We went here when my husband's friends visited us and they wanted to watch match and also wanted to have good food. This place was a random pick. My husband and I have been to 2.0 of same brand in velachery for 2019 new year bash. I would recommend this outlet than the other. Ambience was good and food was decent. Music was little loud but that's ok, there were people dancing on the dance floor, so can't complain. Over all a good place.
A beautiful place to have food and drinks. We went there on Friday night. It was lively with IPL match going on big screen. Interior were beautifully decorated with Chennai super kings flags all over and the crowd kept going along with the match. The service was pretty quick and dj played some good track. I would love to visit again

This is one of the best pub in Chennai.Don't judge the book by it's cover goes with Evoke.The building looks strange from outside but once you get in to the pub the ambience feels ecstatic. The food is really good especially non veg starters .I would highly recommend evoke .

Very tasty food. Good service. Food quantity is also quite decent. Good ambience as well. Had salt and pepper chicken and spicey potato and corn kernels with few pints. Had Zomato Gold. It was a bliss.
We went there on a Friday night . The place had a decent crowd and we ordered food as soon we entered. The food took a while to be prepared and until then we had fun looking around the place. We had pizzas, pastas and few drinks. The food was priced reasonably. With half an hour the DJs started playing music and the entire place was filled with people dancing in every corner. We loved the DJs choice of music and sure had a hell of fun there.
For those who came alone may not have so much fun. But since we were a group of 4 we enjoyed well and this place will always be on our list when we want a fun night.
Pretty casual lounge with reduced prices at specified times. Check on this prior to going. The selections are good and the atmosphere is cozy. You can go havr a good time. There is a DJ on Friday's I believe. I would recommend this if you've never visited

Been to this place couple of times. This is one good place to have a drink and maybe sway to the tunes a bit on Fridays and Saturdays when the floor gets lively. They have a few combos which are great VFM, and some great food too. The music is loud,but not annoying and the place literally lights up after probably 9. Located ideally in Thoraipakkam, they are easy to locate and is easily accessible. Can't wait to visit them the next time, what with they being a Zomato Gold drinks partner.

They have a really cool ambience in this Thoraipakkam neighbourhood. In this locality this is the only decent “in budget” bar. Food was also good.
If you’re around this neighbourhood it’s a must visit.

By far one of the best bars in town. Though majority of the drink weren't available but I had a blast there. The beer was chilled the veg pasta (sauce - creamy cheese ) was a bliss for my taste buds and even the classic veg pizza was also good. The shots I tried were unique. Overall good experience.

It was Friday night we went to celebrate friends birthday party. We ordered a cocktail,Sex on the Beach,Ready to Die, Cheese balls, Potato wedges, Mushroom chilli and so many things all are really so good. We assumed it might not have that kick being priced so low but that wasn’t the case. It was amazing.
From their beer menu, we ordered some beer which would have taken a while to be brewed so they offered us another beer at the same lower price of the beer that we initially ordered. This was something which we liked as no other place does the same.

I had been visited here couple of times.. the place was very great and ambience is really good. I love the theme in here. Its dark but nice place to relax with your friends. At my last visit i tasted a mocktail named SEABREEZE ..it was absolutely delicious.. Mr.Prakash the bartender who made the drink for me was a nice guy.. he handled me in a proper way ...i think he's one of the best person in this bar. The other guys aren't bad ..they were busy.. . He make my day.

Evoke - the nearest watering hole from my workplace! Ended up going there on a Thursday evening. Decrepit building, wish that they fix it up soon.
With the ongoing FIFA season, they had quite a few offers running! Ordered an imported beer bucket, a LIIT pitcher and a few bullfrogs. Service was super quick. Only crib was that the alcohol seemed a bit too light - in both the iced tea & the bullfrogs.
Went with potato wedges, paneer tikka, chicken satay, a half tandoori chicken for the sides. No complaints on the food, all were very well done & tasted yum!
Had also ordered a veg & non veg pizza. However, the order got a bit goofed up. Ended up with only the veg pizza, and a few complimentary vodka shots, to make up for the non veg pizza which got missed out in the kitchen. Absolutely fine with this arrangement! ;)
Bill worked out to approx 7.5K, incl of the taxes, which seemed reasonable for 5 persons. Music was loud & set the tone for the evening, with the DJ dishing out a mix of old & uber new hits! The space in front of the DJ pod was the makeshift dance floor, with quite a few patrons showing off their dance moves!!!
Overall, a good place in that side of the city, with a wide selection of F&B options.

I went to Evoke for the first time with my friend, I like there bar at first sight, it was classic.
We were sitting in the far end of the Bar which is ideal for corporate and who would like to talk for a while as the sound was fair and move to dance floor. I still remember the guy who took the order, asked him "what is special?" and he replied me back "everything is special".
I ordered a Bull Frog and I loved it to the core. Following ordered Chicken & Bacon, Chicken Dimsum, Chicken Quesadilla, Mushroom Celentro Toast in Butter,Prawn Fry. I liked them all and my favourite was Chicken & Bacon it was wrapped one and once it is in mouth the chicken melts away asking for more and the Chicken Dimsum with an awesome sauce.
I ended with a Alcohol dessert White russian , It starts with cream to alcohol ending with cream which took me to a happy mood.
The food , drinks and ambience is value for money.

Evoke Bistro is a resto-bar located in the heart of the IT corridor on Rajiv Gandhi IT Expressway, also known as Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR). The entrance is a round wooden cellar door and the theme is elaborately done up with lots of wooden bits and dim lighting.
Seating is a straight line to separate from dance floor with high wooden stools on one side while there are comfy sofa seating for all type of group requirement on the other end. The bar counter is lit with color changing lighting below the counter while the Bartenders take the spotlight with their tricks.
All the staff were very professional and everyone raves about the food! So if you are planning a prefect evening, don't look any further! Speak to Ashok, he was always fast to reply and I just can't thank them enough for making our evening so special!
Chicken Dimsum
The momos were served with a slightly spicy dip on the side. It was nice to have preserved the traditional way. The momos had a thin covering with just the right amount of filling inside and the sauce completed the dish.
Chicken Quesadilla
A quesadilla is a heated tortilla with melted cheese inside. But in addition to cheese, the Naked Chicken Chips added a nice seasoned flavor and meatiness to the quesadilla. They didn’t tend to dry out faster, given the thinness of the chips compared, they added to crunchy till the last bite.
Mushroom Celentro Toast in Butter
A detailed oriented, professional, and responsive taste mixed in the perfect blend of the spiced juices of Mushroom and butter. The Mushrooms were cooked scrumptiously soft and melted in the mouth with a surge of exotic spice to fill each taste bud.
Prawn Fry
Served with Salsa (sauce with the fry) was the highlight to the ever crispy prawn till the last piece. Prawn has its tail shell making convenient to hold.
Chicken & Bacon
The bacon became the highlight to top-up with the most concurred Honey Mustard Sauce.
The meat inside is thick and perfectly toasted and wrapped around the chicken. The positive to it is there seem to be too much meat to bite and the main taste is the thick sauce. By far this was 1 of the best dishes and a must try.
White Russian
Pure Coffee and cream based cocktail was subtle with the spirits. The first thought of the drink was the thick cream and coffee followed by the sour alcohol & ice chip. But the drink got over soon with the proper caffeine rush and hypnotized by the mellow.

Service - 10/10. I really hope they can maintain this level of service and not allow their standards to drop.
Overall - Evoke’s great chef serves the food with a smile and is always willing to go that extra mile to make it Special for its guest!! The experience was very enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others.

Bartender is an amazing guy. If you get along with him well, he might provide you free shots too (which of course will be very diluted) :D
I am giving 4 Star only beacause the day i visited , Music was somehow very good #Punjabiii .But , yeah it will be great if you have more space for dance. Alcohol ok as it is same everywhere and i dont drink much. Yeah , coming up to food, french fries were good , rest everything not so good.

Awesome ambience. The theme is good. The place doesn’t attract a lot of crowd even on Friday evenings. They had a big screen. Service was good. Price was a bit expensive compared to similar places. They accept 2+2 on zomato gold and they are flexible with the drinks we choose.

The place is actually kinda cool to hang out with friends with vivid verity of drinks to choose from and also the place had some great food to offer going by the menu and also tasting it myself but the place would receive a five star if they would improve the quality of music considering the fact that it was kinda loud, very loud to be honest and frankly speaking the collection of the music they had was ok but the place can be much more better if they improve on the musical side.
Couldn't have been in a better place in the entire Chennai city to watch Chennai IPL match yesterday!!! The place was just massively electrifying!! One the best sports bars I have been to inactivity very very long time!!

I went with my friends here, some of who don't drink as well. It was an amazing experience for all of us. There are variety of options, alcoholic and non alcoholic, and the food tastes great too.
Pro tip: Ask for Zomato gold on non alcoholic beverages, it is available.
Some days there might not be everything available from the menu. But the service is very friendly helpful.
This place is an awesomely lit place. With a wonderful crowd and awesome music. The ideal time to visit is after 8:00 PM
