We came to faruuzi chromepet with our group for our friend's birthday...we order many dishes.Foods was awesome and the hospitality was excellent,one of the order taker who polite and he served us food,we ask him for a dishes that could sufficient for us if their is something he can do with it, he immediately understood what i am asking for and suggested us bbq platter which was mouth melting and succulent.I really loved the hospitality more then the delicious dishes thank you dude will visit again soon 😊😊😊

Another classmate from school in town, and along with a couple of other classmates, we were catching up for dinner. In fact, I was meeting him after 25 years, and needless to say, was quite excited. He was staying near Chrompet and wanted me to find some place in the vicinity. The first place that came to my mind was Faruuzi. There aren’t too many options around that I haven’t tried – A2B, Shri Balajee Bhavan for vegetarian, Buhari, Star Biryani, Faruuzi for non-vegetarian. I chose Faruuzi amongst all these as I haven’t been there yet.

Starting with the ambience, it doesn't gives you a new theme or trending setup. It was like every other normal hotel, kinda clean and neat.

Food - I have tried Arabian cuisine rice with chicken which made me to try out Arabian restaurant in Chennai.
Starters - Paneer Multani was freaking exotic, mouth watering dish that I ever had in veggie.
Grill taste was good and had no issues with it.

Quantity of rice could have been much better than what they have served for the price we are paying.

The food here looks fantastic, right out of a masterchef kitchen. The taste is as good as the looks. Soups were okay. Starters are amazing. There is so much variety to order from. Black pepper chicken is a must try. Grills and Tandoor are good. Mutton ribs is a new try and its delicious. Choupsey was bang on. Biriyani was a big no for me. Fried rice and Naan were good. Royal Falooda is so amazing, you have to try if you are a dessert lover. Sizzling brownie had a pineapple under, super cool idea and it melts in your mouth. I would have given 5 star but the one and only negative i have is the dishes are too pricey and the quantity is a little less for a person like me with a good appetite. A must visit restaurant if you are a multi cuisine food lover.

As you can see their sizzler brownie is to die for.
It doesn't only look good but tastes juat as amazing!!!
We also had their tawa fish and usually I'm not a big fan of fishes but this one was too good.
We also ordered 5 in one barbeque platter and honey chilli potato.
It was all a good feast of tastes.

I’m not sure about main course at this place, but to say about starters, they are the best. Especially dragon chicken are so yummy and mouth watering!! . The brach at kovilampakkam is also good nice place with good ambience and service✌️
This place is a relief for people staying in Chengalpet area. For the first time I was satisfied with the restaurant experience in Chennai. Located in the main road, it had warm appeal. The staff were well mannered. I went for team lunch and got to taste a varied range of food both veg and non vegetarian. I specially liked the grilled chicken, nice tender full of subtle spices grilled to perfection. It is served with pita bread. Prawn starters were amazing and prawns were of good quality. Hot and sour soup was soothing. Infact even veg dishes like crispy corn, daal tadka are worth mentioning.
Only thing is the Tomyum soup which is not the normal tomyum but has a flavour of rasam which I did not like. Rest all items were good.
Special mention- sizzling brownie with ice cream is a must have.
This is one of my favorite restaurants for a long time but it's been a while since I last visited this place, especially their barbique grill chicken items are excellent, well marinated and nice tender grill chicken served and I just love their shawarma roll
Faruuzi Restaurant! Very few restaurants on my list that I frequently dine with friends and Family. Good hospitality, atmosphere and the restaurant staffs are very good and always with a greeting face. About the food, 99% of the dish, we tried are awesome. Our favorite dishes are is Tom Yum Soup, followed by a Moroccan Chicken (Grill) & Banjara Kabab and end with their special Sizzling Brownie with Ice Cream. We feel at home while dining @ Faruuzi!
The place although not being big, still managed to accommodate a big crowd because of the way it is structured. It has multiple floors each with its own styling. The service was good although we had to repeat a few things for them to serve it to us. The starters were good but not great. Most of them were too deep fried and ended up becoming hard. The price is nominal and the taste was good. A place worth checking out.
Faruuzi does deserve a 4 star rating any day. The Grills and Barbeque is awesome here. With Arabian, Indian, Chinese & Tandoor cuisine on offer the menu is packed with full of options and you can't ask for more. Seating and service is good.
Had been here for dinner along with my family. The food was really good and was worth the money we paid. Mr. Biju, who was serving us, was very pleasing and always served us with a big smile on his face which was nice to see. We'll definitely come back and we hope the quality remains the same.

I use to visit Faruuzi very often, one of finest place to have our dinning in Chrompet, the reason why i am putting an review now is recently when i went there i met a attender who has done a fabulous job, his name is "Bijju" i think, in fact he is not attender he is a boy who came to keep the plates & pour the waters, but the way he interacted with the customers with his smiling face its very appreciable one, i wish the management can see this review and give him some appreciation. thanks

Been there several times. Good ambience and hospitality. Planner tikka and shawarma are my favourite dish here. Only drawback is less parking space for cars. Anyway, A good place to dine in Chromepet.
In love with the special barbecue chicken served here. Whenever will visit Chennai will definitely try again. Chinese is also good. Tried mix fried rice 🍛 and chilli chicken and govhi manchurian.
It was a great experience in furuuzi the ambience was good the food was amazing mainly the fish was to the next level plating was so beautiful done parotta and chicken curry was to good the chicken gravy cooked in coconut oil it was awesome. The BBQ was to good.

Went to this place in Chrompet as we were craving for biryani on a Sunday afternoon. We had heard about this restaurant and got to say that it didn't fail to live upto expectations. We had both chicken biryani and fish biryani and both were equally good. Would recommend it to others also who want to taste delicious biryani.

Shawarma was just awesome as usual but I felt little flavour missing in BBQ chicken, still it was soo good. But the negative point is hammus, it's terrible not the real taste.

One of the best restaurant within Tambaram to Pallavram stretch and the only best restaurant serving best Chicken Tikka. The 1st time I walked into this restaurant was in 2014 or 2015 and that was the 1st time I had tasted Chicken Tikka and I fell in love with that taste and especially the green chatnee. The chicken is perfectly cooked, since then Tikka has always been on my list no matter what I order, the best part is the taste of Chicken has never changed, I have never had any complains or returned any food to Faruzzi. If anyone wants to visit this restaurant please try Chicken Tikka with the green chatnee.

Place is good and comfortable with ample seats ideal for family/friends and get-together.
We ordered Kozi Rubiyan, Chicken Dum Biryani, Chicken Malai tikka and Tawa Squid Fry.
Food was delicious and quantity wise more than sufficient for 2 ppl.
Price is bit expensive but quality was as per the price.

I had prawn biryani, ghee rice, chicken Rogan Josh, and sizzling browny.
Food:
* It took some time to receive all the ordered items but it was worth it.
* Prawn biryani looked and tasted like freshly made. Prawn was cooked very well and tasted good.
One of the best prawn biryani I have tasted. The amount of rice was stomach-filling for one.
Rate : ₹350
* Ghee rice was very well cooked and amount of ghee was ample. Taste was good as well.
Rate: ₹150
* Chicken Rogan Josh tasted the same as butter chicken but it was my first time so I don't know if it has similar ingredients.
Rate: ₹330
* Sizzling Brownie with ice cream was very nice. The presentation was very great. Brownie was big but it was given with one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Hot chocolate was poured on it and extra was kept in the table if we needed some.

* Water bottle was charged with ₹25.
Ambience:
* It had many free tables and they are maintained very clean.
* Washroom could have been better because tap wasn't working good. It was clean but some taps and soap dispensers wasn't working.
* Air blowers to dry your hands was working very good.
Parking:
* Restaurant is situated at main road you have to park your vehicle at the side of service roads.
* The space was very low though. It could have been improved with dedicated parking space.
* Parking cars wouldn't be problem but have to be parked at side of road.
I was looking for pepper chicken soup which is my favourite. Initially after entering this hotel, I was upset that the soup was not listed in the menu. Then Waiter Mr. Bir Bahadur asked me what exactly I wanted. I told my preference. Though that soup was not listed, Mr Bir put extra efforts and convinced the chef to get me a wonderful pepper chicken soup exactly the way I wanted. Thanks
