I've been here many times repeatedly for their Shawarma and chicken biriyani. It's a very small shop with no seating. I suggest take away, If you gonna dine in there, then you have to stand and eat. Otherwise there are no compromises in the taste.
A long waited place to try for me, Just to say in few words you feel very wow and worth for the price that you pay for the Biriyani, Grill & shawarma.
I am a fan of Biriyani grill and shawarma so I am honestly to say they were out of expectation. Grill and shawarma was too good and one one best shawarma we can get here.
I love their mayonnaise it’s a total treat if you visit.
They offer standing fine in in their place, better you get the menu home if you are locating nearby. Or else dine there and take a look of the station view road and feel the air and dine at the street if you feel hot inside. Little space available there inside. Love their crowd during the night, a huge group will come for their signature dishes.

This place serves one of the best biriyani's in the city. Reasonable rates and great flavor. There is no seating you have to stand and eat. The raita and brinjal gravy was also nice. Ordered a shawarma it was good not great. The mayo was nice though. Please do come try the biriyani here.
Amazing place - Great food at nominal prices. They offer a variety of Kebabs that come in good quantity. Unlike many other places, each variety has it's own flavour. The place is usually bustling with activity most of the times, so it's difficult to find a place in their small stand and dine facility.

For 100rs we get one piece and a decent portion of biryani with an egg. The biryani was mild spiced and I personally thought it lacked little salt and spiciness kick.
But in general for 100 rs the biryani is VFM and very worth. But I also agree to other reviewers who say that they biryani is just hyped. It is not the tastiest biryani in town but for 100rs it is one of the most worth biriyanis
Been wanting to visit this place for a while now! Went there on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30pm. That’s when I saw the place, it’s basically like a mosh pit, so highly recommend that you get take away. Also very disappointed that they ran out of mutton biriyani. So if you want to get your hands on the mutton biriyani, recommend you reach there by 11:30 itself. The biriyani masala smells so good that,l ended up eating it in the car itself. Couldn’t wait till I got home. And yes, it was well worth it. The chicken 65 was very average. One of my new favourite biriyani spots in Chennai for sure. Also the food here was dirt cheap.

The best Biryani experience had in a while after yaa moideen pallavaram. The place is small and when we went on a Sunday afternoon had chicken Biryani with 65 and no other side dish was available at that time. The food was good with not overpowering masala and it was a tummy full experience. But the downside was i didn't get a proper chicken piece in my biryani. If you have this Biryani while its hot is heavenly. I dint take any photos because was busy enjoying the food. A must try Biryani place. Have to check this place in the evening coz they have shawarma grills and kebabs at tgat time with biryani

Chicken tikka was juicy and flavorful. The chicken was tender.
Chicken shawarma was just like any other normal shawarma. Nothing so special about it.
Overall it was a good experience. The best thing about this place is that the price is low. Better to take away your food rather than dine -in in that small place.

Akc, where people rush in to have briyani, though it’s name is kebab center, biriyani is the main highlight, it really tastes soo good, the rates are reasonable, quantity and quality worth it. Even kebabs are so good. I would suggest you to try it out once.

Used Google Maps to reach this restaurant. Of course as usual, the location was given wrong. Coming to the restaurant, you can see a huge crowd waiting on the way, just to grab a place and eat. Ambience is not much better. Space is very small. For a restaurant which provides Biriyani as cheap as RS.100, this much space would suffice. Huge crowd mostly at the lunch hours. They have Dettol Handwash liquid near the Wash basin, which we can't find in other 100RS Biriyani restaurants. For a 1/2 plate Biriyani, RS.100 is being charged. The Biriyani is worth the cost. This place is my all time favorite. One of the busiest places in Kodambakkam and my personal advice would be getting a takeaway unless you are okay with crowds and stand and eat.
Their menu is very limited and they serve biriyani, tikkas, shawmarma , rotis and grill chicken.
My favourite here is biriyani with Kali mirch chicken tikka and shawarma.There are very few places that serve yummy food at a very affordable price and this place is right there at the top of the list.

An very busy place small area located opposite to curry and spices the grill chicken here was awesome the masala was not over powering the chicken the shawarma is a must try one afghan chicken and briyani are one of the must try outs of this place. This busy place in Kodambakkam is near the railway station. Have been to this place many times but feel like reviewing this place. The place is a pretty small, you need to stand and eat biriyani. They do not have ¼ plate biriyani, only ½. The cost is 100 for ½ plate. The biriyani is a bit spicy and really good. The biriyani has an wonderful aroma coming from it. I luckily got a leg piece. The chicken piece is really really tender and soft. When I took a bite, it just came off the bones. It’s damm good. The quantity is also pretty good. I loved it. This is a must try place in Kodambakkam.
So I just visited my friends place at Kodambakkam and an instant biryani craving led us here. In picture is the malai tikka which was nice, juicy, and succulent. Savored it! Biryani was just amazing and coming from a picky eater like me, I definitely mean it! Do visit for great food that'll definitely satisfy your taste buds.

Must try shawarmas and Biryanis. Never felt bored even after eating their food daily. Taking parcel is preferred as we have to stand and eat, sweating.

Don't have any expectation on ambience, service, seating anything as they are following first come first serve policy.No comfortable place to sit and have food 🥘

Chicken 65:-Hot and delicious pieces 🍗of tender chicken 🐓 which was mixed in their hand made masala and fried to the perfection which is served with lemon 🍋 and onion
Sad part is Shawarma 🌯, grill chicken 🍗and other stuffs are available after 6 pm

Arabian Kebab Center! This is one of the famous and busiest place in kodambakkam located just opposite to curry n spices. Visited this place just for their biryani and we were lucky to have reached at the right time, as we were the first to get the piping hot biryani from the new batch that just arrived. Really loved the taste of the biryani, definitely a must visit place when in kodambakkam.
Then our next order was shawarma's - this wasn't much to the satisfaction level, as it was dominated by cabbage and veggies and the taste of the chicken punch was masked by them.
The ambience was too crowded and no seating are available.
Overall an amazing place for some authentic bhai biryani. A must visit place, worth the money.

Have visited this place for lunch more often (way before they were tagged under Chennai’s Finest) but this time I particularly wanted to drop by for dinner (& for Kebabs).
For people who prefer ambience over food, this is not the place. Parking has always been a problem, but the food is wicked good, so I’ve never cared about those factors. No seating available and all we have to focus on is our food and food only.
Food – Chicken Biryani (Mutton available only for lunch it seems), Chicken Shawarma roll and Chicken Kali Mirch Kebab.
There’s no denying that the Biryani is one of the best in the town; hot, mild spice, flavourful and super soft meat has is its USP.
The shawarma was typical but had good mayo kick and crunchiness along with every bite. Kudos to the mint dip for being thick, Mayo’s taste was unmatchable (comparatively speaking).
The kebab was well cooked, soft and spicy though not at the extreme level. The tenderness of the meat was spot on which satisfied us all the way.
At this price, this place is a steal, so I don’t think there’d be any regrets considering only the taste of the food.
If you want to taste a hot briyani & chicken kabab, then this is the best & very much cost efficient place.. ll not cost u more than 600 for 5 ppl. Awesome taste..

This is the absolute best place in Kodambakkam for grilled chicken and shawarma. They don’t have dine-in facility, but that doesn’t stop me from going!😅. I’ve gone here atleast 50 times. Priced really well.

The shop is just a small room with no chairs. My brother introduced this shop to me. One of the best biriyanis in chennai. Make sure you reach the shop before 1:30 pm or else you will be disappointed as the biriyani sells like there is no tomorrow. The quantity will also satisfy you. It is best to take home as the shop is not apt for family or other get togethers. I will definitely vouch for both the biriyanis and the Shawarma. But other dishes are strictly average. There are days when i used to travel almost 2 and 1/2 hrs in the electric train just to buy biriyani here as i reside in Urapakkam. Somedays we used to plan our weekends so that we can have lunch here. So be sure you make a visit.
We first got barbecue chicken from there because we were stuck in a traffic jam caused by the guests of this small outlet and they had so many chicken grilling in the oven! We were curious and found out that every bite of the barbecue grilled chicken was worth it!
Amazing place with dirt cheap Arabian food. I ordered the Al faham and it tasted nice. What made the difference was the generous quantity of two thick dips. one was normal white garlic dip and the second was a red coloured spicier version of the first. killer combo. Damage? 230 bucks! Arabian kebab centre is one of the best biryani place in Chennai. The price is affordable and reasonable. Quality and quantity of the biryani is perfect for the price they charge. They do not have any seats to dine but one can stand and eat at the stone table inside the hotel which can accommodate around 15 people at a time.

They have wide spread of kebabs too but they're known for their biryani and the humongous amount of mayonnaise they simply give with everything which is actually good.

Food is good. Do try Grilled chicken and Tangadi Kebab. Biriyani was good too. Wouldn’t recommend shawarma though, too much mayonnaise. Dine in is not that great, do prefer a take out.
On a side note, I wouldn’t recommend mayonnaise for Indian or any food, it’s too bland that it brings down the flavor. Mayonnaise doesn’t have a place in the land of Chicken 65, Chettinad food and Kari Dosa. #SayNoToMayonnaise.
