We ordered Mutton biryani which was good, chill chicken which was indifferently good, and grill chicken which was not up to the mark - but mayonnaise was good.

Sea shell has different varieties of food under one roff. Their signature dish is Kerala parota which never fails to amaze us with the taste. Schezwan fried rice was superb....taste really good..it was of more quantity. Gobi Manchurian was my favorite ..taste really nice. It goes well with the rice. I have become a fan of this Garlic mayonnaise...out of the world. 💛

Order a chicken Biryani for 150. Nice taste for a reasonable price. Meat is juicy and rice taste is good. Pls try to increase the masala a little bit in biryani.

The restaurant is good and neat . I have already try in Anna Nagar brach (Sea shell).. This is in Egmore. The food is good and they are different types of briyani.. soo good and tasty 😋 The rate is normal only. They are providing the good is also nice. And they are serving the food also good.. We try the butterfly prawn 🍤 it’s also nice and more saucy..
I was order in zomato mutton run..food taste was amazing and quantity was less compare to other restaurant...food packing found not sealed..

Bought two Kerala Parathoa Shawarma for take-away, Taste and Quantity has gone down in recent years. Shawarma was small like parathoa was cut into two to make two Shawarma. Earlier it used to contain lots of myanoise but now a days it's just oily, your fingers would drip in oil after eating.

We ordered and had soups, Pepper BBQ chicken, tandoori chicken, Shawarma, fish finger. And in main-course biryani and Jeera Rice, had some parota also finally desserts, special falooda and scoop of ice creams.
Food Quality and Taste is Good. Service and Ambiance is also good.
This hotel has mouthwatery dishes .a very polite staffs n in a very high location u can have bar b q aand sharwarmaa s at its best #prawn briyani and egg curry has d perfect comvination here

Satisfactory. Both the service and food is good. Mutton briyani is always nice. Do try the sliced garlic fish which is mouth watering. Another nice dish is mutton raan not many people know abt it. Atleast 3 or 2 people can share a mutton raan. Desserts and juice are total rip off not worth it. All the juices cost around rs120 and more which is served in a small glass compared to the price.
This is the first tym I do visiting sea shell........we ordered crab soup but we expected for clear one....but he gave us creamy one...3.5/5

Then our all time favorite is IFFA DIJAJ ,,sounds weird right ,,it's an Arabian word dijaj is nothing but chicken served with hummus and garlic dip ,,frist time when I hogged it looked literally like fish ,, thin sliced marinated well with the masalas,,even the texture seems like the fish,,but it's actually chicken loved every bit of it ,,, lip smacking and finger licking with the dips and with some french fries and khubooz !!One of the best Arabian dish I had!! Do try guys I m sure you can't get enough of it!!
Then the egg briyani they bought was bit bland intially then we requested to add some flavours,,,but latter they tossed with the masalas was good indeed!!

A decent place. Loved the Grilled Chicken it was very yummy and spicy. Kerala paratta was really nice. The Chicken hyderabadi was nice and tasty. Overall a nice decent place.
Being a regular customer to seashell for past 3 to 4 years they are still maintaining their standards. Serves best Arabian starters parotta will be fluffy and sometimes crispy tastes best with chicken sagoti mostly tried all main courses which tastes good. In evening you can try shawarma they serve both mutton and chicken shawarma it will be stuffed with chopped pieces of meat loaded mayo and little fries. Royal falooda comes with two flavours of ice cream which will be the best of all falooda’s. All time favorite restaurant.
Went there for quick lunch to meet my long lost friend, we ordered for mutton rogangosh and butter naan.
Mutton rogangosh was amazing with juicy mutton and spicy. But only 5 pieces of mutton. Price 350/-
Butter naan was soft and tasty.
My friend suggested we have mini falooda which was amazing and tasted good aswell.
Price was on the higher side for mutton
Looking forward to go there and try our other dishes.
You guys should try this dish Mutton Raan Briyani in here. It is lil costlier but worth the money also it would fill 3 people so you could go for it.
One of our “go to” places with the family. Love the food. Although due to the quantity we sometimes feel like there is less value for money. But we would still not stop going here coz my entire family enjoys the food.

Koji is an arabian biryani , from the rice to the gravy and to the meat everything will be different from what you had all these days. It was more than what we expected, it wasnt too spicy or sweet. It had the basic quality of a biryani with its own unique taste. This must be something you should try at an arabian restaurant to give a new treat of biryani to your taste buds. The quantity was sufficient for one.

A famous joint recommended by a local friend. Visited a few times, and every time the experience was amazing. The interior is welcoming with friendly staff and quick service makes this place more often visitable. The quality of food is above par and quantity is satisfying. The grilled fish is a must try and the pepper tandoori was great. Didn't get to try other fish items but did try the crabs. It was a bit too oily and not the best dish I tasted. Overall a fantastic experience and a definite recommendation to all foodies.. Great job and thanks.. 👍

Best place to try Grill chicken. Quality will be soO good that you will forget paying a little more for the dishes. Quantity will also be ok. At times you will get offers on Briyani during the afternoon session (before 3:30pm). Shewarma will be mouthwatering (especially the roll with Kerala parotta). Best time to dine here is during Ramzan. You will get Haleem during Ramzan which will fully be enriched with mutton chops. Ramzan combo will make you feel wow!!!

Visited this place as a group of 20 for a get-together.
They have very good number of non and veg starters to choose from.
We ordered Fish finger, Red dragon chicken, Chicken Lollypop, Chicken pepper fry, Afghani Chicken, Panner Tikka, Crispy fried potato for starters.
Fish finger and cripsy potato were really good while the others were asusual.
The mains were Breads, Prawn biryani, Chicken malabar biryani, Egg dum biryani with Mushroom Chilli, Panner manchurian, Butter chicken and Fish manchurian. All the biryanis and Butter chicken were exquisite. Ended the feast with Brownie with Icecream and Royal Falooda.
Overall a very good place to check out for a delicious Non-veg meal.

The shawarma here is borderline legendary, and as well as top-quality shawarmas you can also get a range of freshly grilled meats stuffed into a sarnie to take away. We also love the Samak Mabatha.
Sea shell is for shawarmas , but something which out of the box is the PINEAPPLE CHICKEN salad , I really love that , and the grill is really yummy , price wise it’s moderate and good service
The first thing that strikes me when I think of this place is grills and shawarmas. The shawarmas ain’t spicy at all here. But you will be overloaded with mayo.
Pepper bbq chicken is so flavourful.
The parathas over here are soooo soft . Must a try.

We went for a lunch. We ordered Mutton pepper soup, Kerala paratha, Kushka biryani, Chicken pepper fry and sizzling brownie.
Mutton Pepper Soup - it was nice with pepper flavour in it and had bits of mutton pieces too : 3.5/5
Kerala Paratha - Super flaky layered paratha(I would call it parota) I am not sure how it was named in the menu : 4/5
Kushka biryani - Since I am not a fan of those chicken pieces in biryani I mostly opt for Kushka/plain biryani. This Kushka was perfectly flavoured but I felt it could hav been even more spicier : 3/5
Chicken pepper fry - This dish was the main highlight of all the dishes which we had on that day without comparing the dessert. The quantity was more than expected. Shredded chicken pieces perfectly fried in all masala and spices : 4.5/5
Sizzling Brownie - Is there a requirement to give a review about brownie? Sizzling brownie was too good. It took some 15 mins for it to get ready and on the table we had quiet brownie with all those nuts topped and came the hot chocolate which was poured on the brownie. I know any person who reads the dish name as sizzling brownie would know that it would be made in this fashion. I am sorry to explain the procedure because I can't over come the Sizzling brownie experience : 5/5
Though the prices are quite costlier for that kind of restaurant I would suggest for the taste and experience you can visit this restaurant.
The food is nice and a good size portion. They are all tasty(but some may find too salty), good to go with other so that you can share more food. Average cost of 300 to 400 per head would be very filling already. Ordered Prawn Manchurian dry, bbq chicken, crispy clauliflower, egg paratha, chicken curry and tender coconut milkshake.
I had a good experience in this restaurant from the starters till desert. It was soo good.
Hygienic and calm. I have to say this, the chicken drumsticks (drums of heaven) was sooo really good and I'll try that again if I visit. It just has my whole rating and every other dishes were also good, the naan's and the mutton rogn Josh was amazing. It was palatable and went along with naan.
Finally the desert I had was Arabian falooda which I have never tasted it any better in other restaurants. It was an euphoric and congenial. Overall it was an amazing dinner with family.
If had a visit then please try drums of heaven.

Last sunday we were here for an early dinner.. They made place for our 15 ppl on the first floor especially..
Service was quick and prompt with a friendly and kind person to take our order.. The order was taken well and served in a average time.. The time to refill water was the only drawback we had..
A point to note that the dishes were replaced stylofoam ones..
Tandoori Chicken : Ordered Couple of tandoori chicken.. The taste of the tandoori chicken was good and the well cooked with perfect marination.. But the issue was that the meat was quite less and more bones..
Garlic Shawarma Platter : Garlic mayo topped with juicy chicken shavings.. The meat was really good and the mayo too was just perfect... Couple of kuboos to have with the shawarma.. Must try..
Veg Noodles Soup : The item that was supposed to come first came last due to a mishap.. This order was noted as a veg noodles.... However a decent one..
American Chopsuey : Fried noodles topped with gravy and above it a fried egg.. The Gravy would have been better served separately.. Decent in taste.. The meat to generous in quantity..
Chicken Noodles : Generous in the veggies, meat and egg.. Well made with perfectly boiled noodles.. Decent in quantity.. Worth a try..
Prawn Schezwan noodles : Load of egg but less on the prawn comparatively but however understandable.. Good in taste with perfect spiciness...
Chicken schezwan Rice : A really good fried rice.. Had generous amount of chicken.. And the taste and spiciness were also perfect..
Naans : Ordered Garlic naan, Butter naan and wheat parotta, All the items were really good.. Worth a try..
Gravies : Ordered Butter Chicken and Irani Chicken.. After a long time i must i had a great garvy.. The consistency and taste was really good.. With meat in generous amounts.. The irani with a subtle taste however won..
Total bill of 4600rs for 15 ppl i must it was worth it.. Good service and less waiting time.. Decent ambiance along with some good food.. Completely Recommended..

Dinner at Sea shell - Greams Road Chennai . Awesome ambience, service, cleanliness and taste.
For fine dining you can occupy 1st floor as it is good for family gathering and business meeting. They charge a nominal amount for that . Fir quick bite occupy seats in the ground floor room.
We had to visit Shankar netralaya for some work and there few of the locals as well as the tourist suggested to try dinner in Sea shell.
Food is *HALAL
Along with the Kitchen menu of our Hotel there was also a leaflet menu of Sea shell and then we confirmed it mind to visit this place.
It’s located on a very renowned road and easy to locate.
Hotel is very much similar and the interior gives you a idea like you are in gulf restaurants. The ambiance of the hotel is perfect. There are two floor seating arrangements. 1st floor is having a good interior decoration and is very perfect for family dining. Ground floor is very much perfect for quick bite. Service at ground floor is much faster.
We had ordered tandoori chicken , grilled chicken, khaboos, shwarma ,hummus shwarma , Pawan 65 , chicken biryani, mutton biryani. The taste was awesome, price is also normal.
Their shawarma was really perfect with proper mayo and lots of hummus.
Regarding price we thought may be it will be over rated but the menu was very much reasonable.
We spent a good time .

The BBQ was good and we enjoyed it most. It was hot and juicy and cooked just right for us. However the biriyani was not great compared to what we had with the chicken. And apart from that we had a nice experience with a ok service from the staff. The food is reasonable if you chose the combo packs, which I learned later
