The Ambience was a very good. We were served 4 non veg starters. 2 chicken dishes, 1 fish and 1 crab dish. All the four tasted really good. There was no much in Veg. Just 2 starters. 1 veg pizza bun, honey chilli Potato. So it was a disappointment to vegetarians. Main Course has a good spread of dishes. Prawn gravy, Mutton gravy with coconut oil, Spinach and corn crepe and Egg gravy were top notch. Some of the other dishes were Chicken biryani, Chicken Schezwan gravy, Curd vada, curd rice, 2 soups, Karunaikizhangu varuval, kovakkai varuval, Paneer Butter Masala. Service was good. Bala served us well

Visited this place for family get together. This place is located just next to forum mall. Very spacious car parking. Seating area also very comfortable. We ordered veg and non veg starters. Paneer tikka was ultimate. Main course ordered phulkas, rotis , veg and chicken Briyani. Phulkas was soft and chewable. Perfect combo is with vegetable kholapuri, mushroom gravy and kofta. Finally done with chocolate ice cream. Very pleasant ambience and kids will enjoy magic show and tattoos.

Went to Roast and Grills for lunch and it was amazing. From food, to service and ambience. Loved everything. The desserts could have been better and no drink was part of the buffet. So for the amount paid, these 2 things should be considered to be improved.

2wheeler and 4wheeler parking were maintained neatly in an organised manner.
Check in was quick. Rooms have most of the stuff needed. No unnecessary things. Buffet Breakfast had lesser items than most other hotels I stayed at before. Checkout too was fast. Didn’t use gym / swimming pool.
Water quality wasn’t the best.
We hosted our wedding here and everything was incredible! Many of our guests stayed at the hotel and everyone had a great experience. The cleanliness and service was excellent. Karvagam was especially helpful with everything I need in the room and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable!!

The hotel is undergoing renovation work and they closed most part of the hotel. In fact they shouldn't be operating during such major renovation work which risks customers and also prevents usage of facilities which we are paying for. Cleanliness needs to improve. Other than that the customer service rendered by staffs Mr Ravi, all the front desk staffs, housekeeping etc was fantastic
Co-arranged a party. Location is serene, neatness excellent, parking and food good. As located amid a one way route pl provide for access or exit a bit of more time. If one arranges any event, one needs to take ownership, coordinate with the hotel people to make it memorable. Leaving it to hotel people may lead to chances.

Overall I've had an amazing experience staying at the Greenpark hotel in Chennai. The rooms, cleanliness and service was simply outstanding.
Special mention must be made for Govinda at the R&G restaurant. He went out of his way to provide us with the best food and most amazing service.
Also, a special mention to David from the resident kitchen staff. He assisted us royally with all of our late night room service requests. He did everything possible to keep us happy and well cared for.
All in all, the hotel is highly recommendable. Will definitely be back when staying in Chennai. Much love from Durban, South Africa
