Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Asvah. We took the celebration package which included a nicely decorated dining room for 2. Choice of 2 soups, starters, main course and desserts. It also included 2 glasses of champagne and cake. Big thanks to Mohan for handling everything so well. The place itself is beautifully placed overlooking the beach. Rooftop seating is great as well. Food was good, could me improved but nothing to complain about. All in all a wonderful evening spent at Asvah 24!
Ambience and food was great but the service on valentine's day was so poor, food was served very late and worst thing is , even to provide the bill they took 40mins.
Waiting 40mins for the bill is not at all acceptable.
They have arranged extra table for extra business but they missed to arrange necessary service to handle the extra crowd.
Waited for 25 min got the taple ,I am suggesting best place for candle light for couple, rooftop seaview nice,we are enjoyed our Valletines day as planned.

First things first, I was spellbound by the interiors and the picturesque ambience. It was really captivating. We tried tuna fillet and lamb moussaka. The fillet was punchy with the flavour but the consistency was a bit of let down.
The lamb moussaka I've had here is hands down one of the best dishes I've had in recent times. The texture was crisp and was sheer perfection.
We had one more beef based dish as well.
Overall it's an Ideal distress destination. However the prices were a bit high.
A must visit place for a candle night dinner . Feels refreshing by the sea side .Food style - Italian cuisine . Taste was very good and the staffs were very friendly. I wish all the very best to the entire team Asvah 24. Keep rocking . Thanks for Suggesting this amazing place TheFoodChauvinist

We visited the place on a Tuesday night. We were looking for a candlelight dinner for our date night.
First off, as other reviewers have mentioned the place doesn't have a name board nor any indication that it's a restaurant. This sparked curiosity in me. However my wife was spooked seeing the dark entrance. We went to the terrace seating. The have lots of tables as the place is huge. The tables in the downstairs won't be suitable to have food without AC.
The ambience was calm and superb with light music in the background. The food was tasty even though the quantity was less compared to the price. We went straight to antipasti. Ordered butter chicken escalopes (great!), baby pork ribs and chicken tortellini with mushroom sauce (delicious, but with a very thin slice of bread). Italian cuisine is known for cheese and bread and they offered just a single slice of bread.
The final verdict is it is a great place with wonderful ambience overlooking the sea and great food.
This was the best Rooftop restaurant had beautiful view and best ambience. Romantic place. Food ordered is delicious and made my day more beautiful.
I could recommend for loved once to be taken there..

We had a good time there even though we wanted the rooftop ambience , but as the climate was moody it was closed . The place is located next to Neelangarai beach , there is no name board announcing its location so you have to look for it. It was a Tuesday night and it was almost empty and the place felt a little spooky 😅 .

PUMPKIN SOUP , which we felt like pumpkin curry because of its thickness . Could be better
BUTTER CHICKEN ESCALOPES , was fried chicken breast with butter chicken sauce . Decent
GRILL CHICKEN BUBBLE , Stuffed Fried Chicken with mash potato and a sauce . Standout Dish . This was our main course and my wife loved it .
BEEF MEDALLION , Beef steak with mash potato and a sauce . 2nd Best dish . The thing about steak is that it should be cooked to perfection and they did justice to a large extend but i did feel a small piece being hard to swallow . The sauce and the mash went with the steak .
All in all GOOD experience but the menu seemed limited , it cost almost ₹2000 for 2 which these days is normal for a good ambience . Service was pleasant . On a non rainy day that rooftop facing beach with candlelight and good food would be a fantastic night .

A treasure in the city is what Asvah 24 is. A standalone property that gives you a 5star experience from beginning to end. With tastefully done interiors and eclectic furniture that has been sourced from Sri Lanka, Asvah gives you a very European feeling as you walk through their property. The Menu is French, Italian and some Mediterranean cuisine in composition. The deliciousness of the food is indescribable in words. Being an avid foodie I just could get enough of their salads and carefully prepared starters that leave you wanting for more. To add to this is the view from their rooftop....as you eat the ocean serenades you and the moon ( when full ) is all the light you need.
I have eaten in many restaurants over the years and never have I ever had the Lettuce Crunch when biting into it when having that salad. Being a Staunch Non-Vegetarian, this would be the only restaurant where I would venture out and indulge in Vegetarian food.
The staff are a pleasure to speak to. Very courteous and attentive. The Chef was kind enough to come speak to us at our table and tell us a little bit about the origin of the food and the preparation. Also like they say " never trust a skinny chef " the Chef at Asvah is as hearty as the cuisine he whips up for you.
All in all an experience that's unforgettable and one that I will keep coming back for. At Asvah the romance is permanent and present all year long. A hidden gem that I hope everyone Chennai gets the opportunity to discover.

My fiance and I chose this place for our date night and it was the perfect choice. The ambience was beautiful. The poolside view, the rooftop overlooking the beach and the candlelit tables all created a beautiful, warm and cozy atmosphere.
The food was good although being vegetarians, we found the options a little limited. The chocolate mousse was absolutely delicious. The staff were very helpful and courteous as well.
Also, being a bookworm, I just have to mention that I loved the library set up they have out there.
If you want a warm, pleasant and relaxing evening, you should definitely check this place out.
I went for weekday lunch with my friend as we wanted to try a beachside restaurants. It’s located just opp to a beach and this restaurant is a villa type with poolside, private and rooftop dining . Lovely ambience with tasty food .. but I m not satisfied with their pricing and quantity given for that price. Overall a great experience as we took their private dining ❤️ with great ambience , small library and beach just outside 😍

Sometimes you choose this kind of ambiance then you need to compromise little on food. But you need not do that here the food tasted really gooood. I was going through Zomato, looking for a restaurant with a good Ambience and found Asvah 24.
The pictures were appealing and I decided to check it out.
When i got to the location on the map, there wasn't any clear sign or board. The area is residential and as I walked through the gates I was wondering if was accidentally trespassing into someone's private villa. Thankfully I was at the right place. Phew!
Asvah was just as appealing as it seems in the pictures. Lovely place!
They have outdoor seating and well as private indoor seating. I was told by Raja, the manager that they have roof top dining from 7 pm and that I should check it out on a full moon night.
Coming to the food, the menu is limited. I skipped the soup and went straight to the appetizers. I had 3 antipasti - mushroom crostini, spinach fritter and butter chicken escalopes. They were just delicious.
I tried the tortellini for main course. No complains.
Reading the reviews I ordered the chocolate dessert, I didn't enjoy it much. It was too sweet, it could have been served with something to balance it.
They have a mocktail menu. You get the regular stuff. I had a Pina colada and Hawaiian blue, they are served in tall glasses.
The service was excellent. Prompt but not prying. Nallamuthu waited my table. He was very polite and checked on us now and then. The food was served pretty quickly. Took only about 10 minutes to for each dish to get ready.
Overall, great Ambience ! Gooood food. There could be more desserts though (No hot desserts on the menu).
I'm definitely visiting this place often.

As all other reviews state, it is pricey, food quantity is less, but its food taste are great and it got some great Ambiance.
Field green salad : a simple green salad with some sauce when combined was awesome for me (My partner still felt it is too less for its value).
Mushrooms and Nuts : First impression - Will it be good, Verdict - Damn its different and rocked.
Beetroot Gnocchi : Gnocchi doesnt impress me in general, but my partner liked it.
Vegetable Carpaccio: Thinly sliced eggplant and zucchini, layered on top of each other, baked to perfection. Met the expectation.
They didnt have much choice for beverages, so went for orange iced tea, which was normal (worth for the price????).
Kaffir Lime Pannacota : It was ok, but I was expecting better. Pannacota being one of my favorite dessert, it barely crossed the pass mark.
When we were having desserts, it started drizzling, so we came down, instead of getting us a seat somewhere, they gave us the bill, which irked me and made me give that rating for service. Otherwise service was good.

This rooftop candle light dining with sea view facing is located in neelangarai .The ambience is luxurious and attractive, this place also has a private pool dining area ,reading rooms .The staffs were polite and courteous . The food tastes excellent but with limited portion and over priced too .The menu options are limited . My wife and I stopped by for a quiet evening a week ago based on the recommendation of a friend! I would 100% recommend this place to any couple, family or a bunch of friends looking to have a casual time by the beach! The location is perfect, right off of the water. You can watch the sunset sitting on the rooftop sipping on one their mystery cocktails. The food is simply amazing! The menu is mostly Continental with a twist! I had their pumpkin ravioli, which was straight from heaven! I did hear that they are revamping their menu completely this week and I would totally recommend you try it out.
A great place to spend a casual evening as a family, couple or a bunch of friends amidst a very picturesque setting. The owners have taken great care with designing the place. The furniture seems to have a Sri Lankan influence, the building designs are an eclectic mix and most importantly, each table has a private setting!

It was one of my friend's bday so we where on a lookout for a good different restaurant to hangout and we found this place and wanted to try this. This place is located near neelangarai beach. The main thing which attracts is its ambience. The restaurant ambience gives a resort like feel. Huge area and has a garden area surrounded by a pool and most importantly this restaurant has a rooftop beach facing candle light sit out. Best place to hangout for couples. Limited food options and the service was just fine not upto the mark. Not a place to try vegetarian options. Very limited veg menu options. We tried pumpkin soup and it was good .Then ordered sweet potato fries which I personally dint enjoy much coz it was too sweet and not crunchy. Lastly we tried the inverted pizza which tasted good. The price is on higher end for the limited amount of food options they offer. It's a good place to just sit, relax and enjoy the scenic beach view with some food along with your loved ones but not a great place to try many food options. I Would suggest they add more vegan options. A 4 star rating for there ambience.

Had a lovely date night with Anjali Singla. The staff was courteous, and the ambience was downright awe inspiring. From poolside and private dining spaces, to the rooftop beach view option we took, the ambience was varied, luxurious, and intimate. The food menu is limited (especially for vegetarians) , but extremely well done, shout out to the chef. The food takes time to be prepared, so be prepared to chat with your date, which is exactly what we wanted to do with our evening. The Mousse Al chocolat is a must have dessert!
Being literally at the beach, Asvah 24 is one of the very rare places where you can get an option of by-the-pool and by-the-beach seating.

USP is the location and ambience. Right on the beach a residence converted into a restaurant. We were the only guests for Saturday lunch and had choice of seats at the reading room, dining room or next to the pool. The terrace would have been the obvious choice for dinner.
Food is a mixed bag and would have rated higher if it was less expensive. Menu is interesting, all continental though slightly limited, with some all day items and sides. Portions are generous and entrees come with mashed potatoes, a fact that had we known while ordering would have saved an unnecessary extra order of mashed p's.
In starters Bruschetta and Poulet with Leeks soup were excellent, crab cakes were just fine.
In entrees, Lamb Shanks and Roasted Chicken were not bad. Fish with Chips was underwhelming, fish is clearly not their strength. In desert, Cream of Rabdi was avoidable, it was semi frozen with ice in the mix.
Service was prompt and friendly. Prices are over the top.

I was looking out for a perfect roof-top restaurant and I happened to stumble upon this place at Neelangarai, which is just opposite to the beach! But I had a hard time finding out this restaurant, as there were no sign-boards or any description of its existence.
Interiors: 5⭐
The pathway that lead to the restaurant (from entrance gate) seemed to be interesting and the place appeared to be so calm and quiet. An old beach bungalow, beautifully renovated and designed with pure elegance and brilliant artistry. They also have a reading room with good collection of books.
Roof-top experience: 5⭐
It was an anniversary date and I requested for a candlelight service. This was my best ever roof-top experience and that too facing the beach. It was almost pitch dark and it was just the moon, the candle light and my dear one to make the moment even more memorable. (And since it was too dark with limited lighting, it literally disabled us from taking any pictures but that made us spend more quality time together).
PS: It was too cold and windy on the day we visited, so if you are planning your evening by the roof-top I would advise you to check the climatic conditions, wear some thick clothes or a hooded jacket.
Choice of menu: 4⭐
The choice of menu appeared to be very limited but I was given options apart from the menu too. The quality of the food was excellent and sufficient enough for two; worth the money spent.

Very courteous, attentive and patient enough to explain/ clarify the menu. Good service overall.

Location: Beautiful location, just opposite to the Neelangarai beach, I believe this place was earlier called Beach Club but now i guess now its a different management. Initially we had to search for this place as there is no nameplate or board or anything. When we asked the security guy he told us about it. You will usually find parking space for cars outside near the beach and there is no problem for 2 wheeler.
Ambiance: The place is beautiful inside and is quite roomy and cozy inside. There are pool side tables which is quite beautiful. We were also given choice of private rooms as we had a baby with us. The place is elegantly set up and lit up with fancy furniture and lampshades and gives and sophisticated look to the place.
Service: The service is really good and they also gave us a little extra as it was our anniversary.
Food & Drinks: The eating options are a little limited as the menu is small. Though what they lack in quantity they easily make that up in quality. The food is really good, little bit on the expensive side but very much worth it. We ordered butter chicken escalopes , fish and chips. Coming to desserts we ordered Affogato which was mouth watering.

Asvah serves you a meal with the view. This has a one of a kind ambience in Chennai. The restaurant is beach facing and has different areas where you can dine - poolside, rooftop and indoor seating. The whole restaurant is lit with candles. We chose rooftop where we had beach and pool view and a candle light dinner.
Our meal
Roasted curried pumpkin soup- It was really delicious. Vegetables with feta cheese in the middle and soup poured on it. Im generally not soup person and this was too good
Brushetta- was food twist with thin crispy bread as the base. It had tomatoes and olives and cheese. Quite subtle
Ratatouille Timbale- found this a little bland with just vegetables sauteed with cheese. It didn't have any base as such.
Ordered a Lemon Ice Tea which was perfect.
The variety could be improved as there are not many main course options. But whatever I had I loved it. Special mention to staff who were quite courteous

The place is so amazing , especially the roof top. Pls don’t forget to try the cilantro veg soup. smoked and tastes to the perfection you would love it especially if you are great lover of spices. The items that you can choose are limited but who cares when the place is so amazing.
This place is the best rooftop I've gone so far in Chennai. We were five and all of us were impressed with the ambience and the food. We took a table on the rooftop facing the beach. It holds all the elements for a perfect romantic dinner - candle light, rooftop, cool breeze, beach facing, serene ambience, polite and helpful staff and well decorated food.
This is definitely one of the best ambiances in Chennai . While most joints stick to one kind of lighting/furniture/arrangement , Asvah 24 has various configurations in terms of the above . They have a pool side seating , a roof top beach facing area and also an indoor well lit dining area. It’s a perfect place for a candle light/date . We had ordered spicy guava , mushroom & nuts and Risotto con pollo. The juice was perfect . Mushroom and nuts was unique and was a good snack. Goes well with the dip . The risotto was made and presented well . The food is on the expensive end owing to the ambiance here . The quantity is limited compared to other restaurant standards .

Asvah, this property is a hidden gem right opposite to the beach tucked in the lanes of Neelankarai. Went there zero expectations and was taken aback by the experience on the whole. And I so would recommend this place to every couple out there looking for a calm and peaceful place. A candle light dinner at the roof top by the beach , what more do you want ? 😍 Not just that , this could even make up for the space you’re looking for a peaceful family dinner.
The property is divided into different seating areas, they’ve a private dining area , outdoor seating where dine by the pool and the roof top. They also have a library with good collection of books. The decor is so rustic that I instantly fell in love with.
I was here on an afternoon and chose to dine in the PDR.
I’m not really a soup person I usually skip that course to save space for soups but I tried two soups that day.
* Drumstick and lentil broth : Was so skeptical about this one if it would suit my palette. But it did impress me. Mild flavour of drumstick, dominant taste of lentils and garnished with fried green apple which gave the punch to it.
* Roasted curried pumpkin soup : Pumpkin is another fruit I avoid. Curried pumpkin mash served with pesto marinated veggies rolled up in Parmesan. It was sweet , creamy and sour at the same time. I prefer this over the drumstick soup.
Poached pears salad was next brought to the table and again salad isn’t really my thing. But I wasn’t upset at all after giving it a try. Pears poached in red wine with walnuts , kale and topped with balsamic and some feta.
Spinach fritters and tomato bruschetta. No refined oil used in the kitchen is the reason why everything here is so light on the tummy.
The spinach fritters were best of all I’ve had. Firstly it wasn’t that oily. Fresh veggies, pineapple and feta. So it was cheesy , sweet and a little spicy, just perfect. Tomato bruschetta was the usual one but I liked how the bread was replaced by a crisp tortilla kinda bread.
For mains we had
* Vegetable carpaccio : This dish was highlight of the day. I loved how cheesy creamy and crunchy it was. It was a stack on vegetables dresses with tomato concasse and Parmesan cheese served with cream and pesto bread which complimented it really well. Do give this a try if you’re a fan of eggplant parmigiana and like.
* Calzone : There was something about the crust of this calzone. It was made of old wheat flour and so so light and crispy. However I liked the carpaccio more
Desserts -
Cream of rabdi was my favourite of what I tried. It had such a homely feel I’d call it an alternate version of the rabdi kulfi made at home. Hazelnut and orange froyo wasn’t really my type as I can’t bear orange as fruit and definitely not in my dessert.
Finished off the meal with a tender coconut shot which was a mixture of coconut milk , tender coconut water and pulp. You must try it to know how good it was!
The portions served were tasting portions and the regular ones are larger.
I wasn’t even guilty for eating all of the above here as no refined oil is used here and all the veggies are either grown in the yard or outsourced from an organic store. Everything was so light and not too oily.

Amazing place with a lovely view of beach from rooftop restaurant. Beach access is just 100m from restaurant and unlike many other beaches of Chennai you can find crowd on this Beach. Limited menu n mostly Italian cusines. In drinks you can find beers n mocktails only. But food is really yummy... Asvah 24 is a beautiful place right on the Neelankarai beach shore. The entrance emits a mysterious aura with it's fire torches. The place has three types of dining area- The rooftop, the pool side and private dining. It also has a reading room with a small collection. We chose the rooftop which was minimally lit with a candle on each table. If you manage to get a table on the side with the pool, the view is just amazing.
Coming to the food, we ordered the crab cakes, the lamb rack, the calzone and black mojito. The crab cakes were good but could do better with a sauce/dip to go with it, the lamb racks were soft, succulent and perfectly cooked. The calzone wasn't as good as we expected it to be though. But the downside is that, the dishes seemed to be overpriced when compared to the quantity and it's quality.

Asvah 24 is a huge bungalow turned restaurant along the beach at Neelangarai, Ecr. Set up with seatings near swimming pool, calm & simple indoor and a beautiful roof top ambience with candle lights, this place has one of the most beautiful ambience in the recently opened restaurants.
Coming to the food, WILD MUSHROOM CAPPUCINO is a soup infused with coffee, mushroom with milk was relatively different in taste. GAMBERI CON CREMA, an Italian prawn creamy dish had 6 pieces with onions, tomato tasted really good again. FISH and CHIPS had a good fish stuffed but the outer layer was just oil fried bajji like textured served with green peas and Mayo, was a disappointment.
The Dessert though PALM SUGAR CREME BRULEE, made of custard, caramelised sugar, egg yolks all baked together ended the meal in sugar high.
Priced at 1700 ₹ for two feels heavy and the varieties of dishes could be more instead of just one each of Pizza, Burger, pasta, so if these two things could be improved, this place would easily top the list for the most romantic places in Chennai, but for now it settles for a just good experience. :)

Asvah is a beautiful upscale casual dining restaurant located on the beach front in Neelangarai. The restaurant is spread over a vast space with ample seating options which includes a rooftop dining area, private dining rooms and pool side dining area.
We were invited to try their food. We got settled in a private dining room which was quite relaxing.
They have a concise and balanced menu to satiate both veg and non-veg lovers. It’s also a friendly place for healthy eaters. Their menu is curated to inhabit healthy ingredients and cooking techniques.

They served us three varieties of soup with Garlic Bread on side - ‘Poulet with Leeks’, ‘Seafood Chowder’ and Roasted Curried Pumpkin soup. As the name suggests, ‘Poulet with leeks’ is a mild flavoured chicken and leeks broth. ’Seafood Chowder’ is a slightly thick soup infused with clams, shrimps, fish and crab with dill leaves and potatoes, this one was a little more flavourful than the Chicken broth. ‘Roasted Curried Pumpkin’ is a creamy soup with an intense flavour, a bit strong for my taste.
Their Beverage Menu is not ready yet, but their bartender can efficiently suggest and customise some amazing mocktails. I had a beautiful Chilli Guava mocktail which was reminiscent of my childhood.
ANTIPASTI
Butter Chicken Escalope’s - It’s a Parmesan Crumbed Chicken with butter stew and poached pears on side. The Chicken was crunchy, moist and went well with the sauce served with it.
Mushroom and Nuts - This was one of favourites from this course, which actually looked quite fancy and tasted well too. This dish defines different textures with different cooking methods combined. Blanched Mushrooms stuffed with chestnut, almond & hazelnut and crumb fried, served with orange crumbs and red wine poached pears and salad.
Spinach Fritters - Batter fried baby spinach topped with pineapple salsa and burrata cheese. It had a nice burst of flavours which is simply enjoyable.
SALAD
We tried a Marinated Beet Salad, which has all healthy greens like Kale, romaine and arugula with goat cheese, braised beetroot and a french vinaigrette dressing. The truffle honey drizzle adds a tinge of sweetness to it.
MAINS
Calzone - Its a closed pizza with stuffed vegetables like zucchini, broccoli, mushroom, bell pepper and bocconcini cheese on a tomato concasse base. Unlike regular pizza, this is closed with a flaky pastry dough which was quite interesting.
Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli - Homemade pasta stuffed with pumpkin and toasted with garlic and Chilli flakes infused olive oil. It is served with a drizzle of truffle oil and topping of carrot crisps and grated parmesan cheese. This dish felt a bit dry for my taste, but nonetheless it was good.
Vegetable Carpaccio - Thinly sliced zucchini, broccoli & eggplant layered with tomato concasse and parmesan cheese, finished with mornay sauce and leeks crisp.
Lamb Shanks - Lamb shanks braised in sparkling cinnamon water & apple juice, then cooked in espresso jus and served with burnt garlic mash, steamed pumpkins, onion rings & beet crisp. Though the meat was tender and tasty, the flavour of the espresso jus wasn’t so evident.
Risotto Con Pollo - The risotto is topped with pesto marinated chicken tenders & pickled beetroot with a drizzle of truffle oil. This version of risotto will surprise you for good. The rice is cooked al dente, so it’s not very mushy. The rich velvety texture is what is normally expected of a risotto, but this wasn’t so creamy, yet we were amazed how brilliant it actually tasted.
DESSERTS
Cream of Rabadi - A simple, rich, creamy and delicious Indian dessert based on milk, sugar and saffron.
Sugarcane & Ginger Sorbet - This fell short for me as the flavour was very subtle and barely noticeable.
Hazelnut & Orange Yoghurt - This nutty and citrusy medley was indeed a brilliant combination and was over in no time.
Mousse au Chocolat - I am not very fond of chocolates in general, but this dark chocolate mousse was a true delight and a perfect thing to finish a sumptuous meal.
Overall, it is a posh place which is a bit heavy on the pocket. If you are into gourmet food and good ambience, look no further.

Asvah 24 a serene beach view fine dine restaurant. I have become an regular here and make it a point to visit it every time i'm in the city. The interior is so well thought and made with lot of passion. The detailing are perfect. Coming to the food the chef Vivek does an amazing job. Every dish I have tried so far has been perfect. The dessert are so good. The service is super friendly. They are waiting for an liquor license and I'm looking forward to it as well. Anyone visiting the city should pay an visit to this place.

ASVAH 24-went for its scenic location in neelangarai beach to have some xtra salt not in the food but in the air,Bamboozled by the interior they literally loaded the place with plants and leaning palm trees and whateva they can find which are green and alive,the staff made us feel like we were in an upscale restaurant before the price in menu card proved it,we were a bit hungry and wen I took a look into the menu, me and my empty tummy went to a panic state,as I dint check the type of cuisine thy provided beforehand ,I ordered lamb shanks which was suggested by mr.dinesh,even though I was bit skeptical about the espresso juc which is the base of the dish,I mean a freaking espresso with a lamb,my friends ordered asvah club and some deep fried chicken dish,I was enjoying the breeze(r) (lol)
and contemplating how would a lamb taste with espresso,I like trying new flavours and dish but I was cursing myself for taking this decision,dishes arrived after 15 mins,Ter was two large pieces of lamb with bone and mashed potatoes,I don't expect my fork to go through t lamb as it would go through an Black forest cake it was that tender and I was totally blown away by the taste it was totally a new taste it was not sweet it was not spicy but a new and unique one it smashed all my thoughts of this restaurant being xpensive it truly deserves it,all the other dishes were great and had unique sauces to every dish,special thanks to raja and gayathri for taking so much effort to provide us,and special mention to mr.dinesh for your wonderful suggestions and courteous service u elevated our experience,will definitely visit again to taste the remaining sauces and dishes,kudos to the chef👍

Food: delicious. No complaints. We ordered sea food chowder for soup, it was so full of flavours. For entree we ordered lamb rack and lamb shanks. The lamb racks are easily the best I've ever had. So juicy and tender, the mashed potatoes didn't have any lumps and complemented the lamb. Lamb shanks were also tender. However I loved the lamb racks in comparison to this.
Desserts: we ordered choco mousse, it was yum and litchi iced tea which was more like tropicana!
Bottomline: this place is a synergy of perfect ambience and delicious food. This place is my new favourite. Love this place.
One thing that can be improved is they can have more options in the menu. But whatever they serve is absolutely delicious!!!
Asvah 24 - an amazingly done up place. The ambience is more than enough to just wow anyone !!! With the concept of a speakeasy gaining ground, this is one place which seems set to deliver on the promise.
The menu needs some more tweak around and more items need to be added. However, was assured that the menu would keep rotating and hence kept limited for now.
Bar licence yet to received (as of mid September); however expected to be in place soon.

I had the best time at Asvah 24. The food was great and the service was on point. The ambience and the overall vibe of the place is something else altogether. Shout out to Dinesh and his team for their suggestions. Everything we ordered tasted yum! Probably the best date place out there!

Asvah - for when you need to rejuvenate or just a romantic date night!
The perfect melange of mesmerizing ambiance and great food. The perfect setup by the bay, with ample car parking, cozy indoors and romantic outdoors. I'm already counting days to go back.
A fuss free menu that's crafted with a lot of thought and which will change every few months. What's even better is, they will be serving alcohol very soon. A drink by the pool sided with some great food sounds perfect.
I tried the carrot and orange soup - a burst of flavours it was, sweet soup with the added flavour of chilly oil will leaving you wanting more Followed by the yummy potato croquettes and pumpkin ravioli. A ravioli which wasn't creamy, not something you'll expect, but I did thoroughly enjoy its flavours. Asvah is best enjoyed when you visit without any expectations to just experience the food.
How would I leave without desserts? There's great news for people who are on diet, they serve sorbets and yoghurts that are sugar-free. I was bowled by their sugarcane sorbet made in house, so refreshing! Lastly came in the cream of rabdi that reached out to my desi soul, so fresh and creamy, I couldn't have enough of it.

The portion size of mains is perfect for one person, so you could keep that in mind while ordering. The menu is limited, yet inviting and the ambiance calls for a romantic dinner, I cannot wait to go back.
Went there on a Wednesday night . It is located in neelangarai near the beach in what appears to be a huge mansion . Stunning interiors and decor . We decided to go the rooftop on a moonlight night and the view was serene . The food is slightly on the expensive side , but really tasty food and the service was impeccable . Visited Asvah 24 a few weeks back. Located near the beach which makes it an amazing place for a perfect meal.
The interiors are fabulous with a lot of space for a good crowd. I was seated in a private area which was well decorated with fine furniture and interesting items that caught my attention.
Now coming to the food.
1.I ordered the green peas and ham soup which came warm and got cold pretty easily. It tasted out of the world and certainly made an amazing soup. The playing was excellent.
2.Next came the spinach falafel which was crispy and delicious. The hummus which cane along was a delight to eat. This dish got over in no time.
3.For main course I had lasagne that was served with some pasta crips. A very innovative playing which was delicious but the portion size was pretty small. Portion size of the dish could have been better.
4.For dessert I ordered some creme brûlée which did not use a blowtorch and have the crispy top. It tasted extremely mediocre and was a waste of my money to be honest. The next dessert I ordered was the dark chocolate mousse which was fabulous And made my day.

This place is great , the lights ,the furniture and food are too good . The place had three different ambience . One is indoors , second view is near the pool and the third view is terrace view . Now coming to think al the views are good , they could add warmer lights and cozy furniture in the terrace . I lIke the place . Must visit .

Ambience - it just doesn't feel that you're in Chennai. A bungalow converted to a restaurant with impeccable interiors and designing. Attention is paid to every little detail.
Food - finger licking good! Right from wild mushroom cappuccino, butter chicken escalopes, beef khurchan taco, pumpkin ravioli, roasted chicken, salads to the dark chocolate mousse. Great presentation!
An excellent place for romantic lunch/dinner
There was a very pleasant and elegant vibes oozing out of the surrounding ambiance. The wine chiller that was on display had a collection of few exquisite wines. The food had an upscaled feel to eat I had ordered butter chicken as an appetizer it was a deconstructed version of butter chicken where the chicken was carefully fried till golden and had to be paired with a dip that, when combined tasted just like a regular butter chicken.

So I visited Asvah 24 today…. The ambiance was rustic & lovely.. The live music was delightful… Mr Talent on the keys was amazing.. The food was good… Loved the Escalopes and the drinks. However the crab ravioli let me down. Overall nice experience. Must try

A good restaurant beside the neelangarai beach. The service was a bit delayed. A must go restaurant for the love bugs and candlelight dinners.
If you're going for a natural ambience, this is the perfect place to go. The rooftop has sea view meal served in candle light. You might find limited food menu but the taste is good.
Being there for first time. The ambience is awesome. Unfortunately could not enjoy the roof top dining due rain. Food is good. Service is good.
The evening was pleasant and breezy, so we relaxed on the terrace. The cuisine was outstanding. We choose the veg sandwich, mozzarella in carrozza, mushroom bruschetta, and Italian bruschetta. Food that was truly Italian tasted too wonderful. Towards the conclusion of dinner, it began to rain, so we retreated downstairs. Excellent atmosphere, and I loved how the rain looked on the pool.
Ambience and the Service was nice, Mr. Mani suggested us their new Mocktail which was so good. The food was Yum too. Overall a great place for a Dinner date with your loved one.
