One of the few sandwich shops which always makes me crave for more.
Pizza sandwich - Gravy filled sandwich with pizza sauce and bean filling; spicy toast
Focaccia paneer cheese - Closed focaccia with bite sized paneer; well dressed with moderate seasoning, ain't greasy
Brownie ice-cream sandwich - OH WOW, Dessert sandwiches are always the best; that brownie with a scoop of ice cream, the chunky crispy cold sweet combo, HEAVEN!!!
Veg momos - Soft with mild stuffing with great dips
Kitkat shake - So thick & slurpy with original Kitkat flavours all over it; goes best with any spicy sandwich
Masala lemonade - Personal favorite; that Thums-up with ice and chat masala topped with, BLISS!! Always has a unique flavour
Though a small outlet, this place has always lived up to its expectations of being one of the best places in Chennai. While their food satisfies the tummy craving, their lucrative prices satisfies one's wallet.
Roadside parking might be tricky; service was quick enough with ads decor all over their walls & limited seating space.

We went here for a quick bite, the food was good and tasty. It was prepared fresh and the ingredients were of good quality.
We ordered A chicken burger, a few portion of nuggets and some smilies. All the items were fresh. Parking might be an issue and we had to park on the road. Otherwise highly recommended place.
One of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted. A small outlet giving you the best out of it. Lot of choices in the menu. Quick preparation. Courteous behaviour at the counter. Had Tandoori chicken cheese and Pizza chicken cheese sandwich.

One of the best Sandwiches ever n you will have over 200 choices to pick from starting from rs. 60/- from the spicy kind to dessert kind.
It’s HALAL, and if u ve 200/- then u get a decent meal out of the sandwiches worth every rupee. Modern Bread never tasted to good in its life or yours.
My Personal favourite:
Chicken tandoori Mayo Sandwich n chilli cheese toast sandwich.
Decent Space to grab a quick bite with quite a few branches across the city.

We ordered 5 sandwiches in total from Royal Sandwiches. Amazing sandwiches and lots of variety at a really good price. We had ordered Mushroom Cheese, Nutella Cheese, Pizza Cheese, Spinach Corn and Cheese and Paneer Mayo Sandwiches. We were absolutely spoils for choice. The delivery was completely safe and the packaging was good. The delivery person had sanitised his hands before delivering the food. The star of the show was definitely the Nutella Cheese Sandwich. If you want a quick bite to eat on a budget, this is your place.
I heard a lot about this place from my kids and stumbled upon it as I was walking along the TTK Road. It's a small place, but must be very popular because there were several Swiggy & Uber Eats delivery drivers were waiting to pick up orders.
I ordered Chilli Cheese Sandwich and a milk shake. The service was quick but the staff were quite indifferent to the requirements of their customers. Both items were just okay.
While I will go there again if have to, Royal Sandwich definitely did not live up to the hype.
In this place, you could taste great varieties of Sandwiches @ affordable price. Even, you'll get these kind of Sandwiches from W.Mambalam/Adyar "The sandwich shop", Kodambakkam "King sandwich", CK bakery's (many branches) but here they serve in their own style like Facacio, Pita (Pizza based) breads.
But I'm not recommend beverages bcoz you'll get much better drinks in roadside cool bars for reasonable price.
Example: Here, Rose milk is Rs.40, and near my house, in Nellai cool bar superb Rose milk is only Rs.20.
PS. Try Facacio chicken cheese, Brownie Choco nuts, Double egg omelet (before get cool) 😋😄👍
Absolute value for money!
The Panner Cheese sandwich is an absolute die for! And not to forget the Chocolate cheese sandwich for dessert.
The order comes in quickly but for those 5 mins, you could enjoy the Mini Samosa as a starter.
They have started introducing juices. They are ok not great! Just ok, to quench your thirst. Lemon mint soda was a good option too.
The ambience has improved from the previous store. A comfortable place where you can munch in your sandwich and speed up!
Low priced , delicious sandwiches are available here , the crowd here is mostly the Uber eats and the swiggy walas , may be the shop doesn't have a great interior and seatings could be a reason of not attracting crowd to the shop , otherwise they taste yummy , I tried Chocolate Cheese sandwich and a panneer cheese grilled sandwich they were awesome. A good place to hangout with a very less expenditure. !!

Large (read massive) variety of vegetarian and non veg sandwiches to choose from, with at least a couple to suit your taste.
Complemented perfectly with their range of milkshakes and cool drinks.

Sandwich is one my favorite dishes. I was looking for sandwich option in chennai and I reached here. They are making sandwiches as simple as you can enjoy it fully. Good variations and affordable price rates. Recommended Pita sandwich. It was just awesome.
Excellent taste for a cheap price. Nearly 100 varieties of sandwich with veg and non veg options including desserts and drinks. Located in a main road. But gets crowded easily . Can only accommodate 10-15 people at a time.
Really great sandwich corner. It has got great choices for sandwiches for both veg and non vegetarians. I loved it so much that I didn't take time to click pictures of the food! It has got varities of ice cream sandwiches and milkshakes too. A must try place in Chennai. I would be recommended panini panner cheese sandwich!
Frankly saying that I don't know much about this restaurant. I got a deal in zomato app that is specially for weekend. I order veg sandwich + Ice Tea @39. That was awesome Sandwich at this price tag. Taste was good and loaded with veggies and cheese. For non spicy lover it could be a little problem because it's spicy.
Visiting after years to this place. Ambience is neat, taste is good as always. The best ones are chicken mayo, chicken bread omlette and bbq chicken cheese. One thing i didn't like is the addition of mint chutney in all sandwiches.
Very small shop but worth its price. Plethora of recipes that will leave you mouth watering. Very reasonable price . More than 143 varieties of sandwich available. Almost all sandwich are Rated Rs.40. Surely great for friends hangout. Do try Brownie chocolate sandwich it's very very yummy.
This place has a wide variety of sandwich. Anything edible, they put it in a sandwich. The best thing is they do taste good. Ive tried almost all the varieties here. Good sandwiches and good price point. Loved the milo shake. Do try the chocolate sandwitch and the ice cream sandwitch if you've got a sweet tooth like mine.
Whatever your taste is they have a sandwitch for you. ;)
