This is a nice, Mumbai theme based restaurants that offers Mumbai specialties. The serving of Pani Puri in a water truck like miniature was good and taste was good too. The was a paneer roller coaster too, it was a bit too oily, but still decent. Liked their Pav bhaji and Tawa pulav. Avoid the pizza.

Delightful food, a mix of Indian and Street food cuisine. Ambience is wonderful too. It's located right in the middle of Harrington Road. Thankfully the food in this road had some face-lift with this new opening. I loved the baked vada paav, chole batura, Boomer shake among other things

A little expensive a little different , a little old fashioned a little twist . While 1 dish may satisfy you other may let you down , unique dishes names. Enjoyed the North indian Food more than the Pasta and Starters .

Hardcore non vegitarian? That's okay, this place can surprise you with their fancy veg dishes. Desi klub, which Is already being tagged as people's choice in hyd and Mumbai,Is now up in Chennai too! Yay! Desi klub nailed it on the location. Their fancy scooter outside is an attention grabber for sure. As you enter, you will get some good vibes by their ambiance. Quirky Bollywood paintings all over. Menu is also inspired from Bollywood. We took a seat with road side view.No regrets. As it was pretty silent compared to other rooms. Started with their fancy mocktails, Mango Duet | Boomer shake | Basil pineapple shake Both were a wow! Starting with their Mango Duet, remember those mango stick ice cream that we regularly had during our childhood? Well it's that shake with that on top. Nailed it. Boomer shake, instant favorite. All your life you've just chewed Boomer, but here, you can literally drink! So cool right ? Go expereince it yourself. Basil Pineapple shake wasn't favourable to my taste buds. Starters, Paneer rollercoaster | utterly butterly baked vadapav | Taste bhi health bhi | Chennai se China Tak Had a good kick start with paneer rollercoaster. Paneer stuffed inside a crisp layer. First bite was lil bland. Few seconds later, the taste went "rollercoaster". Had some chillis in it. Good touch with the combination. Next came in the Vada pav. Looking at the pics, wondered how is that a vadapav? Well, vada is playing hide n seek Baked within. Try it with their spice powder served along if you're spicy food lover. Taste bhi health bhi was some chenna based chat like dish. Went on well with the combination. Chennai se China Tak? Any guesses by it's name ? Will it's idly Manchurian type dish! Surprising right ? Also the way it was so cool. For the mains, We had, Pasta Desi style | Hum sath sath Hain | bumbaiya style pulao Pasta Desi style, or maybe Mac n cheese Desi style would have been more apt. Mac n lil cheese cooked with makhani. Tasted so Desi. Hum sath sath Hain, Noodles and panner based dish served on a sizzler base. Good blend of flavours. Pulao was served along with curd and crushed masala pappad. Tastes really good. We ended our meal with a delightful jelabi bai. Jelabi topped with rabdi mousse. Too good. So blissful that you'd feel heaven for few seconds. Overall, a good and creative attempt which is surely a hit. Food : 👌 Ambiance : 👍

Desi Klub .....because street food doesn't stop just with food ! I'd like to start by giving my husband the due credit for suggesting this place and thanks to me of course for listening to him atleast for once, which I would never regret. My husband was super thrilled and made an advance booking for a table to keep the wait time at bay. Foodies like us are always punctual with our lunch dates, soooo punctual that we landed up a bit early than expected, which comes highly recommended because there's a lot more to 'The Desi Klub' experience than just food. As we arrived, we were greeted to the mighty chetak all accentuated in techni-color graffiti. How could we not take a Couplefie. Seems, just what the doctor ordered for 'The punctual foodies' with the new age rituals. Well however, for those uninitiated, there are certain ground rules to obey while dining at Desi Klub, most important being 'No counting calories', 'No bad hair day sulking' (which came in as a big relief) and 'No leaving without taking groupies'. Hence, we decided to cross our hearts and swear by the honor codes. As we entered, we were received by a bunch of courteous staff (a special mention to Mr. Karthik & Ashwin) who made us feel welcomed and guided us through the splendid menu. As we flipped through the menu card, we were thoroughly amused by the names of the dishes ranging from 'Hum Apake Spicy Corn', 'Chitti Aayi hai', 'Chennai Se China Tak' to 'Jalebi bai' and the list goes on and on. As it was our first visit, the staff seemed to take a special interest in helping us with their suggestions. We ordered 'Chitti Aayi Hai' & their signature utterly butterly baked vada pav which were truly cutting edge & had us completely hooked perhaps for a lifetime. But what truly hogged the spotlight for the day was their 'Pani Puri Truck'. We were just blown away as the Pani truck alighted on our table and this is where the real quirk action begins with a petite plate of puris raising a toast to the handsome truck that dispenses the flavoured pani making the whole Pani Puri affair just soooo slick & natty! We couldn't contain our exuberance. And this was finally followed by a decadent soak in Chic Choc, an ice cream based Swiss Roll with Pralines and Chocolate Sauce that took us to a divine state of rapture by the end of our meal. After all the photo shenanigans, now its time for our debit statement for the day. And guess what, we had a burst hot flashes and it wasn't for the bill, but for the iron box bearing the bill & the breath freshener. later we learn't it was designed to imply a smoking hot bill. While, I leave the rest to the photos to speak for themselves, 'Desi Klub' takes you on a quick stroll through the Mumbai Street Food alleys while setting the soundscape with some zingy & peppy Bollywood numbers. There's a sense of euphoria every where you turn. The curator of the place surely knows a shutterstalker's (pun intended) muse.  There's a story in every graphic detail of aesthetics.   So, all you proud  shutterstalkers in the pursuit of a muse, Desi Klub will hold you captive! Foodies, Instagrammers, Snapchatters & Facebookers  train your lens for the big date with 'Desi Klub'

Desi Klub in tucked in a nice spot on the Harrington road next to the Lady Andal school. True to it 'desi' tag, you can find a lot of kitschy decorations adorning its walls. Its a medium sized place serving vegetarian food and could accommodate 50 people. The service was attentive and we got the water and the menu cards in a jiffy. The Menu puts a smile on the face with funny throwback to Hindi films. Hum saath saath hai - Two cousins came together to sizzle your taste buds :-P" .. Hum aapke spicy corn - Corn kernels in Sriracha sauce :-P... you get the idea.. We had the crispy panneer canapes, Utterly butterly baked vada pav, loaded Nachos, Cheese chill pakoda and a few more for starters. Considering the amount of cheese and butter we had hogged with the starters, we skipped the main course and dived direct to the desserts. Hot fudge sundae and chic choc both with generous amount of nuts closed our satisfying meal. Desi Klub is worth visiting for the starters and the desserts alone. It also deserves a special mention for its innovative plating skills. The dishes arrive in cute little toys and plated with creativity. Gimmicks all aside, the food is real tasty and we loved it. Do check it out...

Desi klub is one of the well thought out vegetarian restaurants. Each dish was served in style. It only got quirkier when I fliiped the menu. I could not wait to try their food. The place is conveniently located in Harrington road. Rasberry rose , a thick shake pinacolada was a delight. Crazy as it may sound, Bubble gum milkshake was worth a try. Sweet tooth please take note. The most cherished dish was the main course, Cholet te bature, was immensely satisfying made up a scrumptious meal. Maggi Satakali, is a culmination of spices with appropriate tanginess. Papad bhel , bhel puri was a twist, a refreshing new tale. Chocolate thali , blockbuster on the menu was , specially curated dessert meal that leaves in sugar dazed and applause for desi club.

Relatively a new ice cream bar functioning at Velachery - Tambaram road in Velachery. They are open till 12 am. Scooped offers unique and wide range of ice cream flavours. One must try their spicy guava and nostalgic Milo flavours. Pricing is nominal for the product they deliver. I would recommend scooped for those who want to taste unique flavours.

It's food taste is its trade mark, a perfect North side taste.. chat items presentations are creative, but seems a bit high cost. Main course is extremely tasty, value for money factor consideration cn be 8/10. Over all a satisfied food..

The place and the ambience is fantastic. But the food lacks flavors and spice if it's going to attract South Indian crowd you need to pack a flavor punch. It's too bland for anyone's good. Nice ambience and service.
