I love this outlet especially because the staff here are aided but with special stars and qualities. They are so polite and calm and can take your order easily and make it so quick to you!

Best service. Took minimum amount of time for serving the food. Highly recommended rather than the usual one. Wednesday offers are mentioned the rush hours.

I ordered zinger box...i received it in a neatly packed and medium hot...taste is awesome...i really enjoyed each and every bite...however my delivery got delayed due to rain...taste is exceptional...fully recommended to others..

I just have a complaint that they charged rs 35 for delivering which is more compared to other food chain restaurants who deliver for free itself !
So I just want to consider this point.
I never thought such a concept would be implemented in India, but, I applaud and praise KFC for employing people who are differently abled. My experience was a welcomed surprise. The service was good and prompt and I loved the ambience of the restaurant. I hope this concept is further implemented in other Chennai outlets.
The Smokey Grilled Chicken was simply FINGER LICKING GOOD. I am simply enjoying every moment of my life with KFC - Cause It's Finger Licking Good!!!

Regular visitor here. Ordered their Wednesday special pack that costs 699/- We got 10 pieces, a couple of French fries, a couple of Cocacola and a Chicken popcorn.
The quantity was sufficient for 4 people and it was a steal deal. Plus the staff here are differently abled so they communicate only in sign language and are very polite. Kudos to the management.

Providing employment to deaf and dumb people is a very good thing. Despite their disability they were very good in their service. The service was also very quick than most of the other outlets in Chennai. Great initiative KFC ๐๐!!

This bucket name is mingles bucket... Actually it's quit good... The usual taste of KFC chicken's.. The bucket was worth for money... The price comes around 250ruppes approximately... The staff working here are polite and friendly..๐ if u are a big foodie u'll eat this 1ยฝ buckets to make ur stomach full... Those who are just foodie can have 1bucket to full fill their stomach... And a 5in1 combo is there... It's also worth for money... It will also come around 250rupees... It as one chicken burger which is big that makes you satisfy... And one round slice of potato fries... And one small piece of chocolateโ cake.. 2pieces of fried Chickens and one regular Pepsi to make you feel blessed in hungry time... And the smoky chicken is totally feels like our India style one... You can see deaf and dumb people employed in this particular outlet. Despite their disability they take the orders correctly including extra seasoning, mayo e.t.c., Cheers to KFC for this. :)

Who hates kfc ? Every one I know are in love . Most of the Wednesday I used to have here . Santhome kfc is very easy to access . My favourite menu is a longer , with 2 pec of fearry grilled , 1 med popcorn and any drink . Rice bowl with popcorn also a very good meal . The only problem I face with kfc is , its sort of expensive. All the dips are great .
The people are nice and friendly staffs they explain everything clearly nice to meet u guys and unexpectedly we got invited to visit there kitchen the guy name is prabakaran who explain everything it's fabulous and so sweet thank u Mr. Prabakaran all the best thank u

delivery on time but had to wait for another ten minutes second delivery of drink. food overall was awesome.

Great location as usual tasty chicken. Biriyani taste not that great. KFC is always best for Fried Chicken and grilled also taste well. Good treat for chicken lovers. One can enjoy with family and friends seating area is quite big can accommodate 50 people at least.
Very spacious one in the city, ofcourse easily accessible from every access. Also the amount of crowd coming is very decent. Food quality remains same as everywhere Nd only thing. I would say the management has to improvise TAT. Though i can see so many staffs in the counter. Last time i was made to order in the KIOSK. But still the waiting period was high. Should change this process timing. And as a customer i had an impression already to rethink visiting the outlet again..
But still no blame game, everything was good at the outlet. Just my personal experience i would say

It is good to see them get opportunities to work and interact with their customers.
Food as usual and yummy.
I placed order 1 hour earlier so that my waiting time would be less but something else happened. Those guys placed the order slip somewhere else and after 25 mins of waiting time they passed my order to kitchen then again 15-20 mins for the order to prepare and then 1 more twist in my order. I ordered 8 pc hot and crispy but that guy packed 8 pc chicken strips (luckily I elasked him to check the order by opening it there itself then they changed it ). I think they literally trying to loot /cheat customers.
It's KFC, so obviously taste and quality are maintained to the highest of standards. Very nice place located on the main road, has varied seating options and has good parking spaces. And as an added bonus, most of the staff are differently-abled persons, interactions with them is always very nice as they are very willing to listen and always have a smile. Great place for a great meal.
I personally like this place because it is special. The people who work there are special. Thank you management for your good service

KFC was good
Very conveniently placed on the Santhome main road. Staff are quick to serve and the bonus is you are a walk away from the beach. Clean and tidy.
Funny part is water bottles are sold at an MRP of 50 with a different branding from aquafina. Not blaming the outlet but what a way to see the same bottle for 30 INR extra.
This is by far the best KFC I've ever been to. It is spacious, clean and its location is such that it cannot be missed while driving. Unlike other KFC's, this one has all the items on the menu. The staff is professional and very humble. This branch also employs people with disabilities which I find is a great initiative.
Another great positive of this KFC is that they provide parking for cars and bikes. So you dont have to worry about finding an empty spot.
Try out this KFC and you'll see why I've given it 5 โญ.
Even during such times of crisis, this KFC is adhering to all the norms.

Counter was not accepting orders and guided us to kiosk and only 2 kiosk was working so many people went back without ordering as queue was long.
Just a usual KFC. The wait time is pretty high, most of the staffs doesn't know how to order via the app, if we try to get help in ordering they just say they don't know.
Need some better management.
The crispy chicken pieces were small, even the brest piece was so small in size and was not up to the mark.
This is a special KFC. By special, it means that the restaurant is being served by people with special abilities .Yes, you read it right. It's a nice thing to see KFC coming up with such ideas. Ordering foods will be much easier, which makes this outlet really special.
