Yesterday we went to this Restaurant, Mr Rajan served us. Wonderful ambience, nice food, good quality & vareity. He explained about every food they serve very politly. Thank you. Will visit again another day!
The restaurant is on the main road right next to Slate Hotel. Parking is decent. The seating was nice. We got a big table with couches for 6. Rajan, our waiter, id one of the best service professionals I’ve seen recently. He knew everything on the menu, gave us great recommendations. The food in itself was great. Paneer satay was great, so was the mushroom starter. Totally surprised by how the veg pad Thai tasted so good. Overall, great experience. Recommended.

Mr.Rajan is very friendly, attentive and explains about every dish elaborately and enthusiastically every time we visit. If you are vegetarian even for day, this place is a must try. Has a new and modern take on the simplest of dishes. Place is an A for me.

Really creative place with extremely friendly staff - we had the opportunity to interact with Mr. Rajan who knew the preparations inside out and was patient. They've recently changed their menu, retained the best sellers like upma polenta, idiyappam and have added a few new dishes to check out, like the trio phulka tacos.

This place is very suitable for family get togethers and dining. We went on a sunday night with 22 members on our board .We had our table as there was a ind vs aus final odi match was happening luckily. The place looks small but the course of food and their signature dishes are excellent worth trying. They have set their Menu's both for comforting Old/Aged people & also for the young one's who are curious to try out new food everytime. Also the prices of the dishes were very reasonable considering the ambience and quality of food.For me it was a top deal for taking my family out there and spending a good evening with great food . The staffs and services starting from valet car parking till we leave the place were very kind and composed.
P.S : Please try out their Milan to Madras , CBD shake desserts these both were top notch for me.

Roasted Pumpkin & Coconut soup – A sweet and smooth Pumpkin drink with string hopper chunks; it was kicky and was thick to slurp in
Thukpa – Typical clear soup with noodles and veggies; was just warm and okay
Ghee Roast Panner – Surprised to experience the flavours infused well within the panner (doesn’t happen everywhere), wicked soft, mild-spiced and was rich in clarified butter
Sweet Potato Vada Pao – A soft bun with mild-sweet potato in Panko bread crumbs and Jalapenos; it was crunchy and with the saturated chilli it was definitely arousing the taste buds
Crispy Idly – For a second, felt like eating a Vada but No, this was a fried Idly sautéed in Salt & Pepper, garnished and served HOT. Crunchy on the outside while soft on the inside with flavours bursting on every side
Thai Basil Fried rice – A good bowl with classic flavours; felt a hint of umami there, was dry but still good
Kongu Kothu Keema Barotta – Veggie gravy with chickpeas to garnish with; soft and had almost no spice yet was tummy-filling
Tender Coconut Ice-cream – Off late the famous dessert has taken control of every foodie; soft & melts in your mouth, sweet cream with mild coconut flavour
Filter Coffee Soda – Heard it for the first time so had a go at it; it is practically mixing decoction with the normal lemon soda. But, the end flavour wasn’t that simple; it had equal proportions of both with playing on each side of the tongue, sour yet fizzy
Homemade Jaggery Ice-cream – Perfect dish to sign off with; basic flavours which excited the taste buds, damn sweet and smooth literally melts within minutes
Ambience/Price:
The lighting and décor of this place are definitely up-lifting. Since we were onto an early dinner, some of the items weren’t available, yet, the service at that time of the day was courteous enough. Good seating and optimum parking space too were appreciable.
When it comes to price, this place is neither here nor there (took a hit on the Q:P ratio); it is okay considering the level of innovation in their dishes; can definitely try at least once

If you want a premium vegetarian dining experience head to this place with no second thoughts. The service is wonderful. Mr.Rajan was a pleasure to deal with. The food is absolutely delicious. It may be a little expensive but it sure is worthy of that price.

One of my worth visited restaurants. Was a little anxious on the ambience and the food quality since their signature dishes were much out of the box from the common ones and I had take my entire family there for dinner. But it was much more than standards! Superb ambience. Taste on point. Spicyness on right levels. Everything coming together with the fantastic service. Mr. Rajan seemed to be very professional in taking time to explain the dishes, the quantity that would be provided and serving us every dish. Special appreciations to him. Will definitely suggest to everyone I knew. Coming back soon.

Awesome service done by Mahesh bro. They helped even taking care of my 9 month old baby as well. Must visit place along with your family of you are a vegetarian lover. Must try idiyapam sudhi, pumpkin soup, garlic dosa, peri peri idly.
We were extremely delighted dining in VB signature Nungambakkam. The staffs were so kind and welcoming. Food was beautifully served and tasted really good. Additionally we were celebrating spinster party there, they were so kind enough to share the restaurant space for our celebration and provided us extra cutleries also for the cake. I really appreciate Prakash for his kind attitude towards us.
Food taste is good . I don't know why everyone has telling so well on the food taste. Quantity was ok ok. Service is good and the ambience is good. The good part is it will open till 1 AM. I went at 12 AM and all the dishes were available. At that time they didn't have AC on.
This is a great place, if you are not in a hurry. Their pumpkin soup was out of this world! Loved the garlic naan, lotus stem kadhi, and the spread in the south Indian thhali. The ambience is very pleasant. Will definitely visit again to try their other dishes.

I loved it! The environment, service and definitely the food; everything about this place is amazing. If you're a dosa lover just like me, then you should definitely try their garlic butter dosa and it was delicious. Can't believe I didn't know about this place before. Its a veg sheek, rich in taste & has a good coating of cripy layers.
For the main dish,North Indian Thali would be a good option,served with veg biriyani,paneer butter masala, sabja, Gobi 65, papad, one Gulab Jamun and momos. It’s a very filling lunch and tasted so good. vegetable biryani Has a good taste.
Also tried their Paneer Taka Tak with butter Naan. It was very soft and , Panner was good innovative dish, it has more Paneer with capsicum and onion more it’s like a Kadai Paneer but with a different masala.

I won't say it was the best but it was decent enough.

Vb Signature is an absolute must try if you enjoy delicious vegetarian food. I absolutely loved the Pumpkin Soup, Ghee roast Paneer satay, Veg keema Tacos for Starters. Main course I tried their signature dish Idiappam Sodi which was served in a very unique way, a must try. Dessert Nitrogen Basundi was served in style by the chef. I had a wonderful dining experience. Star giving 5/5.
