The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. I highly recommend it. Even on Weekdays, crowd was equally as good.
I was planning to visit this place from long time as it is the unit of Bombay Halwa House. So been there on Friday evening. This place is good and calm when compared to BHH. From soup to biriyani, everything was perfect but paneer tikka was worst I must say. It was like eating raw paneer. Coming to the mocktails, it's a must try. Their Pina colada is superb. Overall a good one for dinner with family.

The place is having a nice ambiance, capacity is also quiet good, seating in ground and first floor. I heard that they also have a roof top but we didn't really check that.
The place is owned by the same personas famous bombay halwa house which itself gives the opinion about the service and food taste.

Paneer butter masala - good in taste. That little sweetness makes it great.
Veg kohlapuri - best of all sabzis. not to be missed
Dal fry and dal machani - Served in a small bucket. asted nice.

pan ice cream - Was good but i felt that little bit of more pan to be added.
Orange juice, chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, chocolate milkshake - all good and the quanity served is good for all dishes.

The management and staff are super friendly and are really professional.
I had quite a few dishes
1) Peri Peri Paneer Tikka. My personal favourite. It was really tasty, fresh paneer pieces with a good flavour chutney.
2) Cream of Tomato: This is one of the best soups at this place. The soup was neither too sweet nor bland. Perfect amount of creaminess made the soup super tasty.
3) Mushroom Soup: It was spicy and flavourful with small pepper balls. Another hit.
4) Cauliflower Chilly dry: Perfectly cooked Chuck's of gobi with the right amount of spiciness and crunchiness.
5) Nargisi Paneer Kofta: Amazing paneer dish that we used as a side for Masala kulcha and Butter Naan. Stuffing was really good as well.
6) Masala Kulcha and Butter Kulcha: Both were extremely soft and tasty.
7) Butter Naan: Perfect.
8) Sizzling Brownie: Personal favourite always. Quite the large size of brownie with super creamy icecream. It was yummmmmy.
Overall: I enjoyed dining at this restaurant and I would love to visit it more frequently.

Been here a couple of days back and shamelessly ordered indian chinese food in a restaurant know for north indian cuisine. I must say the food was brilliant. The banjara tikka was absolutely filling and heavy but the manchow soup and the chopsuey were just perfect. Valet service so wasn't too much of a trouble. Good service.

As unit of Bonbay Halwa House had an expectation, but the food , service and hospitality exceeded the expectations. There was hardly any time to click pictures of food consumed, as everything was gobbled up instantly. Restaurant was crowded and running full even in a weekday, but there was no compromise on the service or the taste. Just keep going and maintain the level.

I don't wanted to order normal roti sabzi so I planned to order thaali for us it's quite reasonable and many varieties like soup, roti sabzi rice except starter everything was there we really enjoyed a lot and my daughter couldn't able to finish it...At 300 it's tummy full thaali...I loved it
When you want to take your mom who is a picky eater and wants only vegetarian, this is your go to place. We placed order for two Thalis. The naans were soft and yummy. The rotis were a bit dry, you will hardly notice it because the sabjis were way too yum.
After finishing our main course, we had an option to choose between gulab jamun or ice-cream. My mom opted for gulab jaumns. It took sometime for the same to arrive and we were becoming restless. Never did we know that we were in for a surprise. The jamuns were freshly prepared :') this made the perfect meal and the hot jamuns may my day.

With mesmerizing ambience and a very friendly service this place will make you visit for all of these features again and again. You may feel that they're overpriced, but trust me, every dish is worth it's price. We started with the manchow soup and it was served hot and sour. We had a mix of Peri Peri, Multhani and Banjara Tikka which was simply superb. We then had, roti along with veg Satrangi and the gravy stood out with it's taste. The SPL dum briyani was really special to me and the kashmiri pulao was made as to how it has to be made.Desserts always hold a special place in my heart and so was shahi Tukda and the falooda that was served here. The place is wonderful for get togethers for the family and friends with a pleasant rooftop ambience , perfect for family events and dinners. The matka paneer and chilli cheese naan being the signature dishes of the kitchen gives does justice to the North Indian cuisine. Frontier Kitchen perhaps has been one of the best finds for me in the recent times. Summoned to find a good Veg restaurant in T.Nagar, I bumped into this place on Zomato.
This restaurant is located on the South Boag Road in T.Nagar. The restaurant per se does not have a decent car park on its own but they do provide Valet parking services. The restaurant is not very big but is very well designed. The ambience is good and the tables are spaced very evenly. The staff were prompt and courteous.
We ordered Hot & Sour soup and Sheek Kebab for the starters. The taste was excellent albeit it was a bit high on the spicy side. For the main course we ordered Roti with Veg Jalfrezi, which was excellent. Apart from what we ordered, the restaurant has a lots of items on its menu and I am sure they would also be as good as the ones we ordered.
Overall an excellent restaurant. There is nothing extraordinary about this restaurant, but is of course an ideal place for a good family lunch/dinner. Definitely worth one more visit.

Visited during weekends, the lot of must try items. Ambience was good, food taste was great. Portion of Pulao was quite filling and can serve two easily. Paneer dishes are a must try and can say that it’s among the best in Chennai! Atlas South Boag Road gets a Pure Veg Option!
Location is good, just off South boag Road on Saravana st intersection and parking is available for around 10 cars. We reached there around 8pm and a group of 6. We had called in to confirm our table earlier and we were immediately allotted a table in ground floor. Had enquired about first floor and they mentioned we could move up and it was available. First floor was bigger place and place is very well ventilated.
We had ordered Manchow and Cream of tomato soup with Gobi and Panneer TIkka starters. Taste was good and service was fast. Roti platter had good variety and filling for group of 6 and Kaju Panneer and Kofta was pretty good too. We had specifically requested for low spicy dish and it has served that way.
Overall full marks for Ambience, food & service too. Good place to go for North Indian in T.Nagar which does not burn hole in pocket as well!.

I visited this place for my birthday party. I have been to all the Bombay food chains in Chennai, this one is the best. Literally the food was Soo good. Especially the jeera rice. The main course were also tasty in terms of quality as well as quantity but I loved jeera rice because of it's cashew flavor. Overall it's an amazing with amazing food and amazing staff.

My friends and I had come to this place a week back and loved every bit of it. We ordered a chaas bottle which had the perfect quantity of butter and chaat masala.
We then went for a starter recommended by the staff which was a Multani paneer tikka which was extremely soft when cut, followed by Gobi Manchurian.
The Gobi was perfectly crispy with the right amount of sauce on it.
For the main course, we opted for Cashew pulao, mushroom masala, garlic butter naan and aloo paratha.
We found the cashew pulao a little sweet but it went well with the mushroom masala, which surprisingly turned out to be pretty good. The garlic butter naan was soft and the paratha was perfectly filled and not too over the top.
We ended out dinner with a sweet lassi and asked the staff not to add the rose essence. Though I'm not a fan of sweet lassi, I found this amazing!
The staff is quite friendly and so is the owner. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had visited this place along with my friends. The ambience is amazing. The restaurant has 3 floors with a huge party hall. They have a roof top set up as well. The interiors are subtle and the place is well lit. The staff is very friendly and the service is fantastic. The food is delicious. We had manchow and tomato soup. Both were nice. Their paneer tikka is one of the best that I've had since a very long time. The main course is also good. We had butter naan, roti, mixed veg subji and paneer butter masala. The desserts were mouth watering. Gajar ka halwa is a must try. We also had gulab jamun. It serves Jain food as well. Overall i had a fantastic experience.

We were invited to a private Grand Opening of ‘Frontier Kitchen’ by one of my Hubby’s friend. It’s a pure vegetarian restaurant. It’s a unit of Bombay Halwa House so no points for guessing as to how the food would have been! It’s bang opposite Naturals lounge(on South Boag Road, T Nagar) very easy to locate. Beautifully done up interiors and pretty spacious. They have 3 storeys. They have private space for kitty parties and family get-togethers and a banquet hall for birthday parties as well.
Coming to the food we tried The Manchow n The Cream of Tomato Soup, Chilli Paneer and Crispy Baby corn, Masala Papad and Khichiya for starters.They served French fries, Pizza and Smileys. The kids loved it. All the dishes were lip smacking. The flavours were distinct. Was too full with the Starters hence didn’t try their main course. Went for a family gathering. Being a week day the restaurant was almost empty. We had a good time. The menu was very exhausting and the preparations were tasty. It was combined with courteous service and hospitality. Strongly recommended if u are a pure vegan and intend having a good time in company of friends n relatives, amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Only drawback is that the restaurant is located on an one way street but it has ample parking space.
Fantastic ambience, great food and excellent service will make it an unforgettable experience here! Though there's no specific theme to the interiors, the pleasant lighting and colourful furniture makes the ambience fantastic. The multi cuisine menu does not disappoint! Particularly, the Cheese Garlic Naan is a must try! The folks here are friendly and helpful! Valet parking is an additional plus point!
Had been to the place last Sunday with my family.
Ordered 3 lunch buffet and few ala-carte dishes. At first, I thought it was pricy but once the food started arriving, I found out why it was of that value. The starters, chats were excellent and the main course sabzis were a spread and by the time we hit the dessert we were totally full and probably ate more than worth the money. I'd recommend this place to people who like quality North Indian food.
Also, customer service was excellent and even repeat orders for unlimited starters were met with good nature.
