This is easily one of the prettiest restaurants in Chennai with a great rooftop setting. The food is super yummy and reasonable. We had the Firecracker Prawns, Chiken Stir Fry Seoul Style, Chicken Lasagne and finally the Mississippi Mudpie for dessert. The Lasagne was super filling and yummy. We were busy gulping down the food one after another and took a break only before the dessert arrived, thus have only a picture of the Mississippi Mudpie 😬😅
Cozy rooftop dining overlooking the Adyar river with a peaceful atmosphere. Light on ur wallet and the food is pleasant to the taste buds. Their Italian platter was perfect. Visiting this place in late evenings is recommendable.
Been on my wishlist for a long time for it's rooftop ambience. We visited this place for dinner and it wasn't as per scenic as per expectations. Food was great. Staff were friendly.

The dish that took the cake was the fish fingers. The balance of the spices was just right that it seemed like a perfect symphony so pleasant to the taste buds...
Over all I would recommend this place to everyone I know! It's all worth the price. A perfect way to end the first day of the new year!

Nice food with amazing taste and quality
They provide great food with such good quality. The service is great as well.. I have been there quite a number of times and I thoroughly enjoy the food everytime. Taste is awesome. We ordered a dish called Ratatouille thinking of the dish featuring in Ratatouille movie.. It was a vegetarian dish and tasted superb.. Just that the cost is a bit higher.. Other than that, highly recommended for dining with family and friends..
Tried the prawn dumplings, steamed fish and elanir payasam. Scrumptious. Especially the payasam. The terrace seating is best to enjoy a cool evening. Lovely little restaurant in a lovely location.
We actually are going here for years now. Wanted to actually have Mediterranean food and called over phone to order. The person at phone was very patient in explaining the dishes to us. He then very politely told us to come over if possible to eat the food hot . We were really happy and went down and ordered Oven cooked veggies with mashed potatoes and Salt and Pepper prawns. It was yummy a must try everyone . Keep it up Azzuri Bay!!!

Well, a decent place, not too great. Been here recently. We were some 7 people, we had just soup, starters, and desserts. One stand-out item was "Squid Rings", while on the other hand, "Veg Murtabak" was not great and very spicy. Similarly, in desserts, "Sizzling Brownie with Ice-cream" was good, but "Tiramisu" was not good.
The ambiance is great though, overlooking a lake if you sit on the rooftop. You can also have candle-light dinner here. Price is reasonable.

Been there for dinner with my frd....we really enjoyed the food and the beautifulview....... It's an roof top restaurant with a view of Chennai skyline......and the place is too silent and lovely........we mainly ordered starters from Asian and the mains from Mediterranean, we enjoyed the food and view really good on that day....this is again a perfect place to take your date for a dinner......go for it, Highly recommended........

This place has been in my list for a long time,and i have to say i was quite happy about the taste of the food here. The bbq chicken n sausage pizza and the pad thai was too good. The only thing i want them to look onto is the preparation time, as v had to wait very long.
While browsing for a good food destination we found out this rooftop restaurant on a very hot and humid day.But they have ac seating arrangement.There were less crowd on weekend lunch.It is situated on the bank of river and one can see from the top.Food was quite mouthwatering and well cooked.It was really a good food joint in Alwarpet and must try.

This is one of my favorite places in the city. I love rooftops restaurants and bars. This overlooking the Adyar estuary is a plus! There are not many rooftop places in Chennai with a good view. Also in this hot and humid city not many would prefer rooftops. So even I was hesitant at first to dine in but the place is really cool (literally). You don't feel stuffy or needing more air. The restuarant have made up the place so well. The staff are good and prompt. We were immediately seated and that too by a table that we preferred which is not a usual sight because the staff at many places are fussy about letting the customers choose a table. The food were served promptly without us having to wait a long time in between each course of the meal. The portions of food were really generous. The pricing seemed a bit on the expensive side but the portions served made up to it. The Tiramisu I had here is one of the best in the city. It was so fresh and light even after having a heavy meal.
Azzuri Bay is a must visit restaurant in the city to escape the noisy and stuffy atmosphere, spend quality time with someone with great food for company.

Celebrated my 21st birthday here! This rooftop restaurant is such a romantic place overlooking the open sky. The food is absolutely delicious and it’s one of the places I loved while I stayed in Chennai. The staff is very friendly and have perfect knowledge of all the dishes the restaurant serves. Had an amazing experience.
Really like the continental food here and the feel of the place is amazing. I have visited a couple of times and enjoyed Chinese food here. It's a must try!

The food was great and the quantity they are serving also more.
We tried Sweetcorn chicken soup then we ordered fish finger and it’s awesome to eat but they served about 8 big pieces. Finally, we moved to main course chicken lasagna it’s cheesy and yummy. But we can’t complete it full 🤤 they served in large quantity..
But the service is late and lesser amount of staffs are available. They can’t able to manage each and every single table at a time.
And also the cost of food is little bit higher comparing to many restaurants.
Overall the food was great and place was adorable.

Best romantic spot to try with your loved ones. Roof top with candle light. What more is required to make a perfect dinner. You need to book the table well in advance. The menu is good had lots of items. Taking but time to prepare. How ever the taste is ultimate. Good service by staffs overthere. Onky thing is highly priced. The starters platter was delicious. Bbq pizza was a little too tough and chewy but tasted good. For dessert, we got Tres Leches,which my friend said tasted much better when she had tried it a few days before we went. Buttercake was soft, spongy and the creamy sauce with the fruits made it a lovely dish.

What I loved was the momos. Kids loved the fish fingers. Hakka Noodles were okay. Soup was average.
Four Cheese Pizza was thin crust and it was biscuity in the edges.
Service was excellent. There was western pop music giving a club feel. With moon on the sky and the view of the adyar bridge. Ambience with unique lighting on table and statue to infuse some global Asian feel. It was good.
More than food, the feel, ambience, service gave a great feel.

It was an amazing experience, the ambience was breathtaking and the food was worth every penny. Really loved the seafood lasagne and the chicken breast stake with mashed potatoes. The staff was very helpful and quick with there services. Would definitely recommend this place for a date night. ❤

More than the taste of food, or the variety of food, ambiance is the key thing make this visit worthy.
Even though this place is on the pricier side we really enjoyed those time. Honestly, recommend visiting this place with your beloved ones at least once.
Visited azzuri bay for new year lunch. Nothing much to talk about ambience expect that there is a view being located in the 3rd floor with breezy air and view.
FOOD:
We understood why the order took a while to make to the table because everything was so fresh!
1.The grilled fish was soft and yummy accompanied with spicy sauce which seems apt
2.The saucy grilled chicken with rice was so filling! Value for the price. The sauce is more sour than to call it spicy. Perfectly cooked chicken with many huge chunks of it was served
3. The pasta was the hit of the afternoon.It topped our choices of food from the menu.I don’t like extremely cheesy dishes but this pasta was so perfectly cheesy and saucy and yummy and oh so good.
Note : It does contain some good amount of corn starch mixed.
PRICE : it came up to 1600

The original plan was to visit Crimson Chakra. They were only offering buffet; not something I was keen on for a dinner. Azuri Bay was next door. Instead of attempting to muscle around the evening traffic, chose a 1 minute walk. The ambience at Azuri is good in that they offer a roof top experience. The service was also very good though I felt that it took them a little bit longer than usual to get the food on to table. Ordered soup and dragon chicken. For the mains, ordered chicken Milanese and a vegetable dish. Both, starters and mains, were done well and the food seemed fresh. There were other items in the menu that looked tasty (based on the descriptions of menu items). Hope to try them out in future i.e. will visit again. If you are keen on pan Asian and European cuisine, I strongly recommend this place.
Outdoor terrace seating with a view. Indoor seating is also available. Huge variety of cuisines to choose from. A bit long menu which takes times to go through. Grilled fish in banana leaf and Jasmine rice with prawn curry had so many flavours in it. Veg Momos is good but I recommend you to try sea food Momos. And finally tiramisu which is very juicy with a bit of coffee flavour in it.
The food quality was pretty good. The Ambience was awesome. Rooftop restro having a panaromic view of Adyar river. Try to go on a full moon night. Tiramisu was the best among the desserts. Among the variety of starters only the dumplings were not so up to the mark. Best place in Chennai for a couple to go for a date 🙂

I guess it's going to be more than a month since visited the place still I remember the warm welcoming given by the Manager and his team for the specially occasioned dinner... Exactly I don't remember the menu I have ordered for a fish and prawn based starters which is good at taste best in presentation and very well executed Service, Main course dishes are pretty good ... Coming to desserts you must try melted chocolate brownie with ice cream and along with starters you must try their flavoured lemon iced tea which tops the chart....
And I have tryed for a candle light dinner two times before but this place stands at best the decoration and ambience OMG excellent all the best team looking forward to meet you all again very soon....
The place is middle of the city, it has both the inner and the outer dining. I went for the outer one and the it was great. Having dinner at the open place with the winds blowing. If one is looking for a nice evening then they should totally hit this place.
Moving on to the food, it's great and tasty but pricey. The service is nice and you don't have to wait for long for the food to arrive.
One of the beautiful restaurants in Chennai. Very nice Ambience with roof top. Top cuisines. So many varieties to choose from the menu. The non veg starters were really good. Pizzas n pastas are their signature dishes. Roasted chicken with white sauce pasta is ultimate.
By far the best pasta I've had in Chennai! All the dishes that we ordered were delicious! The service time was also decent and staff were courteous. No issues with the parking either, nice view if you sit outside, although we sat indoor. Overall nice experience!

First of all, the entrance of the restaurant is pleasant and gives us a suiting look and calmness because of the Buddha statue kept in entrance of the restaurant. And this restaurant is in 2nd floor. You got an ample of parking space outside to park your vehicles. And the ambience is good. I would give 3.5/5. And, the service is top notch. They are really making the food quick and serving at our table soon. All the dishes are nice, I specially melted with prawns. Please do try it out and chicken wings is 3.5/5. I wouldn’t say too bad nor too good. It’s moderate. They should work on it to bring in more flavours. Pasta and pizza were good too. And, they have very limited seats. So please reserve a table before going. Overall, it was nice experience eating there. I would definitely recommend this place to hang out with your friends and families. Please do try it out 💯

I visited Azzuri Bay last Thursday for dinner, and it was like stepping into a friend's comfy place. I had called ahead to grab a table, and the vibe was warm. Since it was a chill weekday, the place wasn't too packed, making it a nice, quiet spot.
Now, let's talk food. The golden squid rings were a taste explosion – fried squid with spicy sauce, peppers, and onions. Loved it, seriously a 9.5/10. The shish taouk, though, didn't hit the mark. It was just okay, and the portion left me a bit hungry – a 4/10 on my scale.
The Singapore chicken chilly fried rice saved the day, though. Tasty and enough for two. It's a solid 8/10. The passion fruit mojito was forgettable, but the tiramisu was like a sweet dream. Every bite felt like a warm hug, a full 10/10.
This restaurant had its highs, especially with the golden squid rings, fried rice, and that heavenly tiramisu. The vibe was cool, but here's the kicker – mosquitoes outside. Annoying. Service was good, though. Despite the bumps, I'd say give it a shot, especially for that tiramisu magic.
Food quality and taste wise is good but has lost its charm in terms of interiors. No complaints in the air conditioning department either. The staffs are prompt and their menu is diverse. A good time for families here for sure. Ample amount of parking as well.

Visited for dinner with friends as usual. The outdoor ambience was good and the staff were friendly and courteous. Service was very good. Food needs to be improved though. We had Tom yum veg soup, chicken satay, Chong Qing chilli chicken, veg lasagna, Thai curry vegetable, Polla alla cacciatore and honey chilli lotus stem. We didn't like the chicken satay and the peanut sauce given with it and veg lasagna was okayish not that great. Thai curry and the rest of the food was good but all the items were a bit pricey. But the food wasn't that special to make us want to visit again.

I have been to Azzuri Bay recently with my sister, brother-in-law, and I ventured to the restaurant without a reservation, unaware of the popularity of this Italian gem. Luckily, we managed to secure seats, and the noon took a turn for the better.
Upon entering, the restaurant's warm ambiance immediately put us at ease. Soft Italian melodies serenaded us, and the staff, despite our impromptu arrival, were gracious and accommodating.
The menu offered a tantalizing journey through Italian cuisine. To start, we savored an array of antipasti, including the delectable bruschetta and a refreshing caprese salad. The freshness of the ingredients set a promising tone for our meal.
While our evening at Azzuri Bay was remarkable, the only setback was the lack of a reservation system. However, I would still rate this establishment a 4 out of 5, considering the overall quality of the food, service, and ambiance. It's a place I'd recommend for a delightful Italian dining experience, with the caveat of making a reservation in advance

It was my second visit to azzuri bay and I went in as a surprise for my birthday and I was amazed that they allow surprise events to be conducted as a part of their package. My fav was the American corn cups because the cups were crispy and the corn was very light. I had pizza as my main course and I enjoyed the cheesy BBQ chicken pizza a lot and I still feel the taste in my buds.
This restaurant is located at adayar Road, I followed Google maps, it directed right, but the whole street was like residential area opposite to a vast ground.
You have to take elevator to go to the restaurant.
I went with my friends for lunch, especially it would be better if you book your table.
We went to rooftop, it had a beautiful view up their, peaceful and calm.
The ambience of the restaurant was so neat and warm welcoming.
We ordered pizza, lasagna , wanton, chicken kabab kind, paneer fry.
The dishes which were served was so beautifully garnished and taste was also really good, but everything took so much time to reach our table.
