Overcrowded, long wait for breakfast table. Housekeeping had to be reminded to clean the room. First day I by mistake switched on the do not disturb sign, next day the room wasn't some when I returned at 5 pm. Average service, reasonable rooms.
The ambience was really good and the food tasted exceptional. My only issue was that the place was understaffed, while they were polite, the food arrived a bit late.
If you're willing to kick back and have a relaxing high-tea, this is the place to visit!
It is on the left side of the main entrance of the Residency hotel. It is a compact restaurant with few tables and I recommend you to book prior, if you are planning to visit.
The hotel had valet parking and we entered the Right place. The ambience was pleasant with dull lights. Service was amicable
Nice Hotel to stay at T Nagar. All the shopping nearby. Very good Hospitality.

Last time going to with my family Good ambience, quite for a meeting. Food left a lot to be desired, too much salt and the raita was sour. Maybe other cusines taste better, also chicken recipes awesome.

Located ideally on the busy intersection of G N Chetty road and Dr Nair rd, The Residency offer the locals and visitors to Chennai, an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city with multiple restaurants on premises. I visited the right place for lunch with some of my school mates of 86 batch.

Good place to stay. Even with low staff they are providing great hospitality. Food is great. Overall experience was good. Staff was polite and friendly.
Food was so delicious with reasonable special Italian food one of my favourite price pont and interior design is so stunning 😋😋 inside view was fabulous and very clean overall good experience...love it
Kozli varutha curry dry was awesome. Right amount of spices and flavour. Their Bisebella bath too was awesome. Would recommend both the dishes.
