I enjoyed the stay at Turyaa chennai. I see happy staffs always at your service. Pleasant clean and fresh. The food was fresh and tasty. Options were plenty. Staffs are juniors seems to be trained to talk to the customers, asks about their preferences, very polite basically being courteous. When u see people enjoying their work that is serving you the customer. I am always delighted to be there, Reception team let this not taper down please awaiting to see you all again
It was my third stay and would love to come again to Turyaa. The location is very nice, close to many attractive spots. The lavish breakfast, excellent ambiance and good staffs are must to mention. Front office staffs are well trained, smooth check out process and outstanding guest service.
The Turyaa Chennai is the most modern luxurious hotel in Chennai, with nice decorations welcoming 2024. Turyaa Chennai provides great comfort to the guest. Visit very frequently here because of their the warm welcome and hospitality and a big kudos to the front desk. The staffs are very humble and ready for providing services. The reception makes my day by always providing assistance whenever required.
We are staying next to Turyaa Chennai...its at Heart of the City. Very clean and tidy place. Everyone one ftom kids to elders will love this place. Excellent food and very good customer service.

Buffet and la carte lunch were available.
Good spread of menu and ambience.
Courteous staff and service.
Only disappointing factor is that they levy a 5% service charge on the bill while as per my memory and understanding government has issued a ruling that no restaurant must charge this service fee.
Valet parking service is not available
Turyaa Chennai is the one of the best property in OMR. Great comfort rooms and Excellent roof top restaurant with lovely food. Shar restaurant has good menu with wide options of multi cuisine food. I enjoyed my stay very well at turyaa. I would recommend people to choose turyaa hotel and enjoy. Also I have tried spa gateaway couple massage. Oh it was wonderful session by trained massage therapist it adds on more comfort and luxury to this hotel. All over it's 10 /10 my review
I went there for a team lunch. They have a buffet option. The service was awesome. The ambiance was great. The menu contains a selected list of items but they are not complaining. They have multiple briyani verities to try. Vegetarian options are less but tasty.
I can't comment on the rooms as I didn't stay there. I visited the restaurant.

I took the buffet. It was expensive.
The variety was great. The taste was satisfying.
Did not stay in room but the roof restaurant has excellent views and the food was very good. In particular they knew how to make a specific non-chili so a Dutchy like me can actually taste all the other magnificent spices India has to offer.
I was looking for a good hotel near the beach. While googling I found out all hotels facing the beach are priced ones then moving a little distance towards the city we have this turya chennai. It's a 5 star hotel so no doubt services are at its best. The rooms were clean and decent. The staff was very polite and professional. located in the main road so access to the city is nice. The only sad part about the hotel is checkout is 2pm which is very late compared to the other hotels when they provide checkin at 12pm itself.
Came as part of a friend's engagement. The food is not so great. The briyani was good but the menu is comparatively below par for a hotel this size. No place to sit and eat other than the meeting hall. But a good hall size for 150 to 200 people.
The balcony is damn good but with the metro work it's quite dusty
Mess up by the valet team and became a chaos soon and took a while to get things sorted.
Booked the room via online travel site. Arrived was asked to be seated. Even though no other guests were in the reception, 10 mins later we were attended to. Another 15 mins of check-in formalities like ID proof , pictures taken like immigration biometric! Card key was handed over and was not even shown the room. Had to ask which way is the elevator !!
Food was delicious.
Instead of a double bed , was given 2 single beds arranged together.
Clean room / toilet / shower ..
Checking out process took 15 mins !!
I would try other hotels next time , just because of the service provided.
Staff was otherwise very polite. Just need to be more faster in attending guests and atleast show the way after handing over the key card.
I m sure this review also would get acknowledged by COO with the same copy paste content. This can also make guests booking decision as the management doesn't really care attitude. Atleast a single line typed as per reviews might be nice.
Today we had our team offsite event in Turya. I would strongly recommend this place if you wanted to do a team offsite event with in the city. We were approx 40 of us. They provided a very good conference room which was more than sufficient to run a event. Amazing food! We choose the menu and it was prepared very well. Everyone liked it. Both veg and non veg were too good. It was well coordinated by the sales team manager Aji Ravindran and rest of the staffs who supported us during the event were amazing aswell.
