the whole restaurant considering the time. I think there were around 20 guests. I didn't expect that.
But both the guys, looked like they had wheels on their heels(rhymes doesn't it)
They took care of me, understood that I was hungry. I was a bit unreasonable in asking them to get the food quickly.
But they tried their best and got the food at a good pace.
I had a cocktail, tasted well.
The murgh makhani was outstanding ( like soul food)

I went for my anniversary dinner to the restaurant.
I initially planned sunset grill. But didn't want to do an open air scene because of the weather.
I was greeted by a gentleman at the gate.
I didn't have a reservation and the restaurant was full. (Always make reservations here)
The person, manager I guess, kindly asked us to wait for 5 minutes and promised us a table.
Out of nowhere, they quickly got tables and offered us a seat.
We took the buffet. The food was very nice. Especially the Fish Indian style.
At the end of the meal, although I didn't ask for it. I got a cake from them.
My wife was super elated and she thought I had it all planned.

The food and service was simply outstanding.
Awdesh and Abilash, took care of us.The starters and soups were proactively served on the table. One of the guest was Jain, even though he took a buffet, food was made specifically and got to him.
Both of them who took care of us, we felt went the extra mile to take care of our party.
Both of the servers engaged in conversations with us at various times, joined in when we interacted with them but also knew when to retract and give us our privacy
Such things, sometimes cannot be explained in words. But they were always omnipresent around the table even though they were taking care of the other guests as well.

The ambience is great. The food is wonderful. But what stood out was the service that wss provided to us. Aleena took care of our table and we ordered a la carte as we like freshly made food. I gort offered some salads to begin with till the time i waited for food. My kids preference for a berry juice was customised and served according to his preference. We could see genuine effort and concern from the girl to ensure that we had a great time. The cutleries after every course was swiftly replaced.
The time came for the cake. The staff all got together and wished my wife on her birthday. We were genuinely moved and would like to thank them here. Throughout the meal, my son was so excited for the cake that was about to come. I think Aleena noticed this and got a small cake for my son as well.

I was here for a Sunday Brunch with a lot of expectations and they were definitely up to the mark. The ambience is really pretty and the seating is just too comfortable. They got a really wide-spread for their brunch which includes various cuisines. Several live kitchens, kids play area and the soon to be opened xbox play zone makes this place really lively.
The 'Aqua' Brunch is something to watch out for. It's located right next to this restaurant and primarily focuses on drinks and finger food. With feet in the water and with some freshly served barbeque starters, it's an experience of it's own. The staff were really friendly and the order processing time was just decent. They seriously got to improve on their pizzas.
The desserts were the main attraction here. They got everything including pastries, Indian sweets, etc. You got to save so much space in your tummy just for their delicious desserts.

This is our favorite restaurant for breakfast buffet. We would have been here a gazillion times! And everytime they outdo themselves!
The spread is quite vast including south indian, North Indian, Chinese and continental. All the dishes taste amazingly yummy.
The hospitality is beyond par excellence ( no I'm not being biased here).
They keep offering freshly prepared bites and shots every now and then to keep the environment lively.
Though the price is quite costly, it's worth every penny.

Pav bhaji, mixed veg paratta, semiya upma, waffles with icecream, gulab jamun
The ambience certainly matches and does justice to the 5 star tag. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nothing much to say about the food, nothing exceptional. The same what you get in normal restaurants.
After entering the Westin hotel you can find it on left side.Variety of counters with live kitchen and dessert section are their specialty.They kept their main course items on induction but forget to switch it on so some foods were cold like noodles,prawns etc.There were separate section for south indian delicacy.They also served around the country food like paratha with different stuffing which they made u in front of you.Pizza & Pasta counter were live.One section was assigned for lamb,chicken pie & lasagne.Most of dessert are good & specially mentioned baked yogurt & walnut tart.Mysore pak,cham cham,milk cake,Carrot halwa were placed in different corner.One section was fully occupied with ham.The mutton curry in main course was not well prepared and it was hard.
The dinner buffet was good and reasonable. There was a good spread of dishes but only a few of the main course dishes tasted exceptionally good. In the desserts section, almost everything was great!
Good posh ambience and helpful staff. The hotel has beautiful interiors.
We went for a family dinner with relatives from Delhi.Had a wonderful experience .Mr Harkaran Singh and his team did an excellent job.Food was tasty and spread was good.

My friend received a coupon for 3 people lunch/dinner at the Seasonal Taste, Westin, Velachery.
I have never been to a 4/5 star restaurant before. This was my first venture inside a good star hotel.
The ambiance was very good (of course , it has to be). We were greeted by the restaurant manager and he showed us our table, since we did prior booking.
i was assuming we would get a welcome drink, instead, he asked us if we would like to have soups and starters.
The chicken soup was delicious, the veg was kind of bland(Residue from a rasam recipe). The starters were all good. I tasted the seafood, chicken tikka, Potato wedges, Stuffed Aubergine, Curd vada, Papad and Chicken stir fried with Mushroom creamy sauce.
The Kimchi salad was phenomenal, The mushroom with the goat cheese salad was also good.
For the mains, Corn peas pulao with Methi malai paneer, the Veg fried rice had too much salt in it, I had to mention it to the chef/in charge there. Mutton Biriyani was just average like in any other Buffet (dont know why), cured rice was good.
There was plenty of options for desserts to choose from, I was spoilt for choice. I tasted the panna cotta though, didn't like its jelly texture. Dry jamun was nicely complimented with few scoops of ice-cream, the rice kheer has correct amount of sweetness added.
I always stay away from the pastries (had bad experiences at BBq styled). Never really liked the creamy texture of it.
A special mention to the Stone Owen baked Pizza, the base was perfectly cooked and thin, it wasn't pizza like at all. Was topped with chicken and olive oil.
It was a great experience, but not pocket friendly if you really want to dine there.
It was a Team lunch and we had a fantastic afternoon being here. The very atmosphere and ambience is just alluring and boosts your mood. The vibrant colours and decorations alone is enough to steal your eyes. I loved the lables which clearly showed if the dishes had dairy, gluten, meat, egg, soy etc, which was extremely helpful.
No body needs to go around asking for what are the ingredients used. Food was great, but we just felt that continental delicacies were less in variety. Overall, it was wonderful choosing Westin.
I was here along with my sis and my brother-in-law for Bengali Food Festival. I must say we did enjoy it thoroughly.
Firstly, the location. This is located opposite to Guru Nanak College and has valet parking service.
The ambiance was good. Restaurant was spacious. Staffs were courteous. Special mention to Sakshi & Chef Abhijit Halder & the team for making our evening memorable.
Since it was Dussehra, my sis and I went only for veg option. We were served with welcome drink & veg starters which included Mochar Chops, Beetroot Cutlet.
Highlight on the main course Basanti Pulao which is made with saffron and rice giving it a unique taste and went well with Pineapple and Mango chutneys.
There were wide spread of salads which included fruits and vegetables.
There was a special live counter for Chaats and rolls.
Desserts were at its usual best which also had Turkish delight, Baklava.
Give it a try. It’s value for money :)
One of the best buffet in Chennai. We had wonderful experience of celebrating our special day here. Buffet spread is wide with many options. Food quality and taste both reached our expectations. Neat and clean and very cool ambience. Staff is helpful and courteous. Worth trying.
Went for my granddaughter's birthday. Since flower arrangement was not possible on the table, they had used petals and leaves to write out happy birthday - a good substitute, much appreciated. A wide choice was there in the menu. I tried Chettinad mushroom and corn. I felt it could had less corn and more mushroom.
Never had a very good buffet lunch in a 5 star hotel. Had my lunch in ITC, holiday inn. But here the taste and varieties are too good. They have plenty of non-veg, veg ( never seen these much in other buffet), deserts
One of biggest buffet spread in Chennai with Indian continental Chinese and Japanese. Ambience was top. The restaurant has a open kitchen spacious
Visited Seasonal Tastes many times now and taste is consistently good. Their breakfast is value for money.
Latest visit was for lunch. Good spread. Salads here are too good. Desserts lack variety.

It's a Dinner Buffet with variety of sea foods such as many varieties of Fish, Prawn, Clam, Mussel, Octopus which will be cooked and served freshly.
Alomg with this, The usual buffet spread had very wide range of Starters, Main Course and Desserts in multiple cuisines which tasted very good.
Brownie, multiple fruit flavours of Gateaux, Trinity Cream, 74% Mousse, Baked Yogurt, Coffee Panna cotta, Rasmalai, Rasgulla, Kaju Barfi, Jalebi, Shahi Tukda, Chocolate Pudding, Payasam and Carrot Halwa was available in Desserts which was extremely yummy with correct level of sweetness in every desserts.
This is the only Buffet I saw which had Calories and Allergy Chart mentioned in all the dishes.Calories and Allergen Chart mentioned in all the dishes.
Seasonal tastes located inside Westin Hotel at Velachery offers you both buffet as well as A la carte menu. We went for a night buffet and this is a multicuisine restuarant with a pretty good ambience with dimming lights setting a good vibe for the night. The night buffet price was ₹2200/person and the menu changes everyday. The service was good and the table was neatly set. The food was good but could have been better for the price we pay. The food didn't have much variety or any signature dishes as we had all the same stuff we get in a normal restuarant. Taste wise the food was nice but the food could have been kept warmer as it was almost chill. Overall a nice experience, still could have been better for the price we pay.
The food is amazing..a lot of varieties for both vegetarian and non vegetarian... very good buffet....the desserts are very good too....the service is fine... It was a Friday afternoon...there were some corporate guys...it was very crowded...the place was very warm..in fact was sweating too...that's why the tree stars...

Pasta, grill chicken, Naan, roti, juice and pizza items are need to order. They will serve to your table.
They have chicken Briyani, mutton curry, fish curry, chicken gravy,etc are main dishes in Non-Veg.
Veg items they have rice, dal, Ennai brinjal (Oil brinjal), Sambar, rasam.
Overall food is good and satisfied. But pizza and pasta are not upto the level. Briyani too.
Mutton gravy is very good taste. I liked and loved it.
Deserts also good. They have plenty of deserts items.
They are serving cocktail also but that will extra charged.
Employees are customer centric.
Price is ₹1899 per head ( Lunch buffet). Breakfast and dinner I don't have idea.
Overall worth for ₹1200 - ₹1300 rupees.
This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. I really had a great time here with my family. I recommend this place to everyone.
This is the usual place I keep visiting very often like once in two months being a club member. Place looks very good with great ambience with very good courtesy by staff. Desserts are pretty good than the actual main course an starters.
More than me my son and wife likes the place because of the ambience and non-veg platter.
