One of the best cafes in chennai. Visited this place back in February and definitely in love with their cycle theme. We ordered their pastas, pizza, fish and chips, mocktails and freakshake. Everything tastes yum and on point. Taste - 4/5. Ambience - 5/5.
This is one place in Chennai which gives you a very fresh vibe. Based on a Cycle theme, Ciclo cafe differentiates itself in comparison to the other Cafe’s in Chennai.
We were welcomed by a Giant spin wheel which had a lot of offers around that time. We got a buy 1 get 1 on mocktails. We ordered for Chicken Lasagna and Fish and chips. The quantity of both the food and mocktails was sufficient.

One of the best cafe in Chennai. Pleasant ambience. Cycle themed restaurant. Tasty food. Reasonably priced. One should try their banana crepe and waffle.
I wasn't impressed with the packaging but I was mind blown by the taste. Can't wait to order again and dive into the goodness of dough and cheese.
We ordered
Christmas special beef noodles
Pesto pasta
Thai red curry
Thai green curry
Chilli beef and
Pork rib
Chilli beef and beef noodles were a hit.
Pesto pasta was very bland.
The foosball and the wall designs were entertaining for kids

My favourite quite zen-out place to be in Chennai for the past 3 years! From the astounding set up to the coziness of this delicious place! The food is simply delectable! We ordered our favourites the Fillet Mignon and the Chicken Cordon Blue... We did the make shift pick and mix salads here with Figs and Feta Cheese! Service is prompt! Food which is decently priced! What more do you want!!!
The desserts were a let down, the food was good though.
The deep dish pizza was not made properly, when we informed the staff they took it back politely.
Ciclo cafe was in my bookmark for quite some time and recently got a chance to step in for a dinner.
The ambience was lovely and indeed a great place for some random clicks. Lit with cozy warm lights and surrounded with cycles being a cycle themed cafe was a dope.
Settled a bit and ordered for cheese filled potato and fish fingers for starters. For main went with chicken tikka pizza and chicken lasagna.
Both the starters were mediocre. Fish finger was blatant, but liked the cheesy potato a bit.
Chicken tikka pizza was just average. Thin crust pizza topped with jalapeño, olives and chicken tikka chunks.
Now the scene stealer was chicken lasagna. Finely baked lasagne sheets staked up with minced chicken and tangy tomato is one to look our for.
Would gleefully tell that this dish is one of their USP and indeed a must try.
Not to mention about the service which was pretty much impeccable.

I am a One hundred and ten percent Garlic Bread person So this was one of my mosttt favss, the fries were nothing new :P But the hydrator a tender coconut based drink is my loveeee On a tropical mood and want something to really pump you up and keep you hydrated trust these blindly!!! Also also their salads are something to die for my bad I couldnt find a picture, you can find them through their delivery partners or visit their cafe, The ambience is also Fabbb 🥳
Hands down one of the best Cafe in Chennai! If you're willing to spend the bucks, they won't leave you disappointed.
I've been here before as well, and love the overall vibe.
However, the veg lasagna wasn't really as good as i hoped it to be. Overall, really great venue!
The best waffles in the city! The hazelnut mousse desert and starters too were to die for! Good flavourful food. Croissant was slightly disappointing.
A beautiful place with an amazing ambience for people who want to hangout and chill and also have some amazing food. A place I would prefer if you're gonna hang out or meet someone for the first time.
The ambience was so good in the evening time!😍It is a cycle-themed cafe with a calm environment.
Their pizza and shakes menu was so good.
Panneer tikka pizza was medium-spiced and so yummy🤩🤤.Icemilo is a must try🤤
What an awesome ambience, food and service. So many varieties in food from pasta to sandwich, from brownie to burger. Must place to visit
Ciclo is definitely one of chennai's prettiest restaurant. The beautiful ambience and cozy seats pretty much covered up the long waiting time.
We had,
Naanza [ Cottage Cheese Salsa ]
Salted Caramel Cheesecake
Chocolate Mud Pie
Salted caramel Cheesecake was my absolute favourite. Every bite tasted heavenly and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
Chocolate Mud Pie - Yet another perfect dessert from ciclo. The quality and the taste definitely made it worth the price.
Naanza - Naan plus pizza. Haha. Honestly, had high expectations for it and it failed to satisfy me. The cottage cheese tasted bland and on whole, it had a tangy taste to it. The combination didn't really go well is what I personally felt. My friend had tandori mushroom naanza and liked it. So, do try it and you might like it better than I did.
Service - Had to wait for so long to try just 3 items; so, didn't really feel like ordering more though we wanted to try more from the menu. I mean, they shouldn't have taken long to atleast get the desserts.
After hearing a restaurant with cycle theme and that too with such reviews, we tried to visit this restaurant and taste the food. Of course, the priority is not the theme but on the food quality and taste they provide. The theme looked inspiring and soft music added that
The restaurant has not many seatings so there would be waiting period during peak time also the food would be delayed similarly. We (2 people went during dinner time and we had to wait nearly 25-30 min from the moment we entered the restaurant before we could taste the food.
We tried standard Italian foods, Pasta and Pizza - Tomato Olive Risotto and Classic Margarita; not too cheesy ones.
Tomato olive risotto was yummy. Olives created a bite sensation and risotto had a great mixture of all the spices. It was perfectly cooked.
Margarita was simple and superb. It had a thin crust. The cheese was in the required proportions. The pizza was yummy and made me crave for more.
With these two dishes, tummy was mostly filled. Could have tried for a souffle (which I didn't find in restaurant menus in Chennai I had seen) or another dessert.

I had one problem with them. They didn't serve the food.
Ciclo Cafe is one of my favourite places in the city. Despite been here plenty of times, I make it a point to stop by everytime I am nearby. Right from the variety of pastas to their Tiger Burgers and the sandwiches - I love them all. My favourite though is the Nutella Waffle served with vanilla ice cream. I don't even remember a single time I haven't ordered it.
The perfect place to meet up friends, or for a work meeting or even to just sit alone with a book. #PinjraKhol
Wanted to visit this place for a very long time. Lovely ambience, decent food though the chocolate cake had a heavy taste of egg
Good place for a date and for people wanting to spend alone time, ambience is also very good and waiter wont disturb you 😉
❤❤❤❤
LOCATION: 4/5 PARKING is available for 2-3cars & for a few bikes too.
AMBIENCE: 4/5 Cycle based theme, as the name suggests.
SERVICE: 4/5 Lovely.
FOOD: 5/5 Sooo yummm !!! 😍
#ChickenAlFungiRisotto It was the first time I tried risotto & I simply loved it. ❤
#FilletMignon #AppleGuavaPie
#HazelnutTorte It was indeed a bit "confusing" 😬 The upper mousse-y layer was mouth-watering. It was so smooth. But the lower crispy layer was kinda hard. So I couldnt figure out a way to eat them both together, because the spoon/fork wouldnt pass through the lower, hard layer 😛
#Cappuchino
Wow ! I am not gonna lie, but this is one of the places, which has got almost everything right on their menu. Pasta, pizza, salads , anything, you name it and all you get is deliciousness.
The restaurant is always crowded for obvious reasons are they are fantastic!
The ambience and music is soothing and comforting.
Here are a list of dishes which blew my taste buds :
1. Salmon crostini
2. Seafood risotto
3. Any pasta
4. Any pizza
5. Any crepe
Visit this place for some best experience in Italian cuisine.
It's a cycle themed restaurant in kotturpuram. Been a while I was thinking to visit here. But it happened just like that. Initial plan was to meet my friend in alwarpet then we changed the plan to Starbucks. But Starbucks was crowded and no place to sit. So we decided to visit ciclo cafe. Since it was a early evening visit we just ordered a roasted tomato and basil soup with mushroom quesadillas. The soup was different and delicious. The quesadillas are usual. But my opinion is that this is a cool place to hangout with your friends.
Lovely ambience, don't have second thoughts if you need to visit this place... Just go to get some delish food along with some chill time...
We ordered pesto chicken sphagetti, also with basil tomato soup...
Yummm.
*Food review:* As I set foot on to #ciclo café it was great to see the #bicycle themed #cafe. I have crossed that way quite a few times having the intentness to visit it atleast once. We could see few board games like ludo and snake & ladder, it is evident that we can cherish having a good time if we visit here with a set of friends.
#Alfredo penne #pasta tasted amazing, it carried a mild #whitesauce. As I perceived the pasta I could get to taste the yummy #penne which was primarily dipped onto the white #sauce amidst #cheese. I could put across it as was deliciously awesome.
As of #mocktails, we opted #virginmojito I could distinctly say it was a perfect #mojito, however, it contained supplementary #mint and lemon. It was quite expensive too. We may go for club #sandwich if we feel really hungry cause' a huge three layered #sandwich will arrive alongside #Frenchfries. .

Been to Ciclo cafe many times. Being a person who likes cycling, i love the way they have set up the cycle theme based cafe. The ambience is interesting and good. Tried the breakfast. Its quite healthy with fruits, fresh juices and baked beans. Oops forgot the yogurt :D And dont forget to try the hot coffee. Its a must visit if you are a fan of good breakfast.
Very good place for the hangout with friends
Taste :- 4/5
Ambience :- 5/5
Dishes tried
Coriander Marinated chicken strips :- 4/5 (325 Rs) two people's can eat it.
Cub Ciclo Chicken sandwich :- 5/5 (465 Rs) very good recommend
Price:- worth for the food....
Being a pizza lover, I love trying out pizzas from cafes and restaurants apart from the MNCs like Domino's or Pizza hut. Ciclo really put the best in its pizza, We ordered the Al Fungi Pizza, loaded with mushrooms and cheese with parsley, it was a really good pizza. It's very rare that a cafe nails the sauce and the bread quality in a pizza but Ciclo did it.
We had classic fries as starters and the fries were just like they should be. Hot and crispy with the slight salt combining the flavors and bringing the best of it.
For desserts we landed on assorted cupcakes and these were just little cups of heaven filled with chocolate and unique toppings, the presentation was so beautiful I couldn't do justice with my camera. Cupcakes were soft and just melted as they entered my mouth.
The ambiance is perfect for a date evening. However, I went during the lunch and it's a perfect get together or a typical brunch setup with bright natural light and a pleasant view of the road. Looking forward to visiting this place again during the evening with the signature warm light setup on.

This is a very cosy place and has a good menu. I think it's slightly overpriced but then, the food is worth it. The burger was filling and tasted beautiful. The chicken patty was fabulous and I loved eating it. The flavours came out brilliantly. The roasted chicken was PERFECT and filling as well! The colour, texture and taste were to the point and I enjoyed eating there! The staff could have been more responsive but apart from that, the place was brilliant!
Literally one of the nicest and classiest restaurants to visit in Chennai. Soi Soy was my all time favourite but after visiting Ciclo cafe in Kotturpuram, this place now tops my list. You can get some of the pricy dishes served in 5 hotels a lot less cheaper here. The food is equally amazing while the service is top notch. Do give it a try🍜
Visited the place recently with a party of 5. Went during the afternoon hours and it was not really crowded. The place is pretty calm and the ambience, top notch. And as a testament to the name, the theme of the restaurant, cycles were brought out beautifully with various objects right from a full sized sports cycle in the lobby to a small cart in each table to carry the pepper and salt shakers. The waiters were very professional. Service time was fine, not very prompt or late.
Coming to the food, the starters were well presented, almost to the level of the cooking show. The quantity was okay and the taste - impeccable. Moving on, for main course, we had ordered the BBQ chicken pizza which was a bit too sweet. On the other side, the veg pizza and ravioli did not disappoint either. Disappointed we didn't try out the desserts, which in my opinion, was a bit overpriced for its portions. And one should definitely take some time to go around the cafe and look at the various cycle related artifacts present, one thing I regret not doing. But overall, a must visit, if atleast once.
Cool place .Donuts and cakes here are so yummy .Cycle themed cafe .Vibrating and stunning interiors .Execellent service .Hope to try more dishes there soon
Great place to hang out...🙂🙂Food and service was superb..😄😎😎😎Super cool ambience really enjoyed our time there... Enjoyed a lot with my friends 😎😋😎😋.. Especially the pizzas are amazing there.😍😍😍
Really pretty and a fancy place and beautiful interiors done !!! a unique themed restaurant which has pretty good number of accommodation for a cafe and its mainly a cycle themed restaurant with good food! However the dishes are costly but the taste and quantity is satisfied!!!
Their Giant burgers were absolutely tasty because the buns were fresh and the patties were juicy
The lasagne too was really good
.
Plating was done beautifully and presented well but again it was a costly eat out if you're planning to go!
I visited this restaurant on a weekend and dined in with the Zomato gold offer.
Food : 8/10
I started off with a garlic bread and a ciclo special salted caramel cheesecake shake. The shake was perfectly yummy and it looked beautiful.
Paneer tikka - was okayish. It wasn't well marianated and an average taste.
Naanza - I ordered tandoori mushroom naanza which was very tasty. Naanza is the Indian version of pizza, the pizza toppings on Indian bread (naan) . I loved this fusion. It was perfectly cooked, which perfect base and perfect combination of toppings.
Pepper hummus with pita bread - The hummus was tasty but the bread wasn't fresh. Bread could have been better.
Ambience : 8/10
Service : 9/10
Ciclo Cafe is one of the most unique cafe's in Chennai.
The ambience is top-notch and they have some unique delicacies up their sleeves.
It is a perfect place for a romantic dinner date.
The Thickshakes and their Mojitos were really good.
The only drawback is that it's very costly.
It was wonderful to see that this whole restaurant is also based on cycle. The food is quite good but service needs improvement. Will visit again.
The food was good and the place was set beautifully, a good place for taking pictures and the best thing about this place is, the male their own burger buns and burgers patty’s which is fresh and tasty. Not that cheap but if you’ve Zomato gold it will help you a bit on the bill
Wonderful place to hangout with friends , 5 stars for the ambience. look and feel of the restaurant is so wonderful. Their pasta taste good and pizza is ok. Kudos to the mocktail and finally dessert caramel cheese cake is out of the world. Will come back next time also. Cheers
I’ve been to this place once before, but only had a mocktail. So this time I wanted to try out their food properly. The place is very easy to spot, has valet parking as well. The ambience is nice, smells of rubber a little (understandable because of their theme), upstairs has a better view and smells more like a restaurant. 😁 The first waiter (don’t know his name) who took our order had a bad attitude, which needs to be fixed for sure, but the second one was a darling! Coming to food, we had Garlic Bread with Cheese, Coriander Marinated Chicken Strips, Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Mushroom, Chicken Naanza, Mushroom and Chicken filled Crepe and Green Apple Mojito. The winner was broccoli and cheese stuffed mushrooms for sure! To my surprise, this was YUM! And the next would be the crepe! The filling was so good! Naanza could’ve been better I felt, but it was still good! But everything tasted really good and I give it to them! 👍🏼 This place truly deserves a 5 star rating, but only because of that filthy attitude the first waiter showed, I’m giving a 4 star rating!
Really nice café with a charming ambience that feels warm and cosy. I had a hot chocolate and a spaghetti carbonara. The former was decadent and sinful as true hot chocolate should be. The spaghetti was well cooked and the carbonara sauce was rich, creamy and overall delicious. A big tick on the presentation. Initially I thought the price was a bit on the higher side but then the quantity makes it worth it. All in all, I'd say this is a must visit.
Pasta, Salad and Sandwich for two people look good but we had it. Very cute ambiance and well decorated. Creamy pasta and taste was on point. Service was nice and super nice staff.
And they never rushed into, very composed and attentive.
I really love their ambience
A bit on the pricy end but the food was really great !
Tiramisu is a must try
And the mockatils are different from the usual ones
Ciclo Cafe
First things first. I took a seat on the top floor. All nice and plush. Beautifully appointed. Great view of Kotturpuram's denizens. Only discordant note was a "head waiter" who tried to stiff me on account of me being a loner and not being fit to occupy four seats in an empty restaurant. Anyway we got past that and managed to order taco spice rubbed fish and chips with a brownie and coffee. That went well. This place merits another look. Maybe i'll ride out on a bike.
We went with family and friends food was so testy and mutton biryani was so testy and mutton chukka was excellent test and ambiance is so nice overall everything was good excellent.
I tried the minced vegetable wheat kebabs - served with onion curry and kadak roti. It is the dish to go for. Probably the best vegetarian dish ever had. Must have. Cheers!
[Dec 2023] This is an amazing café with the best ambience and delicious food. This prices are high, but the quantity and taste makes up for it. There's multiple kinds of seating for all kinds of crowd from singles and couples to friends and family. The pizza was a little too big for a single person. Please do ask the quantity or size of the dish before ordering.
Amazing seating and atmosphere. Nice place on the main road..parking was limited. The food was good. I ordered chicken Cordon Bleu and would give it 7/10. The drink purifier was made in the proper way. 8/10 for the drink.
This café boasts an incredible ambiance with a captivating cycle-themed decor. The staff members are articulate and courteous, ensuring prompt service. The food served is not only delicious but also adds to the overall dining experience.
I had visited this restaurant recently for breakfast . I have tried much spots in terms of breakfast, of all the spots this one has really good American breakfast options. Its comparatively pricey but the quantity justifies the price . I had ordered egg and spinach omelette it was around 240 but the quantity and the add on they gave was reasonable complete dish for a person and you dont have to order one more. The bagel was also big enough . Pan cakes are definitely a must try. Its just one cozy place to try out for an English breakfast. If it had been around some greenery this place and the food would have felt really good.
Its atmosphere was cozy and unique.
I tried double patty burger, it was enough to share for 2 persons. It was yummy and juicy.
The pasta with vegetables was good and a lot of quantity. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Good atmosphere.
Good trained staff but very amateur trainee.
Just that they rised their prices recently a South Indian coffee @250rs which can be found at Saravana bhavan @ 35 or hot chips @30. Gone bit expensive as the walk in grew, nothing wrong just some reasonable pricing would be great. Earlier they used to provide menu on WhatsApp phone.
Now that they have physical menu, it's easier for 4-5 groups to navigate their menu.
Good job. Keep it coming.
Ask for a table on the first floor. They have a partially enclosed place with a nice table for 4 by the window. The food and service was good too. 5 star for the kind and friendly staff.
The roast chicken burger 🍔 I ordered was delicious. The vegetable lasagne, spinach ravioli, fried chicken and pasta were spot on, in terms of taste, presentation and temperature! However, the pineapple n broccoli salad was a complete let down, while the vegetable caesar salad was so-so! Can't say much about desserts because we didn't order any...too full with lunch.
Excellent ambiance, courteous staff, and amazing food. If you crave some continental food, this is the place to be. The place is quite open and you should be able to find parking at least along the roads. The view is pretty good from the top windowed seats. Recommended for one-to-one interaction or just to have peaceful food.
Lovely English breakfast menu and coffee. The ambience is also amazing but don't expect quick service.
The place has been good, with good staff. They are very friendly. I visited this place twice almost an year apart and found the food to be equally good. Will definitely will be on my list everytime I come to Chennai.
Room facilities are complete and the service personnel are on high quality which is very different from some express business hotels. The breakfast is of high quality and is rich in varieties. The bedding is very cozy and comfortable and overall value for money is excellent. It is very satisfying experience.
As always, an Amazing ambience . Great comfort food on a rainy day.
This café boasts an incredible ambiance with a captivating cycle-themed decor. The staff members are articulate and courteous, ensuring prompt service.
Now that they have physical menu, it's easier for 4-5 groups to navigate their menu.
Good job. Keep it coming.
Good ambiance and food quality is awesome. Service are really good. Whole restaurant will see cycle designs. The negative part is the price. Its little bit high. For a fresh lime they charging 110 rupees. Need to check about this price list. We had different items and all are too yummy.
On a busy Sunday night, the personnel was kind enough to accomodate a hyperactive kid with his parents. Portion size could be slightly improved for BBQ cheese balls
A very nice place with BI - CYCLE🚲 as it's theme. The ambiance is very good.
Use of bi - cycle parts for decoration is an added attraction.
Menu is good. Range of munchies coffees ☕ and juices juice 🧃🥤.
You'll really love it
The atmosphere is lively and it had a decent crowd for a Sunday evening. The food is pricey yet the quantity, quality and taste was just perfect for the price. Will surely visit again. The staff were courteous.
Awesome ambiance and Bailey cheese cake is much premium and yummy.
Having Hot chocolate Cafe and Cafficino@ Ciclo Cafe is a most lovable in my life.
