Love Indian food? Spiceklub is the perfect place for delectable indian food with a twist. From taste to service to presentation I would give them a 5/5.
The moist soft paneer with garlic naan was the perfect combination.
The cheese pav bhaji left you licking your fingers.
The pani puri in test tubes were such a delight to taste the perfect amount of spice and tangyness remind you of mumbai street food.
The bubbling kulfi with its delicious toppings are the perfect way to end your day at spiceklub.
Been in Chennai for only 6 months, but visited this place more than 10 times. Be the appetisers or main course food or the desserts...every item is beyond perfect!!
Every time we have a guest from outstation, it’s a ritual for us to bring him/her to this restaurant.
Awesome gastronomic fusion. Will surely come back. Shout out to Kavin who served us and exceeded our expectations.
Loveeddd this place ! Super courteous staff who patiently explain us the dishes. Every person wjo worked there wore a mask for protection and used a sanitizer!
We had a Mango on rocks - which was amazing,
Pav Bajji Fondue - A take on the traditional Pav Bajji
Galouti Kebab which was great,
Peru mousse - A must try for Guava lovers
And Nitro bhel - Frozen Bhel puri which was good :)
Dont forget to try those chutneys!!
Superb food. Good ambience. Do visit for a satisfying meal! :D
Omg... no other words to describe the food which we had... Presentation and food both just awsome.. I would strongly recommend the poeple to try niteo bhel ... just dont miss it..
@ prakash whi was attending us was unbelievalble ... he had made us try so many live items that were just mouth watering.
The ambience is very good, excellent service and yummiest food ever. The quantity is reasonable and it gives the real molecular experience. A must try place.
The food was yum!! had the best veg food ever... the presentation was amazingly well...
Mr. Prakash was a lovely host...
Exceptional food. I have never enjoyed such amazing vegetarian food. Can't say enough about this place.. Presentation and service. Mr. Prakash and Mr. Stephen had hosted us v v well.. A unique experience everyone should have.
Very Heston Blumenthal-esque. Brilliant food & Fabulous service 🙌🏻 keep up the good work!
Liked the place though we unknowingly went mistaken as non veg. Pani Puri, papdi chat, vada pav are different from other outlets and must given a try. Skip main course as it doesn't make any difference. Cheese cake and mango rocks are good from desserts. Overall a very good place for veg lovers
One of the best restaurant in Chennai! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Creativity and innovation behind the dishes does the talking.
Hit the place for trying out their gastronomic dishes and skip the usual dishes to avoid burning your pocket. 😅
Must try:
Vada pav
Pani poori
Mango drink
Seemed little pricey before exploring the place but the restaurant came up with the 1/2 options, So we could almost taste all the dishes that we desired.
A great place. Nice ambience and excellent service.
We were here for dinner here a week back.
Must have
1. Vadapav:- small pieces of pav served along with edible plastic garlic chutney and vada is made into a mousse.
2. dahivada & dahi papdi:- the vada & curd are set and blast in your mouth with lot of flavours. Both almost same but dahi papdi is served alongside pundina chutney foam.
3. Nanza:- a decent dish nothing great. Kind of pizza over nan bread.
4. Pav bhaji fondue:- just a regular bhaji flavour fondue served with croutons.
5. Chocolate milkshake:- It's too good not to be missed.
6. Nutella cookie:- it's a Nutella mousse which is frozen in liquid nitrogen. Don't miss it.
Food taste is very good. Service by Stephen is excellent. He explains all the dishes slowly how to have them, how it's made etc..,
They could definitely improve romali papad it's too bland had a hard time finishing it and coconut dessert was not tasting as good as the other desserts.
It's on a pricier side, bill for 2 came to around 3k but it's worth it bcos of taste and presentation...
Overall rating:-
Food:- 5/5
Ambience:- 5/5
Q&Q:- 3.5/5
Price:- 3/5
Service:- 5/5
These starters were some of the best ones we have ever had. Each one dramatic and distinct. We were so full just from eating these.. didn’t even have room for main. Such an amazing restaurant. Great food and brilliant menu!
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience because of PRAKASH who explained every dish in detail and was very friendly and accommodative.
It was our grandmothers birthday celebration and she said she hasn’t enjoyed as much at any other place lately as she did at Spice Klub. So that was a great deal of happiness for us.
Thanks to PRAKASH & JAMES once again for the lovely dining experience. 🙏🏻😀
Staff was very quick and polite. Kevin did a great service.
Service by Mr James was amazing and food was spectacular
Being a non vegetarian really enjoyed this Veg food! Superb ambience and service. Ask for James when you go there he suggested all the signature dishes. We had mango on the rocks, vada pav, pav bhaji fondue, palak chat, Malai brocolli and the desserts were best. Bubbling kulfi and Nutella cookie. We will come back for sure
Delicious food, thankfully they have vegan options, and gluten free rotis. The mushroom masala kulcha with truffle oil is a must try. The orange snow was a let down, it's shaved ice, on a warm bowl... It didn't stand a chance. But their complementary chocolate paan at the end of the meal was the best thing we had. The paan mojito is also very good.
I wish the service was a bit better, they did seem understaffed too; Kavin, one of our waiters, was still polite and amiable.
The moment it was decided as Spice klub , I had my own doubts. But the I Definitelt took the Best leap of Faith. Food - worth the experience. Service - Beautiful , they explain each dish and the speciality of it. Ambience- Sweet. The Fondue, The Style the Plating absolutely Aww-Struck me !
And if I have to Talk about Best thing - It Got to be the Dessert and Mocktail. Dessert - bubbling Kulfi and Mocktail - Kokum Margerita ! Mocktail is Not what you drink , It is What you Eat!! Literally :)
Best for sure :)
And Do Not Forget to Ask for Steven - He makes your Food looks Beautiful :) The warmth in his words will make you smile all the time you eat the food :)
So I have been hearing a lot about this place and I have been a bit inactive on the platform for a while gathering my knowledge of taste in Chennai.
So now reaching out to this outlet is pretty easy as it is on the Nungambakkam main road with Ample parking space (which sometimes is a big issue in Chennai).
Coming back to the basics now, the place is a bit small as of what it appears it to be but still very well maintained and had a good ambiance to it.
But thr choice of utensils is worst as the design appears like there is dirt on it and the staff claims it is design and when I wiped it off black things came off like leftover while cleaning.
So food...very well presented but it raises the bar for the taste which it lacks.
Honestly I found it to be a but bland..and so did the guest with me.
Expected exceptional and were given Average.
The service is good but can be much more harmonious..seemed more of a compulsion.
So for a fine dine..it won’t be my go to choice.
Lets get to the main business then:
Service - 3/5
Ambiance- 4/5
Location - 4/5
Food - 3/5
Drinks - 4/5
Pocket friendly - 3/5
So it won’t be a preference but it can be tried once. Maybe your experience will be better.
So definitely for me a
THUMBS DOWN 👎🏼

Chef Steven has done a excellent work!!!
Please ask for kameshwaran. He was amazing. Very nicely explained all the items and have great suggestions. Along with a five star service we had amazing food too. Do patiently ask for the items and how it is to be eaten. You will have an out of the world experience in molecular gastronomy. Indian food at an at another level. Not just presentation but the food was great in taste. Kudos to the spice Klub team.
Food was really good,Kameswar guidance on men and volume was super👌The vessels are so innovative & gives a different feel to the food🍜 Highly recommended.......
Food is awesome, specially pav bhaji..
Service was just amazing. Do ask for James, he was excellent. Food is amazing. Every item has a twist to it. And it's just not the looks or presentation which get a five star, but the taste is dellictable too. A must try for a foodie. Do try their gandheri kabab and naanza. Plus for paani puri lovers, you get the best puris in town here. Trust me you have to have paani puris here. And do I have to talk about desert, it's at the epitome of your experience here. Do try the flower pot. And if you want to get reminded of your childhood just immerse yourself with mini ice golas. Far at the end I have to give credit to the chefs and the team here for their creativity. Kudos to you spice klub.
This place is literally heaven for foodies... It’s a whole new experience and I must say that every single dish is brilliantly crafted, especially mango on the rocks!!! I have never known this scientific overlay with comestible experience. Being a Maharashtrian, I never expected wadapav so tasty and in some other form. The staff is extremely courteous and Mr. Kameshwar was quite friendly and had a sound knowledge of gastronomy. Loved this place and would definitely recommend everyone and visit here again!!!
So we were just walking through the lane when I saw this restaurant. I thought it would be a normal one. But after having the food , I am totally wrong. The food is exceptionally good and Kameshwar as a food guide is very helpful and knowledgeable too. Whenever you are coming to chennai try the food here.
Great service and recommendationsby Mr Kameswaran made the dining more delicious. It was an enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend
Had these amazing dishes at spice klub which has a cozy atmosphere with polite staff.
I would definitely recommend it for Jain folks and vegetarians because this place is surely a treat for y'all with authentic Indian veg food with a unique presentation and flavors that make your mind go boom! The cute blocks of dark chocolate filled with paan don't need an introduction though it is complimentary it's one of the highlights.

Ratings : 4.8 ✨ (cost is slightly pricey and service is a bit slow because of the huge crowd mostly)
We loved the food and service. Must visit the place. Worth the money. Ask for Mr. Kamesh his service is good.
Every item that we ordered had a twist and every bit was tasty. The chutney spread was fantastic. We loved the waldarof salad, nanza and flower pot rasmalai.
Best service from mr. Kameshwar ..
Wild service by Kameshwar, great food & brilliant ways of delineating it. Expect the unexpected on every dish
Kameshwar very good service and very good in suggesting food
Excellent and delicious food with excellent staff helping us to choose and explain what the food is about... The waiter Kavin is super cool person and helped us a lot choosing the dish for two people sharing , helped us to pick right dish to enhance taste buds.. Love this place and I will visit this place again and again
Great service by mr. Kameshwaran. Good dishes with a twist. Good place to visit
Great service by Mr. Kameshwaran. He politely explained us about the dishes that were served and gave us very good suggestions to select from the menu. Pav bhaji fondue, dhahi vada and harazi panner were very innovative and had an unique taste.
Ask for Mr. Kameshwaran his suggestions and hospitality is fabulous .
Great service by Kameshwaran. Explained the dishes in detail despite being short on staff due to pongal holidays. Loved the food and the overall experience.
Prakash did an amazing job...so did kameshwar ...the food was unique and different ...........................................................
This probably was one of the best foods I had in a long time. 4.7 out of 5 is not an overstatement and I think this restaurant deserves the rating and probably more.
I went for a weekday lunch combo and it turned out to be a good decision. The combo basically consisted of a starter, 2 breads, one main course, one dal and one dessert (if you choose the one with dessert). Add to that Chaas to begin with and it was a wholesome meal.
Right from the Chaas to the Paan Mousse, every item was awesome. Overall a wonderful place serving quality food at a reasonable price. Definitely worth another visit.
Overall 5/5
Kamaeshwaran was kind enough to suggest mango dessert for my kid and the way he explained kid was happy and immediately said ok for the suggested desert. My kid also said Kamaeshwaran is my new friend here :) we enjoyed our lunch. Thank you spiceklub and team.
Kameshwaran was very good in explaining the concept of the food and suggesting the options .. Also ensure zero wastage.. We were 9 and had great time..
Finally got a chance to visit this place 🙌 and by no doubt had the best experience not just with food but also with amiable and pleasant service by Kameshwar .I personally went for The Pani Puri and it completely lives up to it's hype . Yes it's little expensive , but the taste and experience is totally worth it. The rest were all suggested by Kameshwar , which we decided to trust in and order accordingly -
The Palak chat is a must try with a whole new presentation style.
The Nanzas are beautifully baked and cheesy , giving the the naans a tempting twist.
The beetroot spheres are typical with a brilliant texture and filling .
The best and the final was the dessert showdown which we blindly agreed to try and wAs the best finishing touch to the whole experience. Was a Complete surprise . The SOAP CAKE is my personal recommendation . Am not revealing the pictures here , as you should be completely astounded when you try it. It's something very new in terms of presentation , taste and was my favourite dish of the day.
I recommend you to try the small portions for any dish , so that you taste as many dishes as possible as every single dish is unique in it's presentation and flavour.
A must try place , with beautiful ambience and affable service.
One of the best restaurant I had ever been in Chennai. The food quality is amazing and the way they present it is damn good. The ambience of the restaurant is up to the mark and crowded all time. The staffs and very friendly and especillay had to mention about our staff Kameshwaran. The choice of him was good and he made it customizable. Highly recommended restaurant in Chennai.
Great ambience and food. Great service by Mr. Rameshwar. Thank you.
Kameshwar sir ur suggestion was really good..
Superb service by Kameshwaran! Scrumptious food! Innovative recipes! Overall mind-blowing experience!
Unique variety of food. Very courteous staff. Starters like nitro bhel / pav bhaji fondue are a must try. Seasonal lassi and mango on the rock are a good desserts to choose from . Major drawback was main course being too spicy - made it borderline intolerable.
Kameswar took excellent care of me and my family!
I was greeted by Rohit, the owner. He helped me choose my appetizers and boy they were good. The whole staff was very attentive and dishes were very well served, clean and delicious. I tried the Papdi Chaat, Mushroom & Spinach Shashlik, Malai Broccoli and ordered a Gulabo (Beverage) although the beverage was too sweet for my taste.
100% recommended
Do come and make sure you make a reservation
Thanks Rohit and staff.
Amazing place to hang out with friends or family. Everything from service from thr friendly staff to the food they served was really good. They were very friendly even in suggesting us some good dishes to try out. At the end we even got a complimentary dessert from the restaurant. It was really amazing. Overall a very good experience and you should definitely try out this place.
Located on Nungambakkam high road opposite income tax office, adequate parking, vegetarian food, more of a molecular gastronomy, pricey. Their presentation is good, taste ok, certain food items like their rose water caviar are over rated, pav bhaji fondue is a waste according to me, quantity is fair, pricey. Vegetarian affair in a fusion form presented very well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐
Been here multiple times and it's a fav food destination for me and family.
Food always tastes consistent.
Feels like a chemistry lab in there. A lot of the food is served in lab like apparatus. Like pani for pani puri is served in syringes, different types of round flasks, lot of nitrogen based dishes, foam based starter etc.
A great experience overall.
We have been to this place twice now and it has been a fantastic experience. The quick, polite and patient service has impressed me and what is more impressive is, they are consistent in terms of maintaining food quality. The appetisers have new creative twists and the taste is absolutely great. We tried Pav Bhaji fondu, Nanzza, palak chat , Pani Puri. None of them were a miss. Their main course is super delicious too. Recommend their cheese Naan and stuffed Masala kulcha and Bhindi kurkure. Desserts, their Mango dessert is by far the best. People preferring jain food have quite a lot of options. Special shout out to Stephen who made some great recommendations for us and was on his toes despite a packed restaurant. One heads up is it is a little pricey because of aesthetics and the creative twist to the menu. However, it is absolutely worth it in my view.
Restaurant offering North Indian cuisine dishes. The dishes are unique, one would more likely say that these are a fusion of innovative concepts. Would recommend to reserve your table in advance for a peaceful dining experience. The hospitality is amazing here and we went for a birthday celebration and the way the restaurant agreed to host it was really kind of them.
This place is a must try! Several food items are prepared with gastronomy and the taste it yields is too good to be missed. Every item we ordered tasted great and the way they are presented is very creative. This was a unique experience and we had a great time here
Favourites - nutella cookies, mango on the rocks, pav bhaji fondue, amritsari vadi (paneer and french fries gravy) and nanza ( prepared like pizza)
The way the nutella cookies are prepared is a delight to watch and eat

Try all the unique served dishes here. Order any food and you will be served the unexpected.
But sure you will enjoy..
The food is beyond amazing! Best place for vegetarian food with an extremely interesting and modernised food varieties. The menu is really unique and almost all of it is worth trying. The staff is very friendly and offers great service. The atmosphere is peaceful, they usually play good bollywood songs in background.
This place has a good ambience and the food is also great. It's costly but the food is worth it. They have many dishes that is served with liquid nitrogen so people with a curious mind on innovative food presentation can visit this place and it will not fail you. We had pav bhaji fondue which was really good. Also the hariyali paneer tikka was too good. But what I liked the most is the naanza which is an indianized version of pizza. Out of the world. Their butter roomali roti was heaven. People can have a quality time with family and friends here. The seats are less and no reservation options. So plan it accordingly.
Amazing food, service and ambiance. Staff were friendly and were patiently explaining the dishes. We had ordered Pav Bhaji Fondue, Nanja, Malai Paneer Masala and Mango on the rocks. They all tasted amazing.
One of the best places for vegetarian food. The taste, the presentation, the service everything is out of the world. Mr.Steven gave us the right suggestions and today's 'chef's special' was completely mind blowing. Thanks to everybody who served us and made our day a very memorable one !
Nice place to have different meal with one of a kind presentation. Was skeptical about cold bhel but surprised with flavours. Pot biriyani lacked a bit seasoning and our favourite was the fondant pav with high was cheesy and full of flavours. Everything at this place seems interestingly presented. We will be back again to try others on the menu
On the outside it is located in ground floor itself.. good parking space .. inside look small but ambience is very aesthetic...limited number of tables.. hence reservation is better... food part... they were all standard.. and tasted good.. the molecular gastronomy parts were astonishing.. can try once.. but quantity of food was less.. also price is little high..!
One of a kind vegetarian restaurant with good quality food, great ambience and amazing presentation. The portions they serve is low for the cost, but the way it is presented makes it worth. Bubbling kulfi is really worth a try. It comes in a bowl kept in liquid nitrogen, smoking all the way. It also includes some chocolate syrups and toppings to add on. The portion size of the starters seemed very low and they tried to present it as good as possible (check image). The ambience is really great, however the place is too small and gets crowded easily. Situated at the mainroad and has ample parking. A good vegetarian place to spend time with friends/family, and enjoy starters and aesthetically pleasing dessert.
