Great maintenance and a good news is the seats are changed, Now the seats are more cushioned and comfortable š. Well maintained and clean. One suggestion is reduce the cost of foods that are sold(Anyway it will be not considered! Thought to say). Great screen with good sound and ambiance.

It has a big screen and the Audio System is good. Definitely you could enjoy big star movies here. But I'm not comfortable with the seats. Even though it looks fine, sitting for a long time is worse. But other PVR cinema seats are good.
For the people who are looking for quality cinema Sathyam is the 1st choice in Chennai. Till the parking cost is just 10 rs. Staffs & other services are good. Biggest advantage is Thousand Lights Metro Station is at Walkable distance. And yess their Popcornš
Very nice movie theatre . Cleanliness very well maintained and good entertainment spot. Bathrooms are very clean. I watched hi naana movie here. The sound and the sound effects were very amazing. Centralised AC is there all over the theatre. It almost looks like a modern theatre. But what I observed

One of the best theatres in Chennai - the quality of the Sathyam main screen is very good - parking charges are affordable- the only issue is pop corn and food price - but canāt do much on that front !

It's one of the best theater in chennai. Parking fee is very reasonable jut 20 Rs for car. Screens are very good and sound is also nice. I have gone quite a few times. I love the place.

Iām really love to watching movies here. Itās just Rs.10 for parking and they giving option to select seats by our self in the direct ticket booking area. Itās really impressed compare to other theatres, screening, seating, atmosphere, smell, restroom ,foods. Every thing is really good maintenance.

Seat comfort is not so great compared to PVR and eatables are too costly are the cons here.
