We had been to Bistro 1427 last week, we loved the food and the ambience. For vegetarians this is probably the place where you find more varieties amongst the ocean of Bistro's in Chennai. From the starters to oreo milk shakes we enjoyed food quality and taste. It was indeed a memorable get together with tasty food.

Last time when I was in Chennai, I ordered creamy cheesy spaghetti and aloo tikki burger from bistro 1427 in mylapore. The order was delivered on time in good packing. The food tasted really amazing and authentic. Would love to recommend this outlet to all.
went here and ordered Wild chilli pasta and masala cheese fries for my evening snaks as that time iam very hungry the take my order and come with my order at my table very fast and food decorated very well and pasta is fresh and hot price is very reasonable and the taste of fries and pasta were amazing as iam a fries lover always order fries with any food so cheese fries is also amazing ambience is very good looks cozy and staff is very co operative........ and we also order samosas and other starters🙂
Was searching for some place with good food and good ambiance when I found out about this place on zomato..and it turned out to be exactly the same as mentioned..small place..but good ambiance and good food. Was actually surprised to see the restaurant empty..Had ordered chilli paneer sizzler, Chinese bhel with nachos and masala cheesy fries and bistro special waffles..nothing disappointed..neither quality nor quantity!! I visited this place with my family. It was really a good restaurant for dining. We ordered Dragon Pizza and Kit kat shake. The pizza was fully loaded with veggies and was was properly baked and was full of cheese.
You must definitely try pizza.
It was also pocket friendly. The customer service was also good.
Nice place to have some quick bites with beautiful interiors. The staff is very courteous and the service is prompt.

The Malaysian Tango soup does not disappoint. It was spicy and flavourful. This soup was highly recommended by a close friend of mine as she had it the last time and had loved it. We had ordered the Paneer cigars - the shape didn't resemble a cigar and the dish did not deliver on taste as well. The chilli baby corn on the other hand was tasty. We had ordered the veg noodles that came with veg manchurian balls gravy. The noodles was well seasoned and it was nice to see that they gave the gravy along with it.
With regard to the drinks, the blue lagoon ( not sure of I got the name right) was really good.
Overall, a pleasant experience and will surely recommend this place.

This place is just awesome. Sitting arrangements and lighting are soo classy and overall ambiance is good. We tried some of their special dishes like their special burger, pizza and shake. And all are super tasty and worth to try it out. Service is quick and fast. Staff is humbled and well behaved. Highly recommended
I've tried Bistro 1427 before. It has some delicious food options. I decided to try it once again. My experience was amazing this time too. I tried their Cheese Tomato Lasagna which was simply wonderful. Their Chilli Mushroom was spicy and just amazing. You should definitely give them a Try! They're great. Do give Bistro 1427 a try.

It was our second day here and we heard good reviews about this place. And even we really loved this place. Ambience was simple and cool. A different and relaxing vibe with good decor. We had paneer Butter masala and Dhaba style chole with Rice and breads. The taste was amazing we really loved the taste, it is one of our favourite place. The food is really refreshing and yummy. Sufficient quantity. Reasonable rates and worthful to visit. Hope to visit soon

We decided not to go to any of the bhavans around the area... And we decided to visit this place after reading a few reviews.
To the surprise, all of us enjoyed the food and the hospitality offered here. The food was delivered swift.
The pizza, the rotis and the rice were cooked perfectly. Service was good and we had a good time here.

Chose this place from a suggestion from @indra Ganesh in this group, who also owns the place with @kaushik Ganesh.
We went here for my anniversary and simply loved the experience.
The place is small, clean and well-maintained. No outsiders are employed to wait on thr customers and Kaushik does it himself. Very hospitable and makes one feel very comfortable too.
Menu is a fair mix of all cuisines and they do justice to most. They are open to customisation and truly serve the customers.
We had the following:
1. Malaysian Tango - extremely yummy and had every flavour you can imagine with yummy cheese and nachos.
2. Mix starter platter customised as per our need. All 3 - hot and sour gobi, crispy potato and veg ball manchurian were yummy. Perfect quantity for 2. Definitely won't suffice for 4.
3. Veg supreme pan pizza - a very normal pizza but i heard they make their own bases. Small in size to what we expected. The sauce used was unique and nice.
4. mushroom noodles with complimentary veg manchurian - was okayish an maybe I will modify it if i reorder next time. Manchurian gravy was ok - ok.
5. Naughty Hawaiian drink - fresh juice drink and totally yum
We had a splendid time and quantity was just right for 2. Bill was 1097 and totally VFM.
I was told they clear off all leftovers for the day and start afresh next. This branch alone hold veg rights, while the other franchises can tweak their menu if needed.
All display pics of the food items looked great and tempting.
Loved this place and will be back with family, especially as they is a huge choice for vegetarians.

This cafe in Chennai is definitely worth going. Their menu is full of exotic items to try from. Paneer cigar rolls were classic. They tasted so good and was even better with the chutney. BBQ roasted paneer nachos was super awesome. The taste was so heavenly. Loved the place.
With a place serving only vegetarian food, I wouldn't want to go at such a place but when it offers such a huge variety with excellent food, I would love to go at such a place whenever I get an opportunity.
Located in Mylapore, Chennai they serve North Indian, Chinese and Italian food and have a huge variety in their menu.
Had their red sauce pasta which was amazing and had the perfect red sauce.
Also their pizza which had sufficient enough cheese and enough veggies on it.

Cheese was great - one of the best you can find in Chennai. We had a cheesy pasta & a paneer pizza. Both were great. Service was quick & staffs were quite friendly.
The only thing we didn't like was their cream of tomato soup - had a strange iron tonic kinda smell.

After a lot of research, we finally visited this place on our recent visit to Chennai. The place is a pure vegetarian outlet and quite economical too. Tried Chilli babycorn, tikki chaat tacos, cheese balls and virgin mojito. The food tasted good and the ambience was very sober. Good place for a fun get together.
Having my root from the same city, I am quite familiar with the area and the market around. I visited this cafe with my cousin during my last trip to Chennai few days back. It is a cute little cafe with cozy seats and plenty of North Indian/Mughlai dishes and various other cuisine dishes in their menu to serve at your table. Since they have all veg dishes, we had paneer malai tikka, vada pao sliders. Both the items were presented within 10 minutes of ordering and tasted damn good. In the end we also had sizzling hot brownie with ice cream which was heavenly. Good experience overall, do try it out.

I went here for my friend's birthday. We loved the over all experience. It's a very small and cozy place, yet beautifully arranged. When we went, it was IPL season and Live match was telecasted. Food was presented in more appealing way. Taste was also so good. Fulfilling :)
A good vegetarian restaurant with traditional as well as fusion dishes. Small place and hence can get full easily. Friendly and helpful staff. It is quite noisy due to the loud music as well as high decibel conversations. Parking is along the street and can possibly get challenging. Would definitely visit again.

I visited this restaurant along with my family last Sunday Evening. It was a bit difficult to locate this place. They serve only vegetarian but the food are excellent. We ordered Supreme Veg Pizza, Cheese and Tandoori Nachos, Cheese balls, veg grilled sandwich, Aloo tiki chat, French fries, Virgin mojito and Ferro milkshake. All the dishes are tasty and mouth watering. It was a quiet place in the middle of the city and they maintain a good ambience. Definitely, it is a value for money for the quality and taste of the ingredients. Overall, It is pocket friendly restaurant to dine in and enjoy your taste buds.

Visited Chennai yesterday while I was on official tour there. It has very soothing ambience and pocket friendly and balanced spices in food. The staff was quite good and prompt in services. Food was served hot and and portion was also satisfactory. Ordered red sauce pasta and it was one of the delicious one I have had in a long time.

Next is the bitter event I experienced in the restaurant that two people just came and had and drink and was trying to talk to owner about paid reviews and get their restaurant more star it was a set back for me I thought way the owner will do but the owner politely responded that we don’t encourage it, when the two people asked for discount and for which he denied they got annoyed and started saying that they will give negative comments..... I should not say all this but I was sitting next to the billing desk was able to hear it ....
The restaurant owner was very polite and he was very stingy forward....

Was on my bookmark list for a long time. Finally made it on my birthday.
Ordered chilli babycorn - was very good in taste
Fusion appetizer platter - was awesome in taste. It was combination of fries, gobi manchurian, veg manchurian and potato wedges with sauce. Was great in taste.
Chocolate overload freakshake - was great in taste. Chocolate shake with chocolate icecream, bourbon biscuit, Oreo biscuit, kit kat and brownie.
The quantity was also decent for the taste and price.
All this came to RS 788 including tax.
Ambience is good.
Only thing is it can accomodate only 20 to 25 at a time.
Was definetely visit again to try their other items.

A vegetarian family who was conventionally stuck with the existing chain of restaurants wanted a change and this place entirely got us magnetic. Lovely food and enthralling taste will make us visit more often . Happy that fusion food is getting a nod in the menu .
So this place has came out as a boom. Moderately priced offering delicious food with good quantity and fast service. Their Penne in White Sauce is the most creamy pasta we ever had. The pizza was perfectly cooked and lots of cheese was there with abundance of toppings. Their Virgin Mojito was awesome, mint muddled with Lemon and carbonated water and sprite added to it. WILL surely come back.

I visited Chennai on a family trip. It was my brother’s birthday. We decided to go to Bistro 1427. We had a great experience over there. The food they served was really delicious. Amazing ambience, the food is hot at every bite and good quality of food is served at the table. Loved the pasta and garlic noodles, and the mocktail was also very good.
Bistro 1427 is amongst one of the best bistros in town with absolutely amazing atmosphere and decor along with some soulful music to the ears , the place has a different vibe about itself I personally Love visiting the place quite often and I love how beautifully the menu has been setup . The food and drinks out here compliment each other quite well and I must say they also have a great staff which helps the customer settle in quite well.

It's a very small place.. Had Chicken Cheese nuggets tasted good.. butterscotch milkshake is also good.
This is a small cafe near Grand Mall Velachery. Food taste and quality are good. They have few board games which we can play. they also play some movie in their projector. Their cold coffee is good. Their pizza and pasta were below par. Parking car will be a challenge here, they have only two wheeler parking before the restaurant.
I've heard about their unlimited offer for ₹600. The prawn soup was just extraordinary. Chicken stuffed nacos was amazing with the way they presented and the taste as well. The malai gravy, lime juice and their oreo milkshake satisfied my cravings. The disappointed part was their over cooked naan, burger and waffle.
This joint isn't as frequented as the others due to its location towards the end of a street adjacent to Grand Square Mall. This place apparently has some sort of deal with a dairy farm because the dishes are absolutely loaded with cheese... So much that it sometimes hides the dishes underneath! Quantity also is more than expected, 2 dishes would fit a couple perfectly. Taste is a bit dimmed down due to overwhelming amount of cheese, so the actual food flavours have a hard time getting through. Overall good restaurant, worth occasional visits, especially to satisfy cheese cravings

Loved the food, was good but little pricy. It's a great spot to hang out with friends and family, we can play games like Uno, Jenga etc. I would highly recommend getting a Zomato Pro as u will get so much discount if u pay your bill using that.
The cafe is a nice place to hangout with friends. Its neighbhouring to grand mall Velacheri. They served good lasagna and pizza. The corn and spinach lasagna was quite good. It was quite filling for two people. It was not much crowded on a sat afternoon. They even have outside space for seating.

The menu includes scrumptious fast food, Chinese, North Indian & Italian dishes in addition to beverages that we can relish. The cafe is a place to put up your feet, sit back and sip freakshakes, down plates of crunches & bite into some yummy junks. It’s a great place to kick back with some friends & relax.
Nice place to hangout with friends. You'll have board games to play. I personally like fusion dishes here. Worth the price. It has good ambience to spend more time.
It would be better if they had their own parking space
It's located just opposite to grand mall. It's a good option for restaurant as there're no better food options in that area. Moreover, they've a good menu and the food is worth it's cost. The food tastes very good. They also have multiple offers on Zomato Gold and Dineout. It's a good place to visit with a group of friends.
