Great variety usually associated with all Grand Sweets outlet. Murukku, thattai, chips. In addition savouries like samosa, chips. Sweets like kaju katli. Always well stocked! My favourite outlet as there's possibility to park your car easily compared to the Mylapore Madha Street outlet. Fast service

Amazing Tambram style Tamil nadu lunch with the best filter coffee I have ever tasted. Turns out to be cheaper than HSB. 10/10 would return again!
Best quality products are available at this shop. Enjoy the sweets and snacks of traditional quality.
Best time to visit is after 11 am, when fresh and hot items arrive.

All pastes n home made items are available including papads n Pickles. A bit pricy but worth having those instant paste mix to cook food easily.
A place where you get traditional and new varieties of sweets and savories. Neat and clean place. Car parking available. Chat shop is also there. Take away available. High quality with traditional touch is the benchmark of this outlet. Always tempted to step in whenever you cross the place.
The outlet has good bience and is neatly maintained. Products are of the best quality and taste, being so maintained for decades. Prompt and courteous service by staff at the counter. The overall experience is excellent.
The yesteryear experience is missing.
The chennai folks exhibit Zero Tolerance on services front or so it seems.
Grand Sweets misses the yesteryear grandeur somehow...

Varieties are limited when compare with Adyar
Its a good place to buy sweets and savouries but expensive. I feel after its exoansion to multi branch chain of hotels the quality of theit traditiinal sweets and savouries lost focus and quality.
Their food menu and quality is also average.
Its fine to visit when there is a lack of option once in a
Wuth Grand Sweets you're never disappointed... In fact, their sweets are now better with lesser sugar! A great step forward....
They have a variety of sweeets and snacks more authentic to the south indian flavours.
They are very pricy compared to other similar places but yet they have a very good taste and quality maintenance.
Also being costly the crowd here is very limited and their service stands very good.
I hopped in tired at around closing time. The staff were welcoming even at that hour of counting their Cash Till (Kill?). Gave me good idlis and also rotis with enough chole for side-dish. I was deeply touched by their warm hospitality at the time of need - a core value essential for a restaurant.

Their choco fudge brown colored sweet is great, guess u wont get anywhere and its a must try. Car parking available here. Since its 8n grnd floor wheel chair can b used.
