Good hotel and nice taste with better Quantity but sometimes bad foul smell in beef pieces and fried rice was great. Then, they provide sufficient beef pieces then flour because in many restaurants they provide only less beef pieces and more flour.

I've been frequenting this place ever since I moved to Annanagar. Food is very good, and I would recommend their tandoori items especially. Every dish is aptly priced too. Nothing much to say about the ambience though, as it is a roadside eatery with outdoor seating. There may be 6-7 tables which can seat 4-6 in each. So if it rains, dining in may be an issue. Service is pretty quick, but can take time. Parking is possible in the vicinity. I bet you would either visit this place more than once, or at least take out. 🙂
Jack and jill fried rice and dragon chicken is a must try one. If you won’t eat beef ask for no beef in jack and jill fried rice and rashmi kabab is mouth watering

It's a typical fastfood joint in Anna nagar,,located in 5th avenue ,,the biggest letdown is their ambience,,it's almost nil,, literally it's like sitting in the streets and having ur food!! Always better to take away or park ur vehicle and have it!!

This was my first visit to jack n Jill as my friend held a party dinner.first we tried out tandoori and tangri kabab ..wow it was freaking awesome with a green chutney .after we tried out chilli chicken ,spl fried rice chucken noodles.chilli chicken was a mediocre rest all of them had a special typical fast food taste .but not family friendly and woman friendly as there is no proper place to wash our hands they should improvise.this restaurant is more apt for local guys who want to be economical.

Jack & Jill -- This is one my fav places when it comes to fast food and kebabs. They have got a decent list of Kebabs long with other Indo-Chinese varieties. My pick of the menu is Kali Mirchi Kebab. It is a great combination of Juicy+ Spicy chicken cubes (mostly boneless). Apart from that you can also try other Kebabs and chicken noodles.
Though the ambiance is not great, it compensates with taste.
As some of them said its one of the busiest joints in Anna Nagar and does a good business . Sometimes the kebabs will get over so quickly may be by 9:00pm, except tandoori chicken. so logically you can believe the quality of chicken :).

I can certify that this restaurant/takeaway is one of the best Kebab joints in Chennai. I ordered for Kali Mirchi Kebab, Tangri Kebab and Egg Rice.
Kali Mirchi Kebab taste was mind blowing which had soft, juicy, tender spicy chicken pieces.
Tangri Kebab tasted good and the pieces were big when compared to the other restaurants.
Egg Rice tasted normal.
Its one of the busiest joints in Anna Nagar and does a good business and really it’s a eye catcher to see the Chicken pieces hanging on the iron rods.

An old favourite of mine - nothing like the Indian Chinese food, chilli chicken, chicken 65, gobi manchurian, fried rice and fried noodles. All good. The North Indian stuff is pretty respectable too.

Total worth the price and food tasted good ..
Definitely a place to try and a pocket friendly place .
Total cost was around 430/- which is worth the buy .

Best kebabs I had in chennai. Kali mirchi kebab, reshmi kebal were excellent. That mint sauce with kali mirchi kebab - bit spicy. But, mouth watering stuff.. Best kebab I had.
Apart from this, we had one paneer tikka, phul ka with butter chicken masala.. All were too good. Totally, loved this place.
This place will open at 7pm in the evening.. I saw many were occupied their seat before 6.45pm to crave kali mirchi kebab. That's the success for this kind of hotel.
Very great place for carnivores like me and many. Full marks to all dishes I tasted.
Seating might be problem for someone because of expectations. My suggestion is don't think of any factors, just crave their kebabs.

Bunch of friends went to this place we made our order from car and waiter brought the food to us . We ordered kali mirichi kebab and ginger kebab and tandoori , Kali mirichi was extremely spicy we loved it . Ginger was too perfectly made . Tandoori was just their best dish out of all but it had too much masala not advisory for regular eatery . Main course we ordered fried rice it was sour and disappointing . Other than fried rice this place deserves a shot 👍🏼
If you are a Tandoori lover you should definitely try here. Especially you should ask for Full leg Tandoori which is pretty good and I would say best when compared to many Arabian restaurants in Chennai.

Whenever we crave for tandoori chicken, our first choice is this place. We always do a take away. My favourites are the tandoori chicken and kalimirch kebab. Have had chicken from here umpteen times. This place never disappoints me. Meat is tender and juicy and grilled to perfection. Love the masala they use as marination. Kalimirch kebab was simply yumm. With loads of black pepper, this one dish will be the best medicine for severe cold :D I think the kebabs are priced around 100 and the chicken around 150 (half chicken).

A reasonably good place for variety of kebabs, tandoor and chinese. Seating in open air, a boys hang out where a big group can dine sumptuously without blowing a hole in your pocket. To start with this is a very busy place after 7PM. Gets crowded with young crowd, gangs of friends, mostly men.
They dont have closed seating. They hav open seats on the parking area.
We ordered Reshmi Kebab, 1/2 tandoori chicken and 1 egg rice.
Kebabs and tandoori chicken was good. They were tender n soft. Also their chutney was good. One Egg rice has huge portion ans two people can eat it. The pic shown here is actually half rice. We shared it.
People come in cars, they park n eat inside the car. With respect to service, it was little slow. The bill was 380.
Overall good food priced reasonably. Best place to treat your friends if your budget is 150 per person.

We went for dinner and the food and service was excellent. My Indian host was ordering plate after plate of kabab, tandoori meats, and the rumali roti kept arriving. And that was just for the starters. Each dish had its own taste (although I think that was just a gimmick, albeit a good one!) and the waiter explained what it was, the sauce and how to eat it. Then we went on to main courses and they were also excellent. Also very meat based. I'm not sure if they sell veggies as I never looked at the menu. Then we went on to a small sampler of drinks. Everything was excellent, service was very good, although the ambience was OK but nothing special. Apparently part of a Jack and Jill was kabab and everyone I spoke to had nothing but praise for the food they serve.
