It's a nice hotel and staff won't disturb. It's peace and quiet hotel. Breakfast is good and healthy. But they will delay if you ask for housekeeping service and will no response for extend room.
Stayed in Lotus for five days. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive towards everything, be it the different breakfast menus, getting us extra utensils to have our dinner, housekeeping to name a few. The location is perfect as in 5-10 mins there are several restaurants and shops available. Rooms are kept squeaky clean at all times. Exceptional service and will recommend for all family visits.

Staffs are polite and attentive, also their complimentary breakfast is very good.. you can also get outside food delivered as there are plenty of options around this area.. Recommended for rooms only, didnt use their room services , so no idea. They cant serve you Tea/ Coffee before 7. So be prepared accordingly. :-)

1. The rooms were neat, well organized, good bathroom and shower, spacious, had free tea, mineral water and hot water kettle and more. 2. It was quiet in the night.
They need to replace the blinds in the window to a curtain as we checked in during the wee hours and had to sleep late - the light coming in disturbed our sleep. Good courteous staff.

Good clean property to stay. Room size is large. Although called an Apartment hotel, it is built more as proper hotel set up with a corridor and rooms rooms opening out from the corridor. They serve breakfast which was good. The hotel does not have a restaurant and there are many restaurants nearby.
Due to Metro work there is lot of diversion in the area making the otherwise good location bit difficult to access.
Located in the centre of T nagar . The rooms are clean . The total ambience of the building itself is very good and pleasant all over the place .
They have a lot of parking space as well.
I had an issue with my AC not working and they had staff inhouse to address and sort the issue immediately

The hotel is located near airport, a little away from the crowded places. The infrastructure is majestic and rooms are well furnished and maintained. The food is good. Cultural folk dances, puppet shows in the evenings are worth participating. Swimming pool is well spread. Service is good.
