Nice place. The cream of mushroom soup here was really good! And on another occasion, I had the pink sauce pasta which was also really well done. I was told the fish was also great! They used to offer small shot glasses of fruit juice.
Small space, can seat up to 20 people. Groups with more than 5 people may find it difficult to get combined seating. Waiting time isn't much, and the overall vibe is really pleasant.

The place is a perfect spot for friends to hangout and a lovely place for some private time with your loved ones. They have a very good ambience and loved their inner as well as outer seating arrangements.
Let me discuss on few dishes that I have tasted:
1. Paneer with Mediterranean Salad, Cut of Paneer Tossed in lettuce, cucumber, tomato, olives, crouton & chickpeas with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
2. Oishi Teriyaki Glazed Chicken, Grilled honey soya chicken slices on the bed of Japanese rice.
3. Grilled chicken with vinaigrette salad, Cut of grilled chicken Tossed in cucumber, radish, olives, crunchy pieces of bread crumps with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
4. 9 inch grilled chicken with base Supreme Pesto and topped with broccoli, onions & zucchini.
5. Chicken drumsticks BBQ sauce served with potato wedges & grilled veggies.
6. Lamp chop with herb Balsamic reduction served with mashed potato & grilled veggies.
7. Baked moussaka with eggplant, zucchini & Mushroom.
The staffs were very friendly and service time can be fastened as all the dishes were served on the same time instead they can serve the dishes one by one.
Over all I am so happy that I get to eat the above dishes and I would recommend all to try it out.
Apparently a good spot for Continental cuisine. We liked Cream of Pumpkin, Baked Cheese balls with Spinach and Creamy mushroom with Grilled Chicken. REALLY A GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY...

Ambience is good.. service was also good..one of the best quiet place to hang out. Dishes are bit costly but it's worth for it's every penny. If you were about to spend time to think about something, to discuss about something with the food aside, it's the right place for it.

1. Minced Lamb on Open Taco (3/5):
The lamb topping on the open taco was pretty nice. But the taco shells were underwhelming. It was more like they had put together the plate from the bits and pieces that was left.
2. Korean BBQ Chicken Wings (5/5):
Loved this started. The chicken wings were juicy and delicious.
3. Thai Green Curry with Rice and Fish (3/5):
I love having Thai curry with Rice. The fish portion in the curry was really good. The curry as such could’ve been better. The rice portion was ample.
4. Baked Chicken Enchiladas with Cheese served with Garlic bread(5/5):
The Enchiladas were great. Chicken was in abundance and the meal was super juicy and fresh.

A cute friendly little place. Love the hanging chess piece interiors. Decent food. Yum mocktails- the are fresh and delicious without any added sugar or preservatives.

After searching for places to go for lunch, we finally landed at The Good Spot. The name justifies the place; I had an amazing experience here.
It is a small restaurant but additionally has outdoor seating and the ambience is just great.
They provided us with complimentary fresh pressed juice shots as starters that are specially made in the restaurant.
We got for ourselves,

- Fried Wonton with Sweet Thai Chili sauce
- Chicken Spagetti with Alfredo Sauce
- Spiced up Paneer Quesadillas
- Grilled Chicken Pizza
The pasta and pizza was a make-it-yourself menu so that you can have the choice of getting to chose your favourite combination.
Usually not a huge fan of Mexican food but the Quesadillas here really made me want to eat more of it.
Wasn't a huge fan of the fried wonton, felt like there was no flavour to it as such.
The soup was a huge win, I absolutely loved the richness and creamy soup.
The staff were very hospitable and friendly.
Overall, a quite good experience!

Amazing taste. But yeah, the quantity was disappointing at best. Chose their buffet option. Pepperish Lamb Soup was out of the world. Had Korean BBQ Wings and Chicken Cheese balls for starters. Don't remember the names of other dishes we had, a main course (fish) was amazing too. The sauce just stayed on for a long time. Signed off with a fried ice cream. But the quantity of all the dishes except the soup was very less.
The staff and the food were amazing. Very courteous.one of them even noticed that our vegetarian friend wasn't eating and got her food to arrive faster.

I ordered veg pesto pasta and tangy tomato. I really liked both of them although I felt that the pesto sauce and the tomato sauce could’ve been more in quantity. The flavors can also be improved.
For starters, I tried the spinach and cheese baked balls. I was very impressed by this dish and it came with a cup of pesto sauce as dip which was amazing.
Besides the food, the staff here is really helpful and hostile. I'd ordered pasta via zomato. The zomato valet took the order but didn't deliver saying the order was canceled. One of the staff member however was very kind and reciprocated immediately to me and coordinated to get my money back. I reordered from here, and the pasta was really very good! Also I appreciate the efforts taken by the staff member!
The good spot can be a great regular hangout space with beautiful ambience, alluring surroundings and very good service. The food was promptly served and the servers were extremely attentive. I loved the way we could customise each pasta and pizza to suit our palate. Awesome pasta that I'm definitely making a staple if I'm around Adyar, the pizza was decent and could do with some flavour. My only regret is that the dessert column doesn't have much variety but it can be overlooked considering the many drinks they have on the menu.

Located in the quiet lanes of Adyar, this place is a must visit if you want to have good food at reasonable prices... The place has some 4 tables in the inside and 2-3 tables in the balcony... Service is quick and staff is courteous...
Ordered Grilled Chicken Pizza in Pesto Sauce, Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Enchiladas... The food was really nice... Can't say which one was the best... The only drawback was the way they serve Oregano and chilly flakes... They serve it in a bowl with spoon which is very inconvenient... Coming to the food, the pizza was nice... It had a slight flavor of Pesto which complemented the chicken nicely... Nicely done... Chicken Sandwich was more of a club sandwich... The chicken stuffing was really nice... The enchilada was also nice... The only thing they can do is to reduce the quantity of sauce in enchilada... Otherwise it was nice... Must mention the mocktails which were served... They are all natural which you can know immediately once it hits your taste buds...

Nice place for desserts. Loved the glazed pineapple dessert. Went here to try their desserts but the main course surprised us too. Ambience is quite lovely but seating area can be improved.

Amazing and moodlifting ambience. Best quality food. We had honey chilly chicken wings paneer baked quesidillas thin crust pizza with mushrooms and onion topping. Chicken wings are my favourite since am a pure non veg😎and the other two dishes were ordered because I had my vegetarian friend and we had to share it😂 So overall good place for food lovers. Total bill around 600 since I used my gold offer😎

It's just good food, cozy and nice environment & a very good dining experience. I had a very tiring day at work and walked in here for some good food and I came out with a happy mood.. the music was wonderful, good selection of songs... and the best is that kutti shots of mocktail samples we get before choosing the food!

The Grilled Chicken Pizza - It was a thin crust pizza which tasted crisp and cheesy. The chicken was juicy and rich in flavour. Must try.
Caribbean Delight - Before trying out this, they gave us a sample of all their TGS signatures. To be honest, for me, this was the only flavour which impressed me. So, I got one of these and I do not regret it. Never knew that the plain extract of pineapple (I guess) would taste really good.
Adam's Apple - It's a mix of apple and pineapple with a pinch of gin and it legit had a cocktail touch to it! :')
Popsicle - It was a sheer disappointment as the red wyne (pomegranate) flavour wasn't really appealing. Maybe, you could try out the other flavours? I don't recommend to do it , though.
Ambience - It's a really cute ambience with perfect lighting. Loved those hanging chess pieces. They have got outdoor seating too and it was beautiful!
Staff - Very courteous and friendly. Trust me, they can make you smile wide!
Vfm - I found the drinks to be quite expensive. I do understand that they are natural and healthy but I still found them to be on the high end.

The interior is spacious, neat and most importantly calm! There's props for people who would love to click pictures. They also have seating arranged outside the restuarant, it would be great to dine there in the monsoon season.
Service is good. However, had to call the staffs often for cutlery as he kept taking them away with every serve.
Food - The stars of the dine were Cream of Pumpkin Soup, Chicken Strips with Glazed honey, Mushroom Grilled Chicken and their signature Filter Coffee.
The veggies on the main course was way too hard to cut them or to chew. Not sure, how the veggies retain their color and still be that hard to be edible.
Chicken Satay wasn't cooked enough to retain the flavour. Grilled Masala Prawns were again hard to chew and not really like the grilled ones.
Banoffee was the biggest let down for me, I wish the coffee taste was intact. I couldn't sense the Coffee aroma or the flavour till the last bite 🤔
Would I visit again, Yes! For their Chicken Strips and Grilled Mushroom.

Been here for an evening... the outlet is little tricky to find it’s located on first floor... ground floor has some other eateries among them one is MOM if am not wrong🤔two /four wheeler parking won’t be an issue!! This joint has an outdoor seating also but you Might need some strong mosquitoe repellent..😜so better choose indoor seating😎 good ambience and some decent collections of BGM... coming to food we ordered panner roasties , fried ice cream and Alfredo penne pasta.. all were top notch... we unlocked Zomato gold smoothly with the bearer... so paid only for two orders... sufficient quantity...

Went here with a friend. We ordered the Gochujang and Arabiatta pasta with the fritto mistro. The servers were polite and considerate. They offered a sample of the sauce because we hadn't tried Korean food before.
We loved the Gochujang with the toppings. The portions are large and good enough for two people. The pasta was decent, much like in any other place. It didn't really stand out. We ended up packing what we couldn't finish. Would love to come again.
Cool place with casual cafe style ambience. Food tastes good and service is quick. Best part is their ambience. They have indoor as well as outdoor(balcony) seating. Loved it. Not much crowded as it is located in a calm residential area. Tasted their Thai veg curry, chicken drumstick and veg momo. Everythg looked fresh and tasted great. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was given juice samples for tasting. Pomogranate juice tasted the best followed by Pineapple.

The place has decent food, but the desserts are fabulous, food is sometimes rather bland or dry, but otherwise the desserts got that 5 stars for the place. Hopefully your experience is different. Obviously like all the other reviews for That Madras Place, the Theobroma is heavenly 5/5. Also low lighting isn't ambience, but definitely one of the awesome places Chennai has to offer.
The place is easy to locate and there is ample parking space available on the street..!! We got our group the corner seating and was good to get the sofas as we were with kids.!! Since we were early, this was possible, else the place quickly gets filled up..
Couple of let downs was that the washroom was not functioning and so was the story with the Air conditioner..!!

Decent place to hang out at. We ordered a lot of food, and food tasted really good. We had drunken noodles, beef Bolognese, red sauce pasta, chicken carbonara, blt, Korean chicken, mushroom risotto and fish and chips. Everything tasted good. Desserts weren't impressive, could be skipped. Service was good, in spite of the place being busy, they made sure to keep cleaning out the used plates, and replace with new ones!
