The food was good and also it is extremely affordable.I recommend this place to everyone and will visit again for sure in the future

6.podi dosai

And 9.paneer 65
Pretty neat place, close to Vadapalani junction and near to Metro Station. As usual, Mysurpa is the evergreen highlight. Mixture, Muruku, Savories variety of Sweets on offer. Ready to eat mixes are a hit, Rasam and Thokkus.
Went for dinner and dint expect much since Krishna are more known for their sweets than dining. But we were pleasantly surprised by the ambience and the food. The rotis and veg kadai subji though not authentic North Indian were good .. Finally who would leave Krishna without tasting their sweets.. ?! So we ordered the ever popular Mysore pak and gulab jamun for desert which were both yummy..
One such favorite place with awesome south indian snacks. There were so many in the menu which was not available. Finally we ordered for a chola puri, panagam , sarbat , sweet Poli and a masala chai.
The poori tasted good, the Poli was feathery and sapid. Chai could have been better , the sarbat tasted awesome and I would recommend not to taste the panagam. Apart from the food , pleasant and clean interiors.
I am the fan of the badam milk, which is getting here. Fantastic lip-smacking, mouth-watering drink, well enjoyed the drink, and my favourite mysorpa, nice very good.
Need to improve in service and ambience....
After their closure and complete revamp, I am pleased to say that this branch is now FANTASTIC. College goers and highway travelers will be quite satisfied . The previously run of the mill boring tiffin joint is now a cute cafe. Don't look for thayir saadam and meals on the menu (not that I'm not a fan of both), as it's all sandwiches, snacks like kozhukattai, boli etc and North Indian khana now. We ordered a chilli cheese sandwich which was dirt cheap at 150 rs considering it came with homemade French fries, various dips (probably from a jar, but not bad) and a jar of good iced tea (not lipton, I'll bet) The sandwich wasn't like any Mumbai style chili cheese toast but was an honest to God sandwich with good quality melted cheddar and dollops of ghee. We also had Kadai vegetable curry and rotis and both really did justice, unlike what you might find in South Indian restaurants. In short, this place is my new obsession (best cafe on arcot road, CCD sorry u tried) and I can't wait to hang out here all the time.
Having done with a movie by Eve myself and my friend decided to have a evening snack . We decided to have a vegetarian bite which else place is better than Krishna sweets to have light chat. Shocked and surprised we were right from the start . We were greeted by the security at the entrance followed by the staff inside who guided us to the table . We got a star hotel treatment that too in a eat out . I thought the menu would burn a hole in our pocket because of all the restructuring and new cool furnishings they did but guess what we got a really affordable bill surprise no.2 . The interior looked stunning the highlight was the cute glass of water with a tulsi in it first I thought it was part of the decorations but no it was for drinking felt so fancy and classy touch . The food was delicious as ever it was we ordered adai aviyal , panniyaram and some north Indian chat .But the ambience was classy and a very new warm star hotel kinda treatment for the customers all this comes in a the same affordable price . Well done people . Congratulations Krishna sweets . You have given a middle class eat out a new definition .Keep up the good work :)

If you want to have awesome masala Poli and badam milk this is the place.. Never miss them..Their badam milk should have at least 50% by volume of tiny crunchy badam pieces that needs intervened bitings with every sip of it😘😘👌👼
Sri Krishna sweets, a famous group for fantastic sweets and snacks in and around Tamilnadu. They do even have international outlets.
Nowhere in Coimbatore I had seen them selling anything apart from sweets. I wanted to have some quick chat items and I was present right in front of Kamala Cinemas. Before I could take my phone to look into Zomato, I saw Sri Krishna sweets offering chat items.
Stepped in and found out they offer breakfast to dinner including chat items. That's amazing! What's even more better is that the prices are reasonable.
Ordered a Masala Puri and Pani Puri. Masala Puri being my favorite chat item, they delivered it real hot with the perfectly boiled channa and relatively neutral masala. Neither sweet or spicy! The Pani puri was worth the money. INR 45.
Together it was INR 105-115, though not sure. Service was lagging and it took time to deliver two items although the chat counter was empty. However, as a whole this place is a quick stop for breakfast-lunch-dinner at an affordable price.
Opposite to forum mall, opens during early hours. Have tried various dry snacks and sweets. All are of good quality. Must try kaju pakoda and badam milk.
As in the case of all their outlets, a perfect place to buy sweets. The chat/snacks in the evening are nice. The Paani Poori, Paav Bhjji and Kara Appam were nice. Good coffee too.
Perfect mysurpa made here.......
There have been a lot of new additions to this vintage enterprise like, cashew bites and cashew assortments.
Krishna sweets is known for their consistently delicious, fresh and tasty 'Mysurpa'.. You will definitely not regret after tasting the ghee oozing from Mysurpa.. They also have chaats and few other snacks.. I prefer thattai.. its both crispy and tasty here..
Definitely recommended..
Happy Eating :)
Their sweets are good. The packaging is very good. Not so much impressed with their savouries.
This place is a must visit if your traveling to Chennai and need to buy some Chennai delicacies back home.. This place has many types of pickle like ginger, tomoto, amla, coriander etc. You can buy those separately or as a set of 9 pickles for trying out all of them like I did... In sweets they have Mysore pakk, halwa, kaju kalti, badam katli, soan papdi etc.. You will take minimum 1 hour to go around the shop and find the things u want to buy and it's so difficult to choose.. This store is also available inside the Chennai airport but then given the price difference one should prefer to buy anywhere near Chennai.. Definetly Recommended!!
Restaurant was small but class
Even open late nights
Serves Hot food
Food was so good and tasty
Price is reasonable
Interiors was pleasant
It's been our go to place for sweets and been visting for generations, ever since Mysurpa came in a small box as a their key product. Amazing taste and flavor. Depends on where you're, the sweets can sustain for 2 weeks without refrigerating

Cool place for quick bites. Tasty food option from snacks to dessert. Must try Mysore pak
Very clean and hygiene shop. Sales executives are very friendly. One of the Sales Executive was explaining their entire product range and he didn't push me to buy anything which is not a case in other shops where they made us to buy something. I thought this shop is only for sweets especially Mysurpak but they have different varieties of pickles ,around nine varieties of Idly podi and they even have normal coffee powder and instant coffee too !!!
Good place to buy sweets. Went couple of times. They have all varieties. Though price is high, quality is good. There is table service also. Even though plenty of sweets available, our favourite sweet is the melting mysurpa. There is limited parking space around this place.
Of late Krishna sweets has become a little restaurant. Food is yummy. Friendly and welcoming staff . Priced rightly and not expensive.
This particular restaurant is in a good place where there is not a good one for a quick bite.
The sweets are good too but expensive !
One of the best places to get sweets and snacks. Their quality has been the same for years. The items are pricey. Their service is very fast and the billing gets done quickly. There's limited parking available in front of the store.
The best place for sweets and drinks that rose Mike was really awesome must try that
The staff is courteous and sweets section is very neat/well maintained. I bought the dates and nuts desert, it is very tasty. Also had a ghee masala dosa in the restaurant, which was good. The restaurant section table cleanliness needs improvement.
Good sweatmeats and condiments; south Indian taste.
Prices could be moderated, of late proving to make a hole in your pocket.
