Staying is good. Comfortable beds & linens. Somore improvement needed for preparing at least tea. Electric ketli will serve the purpose. Because induction oven is there but induction cookware absent. Every time ask caretaker for hot water. No doubt security person is very helpful.
Next time I will choose to stay in room B. Room A need some more care to diffuse stinking smell.
Overall my rating is 4 star out of 5.

Well maintained premises in the heart of the city easily accessible to all places be it for Shopping, US Embassy or Medical treatments. Friendly and accommodative host. Safe locality so highly recommend it 👍
Had a very pleasant stay. The owner was very kind and helpful. The kitchen had everything we need. And the location of the apartment is very good, quiet and peaceful.
Location is very nice from Apollo Main Building, Grems Road, Chennai & just beside of Shankar Netralaya JKNL.
Good host, good rooms, superb position & neighbourhood.
Approx 500 mtrs from apollo. Homely spacious rooms.
#neat and Clean Very close to sanakara nethralaya.
Could have improve cleaniness of kitchen and fridge.
