This place is a blessing to North Indians who are living in Chennai. Recently I tried Triple Schezwan fried rice which was delicious 😋 it's a combo of Manchurian, noodles and fried rice on a sizzler platter. Highly recommended!

If you wanna buy sweets this is the best place in town.. I got a sample of their dharwad peda it's fresh no doubt as this is a famous sweet of Karnataka.. didn't expect the same taste here.. We also tried their chaats it's really great but their system to pay the bills first and dine kinda sucks as if you are hungry to try out something else you gotta pay once again leaving your plates... Wouldn't recommend vada pav as it's not that great Apart from that the quality and quality of food is really good... Like every one says the price of sweets is kinda high... Parking space needs to be improved

Shree Mithai had been here for quite a while. It still tastes the same which is a big plus. They were known for their rasmalai during the initial days while they were in Chetpet only which is still true. I still remember the time when we ordere in bulk for our college party back in 90s. I have tried this shop in Anna nagar a few times never disappointed. I visited during mid day when its not crowded, found parking easily, not sure about nights or weekends. First floor is the sweets and savoury shop and the second floor is the chat Shop, they had ample space/seats. It was clean and the staff working there were doing their job without being promoted. We ordered chocolate sundae, Raj kachori, bhel poori and mango milkshake. Raj kachori does not have any filling by default, its added while making it. To my surprise I saw only green moong curd and other garnishing added, but was missing channa which i was expecting. Since it had loads of thick dahi/curd i liked it. Again this is customized differently by chat vendors. Bhel poori was good, nothing to complain. The hot fudge sundae was also made to order and was well made. The portion was more than what I expected. My son always orders mango lassi wherever he goes, so we tried here too but to everyones disappointment it was already bottled and kept in iced water, we thought we would return it, but looks like there is no return, he did not like it, but he was carrying it till the end of th day and trashed it. I would surely visit shree mittai again when I visit Anna nagar

A very good restaurant chain for various Indian cuisines, especially Marwari, Marathi and North Indian items. On the first floor, fresh made samosa, kachori, khaman dholka etc are popular and gets over very quickly.

Limited and selective 4-wheeler parking , valet parking subjected to availability. 2-wheeler parking is manageable. Very busy and cramped road on almost all times located on a prime area. Good traffic management by Shree mithai management. The snacks, few sweets, North Indian cuisine etc are the best here. Top class hygiene and cleanliness. Well trained staff and courteous most of the times. The chat items and all North Indian cuisines are most preferred here and most people of the locality’s most sought out snacking spot. Especially the Anna Nagar branch. The packaging of the items can be improved, but overall good quality and consistency of food overall and good experience most of the times. Note: It would usually be crowded on every evening and very crowded on weekends and evenings. Plan accordingly for your visit or takeaway.

Shree Mithai's - an authentic place that serves best quality food true to its name and legacy over these many years. Situated in 4th Avenue of Anna nagar with ample parking space, this place operates in a 2 storey building with the entire ground floor for parking, first floor is for pastries, sweets and savouries, and the second floor being the food court which serves lip smacking chats, North Indian delicacies, Chinese dishes and South Indian tiffins also. The menu is quite good with lot of options. The taste is really good and quality of the food is also great. A point to note is it is a good court type which has self service. There are no waiters to take your order and serve them. But there'll be some employees to assist you with simple needs like water and cutlery. One important thing to note is that they don't serve any tandoori dishes, Indian breads like naan, roti, gravies and curries between 3 to 6. During this time you'll get other items like chaats, chole bature, Chinese dishes and sandwiches, pizzas etc. We have ordered Rajma chawal, Vada pav, garlic naan, amritsari paneer tikka, palak paneer etc. Everything tasted really well and worth the money. Go try these out soon!

Food was finger licking. We tried North Indian and Chinese combos. It was very good. Value for money. If you're a vegetarian and looking for a good restaurant to eat in Anna nagar you can stop her. Spread is good. Quantity is adequate. They have stilt parking and valet parking available. The first floor is full of sweets and savouries. You can enjoy all kinds of sweets unless you are diabetic and have a calorie concern. They have fresh ghee, cow's milk and buffalo milk, butter and paneer. Dine in is on the second floor.

Most food items are worth the price. The tomato soup was not upto mark but redt of the items are awesome. Easily accessible and deserves a try for their North Indian dishes. Negatives Parking is difficult and full in peak hours. Valet parking is not available to park vehicles other than their parking. Self Service is both + and -.

Absolutely yummy food and tempting varieties of sweets, bakery items and savouries. Well maintained and I like how the food is served on biodegradable plates. Service was prompt, however, one thing that I strikingly noticed was a LACK OF SMILE on the faces of workers.

The food is good and it's all self service with token system. The total ambience is changed. Now they have more chairs than sofas to accommodate more people. Valet parking is available. Restrooms are on the ground floor.
