AMAZING food and AMAZING service! Hands down the best dining experience I've had in Chennai. Don't miss out on the Bailey's crème brûlée!
One of my best dining experience in chennai at this European restaurant under the supervision of Chef Vignesh. Food was absolutely fantastic and prepared extremely well whether it were the prawns / lobsters / John Dory fish with lobster sauce and well grilled lamb! The cocktails were also great. Must visit while in chennai and do go with Chef Vignesh’s special !! Absolutely outstanding !! Highly recommended!
Being a foodie , I get to travel all over and have had the privilege to taste some great food . But On the Rocks definitely was a welcome surprise ! The restaurant ambience itself is wonderful , and the service/ kitchen staff made the entire experience just WOW ! I we had the following : focaccia w/ sun dried tomato pate, hearty chicken broth w/ basil oil n radish cress, broccoli n stilton soup,
Starters was basil scented chicken and prawns & pineapple skewers w/ smoked bbq sauce. main course we had the New Zealand lamb loin w/ mash potatoes, buttered vegetables and red wine jus, and the pan-seared lobster w/ black rice, haricot vert and sake butter sauce w/ kiwi caviar. Anyone visiting Chennai should dine here for sure , a true testament to quality food , tastefully made and served with passion ! Keep it up guys ... will be back for sure !
We were a party of 12 and had an amazing dinner at OTR. We had the baked Camembert, smoked duck salad, crab cakes and seared scallops. Out of these, our favourites were the outstanding smoked duck and crab cakes. The baked Camembert was good but not to everyone’s taste as it is served with a honey based sauce.
For mains, we shared the beef steak, grilled lobster, country style chicken and pumpkin ricotta ravioli. All of them were fabulous.
Desserts that we shared were the chocolate Cointreau, chocolate hazelnut crunch and the blueberry white chocolate. Our favourites were the first 2. Delicious !
All in all, a meal to remember for a long time. We’ll be visiting again, soon !
Exceptional food, lovely place. We had a family dinner there last night. The Duck Starter and the Cheese Salad were just mouth watering - sort of to die for. We followed it up a a pumpkin saffron soup. For main courses, we had the fish dory and a lamb rump, both just followed in the same category of could not be better, it is so good. The semifreedo dessert was really nice too. Thanks to some exceptional food recommendations from Krishnan who helped serve us and from Chef Deva and other Chefs.

Best place to sit, eat good food, have a drink and most importantly, be able to have a conversation, without loud music, noisy crowds or weird entry requirements/restrictions/cover charges.
Food/Drink: 5/5 – Our starters were fried squid, paneer, chicken wrapped in bacon and Mediterranean lamb kebab, which were very filling on their own with the drinks. We had Melontini, Cosmopolitan, and Jameson on the rocks. They do have a fine selection of wine, hard liquor and cocktails. Unlimited salted snacks are served too, but my advice would be to binge on that yet. They serve mainly continental food, in 2 styles – the traditional A la carte and the unique live table-top cooking type. If you like to experience something different, go for the second option, which is actually a 3 course full meal. They have hotpot cooking and on the rock (hot limestone) cooking, with an option of having unlimited meat. We tried the On the rock style with grilled chicken. They serve the raw meat and you can cook it to your liking on the table, oil-free. Sauces are served to flavor as per your desire.
Ambience: 5/5 – It appears to be located in a lonely or secluded part of the Hotel, and you will not even notice it unless you look closely. Once you open the door there are 2 levels - the lower level is mainly for hanging out, having a drink and some sides; and the upper level has a dining area. Either way, they do serve food down too, so it does not matter where you sit.
Dim lit dining areas and soft music make it a good place for a date too.
Service: 5/5 – Great service! The waiter would explain how their food options work and even assist you if you opt for the live table-top cooking option. When the lamb kebab was not up to our liking, the Chef was kind enough to give us another serving prepared the way we wanted. That really made our evening!
Food and beverages are expensive here. But of course, it is in a 5 star property. However, the overall dining experience you get here is worth it!
Excellent services received during my stay. Well done to Krishnan, Karthick, Surya and Vijay. Whenever i come i will get good wine recommendation here and i like the smoking room with cigar.
Wonderful experience dining at ‘ On the ROCKS’ at Crowne Plaza. I had attended the Salads class years ago when the restaurant was opened and I was happy to once again taste the salads which were crunchy and flavourful. The MESCLUN salad was superb and so was the Chicken Lemongrass soup and the broth was light and delicious .
On the Rocks has three different concepts
HOT POT, ON THE ROCKS and ON THE PLATE.
The menu is interesting and I selected Jumbo Prawns which I was able to grill on the table directly. There is a choice of spring chicken and lamb loin as well.I was given a chef s cap and apron and I enjoyed grilling and it’s accompanied by a choice of rubs and sauces.I chose Mediterranean herbs and chilli plum sauce .
My kids enjoyed the Tortellini pasta with water chestnuts as well. However what deserves a special mention is the FOCACCIA pull apart bread and truly it’s the best I have had and the guests are given a pod of roasted garlic dripping with olive oil which we can slather liberally on the bread.
The desserts include lip smacking ice creams and the pastry chef Chef Karthik s Chocolate delicious is too delicious sans gelatine and a lovely cocoa crumb topping .
Kudos to the Executive Chef Deva Kumar and Chef Vignesh of ‘On the Rocks’ and Mr Anand Krishnan for making it a unique dining experience.
God Bless
Went as a couple, to celebrate my hubby bday.. The ambiance was absolutely wonderful and i had arranged for a candle light dinner.. Wonderful meal and menu over there and it was perfectly served by the waiter.. Special thanks to Mr Krishan who made the moment so lively with his friendly nature..
I happen to dine at On the Rocks, Crowne Plaza’s split-level fine dining restaurant and it was truly a unique experience. They had introduced a new concept called ‘on the plate’ and ‘on the bowl’ which is
a new concept serving an array of international grilled food and steaks accompanied with a fine selection of wines.
What is ‘on the plate’?
Executive Chef Deva Kumar has curated a special 3 and 5 meat grilled option as well as vegetarian delights, with each one of them offering distinctive taste. Choicest exotic meat from around the world and vegetables are grilled and served with some exquisite sauces like the blue cheese sauce, Chimichuri, Smoked Tomato Salsa to name a few. On the other hand, ‘on the bowl’ is a make your own meal kind of concept where you are given a hot lava stone bowl and you can pair ingredients to your taste.
We tried the 5 starters ‘on the plate’ menu. We were asked if we had any preference in meat. We avoided pork and beef.
To begin, we had a bowl of salad with mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado and feta cheese in honey. I usually enjoys salads but this one in particular was so good that I talk about it till date. the avocados added a nice buttery texture. Loved it.
A plate with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables were served at the beginning of the main course while the grilled meat was brought one after another. First we were served with a simple Chicken satay which was really nice.
The Smoked duck was one of my favourites. The meat was tender with the edges nice and crispy. It had a lovely smoked flavour. Simply exotic. The taste still lingers in my mind. It’s one of those dishes that you want a second or even a third helping of.
The tiger Prawns were mildly seasoned and grilled. It’s quite challenging to cook the prawns to the right texture when you grill it. It can either be undercooked or turn rubbery if cooked more than required. They nailed the texture.
Most of the dishes that had come in was mildly spiced and I was wondering why there were mashed potatoes on my plate. But then we got to taste the lamb, I had my answer. A good-sized portion of the lamb imported from Australia was served and I was quite skeptical about it. I usually don’t enjoy the meat. As I began cutting it I found the meat to be a little fibrous. Once I got to taste it, all my reservations about the meat were gone. The lamb was oozing with so much flavour. It seemed like it was marinated and slow cooked. The meat was very juicy and it had a robust flavour. It was rightly spiced and the mashed potatoes went so well with this.
DESSERTS
Every chocoholic’s dream is to indulge in some dark and decadent chocolate. When I pick a dessert to eat I would expect the quality of chocolate to be really good and I was floored with both desserts that were served that night.
COST
INR 2950++ (three grilled meat, Wine/cocktail)
IN A NUTSHELL
On the Rocks is the place to head to when you want to have a different dining experience and want to feast on exotic ingredients and meat in the lap of luxury.
Was here for dinner a month ago and in great company. We opted for the four course meat menu and since I don’t eat beef or pork, was served chicken, duck, lamb and prawns.
My favourite was the lamb, which in part seemed like ot was was medium rare, but packed with a punch of flavours from the quality of meat and sauce pairing.
The pairing of sauces and presentation was near perfect and the food is a must try for any meat or steak food lover.
Since this place primarily functions as a bar, you can be assured of good cocktail or drink pairing with your meal. They have a healthy wine collection and I would definitely recommend checking it out.

If you're a meat lover then on the rocks is the place for you. On the other hand if you're a vegetarian it's best you avoid it! This is definitely a meat lover's paradise.
I've been here a couple of times & I loved everything about it. Their on the plate & on the rocks grills are one of a kind. They bring a heated volcanic stone & you can see raw meat getting cooked the way you want in under 5 minutes.
I tried the tenderloin on the rocks & a 5 meat on the plate grills. Out of the 5 meat I'd prefer the duck & the prawns over everything else.
Amazing stuff. They also have wine pairings where they serve white/red wine with the meat. Moreover, they also serve soups/salads & if you love mushroom soup do try their wild mushroom soup. You won't regret it.
One of the finest dining experiences in Chennai.. A Hidden Gem, had no idea about its existence until now (FYI its been operational since 2009) . Its a concept based dining, so ‘on the rocks’ doesnt have anything (or little) to do with alcohol, its about the way food is got to your table on hot lava rocks. Where you can sit and grill your meat..
has umpteen amount of meat options to choose from.. great Vegetarian food as well, especially the sweet potato dish.
You get to know that you are getting into some great food, when they serve you with one of the best freshly baked breads on the table!!
Visited this place with a couple of friends for dinner. As soon as you enter, your eyes would automatically go to the wall which is stacked with bottles of wine. Artiscally done decor and the place has a lovely ambience too. This is surely one of the places in the list of restaurants to go to on special occasions. The food here is amazing, it can be accompanied with a nice selection wine too! Fair warning don't be too curious to try out new dishes where the main ingredients don't seem like they'd go well with other. We got a watermelon peppercorn sorbet and we were immediately sorry for ordering it. It had the weirdest taste we've tried.
Great ambience and even greater Staff that compliments the place to bring out the best overall experience. Esther in particular needs a mention as she was very engaged, guiding with good advise and recommendations and then ensuring a perfectly delivered service to make this a truly relaxing and enjoyable evening for me. All details were well addressed and nothing was missed out. Fantastic... On The Rocks ....keep it up..
There are occasions and then there are romantic occasions. Music, candle light, wine and some gourmet food. Well, the romantic in me loves some romantic dinners, well, the foodie in me too ;). There are a few regular places where we prefer dining on special occasions. Amongst the luxury romantic dinner places, one of the topper on my list is On The Rocks at Crowne Plaza, Chennai.
Nothing better than eating good food n relaxing and " On The Rocks "gives you just that.
'ANAND' is an exceptional host, professional and a genuinely warm and pleasant person. You can just go by his recommendations.
"Oh my god..
The lamb Tenderloin, the Australian T-Bone and Lamb Racks Is to die for! " and all this cooked on the Hot volcanic rock by you as per your taste is an experience byitself.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as possible.I would highly recommend this place.
Do yourself a favour and check out this place, nice to just kick back and enjoy great food. I'll definitely be back.
Simply Exquisite Food and Outstanding Service!!!
I know the place is really expensive and the only reason I went their was because my senior was staying there during his visit to India. So he took me here as the bartender there told him of a new cocktail he just learned to make.
We went to the bar. The staff there were very polite. Mr. Anand, our star, introduced himself and told us what is that he was about to make. Its a cocktail with cognac base, mixed with fresh pineapple juice and lightly burned rosemary. Since I am not a brandy fan, I asked for whiskey and he recommended black label to go well with it.
Took him about 15 minutes for home to prepare and boy was it looking amazing! See the picture to know what i am taking about. For the first time, I actually took time to enjoy a cocktail than just gulp it down to get high.
I would definitely take my friends to this place to see what Anand has in stores next.
One of the best fine dining restaurants in chennai !
The ambience is amazing and the service is pretty good!
The staff is courteous and they assist you with wine pairing with the food of your choice.
The foods great especially the steaks ,they have something called the hot rocks where they prepare the food on volcanic rocks which is like pretty cool!
Definitely recommend this place !!!
There is truly no better place to have a gourmet imported steak cooked to order in India, this gourmet food truly is some of the best food i have ever eaten.
AMBIENCE- dim lighting and soft background music truly enhances the experience and makes for a wonderful setting and compliments the cuisine.
SERVICE- If there is one thing that rivals the food, it is the hospitality..WOW
Perfectly managed by Deepali and Under the watchful eye of Anand, it is a treat that awaits you as soon as you enter, the staff are ever so helpful and prompt to your every request and to keep you delighted throughout the course of tour meal.
FOOD- as far as the dishes go, The food is cooked to perfection. But the star of the show is the hot rock, where u cook ur own meats and seafood on a volcanic rock as per ur likeness.
Quality meats and accompaniments to fill your tummy.
PRICE- Slightly expensive for the good stuff, but Always willing to pay for food that just tastes sooooooo goood.
WHAT I EAT- So most of the menu is filled with all these elaborate dishes that will be prepared by the chef. The baked brie and scallops were out of this world.
Although i tend to lean towards the hot rock with the imported australian t-bone.
Definitely one of my all time favourite placesss...
If you are looking for a fine dining speciality restaurant or you want to do a wine and cheese evening with friends, Crown Plaza’s On the Rocks is the place. Ask for Anand who is the floor supervisor who can take you through the evening, giving you a complete food experience.
One of the best restaurants in Chennai for wine and dine. They have a good collection of wines and don't forget to call the Somelier (Anand Krishnan) for the wine paring.
Went der for just food left with an experience.
I had heard a lot about the restaurant through friends n wanted to try wht the fuss was all about.
I loved the mushroom risotto and the desserts are devine. The staff is superbly welcoming and the ambience sets you up for the amazing journey. Can't wait to visit again
I had some bread with some weird sauce/oil which the server had got me. So I had to well try it , and that was my ticket to heaven. The server and the chef made their way to my heart and souls with that bread and oil/sauce, sorry team I don't know it's name, but whatever it was , it was superb, the black ambience with those shady lights made the place look quite intimate in a vey descent way, I know hard to find these days, but the manager and the server made sure of every guest's happiness and I can't truly say I have no regrets on having something which I didn't know anything about. Thanks for ruining every other bread for me :p
Fabulous steaks cooked to perfection
The review is long time pending. Had gone for a meal to experience dining intrequities of Chennai where I came across this fine revelation. The steaks r done to perfection and wine pairing is sublime. I would recommend to one and all looking for gd European food in Chennai to give it a go
This is my second visit after a long time. The first over I've tried the chicken hot stone and I remember recalling that their Green Peas soup was outstanding.
With the same expectations, I stepped inside. The staff were extremely courteous and they seemed to have switched up their from last time. They added the Hot Pot - which is basically make your own clear soup. I opted for it and it was really good. It also comes with a Salad and dessert. The bread knots that they serve initially with the flavoured butter, garlic glaze & the dip was a delight.
However, I'm really excited to try the steak the next time. A genuine upscale experience.

Went again for the THIRD time. I couldn't resist this place, this time got a T-bone steak well done with a side of roasted asparagus and mashed potatoes along blue cheese dressing and garlic aioli. The chef was kind enough to customise the sauce for me.
The imported steak was cooked to perfection, just the way I asked for. Ended the meal with Chocolate Delice dessert with roasted almond ice-cream, normally never a fan of chocolate dessert but this one is probably the best I've had in a long time.
Probably the best steak in town in the fine-dining category. Now let the pictures do the talking!!
As soon as u enter the restaurant it feels like you have escaped into a completely different environment. Esthetically lit the restaurant is perfect for a nice relaxing dinner.
The staff is more than willing to pair each and every course with the poison of your choice. I had tried the Scallops with pepper salsa which was well paired with a crisp sauvignon blanc.
Since I am a steak enthusiast I had tried a nice sirloin which was cooked to perfection and well paired with an exemplary Shiraz.
Would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking out for a relaxed evening with amazing food
This was in my bookmark for a long time and finally had a chance to dine here. Sunday a perfect night for dinner dates. Those lighting and ambience of the place is so soothing and pleasant. The food specially steaks were really nice with flavors enjoyed on every bite. The service is too good with friendly waitress. Cocktails were very innovative .The mild music played at the background ,quality food with an awesome company makes the night perfect.
Ambrosial, delectable, tasty, mouthwatering, delicious! All of these words do not do any justice describing how good the food here is! The service you receive is on par with the food!
If you are a steak lover, you should try the steak cooked on the rocks. I ordered the rib eye steak with the blue cheese fondue and the mesquite barbecue sauce. The cut was one of the best I have seen in the city. The Aroma and the succulence of the meat will make you want to cherish the steak as it is! The steak cooked on the rock was so good that I didn't feel the need for the sauces. Cooking on the rocks will give you an experience to remember as well!
I also tried the Hunky dory, lamb on the rocks, sirloin grill with mushroom sauce, the scallop, the squid and they were all a bit hit!
They also have a good collection of scotch and wines. The Sommelier Anand is very friendly and always willing to assist you.
Definitely worth a visit and I can assure you it will not stop with the one!
This is the most hidden and underrated restaurant in chennai. Located on the towers side of crowne plaza. Been to this hotel a thousand times but somehow missed this place. It's been present from 2009.!
Everything on the menu was a 💣. The speciality is the rock cooking on the table. They 4 meats to choose from for it. We had chicken, lamb and prawn with various rubs and dips. It was splendid, I recommend to have a try on it.'
The restaurant is fine dining at its best, the staff and chef were so damn friendly. Ended up speaking to the guest chef for 20min who has changed the menu and the concepts, and served complimentary dishes and desserts. They serve variety of liquors, wine and beers.
The food is mouthwatering and I recommend everyone to have a try.
MUST TRY**
I had craving for some good old beef steak for quite some time, when a few friends got together and we decided we would head to on the rocks for dinner.
The impeccable service is what struck me most, and offcourse the beautiful ambience.
We ordered,
The pork belly - beautifully done, nice and caramelized the meat was just falling off and melting in the mouth. Served with mashed potato and pickled cabbages, it was heaven in my mouth.
The fish steak - decent, not the best of the fish steak I have had. Again served with mash potatos and sorted vegetables.
The rib eye- on the other hand was beautiful!! Absolutely divine, medium rare, nice pepper sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable, damn I'm salivating as I write this.
For dessert we ordered,
Creme brûlée- sublime, it was foodporn in my mouth!!
Looking for good steaks? This is the place to go!!!
On the Rocks is one of the few luxury dine outs in the city at present where you get a fancy blend of fine dining experience with the choicest of wines and other alcoholic beverages. The menu has been designed well keeping up with the overall ambience of the restaurant and the hotel. I was here recently during the cognac week where we got to taste some exquisite dishes and martell's best. Overall always a pleasure to be here with your close ones.

P.S. Only based on the RWI menu.
Food and dining experience comes at all different prices. So when I plan to visit a restaurant the first thing I think about is money. Though food, taste and other factors are important, the money I spend for my meal makes the difference. And dining at a luxurious restaurant property remains a dream for many after we take a glance at their menu card. So that’s when the Restaurant Week India (RWI) concept comes handy for food lovers. It lets the diners to experience at India’s fine dining restaurants at a fraction of the A La Carte rates.
Awesome food, ambience and service hospitality. May not be the right place for veggies. But Mr. Anand was quite helpful and customized food options for us. Great 🍷collection. Wine connoisseurs may lover it. Anand is quite a knowledgeable Sommelier. 👍
Phenomenal food, chef Prakash knows exactly how to run his kitchen and will help you customise every aspect of your meal to your liking. His recommendations are what you must go with as he changes the menu often to keep things interesting for his regular customers, and retains some signature dishes that everyone must try. Best steaks in chennai. On the hot rocks menu, the Sirloin is impeccable and most of the sauces and rubs do it justice. Though it is a pricey option, the quality of food and service at OTR is unparalleled, the wine selection is large and varied and the a la carte menu is a carefully crafted fine dining masterpiece. - a very satisfied regular customer.

Visited On The Rocks for dinner with a couple of friends. We had booked tables through the Restaurant Week India that had a pre-fixed menu and price. Ambiance - everything you can expect from a fine dining restaurant. We choose a chicken dish and two squid dishes from the menu for starters. Slow braised lamb, a chicken & a fish dish for main course. All of them tasted amazing. The desserts were not of my liking. But when that was mentioned to the chef he offered to get me a different dessert which was very kind of him. The staff were very attentive and suggested the best from the menu. Total VFM.
I wish i can gv more than 5 to this amazing place...this is the place perfect fr my valentines and anniversary.
Amazing food and more than amzing service by mr anand krishnan.
Me and my hubby love this place fr the food and service.
U order anythinh over thr and it tastes excellent and the service makes sure u r satisfied completely ☺️☺️☺️☺️
Truly outstanding restaurant week meal. Had a jumbo prawn appetiser which was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Pork chops for main course, once again, they did a really good job of it, and the desserts were to die for, the table shared a serving each of brioche doughnuts that were simply incredible, an absolutely top notch treacle pudding, and a sinful chocolate torte with creme fraiche and a raspberry coulis. Top marks. Will head there again for a la carte!
Went here as part of Citibank's Restaurant Week India dinner.
The appetisers were alright. The main course was decent but the desserts completely stole the show. The wine I ordered was quite good too.
Chocolate Torte, Cherry Compote with Crème Fraiche - Thick consistency - almost pudding like. Rich dark chocolate like taste. Just the right amount of sugar, an amount that neither feels sweet nor overpowers the taste of the pudding. This is how Chocolate Torte should be. 5/5.
Chocolate Truffle Dome with Orange and White Wine Sauce Dotted with Truffle Oil - 5/5. Again, very rich in taste and flavor. You can feel the cocoa melt in your mouth. Just enough sugar to let you know that it's there but it's not the main ingredient.
Overall, for the price we paid, it was a steal. I wouldn't mind paying the sticker price for the above mentioned desserts in the future.
5/5 for the ambience and the desserts.
Overall I'd visit the place again a few times.
On the Rocks has been the number one destination for me for 'steak' in Chennai for a few years now.
I have been fortunate to have couple of months stay every year at this hotel property since it used to be the Base of the CSK and I have seen this restaurant evolve into the fine experience it is today.
They have a very good wine collection too and their inputs on pairing the wines with the ordered food is priceless.. :)
Hi!.We were been to this restaurent last month on our trip to chennai.Good ambience Delicious food ,reaching international standards. Given a cordial service by Mr.Abir and Mr.Anirudh. Delighting experience...
We visited On The Rocks on my wife's birthday. The lady who took the reservation was polite and courteous. She asked for the reason for our visit and if any special occasion. I mentioned it is so, I made a reservation for 9.00 PM same day. The table was booked and we were escorted to our table in style. The accompaniments that were brought were few breads, rolls and multi grain sticks. Very fresh and good indeed while the accompanying cauliflower dip was extraordinary. We asked for a few extra servings too. We ordered a starter which was bell peppers stuffed with few different types of cheeses and coated with strawberry vinaigrette. Really nice but the punch was missing. The mocktails were good too. The main course was cottage cheeses with hoisin sauce and few veggies accompanying them. My wife ordered something with mushrooms in it. Mine was better and I loved the hoisin sauce. We did not have to order desserts as they were on the house. The cake was extraordinary and the blue flames was fascinating to look at. The stewards were very courteous and the chef came out on every course to ask for feedbacks. Looking forward to those lava rock experience next time. May be few more vegetarian options will be my only suggestion. Overall, amazing experience and worth a visit for a special occasion with your wife / girlfriend. 5.0 star is for the experience and I highly recommended.
A visit to be remembered and cherished, private and quiet place with good food and drink. On the Rocks, it surely gives you the best ambiance and quiet time you need with your family or loved ones after a long week. Very fine dining with fine service. Ordered steak, medium rare and it was perfect . Loved it and like the theme of meat being served on Lava Rock ( kind of takes you to stone age and memories of "The Flintstones" ). The collections of wine here is really good . Drinks on the menu are usual but they are served with good style. Overall I would love to take my family for fine dining here and also take my love here for some really quiet and romantic dinner. Only thing i would like to point out is the music at the place , they play lounge music which is not that great , i prefer live lounge music or a better collection.

Good choice, even little bit more expensive but worth going. Chef definitely knows what he is doing cos both appetizer and main dish tasted just great. Good job 😍
It’s one of the exclusive restaurants with a big wine list and completely Hidden. Nice place to celebrate events and a candlelight dinner.
A superb fine dining restaurant, if your looking for good meat then this is the place to go and they also have a good wine collection and the staff are super friendly

Went there for Festa de Portugal, a beautifully crafted 6 course meal inspired by the travels of Vasco Da Gama. Loved it and the service was amazing!
Very nice little bar with an excellent view to the ocean, even when it's 33 degree you have the cool breeze from the ocean. Was eating there every night when I was staying at Intercontinental hotel. Love it ♥️
The service was absolutely fantastic, as was the food! They catered extremely well for my gluten free dietary requirements and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my food. Krishnan especially was the perfect host and a delight to converse with, writing us a list of places we must visit after we asked for his recommendations on what we should see. On our final night we were surprised with a special cocktail and a ‘bon voyage’ cake which meant the world to us. Sad to say goodbye and would recommend On The Rocks to everyone!
Nice, quiet place with a good service
The ambience from the outside is awesome
The rooms are relatively small and traditionally signed.
The place gives you a look of modern and a palatial mix kind of look.
Good stay but old property. Maintained and little overpriced
Good place. Friendly staff and well maintained premises. For a high end hotel the price is fairly on the affordable side.
Chef curated series was out standing one of my best dinner - fantastic team great food , wonderful ambiance
Wednesday nights this is the place I would love to be. Decent crowd all known faces good alcohol makes my week go easy..
Good Food. Great Ambience.
