Recently reopened this restaurant, it was closed for some weeks, and we have no idea about the taste and all. But we entered for a try, and ordered our food And without any doubt I can say all food they served us are tasty and up to the mark. And staff were also polite and fast service. Must try their BBQ, Shawarma, and Swizzling Brownie.

Amazing. Very nice decor, service was quite good, portions and prices decent---but the food. vegetarian options, and everything we ate was SO good. I have had before. I really liked that. Overall, this was a good meal. Try it....
Food taste was good, last time tried with basha fish which awesome, well boiled and taste as well. Also ordered one veg mushroom fried rice- that's not upto the mark, seems to be grated with single small mushroom. So am in a position to find mushroom hardly.

It’s good ...bbq must try ..it was so juicy and well marinated ...Arabian dishes are really good to taste ...and the special Hyderabad Biriyani was really different from other Biriyani’s
Ambience was neat, though the restaurant is small . Taste, quality and quantity of food were satisfyingly good. Must try cold coffee and kothu parota. Imao the service can be improved.
Food - Their Biriyanis are very good. We ordered BBQ chicken Biriyanis. One of the best I had in Chennai. Chilli chicken is not spicy and they should add more chillies. Rotties are okay. Fish fingers we ordered arr very tasty
Service - They took 15 minutes to prepare a Naan and Rotty. Apart from that good experience

One of my favourite restaurant while ordering food via Zomato . Food is delicious except for that pepper fry starters .price may be little high compared to other restaurants but worth it .
I loved the food and I has ordered many times but only one time the food is not good it's ok but zomato had not refund my money back that's not fair on zomato but the restaurant is a heaven for foodies

There are have been a couple of restaurants at this place, they have closed down. Food@finger's second branch then opened and has steadily increased their crowd. They are testimony to the fact that Restaurant business needs less luck and more hard work and good food. They have more than 5 branches now.
Ambience is decent with a nice view on the balcony portion on the first floor. Parking is not a problem in the side lane. Service can be improved. They are a very good alternative to the standard sea shell and zaitoon.
I have tried many dishes here. Stick to the Chinese and tandoori items .
Shawarma 8/10 good filling with the garlic mayo touch
Mexican shawarma 8/10. Spicy variant but they can do better than just adding chilli powder.
F@f special shawarma roll. 7/10 They add a an omelette in the roll. I felt it was kind of overwhelming and filling .

Hyderabadi mutton biriyani. 6/10. Let down. It's not Hyderabadi , it's a mutton 65 biriyani tossed in oil. Was salty and didn't like the taste. Please change the name as it's misleading.
Triple schezwan noodles. 8/10. It's a chicken schezwan noodles portion with chopsuey portion. Once it came with red sauce for the chopsuey and another time soy based black sauce in the two times I ordered.
Chicken mughalai. 7/10 Good portion. was filling and satisfied.
Hot and clear chicken soup 8/10. Excellent for your running nose. A little bit sour and spice from pepper with chunks of chicken. If you are having it as an appetiser then quantity is good for 2. Do stir it well before having.
Chicken schezwan noodles 8/10. Was slightly on the oily side but it was good.
Please maintain the quality as now. Try to maintain it even with more branches.

chicken noodles can be a little spicy....
Chicken makes everything better. ♥️ The chicken sizzler was served very hot, which was really good. The meat was soft and tender, and at the same time not too raw as well. The French fries were fried to perfection and everything suited well with the curry rice served beside it.💯
Overall a descent place with an amazing food.

The things I tried here is:
Starters, Grills, BBQ 🍗:
Paneer tikka,Chicken Lolipop,Grill Chicken,Tandoori Chicken,BBQ Fish, BBQ Chicken,Mexican chicken roll,Shawarma,Dragon Chicken, Mutton Pepper Fry, Chicken 65 and French Fries.
The must option here is the Grill chicken which cannot be explained as it so so good and you never get these type of grill anywhere else .Panner is soft in the paneer tikka and the masala has to go well and the Shawarma and Mexican roll is good and the BBQ fish is worth it rates and the smoky smell tempts us to eat the full fish and there is nothing special with the tandoori here and the fries are crispy and quantity could be improved.
Rice and Main Course 🍛:
Veg fried rice, chicken briyani, chicken fried rice,Egg briyani, Hyderabadi Chicken Briyani, Mutton Biryani,Idiyappam, schezwan chicken Fried Rice
The must try option here is the mutton briyani and the Hyderabadi Chicken Briyani ....the Hyderabadi Chicken Briyani is soo spicy and please mention to the restaurant if you want it less,the Idiyappam is soft and it's cheaper than other shops and side dish should be given for it,Veg and Chicken fried rice are good and can be ordered without any doubt and for schezwan lovers you can definitely go with the fried rice here.
Gravy 🥘:
Butter chicken masala,Panner Butter masala,Kadai chicken
Here I have tasted only three types and all the three seems to be good but the only thing is the colour in the gravy is soo thick that it stays in our hands after we wash so kindly look into this.But the taste is really good and no doubt in it .
Roti,Naan 🌯:
Tasted all types of Naan,Roti ,kuboos here and everything is good and the Naan could be even more soft.
Desserts 🍦:
Tried cold coffee , chocolate and strawberry milkshake,and sizzles and all are worth it and the best to complete the meal in a style
Iftar Box 🍱 :
Iftar Box are available during the Ramzan time which consists of chicken samosa,water bottle,dates,Juice, salad , sweet,briyani,roll etc which is good but the quantity is small here for its rates.
My over all rating would be 4 here as some of the features and styles need to be changed others everything is going well and good.

Yesterday ordered Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice. It was a like a normal Chicken Fried Rice. I just felt it needs to be more spicy but it tastes good

Ordered Al Faham chicken and it tasted Yumm😋😋😋 and they provided kubuz along with mayo dip and pickled onions and capsicum ... I don’t likedOh the way they packed everything including mouth freshner ..✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻 Only disappointing thing was the late delivery .. !

We ordered Naidu Biriyani and Chicken Biryani. Biriyani was tasty however you need to be cautious. The biriyani served initially was cold not even warm. Later upon request received hot hot biriyani.
The chicken lollipop was oily but liked by the kids. Made differently unlike other standard wraps of aluminium foil.
Service needs tremendous improvement as we need repeated reminders for every order as the orders can be delayed to the extent that the starters would arrive almost after you finish the main course and drinks wouldn't have arrived even then.
Finally beware of duplicate transactions as they tend to use different payment machines claiming the first one was unsuccessful due to poor network and eventually had to be claimed from the billing counter.
If the restaurant could eliminate the operational issues I think this would be a good place to dine in.

Good place to eat at Anna Nagar chennai. But one thing need to clarify is ? I have check with many chef they say making pure vegetarian food is expensive than non veg food. Then why the non veg food priced high. Dear Thalappakatti you got a tradition of cooking for years. why don't you offer us a reasonable rate. You are serving our own people of the nation. We are proud you got a traditional way of cooking biryani and have some formula in preparing masala. But slightly bringing down the price will reach all general public. Because today so many biryani has come up and offer at 50% cost through food delivery portal like zomato, UBER eats and swiggi. You also use same ingredients. Any possibility make it affordable for everyone.
Today 2nd Jan 2024 visited this restaurant. Utter waste of money. Hot & Sour chicken soup was very salty, complained got replaced. Again tandoori was full salt complaint. The waiter says, garam masal powder already got salt by mistake the cook may have added salt. What to do. Last we asked for lemon juice in warm water. He got juice in hot water. Tricky because they used an old cut lemon that had a stale taste. Very bad experience today.
Had a wonderful experience dining at the restaurant which also had great customer service. The waiters noticed that I did not have a parking space and parked in the no parking zone besides the restaurant, and suggested I go along with the valet service, which made everything easier. Despite visiting the restaurant past the lunch hours, they had everything in the menu available which was really pleasant. The airconditioner was not working very well which was the only drawback. Would definitely recommend this place.

One more time into the restaurant but at a different place. The ambience and price are all the same so nothing to comment on that.
This time it was,
Chicken Tikka – Boneless, hot and tender; was cooked well, no signs of burnt taste though the colour showed otherwise; mint dip could have been thicker
Non-veg meals – Typical TN meals with 4 gravies (Chicken, Mutton, Fish and Rasam); it also had Omelette, Appalam, Chappathi and Curd. The rice quantity will do justice to the plate since the gravies had unlimited refills; the chicken gravy was thick and peppery while mutton was soupy; both Chappathi and Omelette were hot, went well with the gravy; personally didn’t like the fish for some reasons but apart from that, it was a proper meal
Madurai Jigarthanda – Thick semolina filled drink with ice-cream and Badam pisins (Almond gum); had less nannari flavours but lots of soft pisins, was heavy yet sweet and slurpy
Arabian Falooda – Three scoops of different ice-creams topped with Oreo chunks, wafers and Choco syrup; perfect dessert to end with since it had freshness all along; wasn’t brain-freezing but the wafers could’ve been better; the cut fruits were buried underneath so a scoop of the fruit and ice-cream would be the ultimate pleasure of all time
Not much of parking space (off-street parking available) around but the service was good with almost no waiting time.
