Never expected the food to taste like heaven.. I don't remember when was the last time I enjoyed every bite off my plate. Pan cakes,poached eggs and sausages,Chico chip waffle,strawberry crêpe -mind blown. Every bite was so delicious. And a heartful thanks to the people who run this place for making this meal most memorable. I am surely visiting this place again with a bigger crowd.

Lovely place and the freshest of food. Had a scrumptious breakfast buffet ( note the awesome coffee, freshly brewed) and going back for dinner to bring daughter's birthday. Met the charming owner Meenakshi who was most gracious and welcoming.

I just was wandering around adyarfor a good English breakfast ( for which I was longing for almost I don't know when) post my morning cricket session on a Saturday. I found this place on my maps and followed the directions. It left me in peaceful residential neighbourhood, which literally put me in doubt, then I found this little board pointing to the basement of a residential building. I entered in without knowing that I was going to have one of the blissful breakfast in a long while in Chennai, being born here, I have hardly ever had such a wonderful breakfast, simple yet elegantly put together on a plate, be it the perfectly cooked waffle, or those mildly crunchy hash towns on the side or to that more than heavenly scrambled cooked to perfection, I mean I would say a Gordon Ramsay perfection ( although I haven't had one😋😅).Do try this place, if you are one of those breakfast lovers in Chennai who loves the traditional breakfast more than anything, but still have a thing for a brekkie. A little out of the way place, but worth coming to. The set breakfast is WELL worth it's money -- though it comes with unlimited waffles, there was no need to order more than the given number. Ambience is extremely cozy. Food was delicious and even if not for the food, I would come back again for the service -- extremely friendly staff.

Hospitality - The people are so polite and caring. From beginning till the end, they ensure our time in their place was like a time out of our everyday life.

I really enjoyed the chicken rosemary pie and has become my personal favorite. Loved the Iced Coffee mocha and the waffles with cheese , which was completely different from what I had before. Hands down one of the best continental brunches I've had. Right from waffles to sausages to scrambled eggs, everything had quality.
And the quality to cost ratio, was really good, every buck spent seemed worth it.
Needless to say, ambience was good and staff were welcoming as well.

A Sunday morning brunch at this amazing place! My friends and I had the brunch buffet. Really loved the food, the chicken sausages, baked potatoes, creamy chicken and mini pancakes were delicious. The rest of the menu was good too although we felt the waffles lacked consistency in the different batches that they were served in. But it was a good experience. Would definitely love to visit again.

They also serve a range of pancakes , crepes , pies and jacket potatoes . They've also introduced new mini pancakes which is yummmm❤️ It might be a little heavy on your pockets , but the quality and taste of the food is worth it ! 4 star as this place is kind of hidden.. it's really hard to find this place.
Positives are friendly staff, menu in a tab with the picture of the outcome. Very very delicious waffles. We had mango waffle and a chocolate flavoured one.. the second one was very nice.
We went on mother's day and so they had a complementary hot chocolate drink for us..

I always wanted to try waffles and found this place which is a just like 10 mins from my home. Had been here with one of my office frd and we had tried the death by chocolate mini waffle and creme cheese veg waffle , since I love chocolate base desserts i personally loved the death by chocolate mini waffle. The quantity was apt for one person and the taste was awesome and it was not too sweet. The creme cheese veg waffle was good too, it was medium bland and not spicy. This place is located in the interior residential area of Adyar @ the basement , the ambience is decent , the food is good. The service in this place is not great. Apart from that, It's a must visit place for people who want to try different kinds of waffles.

I really liked the ambience and the service of this place. I liked a couple of the sweet waffles but I was curious while trying savoury waffles for the first time. It definitely stood out among all the waffles. I tried the one with the baked potato and vegetables. The sauce on the side added a little Mexican touch to the whole dish.

Decently priced menu makes this place a good option for an evening date.

A lovely place to sit and chill with friends and have some waffles. They have a very different touch to everything on the menu which I absolutely love! I absolutely love the maple syrup at every table, an addition which I think is an essential at every waffle joint.

Went to this place last Sunday for their Sunday brunch. Here are a few points as follows for the review of this restaurant :-
A) Food:-
1. The waffles were absolutely great. What I really liked about the waffles was that those were being cooked right at the time and served fresh. Mediterranean Waffles were too good. It was something new and I was a little bit afraid of how it would taste since I've never had any savoury waffle, but then this really took me by surprise and I loved it.
2. The buffet was amazing. It had a complete package of all day breakfast. The veg pie was not that great though. My favorite item from the buffet would be the chicken stew, it was perfectly cooked. As a suggestion, I'd say maybe try adding bacon strips to it, and there you go, the breakfast is complete!
B) Hygiene:-
The restaurant was really clean and tidy, but the cutlery was not very clean and it was kind of dusty. We had to wipe off the dust from the plates before we started eating. It's suggested to keep clean the cutlery before serving.
C) Hospitality:-
I loved the hospitality here. The staff was very cooperative and very quick in their service. The staff was limited, but then, it was still good.
D) Ambience:-
The ambience was neither too royal nor too simple. It was just simple like how it should be and very homely indeed.
Summary:-
This place is a great place to go for a brunch/ breakfast on weekend with your family and friends or even for a date maybe! The best part is it's not something too pricey and just the right amount of good breakfast/brunch meal.

Wake up comfortably at around 9am on a Sunday. Wear some comfy clothes. Tidy up your hair a little bit. Put on your flip-flops. Get a cab and head on to this place. The food spread is not the most expansive, but all of it is 'oh so good'. The waffles are crisp and light. Pancakes are fluffy. Mushrooms are sautéed nicely. Chicken sausage is grilled properly. All so good. Maybe add some bacon to the mix, and you'll have a good english breakfast to enjoy. One thing that I found missing, were fruit juices. We only had watermelon juice on the day we visited. Maybe orange should be added(just maybe) :-)
It's not the most spacious of places, just a small setup in the basement of a residential property.
I might as well try the other outlets in the city, just to see how they compare.

Swung by this place for a quick bite. It's located in the basement in the middle of the street. Small cozy place for a hangout. One time visti for me, unless you are a huge waffle fan. Ordered the below
1. Death by chocolate (It's good. But I think one piece of waffle was enough for me. Also I wish they give a Nutella scoop instead of the chocolate. )
2. Iced caffe latte
3. Jacket potatoes with sour cream (fills your stomach, forgot to photograph it). Boiled potatoes with corn and cream

The place is not really easy to find (atleast in Adyar) and the fact that the joint is in the basement of a regular lookin flat complex plays games with a hungry soul's mind 😁. But once you find the place n get inside, it feels like a secret get away. You almost feel like an elite member of the a secret breakfast society. The restaurant is quite small, so on weekends, i'd suggest you hurry or you might end up waiting a bit 😊. I just wish the place was a wee bit bigger. But hey, you're not there for just the ambience. The food they serve is the perfect reward for the folks who take the time and effort to find the place. One word... Awesome. That's how I'd define the food these guys serve.My rating of 5 is totally coz of the food....so.. I went with 6 of my friends, and since we were super hungry and having our breakfast at 3:00pm we almost ordered everything on the menu and they were all great. Am definitely gonna go back one day. This is my third visit to this place. Their waffle chicken ham sandwich is really yummy. All the three times I was here I had the Nutella banana pancakes. It was always good and fresh. But the third time when I had Nutella banana pancakes I felt the pancakes were a bit hard. It’s a friendly place and a nice small cosy place to hang out for a date or with friends.

Well, Me and my friend were catching up after a long time..We decided to have breakfast together..
The place was quite hard to find, Considering a lack of a huge fancy name board outside and being in the basement of an apartment..
But it had a pleasant ambience within..They did not have á la carte..so we had to settle for morning buffet..
And I must say ,it was totally worth the trouble..The food was pretty decent..They provided scrambled eggs,sausages,veg puffs, baked potatoes,salads ,4 to 5 varieties of waffles toasted to your choice and not to forget a good serving of whipped cream with sliced strawberries. I just felt that in the Mediterranean waffle the egg was a bit too much...so if you reduce the amount of egg it would be better. Wash it all down with some fresh juice and your weekend cant get any better..
Quite expensive and a small hideout,but works fine for a small pack of friends or family to catch up on a leisurely weekend. #waffles #weekend #brunch

This place is a hidden gem inside a basement of an apartment.
First time when we went there we were skeptical about this place because it s located in the residential area and there was no sign of people near the joint.
It took some time to find out the entrance of the joint because it is in basement.The moment we entered inside all our doubts were gone.
They got simple yet cool ambiance.Free WiFi.Guys were so courteous.They got clean washrooms.
Coming to the main thing “The Waffles” .
Ordered banana split waffles. It came with 3 small scoops of ice creams of different flavors.The waffles were so fluffy inside and crispy and crunchy on the outside. It was so delicious.
The waffles are priced very reasonable.All these made me visit the joint again in couple of days.
This time I wanted to try something different so I went for their all day breakfast. Note : order this only if you are hungry :) It came with a portion of baked mushrooms , a pancake , 2 small plain waffles , baked beans , strawberry with cream, a shot of fresh juice, and hot drink of your choice ( cappuccino or hot chocolate ). Every single item tasted so good.
P.S : the small waffles served under the breakfast, it is unlimited ! Yes your read it right unlimited waffles but you can’t share it with others :)

Sunday Brunch is available for Adayar outlet alone for 400+tax, this is not even listed in zomato breakfast places.. four of us with a 4 yr old went over there had a very good time.. Staff were very friendly esp Parthiban.. waffles was great with those wipped cream and straberry compote eggs,sausages and mushrooms were perfect mini chicken pie was good.. cut fruits was a little raw.. and the watermelon juice was sugar free we loved it..

They serve the best waffle in the city and My recommendations from their mouth watering menu would be The All Day Brekkies - hot sausages, hash browns, unlimited whole waffles, pies, potatoes, baked beans, egg thick pancakes and the list goes on. Also sip on some fresh fruit juice and hot chocolate with their lovely spread of breakfast combinations from the All Day Brekkies.
They are known for buttery Blueberry and Dutch Apple pancakes, their Classic waffle is made with buttermilk. It was simple, soft and served more than two of us. Priced at INR 300, it is dusted with sugar and served with juicy strawberries and whipped cream. Yum!

Excellent place to fix a waffle craving. The bizzare macaroni and cheese waffle is most excellent apart from the usual suspects. Portions are pretty healthy so it's a great place for sharing.

Make sure you keep your eyes on with your maps 😍 Once you reach there, the magic in the aroma will steal the show. This is one of the few restaurants which are tech savvy and you get tablets instead of paper menu. The best part is you click the call waiter button, and the people are there at your service.
Coming to the waffles, it was one of the dishes suggested by the host. This is called Salty banana caramel waffle priced at 325/- . Every bite is worth the penny. It is just mouth watering , delicious and surely to give you a foodgasm.
There are three branches in Chennai, make sure to visit one soon 😘. Its highly recommend.

This one's on the top of the list when I feel like having Savory Waffles in Chennai. Slightly above the average pricing but what comes to your table will be satisfying. They also have a breakfast buffet on every Sunday with few selected waffles unlimited and toppings. A la carte remains close during buffet. You're not going to be done with this place at once. Man, it's all about waffles.
Chocolate chip waffles~Chocolate base sprinkled with sugar dust, scoop of vanilla and chocolate ice cream topped with choco chips and chocolate sauce. It tasted really yummy and plated well.
The place is slightly hard to find. Amidst residential area in the basement of an apartment. But once you enter the place there is no regrets. The Ambience is good (AC and decor), definitely a hangout spot. The price is definitely on the higher side but the food wouldn't disappoint you.

Must try- Chocolate chip waffle for all the chocolate lovers.
They have a lot of options on their menu. I would to come back and try - Savory waffle and breakfast buffet. (Seems interesting!) Will you updated on that.
I’m a fan of their Nungambakkam outlet and Adyar didn’t disappoint me! A little inside but the serene roads make up for it.
It’s on the basement and similar to their other outlet, they have their menu on a customer friendly tablet from where you can order and it automatically reaches the counter. I had their chocolate and vanilla ice cream topped on a waffle. Being a vegetarian I love the fact that they don’t taste strongly of eggs which I’ve found waffles from a lot of other places to be! I love both their dessert and savoury waffles and I feel they aren’t the most economical option but still the taste kind of makes up for it! Overall , would definitely visit again to quench my chocolate thirst!

This is my love actually. The first time I ever tried waffles. To those hot and yummy waffles, they are just absolutely delicious and I love visiting the place again and again. The ambience is pleasing and food is absolutely amazing
Ordered buttermilk waffle topped with whipped cream caramel sauce and bananas thought i can finish but couldn’t its soo filling and the caramel sauce makes you to not eat more 😅 overall it was good and whn comes to cost its bit high

I ordered pancakes and it was sooo much! The ambience was good and the staff was so friendly. You'll get a complimentary hot chocolate for being a first time customer. The food was filling and good. It did take me some time to find the cafe though because its like hidden and couldn't be easily spotted.

Got an opportunity to went over this pretty and sort of cozzy place over this weekend.
First thought about the place is it's awesome. Food, ambiance are really good.
They serve a really wide variety of dishes with great waffles and drinks.
Comming up to some things that I was disappointed was the location which was inside a spooky empty lane with no one around. Other thing which I felt is prices at little bit higher, not much but still as a coustomer I felt that.
#WafflesThruTheDay - Adyar! This is a chocolate chip waffle. Each waffle can serve upto 3 people. Its very stomach filling, just like a proper meal. Each chocolate waffle is topped with 2 scoops of icecream - Vanilla & Chocolate with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce. Its so delicious, i would love having this for breakfast everyday.
They were kind enough to serve Hot chocolate as a complimentary drink, i am not a #HotChocolate person because i am allergic to milk, but i had a sip and it was very creamy.
A special shoutout to their staff named 'David' was extremely sweet and kind, his service was excellant.
Easy to miss... even with the boards.. if following Google maps 😉... once you take a turn .. you have to take a turn into the first street.. check the priya building.. that's the one... had gone here Some time back... really good waffles and pancakes.. today figured that they are open for breakfast .. so dropped in... the smell hits you.. slaps you right where it hurts.. heavenly smells of waffles does that to me 😍... buffet .. eat all you want.. waffles and small pancakes served at the table.. other stuff like potatoes sausages strawberries and cream etc.. you have to get up and go.. do that.. will help you burn some of those calories and give you more space to eat more waffles 😈... frankly the buffet plays safe.. a juice sausages etc...nothing really exceptional... but it's the waffles and the pancakes which are a wow factor...dont wait adter reading this .. pls do go and try.. 😊
Great waffles. Very filling, very tasty and decently priced. Don't have the strawberries add on as they don't give fresh strawberries but ones from a can and they taste very sour. But go for the waffles. Sweet and savoury. They've pretty amazing. A little hard to spot as it's down in the basement. But do give this place a try if you're close by.
Good place get some woofy waffles..!! great ambiance and nice place to hangout with friends and family. Brownie with ice cream is just a highlight. cheesy waffles and chicken waffles are also good here .

One of the best places to have waffles in the city period! Just beyond amazing!the whole package, the food, the decor , the ambience everything just hits the spot. Especially chef David! He knows his waffles. The place is slightly hard to reach as it is hidden among the various residential properties of indira nagar, but ofcourse once you find it it's worth your while, It's heaven!
Had a pleasant fine in here. Had pancakes Nd waffle with banana Nd chocolate. We were given whipped cream too. Pancakes tasted was good, chocolate syrup in waffle was bit bitter. Service was good too. The good is bit pricy. Overall decent time.
It is an elegant place. Very calm. Not easily visible from outside. It is like an underground setup. New way of ordering food, like one ordering online. Smoothies are so good. But costly. Waffle lovers may give it a try.

This is the third time I am visiting this place and it impresses me more every time. The brunch is extremely tasty at a very reasonable price. Jacket potato, steamed mushrooms and veggie pie will continue to remain my favourite. The place is quite busy over the weekends. The service is pretty quick and great food to start off your weekend.
Breakfast buffet is the best here. It's available every Sunday at 830am. Unlimited waffles and the creamy chicken is a must try.

Waffles are very well done. Little expensive.. the best part is .. the timings ... they are open at 8:30 in the morning .. it’s planned very well.. they can reduce the price and have more items same like Waffle House .. nice place and good locality.. hope the residents don’t get upset about parking..
Easy to find. Cosy place. Waiters were friendly and helpful. The food by itself was good. I got the brunch menu. It was a buffet. Suggestion to change the menu. But food overall was good.
Everything is great about this place. Absolutely amazing place to hangout with friends and experience diabetic level sweet food to satisfy your cravings for a sugar rush.
Super on sundays they have buffet system which was pretty good.. unlimited food 400 per person for breakfast.. we had coffee tea juice pretty much whatever you want.. pan cakes waffles fruits cream sausage salad beans everything.. was good to try something different
It's a very good place to have pancakes in the morning. Been here multiple times and it's worth the time spent. But it's a bit higher on the pricing side.

I thought that Sweet waffles will taste good... But that savouries Waffles took over the taste... It's amazing... But I felt it's little high price... And u will never fill ur tummy here under 1000 Rupees.
